The Seoul's 2030 Youth-Housing is a policy to promote the development of private sector-built rental housing in a Station Influence Area (SIA). It is a representative policy to resolve a housing problem for the youth in Seoul. The Seoul Metropolitan Government has made continuous policy improvements to respond to earlier criticisms on the policy. In December 2018, the Seoul Metropolitan Government enlarged the possible spatial boundaries of the SIA that the private sector developer can carry out the housing development projects. This study attempts to assess the potential sites available in Seoul by considering the youth's demand. This study used the suitability modelling technique to evaluate the potential sites. In detail, we established three sub-models by reflecting rent, accessibility to living areas of the youth, and accessibility to living SOC for the youth's demand. According to the results, the Hanyang City Wall area, which was newly included by the recent policy revision, showed moderate scores to fit the housing projects, while some Gangbuk areas, which have high accessibility and relatively lower rents, showed the best scores appropriate for the projects. The age group of 20s preferred university districts, while the age group of 30s preferred to locate near Seoul's main office areas. We suggest that the Seoul metropolitan government develops better ways to guage and reflect the demand for differing youth groups and the demand by age groups.

L'italiano ha diverse forme di pronomi clitici che vengono distinti in genere, numero e persona a seconda del nome di partenza. Quando appare un pronome clitico, l'ordine delle parole nella frase cambia: dal tipo normale SVO si passa al tipo SOV come in coreano. I pronomi clitici hanno una caratteristica molto diversa rispetto sia a piena NP sia ad una NP debole, e non sono compatibili con questi NP all'interno della frase, il che significa che i pronomi clitici si muovono in posizione superficiale lasciando la loro posizione originale dopo il verbo. Osservando questo fenomeno (movimento clitico da [DP, VP] a [spec, AgrOP]) e analizzando in questa sede solo il caso del pronome diretto si è cercato di evidenziare le regole precise di tale movimento determinato da "Case licensing" e "feature checking." Seguendo e accettando pienamente la precedente analisi di Belletti(1999), in cui vengono proposte due vie di procedimento del movimento dentro il AgrOP (una è [spec, AgrOP]; l'altra, [Agro, AgrOP], propongo qui l'esistenza di un ordine preciso in tale movimento: nel caso in cui un pronome diretto prenda una via di [spec, AgrOP], 'V' si muove prima fino ad arrivare alla [Agro, AgrSP], poi, 'pro' prosegue la sua strada fino alla [pro, AgrSP], e alla fine, il pronome diretto sale fino alla [spec, TP] per formare la costruzione proclitica; nel caso in cui un pronome diretto prenda invece l'altra via di [Agro, AgrOP], 'pro' sale prima fino alla [spec, AgrSP] tramite il movimento 'spec to spec', successivamente il 'pronome diretto' si muove verso la [Agro, AgrSP], e infine 'V' si sposta verso la [Agro, AgrSP] per formare la costruzione enclitica.

To elucidate the regulatory mechanism for expression of sialyl-glycoconjugates and their biological functions, ninetheen sialyltransferase cDNAs including eleven by our group or co-works have been cloned and characterized so far. The cloned sialyltransferases are classified into four families according to the carbohydrate linkages they synthesize: ${\alpha}2,3-sialyltransferase$ (ST3Gal I-VI), ${\alpha}$ 2,6-sialyltransferase (ST6Gal I), GalNAc ${\alpha}$ 2,6-sialyltransferase (ST6GalNAc I-VI), and ${\alpha}2,8-sialyltransferase$ (ST8Sia I-VI). Each of the sialyltransferase genes is differentially expressed in a tissue-, cell type-, and stage-specific manner. These enzymes differ in their substrate specificity and various biochemical parameters. However, enzymatic analysis conducted in vitro with recombinant enzyme revealed that one linkage can be synthesized by multiple enzymes. We present here an overview of structure and function of sialyltransferases performed by our group and co-works. Genomic structures and transcriptional regulation of two kinds of human sialyltransferase gene are also presented.

The purpose of this study is to arrange the digital maps of Hamamatsu City and to construct the map information system to support the prediction and restoration of Tokai earthquake disasters. The authors arrange the land condition map and compute the populations of each land surface conditions and revealed that $37\%$ of the whole population lives in the safe land, but $63\%$ lives in the rather unsafe surface condition. The authors also arrange the digital map of the main lines of water supply pipe lines in corporation with the Hamamatsu City Water Supply Department and revealed the rather dangerous pipe line area in case of Tokai earthquake.

The mixture of (opalit+Al) powder was ignited by electric shock for the preparation of sialon powder by changin the contents of Al. The formation reaction of sialon was investigated by heating the specimens of ignited mixture (opalit+Al) in nitrogen atmosphere at various temperature. The phases existing inthe specimens nitrided between 1400 and 1$600^{\circ}C$ were found $\beta$-sialon 15R-sia-lon $Al_2O_3$ and AlN but the mixture $\beta$-sialon and 15R-sialon was finally acquired by heating the ignited mixture of (Al 50%+opalit) at 175$0^{\circ}C$ for 3hours in nitrogen atmosphere.

For human error analysis, the structure and situation of a task should be analyzed in advance. The paper introduces Structured Information Analysis (SIA) as a task analysis method for error analysis, and delineates the result of application on the emergency procedure of Korean Standard Nuclear Plants (KSNPs). From the task analysis about emergency procedure of KSNP, total 72 specific task goals were identified in the level of system function, and 86 generic tasks were classified from the viewpoint of physical sameness of the task description. Human errors are dependent on task types so that the result of task analysis would be used as a basis for the error analysis on the emergency tasks in nuclear power plants.

Transportation routes by land like a human being blood vessel should exist for economic and trade exchange in Northeast Asia. Thinking from this point of view. In this study, and effects in Northeast Asia which will be resulted from various international railroads construction. I tried to figure out comparative superiority and comparative advantage of the trade structure and industries in South and North Korea to find out the possibility of economic unification in East Asia. especial1y in Northeast Asia. This study also includes the effort to find out how trade exchange between South and North Korea can be expanded as a result of being a member of East Asia economic zone.

ODA projects such as multi-purpose dam, industrial complex, road construction etc. have resulted in environmental damage and resident relocation including destruction of site of living. Even the grandiose developments as ODA projects have made clear the value clashes between development and environmental conservation, and have brought about conflicts between public interests and public environmental right, and the discordance between public interests and private property rights in the recipient country. This study summarizes and analyses the Korea's ODA projects and will suggest the public participation and governance system based on Saemaul Movement, Strategic Environmental Assessment and Environmental Impact Assessment based on the guideline of OECD DAC, and emphasize Strategic Environmental Assessment and Social Impact Assessment in the procedure of ODA projects. In the future the ODA project should be implemented for the overcome of poverty and response to climate change based on the experience and trial and errors of Korea's compact growth and past ODA projects.

"Uibanghappyeon(醫方合編)" is a large-scale medical formulary with "Samuiilheombang(三意一驗方)" and "Chon-gagugeupbang(村家救急方)" at its core, combined with personal experience of the compiler and various pieces of fragmentary knowledge. This book was brought into existence through the cumulation of numerous folk medicinal remedies and cannot be considered a work of professional expertise. The historic worth of this book in medicine can be found in the fact that it has kept the tradition of empirical medicine based on first sia alive, in fusing the practice of late Joseon(朝鮮) empirical prescriptions, as can be seen in "Samuiilheombang(三意一驗方)", and the practice of empirical medicine, as can be seen in "Chon-gagugeupbang(村家救急方)", together.
