This paper deals with an approach to boost the public sector SI market in Korea. In order to promote competition powers of the software industry in Korea, a software industry promotion law has been issued, which restricts large SI companies from competing in the public sector system integration market. However, naturally many SI projects in public sectors are too large and complicated to be carried by small and medium size companies. This paper proposes an approach to reform the SI market for those small and medium size SI companies.

The objective of this study is to investigate the intention to adopt smart wear, based on extended UTAUT model. We examined the effects of performance expectancy (PE), effort expectancy (EE), hedonic motivation (HE), social influence (SI), facilitating conditions (FC), and price value (PV) on the intended adoption of smart watch and smart shoes, respectively. In addition, moderating effects of gender, age, and innovation resistance were examined. An online survey was conducted, comprised of 2030 consumers who were aware of smart watch or smart shoes. In total, 393 responses were analyzed. About 50.4% were male, and 44.8% were in their 20's. An exploratory factor analysis generated five factors - PE & HM, EE, SI, FC, and PV- which were employed as independent variables in the multiple regression models. PE & HM, PV, and SI influenced on the intention to use both smart devices. FC showed the significant effect only on the intention to adopt the smart watch. In terms of gender differences, SI and PV were the important predictors of the intention to adopt the smart watch in the female group only. With respect to age difference, SI was very effective in explaining the intention of individuals in their 30's to adopt smart wear. Among the low innovation resistance group, SI was significant predictor, while PE & HE and PV were significant among the high resistance group. The findings provide useful information about the possibility of the adoption of smart wear, and new insight into market segmentation.

High resolution 2.1” QVGA LTPS LCD (190ppi) having high aperture ratio of 65% could be successfully developed using state-of-the-art SLS technology and active/gate storage structure. Cost effective P-MOS 6-Mask structure was used. Full gate and transmission gate circuits are integrated in the panel. The high aperture ratio was obtained by using active/gate capacitance structure, which can reduce storage capacitance area. The aperture ratio was increased to 65% from 49% of conventional gate/data capacitance structure. The brightness was increased from 180cd to 270cd without any degradation of optical properties such as contrast ratio, flicker or crosstalk.

There are positive evaluation as well as negative evaluation for Rural Industrial Park Project which was implemented since 1984 to boom up the regional economy in Korea. By conducting a survey for Rural Industrial Park enterprises located in Miryang-si, this study intends to examine the management condition of enterprises in Rural Industrial Parks and so derive the policy suggestion. According to the secondary data and the survey results, Rural Industrial Parks play an important role in the regional economy. The result of the survey shows that the enterprises are dissatisfied with excessively high distributing costs and they want improvement of roads and transportation condition. They recruit their employees mainly through advertisement and loan money from banks. One of serious problems is giving up the business due to shortage of fund or failing to find the markets. To prevent quitting business, a preliminary analysis of the feasibility of running business should be conducted. Technology and management guidance and marketing support are necessary not only for new enterprises, but for existing enterprises. Alternatives for connecting local resources and Rural Industrial Park and forming a network between local universities, institutes, and firms should be considered.

A 15.4" WXGA TFT-LCD, featuring integrated a-Si:H gate driver circuits and reduced data driver ICs, has been developed. To reduce number of data lines into 1/2 of conventional structure, the pixel array has been re-mapped with re-organized data signal. Unintended artificial effects such as flicker were removed by adopting the novel pixel array having a 'zigzag' map. To minimize the power consumption, a column inversion method was incorporated in the zigzag pixel array (Fig.1) without modifying the polarity map of conventional dot inversion method.

인터넷 기반의 B2B(Business to Business) 모델은 e비즈니스의 실현을 위한 기업의 정보시스템의 인프라와 같은 기반구조를 만들어가기 위한 기본 모델 역할을 하고 있다. 인터넷이 제공하는 표준 프로토콜을 기반으로 다양한 방식의 B2B 지원제품이 출시되고 있지만 그 어떤 제품도 기본적인 인터넷 프로토콜이 아닌 상위의 e비즈니스, 즉 다른 기업과의 협업이라는 관점에서 상호운용성을 보장하지 못하고 있으며 이 부분은 여전히 제품과 산업군에 매우 종속적이다. 이러한 단점을 해결하기 위하여 국제표준을 준수하며 BRB(Business- Registry- Business) 모델을 기반으로 한 글로벌 e비즈니스 솔루션인 XENI의 메세징 관련 제품과 레지스트리 관련 제품의 구현사례와 활용사례를 소개하고자 한다. 또한 국내의 취약한 SI 산업의 해결점이 될 수 있는 글로벌 솔루션 개발이라는 측면에서 향후 보완되어야 할 부분들을 제안한다.

It requires an interim performance assessment for BTL business of the sewerage rehabilitation which continues from 2005 till now. Means, It is necessary to make an interim performance assessment and an analysis of an business effect of the sewerage rehabilitation BTL projects which still continues, and we presented an improvement method of the new sewerage rehabilitation project in future. This paper has conducted an analysis of the business effect for 3 local government BTL projects which are completed and under operation as of now in Jincheon-Gun, Cheongju-Si and Gangjin-Gun. As a method of business effect analysis, we conducted a business effect of the 3 places using the index set which we previously set for the business effect analysis. The index set in this research was sectionalized to an improvement effect of operating wastewater treatment plant, an benefit effect of the direct cost, an benefit effect of the indirect cost and an environment friendly effect. We, in this paper, conducted an business effect analysis for 3 sewerage rehabilitation BTL projects which are completed or under operation recently as a demonstration, however we judge that an business effect analysis shall be conducted in a stage that a significant time for operation has passed since the completion of the construction in order to induce an actual business effect of the sewerage rehabilitation BTL project.

Selection item of business item is technically power, capital strength, business administration capability, Maketings, Possible total sales, Goods of future growth, Expectations of competition goods, Creation of goods, and Management. Evaluation of each item value, add total values. It is important that business item selected well for adapted business. It should be able to decide business item using this study's program.
