텅스텐 슬러리를 사용한 Cu-CMP 특성에서 산화제 첨가의 영향 (Effects of Oxidizer Additive on the Performance of Copper-Chemical Mechanical Polishing using Tungsten Slurry)

  • We investigated the effects of oxidizer additive on the performance of Cu-CMP process using commonly used tungsten slurry. In order to compare the removal rate and non-uniformity as a function of oxidizer contents, we used alumina-based tungsten slurry and copper blanket wafers deposited by DC sputtering method. According to the CMP removal rates and particle size distribution, and the microstructures of surface layer by SEM image as a function or oxidizer contents were greatly influenced by the slurry chemical composition of oxidizers. The difference in removal rate and roughness of copper surface are believed to cause by modification in the mechanical behavior of $Al_2$O$_3$abrasive particles in CMP slurry.

  • The nature of the signals collected by an SEM(Scanning Electron Microscope) in order to form images are all dependent on the detector used to collect them, and the quality of an acquired image is strongly influenced by detector performance. Therefore, the development of detector with high performance is very important in pulling up the resolution of SEM This study presents the secondary electron detector for use in scanning electron microscope, electric circuit and I/V conversion circuit for driving that detector.

  • We have designed and fabricated a thermal scanning electron microscopy. It includes an electron source, two condenser lenses, one objective lens, a scanning coil and a stigmator coil for focusing in column and also have a secondary electron detector for constructing the image in chamber with a high vacuum condition and control part for operating the SEM. Especially, in order for us to find out the optical characteristics, our attention and studies have been concentrated on the effects of two condenser lenses and one objective lens for high resolution with SEM. Finally, we developed a high resolution thermal scanning electron microscopy.

  • In recent years, there has been keen interest in phosphor materials responding X-ray. Cesium iodide of the materials is a material with a high $\gamma$-ray stopping power due to its relative high density and atomic number. CsI is noted for its high resistance to thermal and mechanical shock due to the absence of a cleavage plane. To design the structure of CsI detector, we analysed the structure with SEM and XRD and measured UV meter.

The Influence of the Experiential Marketing Factors of Restaurant on the Brand Image, Satisfaction, and Customer Loyalty : Focused on Restaurants in Complex Shopping Mall

  • The purpose of this study is to develop and test a model that explains the effect of experiential marketing factors on: 1) brand image, 2) satisfaction, and 3) loyalty in context of restaurants located in complex shopping mall. In addition, the study clarified how these variables relate to each other. Survey were distributed to customers who have visiting experience(s) in a restaurants in complex shopping mall. Total 360 participants were distributed and 344 questionnaires were used for analysing. The confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling(SEM) have been employed research methods for frequency analysis, reliability analysis and measurement model validation. The findings of this study identified that relation factor of experiential marketing elements was only significant factor on brand image Furthermore, sense and recognition were critical components of customer satisfaction. Last, present study also identified the significant relationship between satisfaction and customer loyalty. These findings may contribute to provide valuable marketing strategic for this business segmentation, and it can be utilized as a fundamental study to establish an efficient business plan to increase revenue especially for restaurant business located in complex shopping mall.

The Mediating Role of Social Media in Tourism: An eWOM Approach

  • This research article investigates the way eWOM in social media influences the formation of destination image through development of trust and satisfaction for the potential tourist. The research involved administering an 18-point questionnaire taking online reviews, tourist involvement, and eWOM, destination image components of trust and satisfaction as variables. Data was collected from 554 individuals forming a cross-section of social media users and analyzed using multi-variate techniques (Reliability, CFA, and SEM). Results indicate a positive and significant relationship between all except online review and destination trust and satisfaction. Indirect and direct effects indicate that eWOM fully mediates the relationship between destination satisfaction and involvement and partially mediates the relationship between destination trust and involvement. In the case of online reviews, eWOM acts as a full mediator between destination trust and destination satisfaction for the future traveler using social media. The study proposes that components of image vary depending upon the degree of involvement, volume online reviews and eWOM generated also termed as 'virality' and these in turn influence the intention to revisit or recommend a destination. The study highlights its utility for National Tourist Organizations (NTOs) and online travel intermediaries to enhance destination marketing efforts.

사회적 규범과 지각된 혜택이 사회적 기업 패션제품 구매의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Social Norms and Perceived Benefits on Purchase Intention for the Fashion Products of Social Enterprises)

  • This study focuses on social norms and perceived benefits that are expected to lead to purchase fashion goods selling by social enterprises that can help guide the establishment of effective sales strategies for social enterprises. The relationships among two social norms (injunctive norms and descriptive norms), three perceived benefits (cause benefits, psychological benefits, and social image benefits), and purchase intention were investigated respectively. Data were collected via an online web survey and 11 hypotheses were statistically tested by using PLS-SEM analysis. Purchase intention toward the fashion products of social enterprises was influenced by four antecedent variables (injunctive and descriptive norms, cause and psychological benefits) excluding only social image benefits. However, descriptive norms only affected psychological benefits while injunctive norms only affected social image benefits. The findings suggest that the owners or marketers of social enterprises need to create a social atmosphere in which more consumers buy the fashion goods for social enterprises and emphasize consumers' psychological benefits that they feel mentally more comfortable by purchasing the fashion goods of social enterprises.

Tensile and fracture characterization using a simplified digital image correlation test set-up

  • Digital image correlation (DIC) is now a popular and extensively used full-field metrology technique. In general, DIC is performed by using a turnkey solution offered by various manufacturers of DIC. In this paper, a simple and economical set-up for DIC is proposed which uses easily accessible digital single-lens reflex (DSLR) camera rather than industrial couple-charged device (CCD) cameras. The paper gives a description of aspects of carrying a DIC experiment which includes experimental set-up, specimen preparation, image acquisition and analysis. The details provided here will be helpful to carry DIC experiments without specialized DIC testing rig. To validate the responses obtained from proposed DIC set-up, tension and fatigue tests on specimens made of IS 2062 Gr. E300 steel are determined. Tensile parameters for a flat specimen and stress intensity factor for an eccentrically-loaded single edge notch tension specimen are evaluated from results of DIC experiment. Results obtained from proposed DIC experiments are compared with those obtained from conventional methods and are found to be in close agreement. It is also noted that the high resolution of DSLR allows the use of proposed approach for fracture characterization which could not be carried out with a typical turnkey DIC solution employing a camera of 2MP resolution.

  • Shipping has become an important sector in supporting social, economic, government, defense, security, cultural and other sectors to unite separate islands and broad seas. Thus, ports automatically become an important facility in Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to test and explain the effect of Organizational readiness for change, Service Innovation, and Corporate Image on Perceived opportunity and challenge. The research model with inferential analysis uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with the WarpPLS approach, expected to answer the statements of problem and be able to test the desired hypothesis. The model development in this research was based on the background, statements of problem, conceptual framework and research hypotheses. The model referred to is "Complete and Comprehensive Port." Its development was carried out through studying and synthesizing various sources. The most important source is the results of literature review in the form of theoretical developments and research results, then continued with compilation. The use of Organizational Change Readiness, Service Innovation, and Corporate Image in improving Port Competitiveness is seen as one of the novelties of this research, specifically the use of the Organizational Change Readiness variable which is often used in high-flexibility companies but now used in port companies as well.

알칼리-실리카 반응에 의한 모르타르 봉의 SEM과 EPMA 분석을 통한 미세구조 연구 (Microstructural Study of Mortar Bar on Akali-Silica Reaction by Means of SEM and EPMA Analysis)

  • 이 연구에서는 알칼리-실리카 반응성을 평가하는데 적용되는 ASTM C 227과 ASTM C 1260 모르타르 봉 시험법으로 쇄석골재의 반응성을 평가하고, 제작된 모르타르를 3년간 일반 환경에 노출시킨 뒤, 알칼리-실리카 반응으 로 인해 생성될 수 있는 반응생성물 확인과 화학분석을 위해 SEM과 EPMA 분석을 실시하였다. 이 연구에서는 SEM의 secondary electron image(SEI)와 EPMA의 backscattered electron image(BSEI)를 이용하였다. 이 연구에 사용된 쇄석골재 는 ASTM C 227에 의해서는 2년간 뚜렷한 팽창을 나타내지 않았지만, KOH 용액을 이용한 반응촉진법에 의해서는 유 해 가능성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 모르타르 봉 시험 시행 후, SEM SEI 분석 결과, ASTM C 227에 의해 제작된 모 르타르 봉에서는 골재 입자와 시멘트페이스트 사이에 알칼리-실리카 반응에 의한 흔적이나 pore 내에서 반응생성물이 확인되지 않았다. 하지만 ASTM C 1260에 의한 모르타르 봉에서는 알칼리-실리카 반응의 전형적인 반응생성물로 알려 진 꽃잎형(rosette morphology)의 알칼리-실리카 겔(gel)이 확인되었다. EPMA 분석 결과, ASTM C 227에 의한 모르타르 봉에서도 골재 입자 표면에 부분적으로 미세하게 Al-ASR gel이 확인됨에 따라 ASTM C 227에 의해 2년간 무해한 팽 창을 나타내었던 모르타르 봉에서도 알칼리-실리카 반응이 발생하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 반응성 촉진 시험 후의 모르 타르의 EPMA 분석 결과에서는 골재 입자에 발생된 균열 내부뿐만 아니라 pore 내부에 알칼리-실리카 겔이 축적되어 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 또한 pore 내에서 확인된 겔이 골재 입자 내부에 생성된 겔에 비해 Ca 함량이 더 풍부한 것 으로 나타났다. 국내에서 생산되는 쇄석골재 사용으로 인하여 구조물 내부에 발생한 변화를 미세구조를 통해 확인한 결 과, 알칼리-실리카 반응에 의한 구조물 열화를 알 수 있었다. 따라서, 국내 쇄석골재 사용량 증가에 따라 새로운 건설에 있어서 알칼리-실리카 반응 방지를 위한 고려가 있어야 할 것으로 판단된다.
