Extraction is tile most important step in global minimization. Its approache is to identify and extract subexpressions, which are multiple-cubes or single-cubes, common to two or more expressions which can be used to reduce the total number of literals in a Boolean network. Extraction is described as either algebraic or Boolean according to the trade-off between run-time and optimization. Boolean extraction is capable of providing better results, but difficulty in finding common Boolean divisors arises. In this paper, we present a new method for Boolean extraction to remove the difficulty. The key idea is to identify and extract two-cube Boolean subexpression pairs from each expression in a Boolean network. Experimental results show the improvements in the literal counts over the extraction in SIS for some benchmark circuits.

The combination of Multi-Beam Echo Sounder swath bathymetry and high-resolution towed Sidescan sonar provides a powerful method of examination about hydrographic survey results. In this paper, we investigate the fast method of 3D bathymetric reconstruction with the Digital Sidescan sonar(Benthos SIS 1500) and Shallow Multi-Beam Echo Sounder(Reson Seabat 8125). The Seabat 8125 is a 455KHz high resolution focused Multibeam echo sounder(MBES) system which measures the relative water depth across a wide swath perpendicular to a vessel's track. The Benthos SIS1500 is a chirp(nominal fq. 200KHz) sonar which map the topographical features & sediment texture of ocean bottom using backscattered amplitude. We generates the very large 3D bathymetric texture mapping model with the Helical System's HHViewer and describes additional benefits of combining MBES and Sidescan Sonar imagery, the removal of geometric distortions in the model and a deterministic sounding noise.

조셉슨 터널접합을 사용한 초전도 혼합기 또는 믹서(SIS mixer)와 매우 얇은 초전도박막을 이용한 초전도 혼합기(HEB mixer)는 초전도 현상에 있어서의 거시적 양자효과를 유발하는 강한 비선형성을 가지기 때문에, 종래의 전자파 검출기로는 구현이 어렵고 또한 극도로 낮은 잡음특성을 실현한다. 테라헤르츠(THz) 주파수 영역용 고감도검출기로서도 기대되는 질화니오븀(NbN) 박막을 사용한 SIS 혼합기와 HEB 혼합기의 개발현황과 연구결과에 대하여 소개하고자 한다. 그리고 최근에 많이 연구되고 있는 펨토초레이저와 고온초전도 상호작용을 이용한 테라헤르츠 연구결과도 소개한다.

The corrosion resistance of super duplex stainless steel on both its fibrous and dispersed phase was investigated. These structures consist of various volume fraction and distribution of austenite structure, which were obtained by changing the heat treatment temperature and cycle. The fibrous phase had higher austenite volume fraction than that of the dispersed phase at the same temperature. Corrosion resistance of super duplex stainless steel was evaluated through an immersion test and an impingement test, using 35% HCI and sea water, respectively. Super duplex stainless steel was compared with STS316L and STS304. The corrosion resistance of super duplex stainless steel was superior to ST316L and STS304. The dispersed phase of super duplex stainless steel was more stabilized than the fibrous phase in corrosion. The magnitude of corrosion rate was in order STS304, STS316L, fibrous phase of super duplex stainless steel and dispersed phase of super duplex stainless steel.
