공급사슬네트워크 시뮬레이터 개발 (Development of Supply Chain Network Simulator)

  • The competition between companies for prior occupation of the market is becoming fierce. In this highly competitive situation, it is important for companies to differentiate themselves if they are going to have a chance at success. And the competition to create the best solution method possible is higher than ever. Increased competition is forcing companies to lower costs and improve efficiency. A supply chain management(SCM) has become one of the most important solution methods of competitive advantage. This study has developed a simulator for the supply chain network problem. The simulator is designed to simulate the conditions of an actual supply chain network considering uncertainties. The simulator developed using commercial simulation tool ARENA and the results of computational experiments for a simple example were given and discussed to validate the developed simulator. Further research is needed, but using the simulator could become a useful tool for decision making in the supply chain network area.

  • 기업의 사회적책임 이행이 단일기업의 노력만이 아닌 공급망 전체의 노력으로 이루어진다면 보다 효율적이며 동기부여 측면에서 효과적인 사회적책임이 이루어질 것으로 예측할 수 있다. 이를 "사회적책임의 SCM적 접근"이라고 간주하면 SC-CSR(Supply Chain - Cooperate Social Responsibility)을 통해, 단일 기업의 사회적책임 이행보다는 공급망전체의 사회적책임 이행이 그 효과가 클 것이라고 예측할 수 있다. 현재의 사회적책임 이행에 대한 동기부여에 공급망에서의 사회적책임 이행요구 또는 이행실시 등이 더해진다면 미래의 사회적책임에 대한 동기부여는 더욱 강화되는 것을 실증하였다. 본 연구는 사회적책임의 이행 특히, 중소기업의 이행을 위해서는 단일 중소기업의 사회적책임 이행의지보다는 공급망 전체의 이행요구와 분위기가 촉매역할을 하여 사회적책임의 이행의지를 높이는 것을 SC-CSR적 접근을 통해 실증하였다.

  • This Research aims to analyze the effects of SCM management capabilities and IT capabilities on firm performance. The strategic performance was shown to be positively and significantly affected by flexibility and responsiveness which were proxies for SCM management capabilities. However, neither main effect of IT capability nor interaction effects of IT capability and SCM management capability on firm performance was found.

공급사슬관리시스템의 활용에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (The Factors Affecting on The Implementation of Supply Chain Management System)

  • 본 연구에서는 경영전략의 하나로 활용되고 있는 공급사슬관리(Supply Chain Management : SCM)시스템의 활용에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 분석하였다. 요인들을 도출하기 위하여 기존의 연구들을 바탕으로 SCM시스템을 구축하여 활용하고 있는 생산기업으로 부터 수집된 데이터로 실증분석을 하였다. 설문지 내용은 Likert 5점 척도로 구성하였고, 인터넷 설문을 실시하였다. 연구 모델을 구조방정식을 통해서 분석한 결과 공급사슬관리시스템의 활용에 영향을 미치는 요인들은 기업의 IT-활용능력과 기업의 공급사슬관계로 함축되었다. 이들 요인들의 관계는 구조방정식(Structural Equation Model : SEM) 기법을 통해 상호연관관계를 분석하였다. 본 연구는 한국의 제조기업 들에게 공급사슬관리시스템 구축 및 활용 있어서 고려해야할 요인들에 대한 이해를 증진시키고, 효율적인 공급사슬관리시스템을 구축할 수 있는 방향을 제시해 줄 것이다.

  • We develop an intelligent information system in a multilayer electronic supply chain network. Using the internet for supply chain management (SCM) is a key interest for contemporary managers and researchers. It has been realized that the internet can facilitate SCM by making real time information available and enabling collaboration between trading partners. Here, we propose a multi-agent system to analyze the performance of the elements of a supply network based on the attributes of the information flow. Each layer consists of elements which are differentiated by their performance throughout the supply network. The proposed agents measure and record the performance flow of elements considering their web interactions for a dynamic route selection. A dynamic programming approach is applied to determine the optimal route for a customer in the end-user layer.

  • In the supply chain, The ATP function doesn't only give customers to confirmation of delivery. It can be used by the core function with ATP rule that can reconcile supplies and demands on the supply chain. Therefore We can acquire the conformation about accuracy on the due date of supplier by using the ATP function of management about real and concurrent access on the supply chain, also can decide the affect about product availability due to forecasting or customer's orders through the ATP. This study analyze the data concerned with ATP and define the necessity on a SCM solution. Under the these environments, after defining the ATP rule that can improve the customer value and data flow related the CRM, we propose the advanced ATP model that proposes the method and classification system that can flexibly aggregate the ATP data with ATP rule on the supply chain.

  • SCM as the important marketing strategy enhance the firm's efficiency and compatibility in global market environment such as global outsourcing. Firms adopted SCM realized the need to evaluate precisely the performance of SCM. In spite of importance of SCM, there was not much intention and research to measure SCM performance in textile fashion industry. Therefore, the purpose of this case study was to measure performance of supply chain management in textile fashion business using BSC(Balanced Score Card) to measure not only financial perspective but also non-financial perspectives such as customer perspective, internal business perspectives, financial perspective, and innovation & learning perspective. The questionnaire developed by the reviews of the literature was adopted for this study. The results of this study showed that SCM performance was enhanced from the point of customer perspective(cost, quality, time, service), financial perspective(cash cycle time, inventory turn over, inventory obsolescence, return on asset, return on investment, capacity utilization), and innovation & learning perspective(cost for human resource management, service for human resources). But there was same performance level regarding internal business perspective(lead time, cost for manufacturing process, product quality control, productive flexibility for time, quantity, and variety). Therefore, we should keep close relationship and two way communication among supply chain members to promote better SCM performance.

  • The primary objective of Supply Chain Management (SCM) is to optimize the cash, material and information flow considering all components of Supply Chain (SC) . The plan, established for achieving such objective, is called Supply Chain Planning (SCP) . This SCP gives each SC component specific volume or operation task, should be done in specific due date, for optimizing SC. In detail, the degree of accomplishment for SCP, depends on the SCP achievement of each SC components, is very close to successful SCM. However, this achievement is affected by uncertainties about time and volume. In general, reliability concepts means the probability that a product or system will perform its specified function under prescribed conditions without failure for a specified period of time. Therefore, the concept of Supply Chain Reliability (SCR) and an analytic methodology to calculate the degree of achievement SCP using reliability concept are proposed in this paper. SCR means that the degree of achievement for SCP considering all SC components in due date. SCR can be used to measure the performance of whole supply chain and indicate the direction of SCP.

  • Most of companies related to the area of B2B electronic commerce are making their efforts to innovate their existing business process into new designed supply chain process. eSCM system using XML/EDI has potential to impact on reshaping the relationship between traditional trading partners. This study intends to suggest a prototype of eSCM system using XML/EDI. To implement eSCM system, we analyze and design the supply chain process by using Unified Modeling Language, with a firm, which is a first vendor to produce LAMP, engaged in Korean automobile industry.
