Taylor and Ford in the 1910s led to the "scientific management" for the entire industry from the manufacturing spread of TQM Total Quality Management has been structured as a management efficiency, such as 6-Sigma techniques were developed. SW development also introduces the idea, such as CMMI and SPICE-based process management, management practices have evolved. However, in recent years to increase the knowledge of workers in the manufacturing process oriented management approach is under serious challenge. Business performance or productivity will be varied depending all motivation, human relationship, job involvement rather than simply putting a lot of time. Especially in the SW industry which is depending on human resource, Creativity should be limited in traditional management methods. Recently, Google and Apple, Cisco and global advanced companies adopt a human relationship management. Their productivity and creativity in product development has been successful by giving autonomy and motivation, enthusiasm and vision to tile employees. Human relationship management since the mid-1990s, appears as a new paradigm so called Agile process in the field of SW development. Agile processes emphasis on light, flexible and responding to changes immediately in the business environment step away from traditional management approach which is the heavy and complicated process. In this paper, agile project management concepts and practices which is applied to industry will be examined.

Information competitiveness accounts for substantial parts of business competitiveness necessary for business management in the knowledge-information society in the 21st century. To improve quality. productivity and competitiveness through information in the fields of SMEs particularly having difficulties under rapidly changing business environment. the government has operated "SME Information Support Project" for the past 8 years. The methodology for developing the standard for this project known as EISDM (Enterprise Information System Development Methodology) provides communication between IT businesses and SMEs participating in this project. and standardized output document formats and how to make out such documents. Infortunately. the number of personnel partaking in the development project for SMEs is no more than 2~4 per site on average. Further. they are required to complete demand analyses. development. testing and operation in about 6 months. which is a very short period. Moreover, there is too much demand for documentation, which is likely to end up being formal work process just for supervision and inspection. That is, the documentation could be for noting but documents. which will prove useless outputs after the project finishes. Therefore, this study proposes an improvement approach as an information system development methodology taking into account SMEs' characteristics and environment so as to relieve developers from such excessive burden of documentation, to save time and resources through efficient management of software development as the original purpose of the methodology, and to produce required quality software.

In order to determine the effects of Palmijihwangtangs on the hypothyroidism, the biochemical and morphologic effects of PALMIJIHWANGTANGS against 2-thiouracil-induced hypothyroidism in rats were examined. 1. Serum $T_3$ value was significantly incresed by the treatment with PALMIJIHWANGTANG-1, 2 and 3(p<0.05). 2. Serum $T_4$ value was significantly higher in PALMIJIHWANGTANG-1 and PALMIJIIIWANGTANG-2 treated groups than that of control group. In PALMIJIHWANGTANG-3 treated group, serum $T_4$ level was significantly higher and that of control group(p<0.01). 3. Scrum free $T_4$ value was significantly incresed in the PALMIJIHWANGTANG-1 and PALMIJIHWANGTANG-2 treated groups(p<0.05) 4. Total cholesterols was significantly decresed by the treatment with PALMIJIHWANGTANG-1(p<0.05). 5. The treament with the PALMIJIHWANGTANG-1, 2 and 3 resulted in the significantly decrease of serum ALT(p<0.05). 6. Thyroid gland weight was significantly increased in PALMIJIHWANGTANG-3 treated group(p<0.01). 7. Treatment with PALMIJIHWANGTANG-1, 2 and 3 effectively recovered the dystropy and degeneration of follicle in thyroid gland caused by 2-thiouracil. 8. There was no histological and functional lesion observed in the liver after treatment with PALMIJIHWANGTANG-1, 2 and 3. These results suggest that PALMIJIHWANGTANG may be effective in the treatment of hypothyroidism.

In order to estimate the human placental lactogen levels and its value as an indicator of placental function during the first half of normal pregnancy, we defermined HPL levels. in normal snbjects (No=40) from the 6th week to the 20th week of gestation For the determination of human placental lactogen in serum of normal pregnant women during the first half of prognancy, radioimmunoassay have been performed using Phadebas HPL Test kit. The range of 25ng to 800ng HPL/ml. were determined by the procedures using Phadbas HPL Test kit, which correspond to levels recorded throughout the first half of normal pregnancy. HPL was detected in the earliest pregnancy samples collected at 6 weeks but was generally present in minute amount during the first trimester of pregnancy, when the HPL level ranged from 25 ng/ml. to 0.86 ${\mu}g$/ml. The mean concentration of HPL increased gradually from only 0.03 ${\mu}g$/ml, at 6 weeks to 0.25 ${\mu}g$/ml, at 12 weeks of gestation, Subsequently the mean HPL value rose steeply from 0.25 ${\mu}g$/ml, at 12 weeks to 1.65 ${\mu}g$/ml, at 20 weeks of gestation.

Software organisations follow different methodologies for the development of software. The software development methodologies are mainly divided into two categories, including plan-driven and agile development. To attain project success, it is very significant to consider risk management during whole project. Agile development is considered risk-driven, but many risks are unreported at the industrial level. The risks can be divided into three categories, including (i) development risks, (ii) organisations risks, and (iii) people-oriented risks. This paper deals with Development risks specifically. Several risks related to development are faced by people working in the industry while dealing with agile development. Their management among the industry is a big issue, so this paper emphasises ARMF based on development-related risks by following agile development. This research work will help software organisations to prevent different project-related risks during agile development. The risks are elicited at two-level, (i) literature-based and (ii) IT industry based. A systematic literature review was performed for eliciting the agile risks from the literature. Detailed case studies and survey research methods were applied for eliciting risks from IT industry. Finally, we merged the agile development risks from literature with standard industrial risks. Hence, we established an agile risk mitigation framework ARMF based on agile development and present a groundwork established in light of empirical examination for extending it in future research.

Due to increasing interest in distributed agile software development, there is a need to systematically review the literature on challenges encountered in the agile software development environment. Using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, 32 relevant publications, dated between 2013 and 2018 were selected from four electronic databases. Data from these publications were extracted to identify the key challenges across the system development life cycle (SDLC) phases, which essentially are short phases in each agile-based iteration. 5 types of key challenges were identified as impacting the SDLC phases; these challenges are Communication, Coordination, Cooperation, Collaboration and Control. In the context of the SLDC phases, the Communication challenge was discussed the most often (79 times, 33%). The least discussed challenges were Cooperation and Collaboration (26 times, 11% each). The 5 challenges occur because of distances which occur in distributed environment. This SLR identified 4 types of distances which contribute to the occurrence of these key challenges - physical, temporal, social-cultural and knowledge/experience. Of the 32 publications, only 4 included research which proposed new solutions to address challenges in agile distributed software development. The authors of this article believe that the findings in this SLR are a resource for future research work to deepen the understanding of and to develop additional solutions to address the challenges in distributed agile software development.

The SW-centered battlefield management information system R&D project takes a long period of 5-10 years or more by applying a complex and rigid batch acquisition strategy. In order to solve this problem, it is necessary to institutionalize a rapid and flexible battlefield management information system R&D project management procedure applying agile development methodology, and a government project management organization and contract management method to support it In this study, we analyzed the case of applying the Agile development method centered on Scrum to the US SW-centered weapon system R&D project and the characteristics and problems of the battlefield management information system R&D project in Korea, and suggested improvement measures as follows. First, the battlefield management information system R&D model applies the hybrid development method, and the system requirements analysis and system structure design use the existing waterfall development procedure, and the agile method is applied from the SW requirements analysis to the system integration stage. Second, flexible adjustment of performance, schedule, and cost by organizing an Agile IPT in which military (requirements) - DAPA (project management) - developer - functional specialized organizations (test and evaluation, quality, government research institutes, etc.) participate. Third, improving the Basic Order Agreement so that it can be applied to agile R&D.

This paper proposed an application of agile management method to resolve the electrical system issues identified during the mass production phase of aged aircraft performance improvement. The proposed method was applied from issue analysis to on-site verification and testing stage, before the formal configuration control process. At this time, the project was carried out by setting a sprint period to complete the verification according to requirements through daily scrum and sprint review. As a result, It was verified that the wiring installation of the aircraft, which was the output of the sprint, met requirements within the defined sprint period.

Mobile web applications are being used and changed rapidly due to the growth of mobile device performance. But, cost of development environment and standards make the high development cost and low productivity. It is main reason that the design and implementation of the applications are more time consuming than general computing environments. In this paper, we propose MWeb(MobileWeb)-Framework based on the agile methodology and Ruby on Rails that is a kind of framework for supporting mobile web application development using mobile web standards. This work consists of the mobile web development architecture and agile process model. MWeb-Framework will support the same user experience to the different devices. We validates the framework by implementing the case studies through suggested mobile web development framework. As a result, we can develop the mobile web applications with productivity and quality. In the future, we will suggest how to make the MWeb-Framework standardization and practically apply the frameworks the various case studies to improve framework potentially problems.
