  • 패키지 소프트웨어 기업은 사용자 만족을 향상시키기 위해 노력한다. 그래서 사용자 만족에 영향을 미치는 소프트웨어 품질에 대한 연구는 상당히 중요하다. 지금까지 패키지 소프트웨어의 품질에 관한 연구는 많이 있었지만 대부분이 제품 품질에 관한 연구가 주로 있었다. 본 연구에서는 제품의 관점에서 품질과 함께 서비스의 관점에서도 품질을 측정하고자 한다. SERVQUAL 차원인 유형성, 신뢰성, 대응성, 보증성, 공감성의 다섯 가지 차원에 패키지 소프트웨어의 특성을 반영하여 서비스 품질을 측정하고 제품 품질 차원과 비교하여 사용자 만족에 영향을 미치는 요인을 살펴보고자 한다.

A Study on the Quality Determinants in Management Consulting (경영컨설팅 서비스 품질 구성요인에 관한 연구)

  • This paper investigates the service quality determinants in management consulting. Quality dimensions in SERVQUAL research, as well as several dimensions specific to the consulting service, have been reviewed. A survey has been conducted by carefully developed questionnaires for the hypothesized eight quality dimensions. The results of the statistical analyses support the eight quality dimensions in the consulting service : reliability, assurance, responsiveness, empathy, ethics, participation, communication, and reputation. The results demonstrate that reliability, assurance, participation, and reputation are especially influential in determining customer satisfaction. The research results provide useful insights for a customer in assessing alternative service providers and foreseeing the outcome from the chosen consultants.

  • 고객만족이 기업의 성패를 좌우함에 따라 기업물류의 최종 목표 또한 고객서비스에 초점이 맞혀지고 있으며, 사회복지에 이바지하는 차원으로 확대되고 있다. 기업은 관리된 물류서비스를 제공하기 위하여 자사의 물류서비스 요소에 대한 측정과 고객의 만족도를 조사하여 물류서비스 프로세스를 개선하고자 한다. 본 논문은 물류서비스 측정에 관한 연구와 SERVQUAL의 5가지 차원을 바탕으로 물류서비스 만족도를 측정하고, AHP 모형을 이용한 상대적 물류서비스 만족도 계층 모형을 구성하였다.

Service Quality, Value and Satisfaction in University Job Fair

  • This paper examines the casual relations among service quality, perceived value and satisfaction from the perspective of Job Fair attendees. Numerous studies have been conducted in the field of perceived value and satisfaction. This work would be the mere contribution in the literature development but surely contribute to the better development of service providing sector to create better quality, value and satisfaction. A framework suggested that personal service, touristic attractiveness and physical environments were turned out to affect positively on the perceived value and satisfaction. The service providers should concentrate on developing the issues.

  • This paper purports to uncover the underlying attributes used by customers to gauge service quality. Data was collected by administering questionnaires to 50 respondents and then analyzed by using Multidimensional Scaling methodology. The findings indicate that there are two primary dimensions to service quality. A considerable analysis helped determine two alternatives to naming the dimensions: Experience properties of service and Price value of the service, or Responsiveness of service provider employees and Reliability of service providers.

  • This paper investigates service quality in the automobile service industry. The model used to study service quality in the domestic automobile industry is "SERVQUAL", introduced by Parasuraman, Zeithaml and Berry. Using this model, we survey consumer′s expected and perceived service qualities. The gap between these qualities is analyzed in five quality dimensions. We test whether these gap scores are different depending on the service providing company.

  • This study is based on Parasuraman, Zeithaml 8l Berry[19]`s SERVQUAL measure that develop for estimation of service quality, so this study proposes the present condition of customer service and improvement method on internet search engine. This study also develops a questionnaire for analyzing customer satisfaction considering the present condition of internet service. We're going to analyze the customer service quality that classified by search engines, service quality with university students who use usually internet.

A Study on The Relationship Among Service Quality, Service Value and Customer Satisfaction of Food Service Industries

  • The purpose of this study is to identify relationship among service quality, service value and customer satisfaction of food service industries. The respondents included 120 customers of K-restaurant in the survey. Data were analyzed by confirmatory factor analysis and cause-effect analysis among the constructs. After research model testing, the following results was obtained : Service Value was influenced directly and positively by the service quality. And customer satisfaction was influenced directly and positively by the service value. But customer satisfaction was not influenced directly and positively by the service quality.

  • Service quality is, unlike goods quality, an abstract and elusive term. However, quality is very important to marketers and consumers in that it has many strategic benefits in contributing to profitability of marketing activities and consumers' problem-solving activities. The main purpose of this study is 1) to explore the differences of perception between consumers and providers about nursing service quality. 2) to identify the useful tool between two tools measuring nursing service quality. To achieve these purposes of the study, the questionnaire was developed and distributed to 210 nurses who worked at seven subjected hospitals in Seoul. Also, 280 people who had a direct experience with the subjected hospital nursing services at the time of screening were involved. They were randomly selected at the seven subjected hospitals during August to September of 1998. Among them, 165 responses from nurses and 229 responses from others resulted in worthy finds. The measurement instrument for a nursing services quality evaluation was modified from the SERVQUAL model originated from Parasuraman, Zeithaml, and Berry (1988). The reliability coefficient of the scale was calculated and showed high degree of internal consistency (Cronbachs' Alpha = .9353). For data analysis, SPSS/PC was used for descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA and regression analysis. The results were as follows : 1) In the perception about nursing services quality, there were gap between consumers and providers. Especially the critical attributes in point of perception nursing services quality, naming satisfy, hygiene and performance factors, are very different contents. 2) In the comparison analysis of the usefulness tools it was turned out that SEVPERF model is more appropriate than SERVQUAL model. And in the analysis to identify the construct validity of the tool, it is turned out that the relationship between the constructing factors of the tool and the general satisfaction is significant.

What Quality Factors Affect to the e-Learning Performance (e-러닝 성과에 영향을 미치는 품질요인에 관한 연구)

  • Recently, the growth of e-Learning systems and its related information technology has presented a unique challenge for both schools and industry. It would make an extremely phenomenal paradigm shift in the educational method and practice. Methods of assessing the quality of e-teaming services and contents are critical issue in both practice and research. Moreover, many researchers are interested in what qualify factors more affect to the Performance of e-Learning service. Nevertheless, service quality is a construct that is difficult to define and measure. e-Learning services are composed of many factors, and they are more complicated than the traditional education services because they we performed on the distance basis and the many platforms of IT infrastructure. The purposes of our research are to classify the e-Learning service dimension and identify their factors, to develop the measurement of the factors, and finally to test empirically their relationship between the service factors and e-Learning service performance. For the development of the service factors we considered SERVQUAL model and SERVPERF model which were developed in the service marketing area. The SERVQUAL model was more fitted to the e-Learning services than the latter. From that we derived several factors that fit to our research domain, ie, tangibles, access, reliability, credibility, security, responsiveness, assurance, empathy. We combined three factors of them(reliability, credibility, security) into a factor, system stability for the semantic simplicity, and divided responsiveness factor into system operator responsiveness and teacher responsiveness as the entity based dimension classification. In the e-Learning services research, Most researcher are mentioned the quality factors of contents, so we added to two contents quality factors, ie, contents production method and richness of contents itself. We examined the relationship between the service quality factors and e-Learning performance(student satisfaction and service reuse intention). As result three quality factors(contents production method, teacher responsiveness, empathy) significantly affected student satisfaction. To the other performance variable, ie, service reuse intention, the teacher related quality factors(such as teacher responsiveness, assurance, empathy) affected only. In conclusion, even in the on-line distance teaming, the teacher's role md earnestness is as important as ever.
