공급망관리(SCM)는 인터넷을 기반으로 한 비즈니스 환경에서 중요한 정보기술 이슈 중의 하나이다. B2B 전자상거래 환경에 관련 있는 많은 기업들은 기존의 기업 Business 프로세스를 새롭게 통합된 공급망 프로세스로 개선하기 위한 혁신적인 노력을 하고 있다. XML/EDI를 활용한 SCM 시스템은 전통적 거래 당사자들간의 관계를 재편성하게 함으로써 그들에게 경쟁적 우위를 제공하고 있다. 본 연구는 XML/EDI를 활용한 SCM 시스템 프로토타입을 제안한다. 본 연구는 자동차부품산어을 대상으로 하여 자동차 Lamp를 생산하는 1차 부품기업에 초점을 두어 객체지향 방법론인 UML을 활용하여 자동차부품산업의 공급망관리 프로세스에 대한 분석과 설계를 수행한다. UML을 이용한 SCM 시스템의 구현은 소프트웨어 재사용과 확장성 그리고 기업 내부 정보시스템과의 상호 호환성에서 좋은 성과를 보여준다.

SCM은 기업의 성과를 향상시키기 위해 공급사슬 전체를 유기적으로 통합한 전략적 협업체이다. SCM의 활동을 효율적으로 달성하기 위해서는 상호 장기적 관계수립을 위한 변화관리가 강조되고 있다. SCM 시스템의 구현은 공급사슬 내의 기업 및 구성원들의 광범위한 변화를 가져오고, 이러한 변화는 기업 및 구성원의 저항에 부딪칠 수 있기 때문이다. 따라서, 효과적인 변화관리 없이는 SCM 시스템의 성공을 보장 할 수 없다. 또한 본 연구에서는 정보특성 (정보품질, 정보공유)를 통한 SCM 시스템성과를 측정하기 위해 정보역량을 개념을 채택하였다. 따라서, 본 연구는 변화관리가 정보품질과 정보공유를 통해 정보역량에 미치는 상호호혜적인 인과관계를 밝히고자 하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 변화관리는 정보품질, 정보공유, 정보역량에 모두 유의한 영향을 보였다. 둘째, 정보품질 역시 정보공유 및 정보역량에 유의한 영향을 보였다. 마지막으로, 정보공유 또한 정보역량에 유의한 영향을 보였다.

기업간 경쟁의 격화와 정보기술의 발달로 인하여 많은 기업들이 공급사슬관리(SCM)를 도입하고 있다. 이에 따라, 공급사슬상의 관련 기업간의 상호작용과 정보공유에 기반한 공급사슬 통합이 추진되고 있으며, 웹서비스 와 같은 시스템에 독립적인 기술 적용의 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 웹서비스를 이용하면서도 높은 수준의 공급사슬 통합이 이루어지기 위해서는, 여러 상호작용주체가 참여하는 글로벌 프로세스 수준에서 SCM 프로세스를 관리하고 제어할 필요가 있으며, 본 논문에서는 비즈니스 프로세스 자동화 및 관리도구로 최근 각광을 받고 있는 BPM을 도입하여 각 업무단위가 웹서비스로 구성된 환경에서 SCM을 구성하는 프로세스를 효과적으로 통합하여 실행하는 방안을 제시한다. 이러한 접근법은 SCM 프로세스의 진행과정을 보다 효율적으로 관리, 모니터링하는 것이 가능하며, SCM 프로세스의 수행결과를 토대로 프로세스의 개선에 대한 방안을 모색할 수 있다. 또한, SCM 프로세스의 진행과정에서 의사결정이 필요한 경우 이에 대한 지원 에이전트를 웹서비스로 구성하여 보다 신속한 프로세스 수행을 가능하게 한다.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the level of SCM activities and the logistics performance by SCM of the three company types in fashion industry· fabric suppliers, apparel manufacturers, and retailers. The level of SCM activities was estimated through the examination of seven factors: commitment and leadership of a top management, flexibility of management, understanding of demand characteristics, integrated management organization, information system, cooperative partnership and communication and exchange of opinion. The logistics performance was measured by improvement in customer service(on time delivery ratio of products, returning rate, treat ratio for A/S, order fill rate, substitute providing capability for being out of stock) and delivery cost reduction. Through questionnaire survey, a total of 214 data for 108 companies of three company types were collected: 46 for 40 fabric suppliers, 123 for 64 apparel manufacturers and 45 for 4 retailers. The analysis of SCM activity levels showed that fabric suppliers had higher degrees in the factor of understanding of demand characteristics, and apparel manufacturers had higher degrees in the factor of information systems. For retailers, the factor of communication and exchange of opinion represented higher degrees. The study on relationship between the SCM activity levels and logistics performance showed that the SCM activity factor of understanding of demand characteristics greatly improved a substitute providing capability for being out of stock in fabric suppliers, and information system improved a substitute providing capability for being out of stock, on time delivery ratio of products and order fill rate in apparel manufacturers. In retailers, the SCM activity factor of understanding of demand characteristics decreased returning rate highly and improved on time delivery ratio of products. The study results showed that SCM activities in fashion industry brought more improvement in customer service levels rather than in delivery cost reduction.

오늘날 기업들은 비용절감과 효율적인 운영을 위한 수단으로서 SCM(공급사슬관리)에 관심이 더욱 집중되고 있다. 글로벌 환경의 불확실성과 미래 경쟁력에 있어서 기업은 지속적인 경쟁우위를 차지하고 이를 지속적으로 유지할 수 있는가 하는 것이 기업의 궁극적인 최대 목표인 것이다. 이러한 점에서, 중소부품제조업체의 경영전략, 협업프로세스 및 SCM통합이 기업성과에 미치는 영향력을 밝히는데 목적을 갖고 실증분석을 하였으며 그 결과를 종합하면 다음과 같다. 국내 중소부품제조업체에서의 경영전략, 협업프로세스 및 SCM통합이 기업성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳐 가설은 모두 채택되었다. 이는 중소부품제조업으로서의 경영전략을 위한 품질, 원가, 유연성, 납기와 협업을 위한 전략적 목표인지, 지원정책, 문제해결방안, 지식정보공유가 SCM통합의 품질신뢰성, 비용절감, 납기준수능력, 정보시스템운영을 향상시켜 종국적으로 기업의 정량적, 정성적 성과를 높여주는 기제임을 확인시켜준 것으로 평가할 수 있다.

Given the increasing of adoption of the SCM(Supply Chain Management), especially in small and medium-sized enterprises, this study aims at identifying the key influencing factors of small and medium-sized enterprises' SCM adoption. Based on prior research on innovation diffusion theory, TPB(Theory of Planned Behavior), and IT/EDI adoption in various organizations, a model of SCM adoption has been developed and empirically tested hypotheses based on the model. The model was tested using LISREL analysis on the sample collected from 127 small and medium-sized enterprises' top management. The results show that perceived behavioral control is found to have a significant positive effect on adoption intention, and attitude and subjective norm are also important determinants of SCM adoption intention in small and medium-sized enterprises. Implications of these findings are discussed for researchers and practitioners.

SCM(Supply Chain Management)은 초기에 생산의 효율성 증대를 위해 생산 계획에 초점을 둔 제품으로 발전하였으나, 최근에는 수요자 중심으로의 비즈니스 패러다임 변화, 프로세스 간 상호연계 강화, 수요의 다양성 및 변동성 증가 등의 환경이 변화하면서 지능적인 SCM이 요구되고 있다. 지능적인 SCM은 IoT, 빅데이터, 인공지능 등의 기술을 활용하여 공급 사슬 전체에 대한 자동화, 자율화, 연결성을 보장하는 것을 강조하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 급변하는 비즈니스 환경변화에 대응하여 공급 사슬 최적화를 달성하기 위해 IoT와 빅데이터 기반의 SCM 시스템에 관하여 연구하였다.

Objectives On the point of modern preventive medicine, Sasang Constitutional Meidicine(SCM) has the thoughts of preventive medicine. Modern preventive medicine has the three dimensional prevention; primary, secondary and tertiary prevention. The preventive thoughts of SCM concerning three dimensional prevention have been investigated in this article. Method Materials and references were collected about the prevention of SCM. Lee Jema's books such as Donguisusebowon, Gyeokchigo and Donguisusebowon Chobonguen were included. Result and Conclusions As the primary prevention of SCM, Regimen according to ages, explanation according to health index as Myeongmaeksilsu(命脈實數), moderation of four ruinous causes such as intoxication, seduction, opulence and authority, adequate social life and control of 4 kinds of emotions(sorrow, anger, joy and pleasure) are included. As the secondary prevention of SCM, explanation according to disease index, fragile Organs and frequently acquired diseases according to constitutions are included. As the tertiary prevention of SCM, rehabilitation for the stroke patients according to constitutions is included. In conclusion, SCM has all of 3 dimensional prevention methods although that might be applied with modern considerate modification.

SCM becomes the key information systems in small and medium enterprises followed by ERP. One of the critical success factors for successful implementation of SCM is to develop a performance measurement framework. Previous study, however, shows that there are not appropriate performance measurements for small and medium enterprises. The purpose of this study is to develop a SCM performance measurement for small and medium enterprises. Based on the analysis of previous studies, a performance framework and measurement are developed. A case study has been conducted to validate a framework. The results show that a framework is valid, but needs to be improved. Using a framework, more successful implementation of SCM would be expected.

지난 10년 동안 SCM 성공요인에 대한 많은 연구가 되어 왔으며, 그 중 절반은 성공적인 SCM 실행을 위한 파트너 간의 협력과 SCM 성과요인에 대한 연구가 많았다. 그럼에도 불구하고 SCM의 특징상 그 범위가 광대하고 명확하지 않아 관련연구에서 SCM 성공에 관한포괄적인 연구에는 어려움이 있는 것이 사실이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기존의 부분적으로 이루어 졌던 공급체인관리의 성공과 관련한 연구들을 통합된 5가지 구성요소로 분류 및 정리하였으며, 각 구성요소에 따른 종속변수를 정리하여 SCM 성공모형의 통합된 관점을 제공한다.
