A Study on the Introduction of MFCA for Logistics (물류분야의 MFCA 도입방안 연구)

  • 본 연구에서는 물류분야에 MFCA를 도입하기 위해 공급업체와 본사간의 MFCA 정보를 공유할 수 있는 데이터베이스를 구축하여 원활한 정보흐름이 이루어지도록 하였다. 또한 GCM 프로세스를 분석하여 물류 부문에 MFCA를 적용할 수 있도록 물량센터를 물류 기능별 프로세스에 맞춰 선정하도록 하였다. 마지막으로 MFCA Framework를 5가지로 설정(MFCA Database Management, MFCA Visualization, GCM Data Integration, GCM Data Tracking, MFCA Data Predict & Assignment)하여 각 기능별로 설명하였다. 이를 통해 그동안 환경친화적 물류활동을 구현하는 기업들이 MFCA를 도입하고자 할 경우 GCM 프로세스 중 MFCA를 적용하는 범위 및 적용대상을 선정하는데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • 오늘날 많은 제조업체 또는 물류업체는 물류의 효과적 수행을 위해 물류센터를 운영하고 있으며, 물류센터의 효과적 이용을 통한 물류문제 해결은 기업운영에 있어서 주요 해결과제 가운데 하나로 자리잡게 되었다. 이러한 물류센터를 운영하고 관리함에 있어서 물류센터의 전략적 의사결정과 투자계획의 수립을 위해 물류센터의 수행도 측정을 통한 정량적인 평가가 절대적으로 필요하게 되었다. 그러나 현재 기업물류활동을 평가하기 위한 여러가지 물류활동 측정지표들이 제시되고 있으나 물류센터들의 수행도 측정을 위해 체계적으로 정의화되고, 표준적으로 사용되는 유력한 정량적 평가방법이 아직 제시되어 있지 않다. 본 연구에서는 물류센터의 특성을 Cost(비용), Operation(설비운영). Quality(성과), Speed(속도), Flexibility(유연성), Safety(안전성)등 모두 여섯 가지로 구분하여 각각의 특성을 통해 물류센터를 정량적으로 평가한다. 이중 Safety(안전성)를 기본으로 삼고 나머지 주요인자들의 정량적 평가치 들을 통해 물류센터의 종합적인 수행도 평가 모델을 제시하였다. 물류센터의 운영평가는 궁극적인 공급체인관리망(SCM: Supply Chain Management)의 완성과 기업의 업무효율에 이바지하는 것이다.

장기지향성과 자산특유성이 공급사슬관리 추진방식과 성과에 미치는 영향

  • We establish two models -'intermediate' role model and 'infra-structural' role model - to confirm what role the concepts of 'long-term orientation' and 'asset specificity' execute in the context of supply chain management practices affect on SCM performances. We confirm the model's statistical significance with empirical investigation about 167 manufacturing companies in all over the country. As a result, we find that real data fits to 'infra-structural' role model with added paths of concepts and variables rather to 'intermediate' role model. We prove these results with empirical method of confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model with AMOS program.

  • 현재까지 e-비즈니스와 관련된 많은 자료들과 솔루션들이 발표되었지만 기업을 위한 e-비즈니스 환경에 IT 기술을 접목시켜 기업의 내부의 IT 기술과 솔루션에 대한 연구가 활발하지 않은 듯 하다. e-비즈니스의 유형은 기업과 고객(B2C), 기업과 기업(B2B), 국가와 기업(G2B), 국가와 국가(G2G) 등으로 세분화 할 수 있으나, 가장 중심적 역할을 하는 주체는 기업 조직이라고 하겠다. 본 연구에서는 많은 e-비즈니스의 구현 기반 기술 중에서 기업 내부 측면의 e-비즈니스 구현 기반기술과 관련된 IT 기술들은 전사적 자원관리를 위한 ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)와 지식 기반의 정보 분석을 위한 DW/CRM(Data Warehouse/ Customer Relationship Management), 기업내부의 정보 통로인 EIP(Enterprise Information Portal}, 기업내부의 이기종 어플리케이션간의 통합을 위한 EAI(Enterprise Application Integration)와 경영층의 전략적인 의사결정을 지원하기 위한 SEM(Strategy Executive Management), 확장 ERP 개념인 SCM(Supply Chain Management) 기술에 대한 개념적 이해와 기업내부의 e-비즈니스 환경을 위한 적용방안을 밝히고 각 IT별 솔루션의 분류함에 의해 기업의 e-비즈니스 시스템의 구현 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

  • High-Tech 산업은 국제적인 경쟁력과 갈수록 짧아지는 제품의 Life-cycle로 인해 그 경쟁이 매우 치열해 지고 있다. 따라서. 변동되는 시장 상황에 맞추어 자재의 구매/조달, 연구 개발, 생산, 물류/배송, 판매, 및 고객에 대한 납기 약속 등을 신속하고 정확하게 처리하기 위해 전 세계적으로 SCM(Supply Chain Management)관점에서 APS(Advanced Planning and Scheduling)시스템을 사영하고 있다. 특히, 고객으로부터 주문량이 할당되면 주어진 자재와 공장의 생산능력 (capacity)을 계산하여 생산가능 유무 및 생산가능일을 알려주는 공장내의 생산 계획 및 스케줄링 방법은 현재는 물론 앞으로도 지속적으로 발전시켜야 될 부분으로서 그 중요성이 점점 확대되고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 High-Tech 산업 중에서 전자 산업의 요구 사항을 분석하고, 이러한 요구 사항들을 해결하기 위래 세계적으로SCM 시장에서 가장 많은 경쟁력을 가지고 있는 i2 Technologies사의 생산 계획 및 스케줄링 툴인 Factory Planner를 사용한 사례를 제시한다.

  • The company cannot optimize its computing environment just with individual solutions such as ERP(enterprise resource planning), SCM(supply chain management), CRM(customer relationship management), and KM(knowledge management). EAI(enterprise application integration) has emerged as an alternative that can optimize computing environment of the company through integrating such solutions and systems of distributed computing and mainframe environment. This paper reports the case study of Deakyo Co. in successfully implementing EAI. It describes project goal, project organization, project plan, the implemented EAI configuration and its features, the EAI effectiveness to the firm, and the critical success factors of the EAI project. This case study is thought to be useful as a practical guideline in carrying out EAI project of the company and to provide significant basis for constructing the theoretical framework of EAI project methodology.

  • The focus of Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) has been extended to inter-business process that cuts across independent companies. Combined with Supply Chain Management (SCM), inter-business process reengineering (IBPR) focuses on synchronization of business activities among trading partners to achieve performance improvements in inventory management and cycle time. This paper reviews the business process reengineering movement from the historical perspective and presents a case of inter-business process reengineering using the latest internet-based Business-to- Business (B2B) technology based on Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR). The case demonstrates how CPFR technology reengineers the distribution process between Heineken USA and its distributors. As world's first implementor of web-based collaborative planning system, Heineken USA reduces cycle time from determining the customer need to delivery of the need by 50% and increases sales revenue by 10%. B2B commerce on the internet is predicted to grow from $90 billion in 1999 to $2.0 trillion in 2003. This paper provides the management with the bench-marking case on inter-business process reengineering using B2B e-commerce technology.

  • Recently, interests for SRM have been increasing rapidly to automate the whole processes of supply chain from sourcing to procurement and improve the whole efficiency of supply chain by strategically managing the relationship with external partners (suppliers). The national procurement service of Korea is trying to build new paradigms by introducing SRM for improving the competitiveness of national public procurement service. For this, a new assessment model for evaluating and selecting suppliers with fairness and objectivity should be developed. In this paper, we propose a new SRM solution including a model that evaluates and grades of suppliers' capabilities of performing the contracts. We also explain the innovation of national public procurement system through this SRM solution.

  • The Purpose of this is to Examine the Effects of Collaborative Relations of Supplier- Buyer, Sustainable Supply Chain Management(SCM) Sctivities, and Collaborative Performance in Automobile-part Companies. The Proposed Research Model is Tested using Structural Equation Modeling for Hypotheses based on the Data Collected from 274 Firms. The Results Indicate that Collaborative Relations of Supplier-buyer Positively Affect Sustainable SCM Activities. In Addition, Sustainable SCM Activities Positively Affects Collaborative Performance. The Results of the Study Show that Collaborative Relations of Supplier-buyer is Positively Associated with Sustainable SCM Activities in both Supplier and Buyer Firms. Sustainable SCM Activities have a Significant Impact on Collaborative Performance in both Parts. In Addition, Collaborative Relations of Supplier-buyer have a Significant Impact on Collaborative Performance of Buyer Firms but Supplier. This Study would Provide Useful Information for Collaboration between Supplier and Buyer to have a Long-term Strategic Relationship on Sustainable SCM Activities, which Impact on Collaborative Performance and Competitive Advantages.

A Study on Scor model and BSC to estimate SCM Performance in Textile and Fashion Business (섬유패션기업의 SCM 성과 측정을 위한 Scor Model과 BSC 연구)

  • To survive competitive global market, textile and fashion business incorporated Supply Chain Management strategy to make product and information flows fast and correct. Especially textile and fashion industry involves many complicated channels from up stream, middle stream, to down stream for delivering their production. Evaluating SCM performance is very critical to make better business profit model. Representative Scor model and BSC method are well fitted into textile and fashion business because of distributional complexity, non-financial factors to be considered, and innovative product characteristics. But there was little study to compare these two methods for textile and fashion business. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the Scor model and BSC method based upon review of literatures. The results of this study were as follows: Scor model had some strengths which were availability to apply for various industries due to standardized process, operation process emphasized, various customizable factors to compose for the company, and premise on SCM strategic execution. BSC method had some strengths which were the balance including financial and non-financial factors, qualitative analysis, and considering the goal and vision to convey organically from top to bottom of organization. The main differences between them were different scope to deal with performance estimating index from qualitative to quantitative analysis, the scope of human resources to manage, and possibility of performance comparison among companies.
