Metallic glass 1605SC, 2826MB 두 재질에 대해 세 가지 본딩 구조를 가지는 광섬유 자왜변환기를 구성하여 구조에 따른 여러가지 자왜응답특성을 측정해 보았다. 측정결과 두 재질 모두에서 양끝 본딩이 경우 가장 좋은 자왜응답특성을 보였다. 2605SC의 경우 양끝 본딩구조를 가진 자왜변환기의 유효자왜상수 $C_{eff}$, saturation magnetostriction .lambda.$_{s}$ , 최소감지자계 $H_{min}$은 각각 1.2*$10^{-5}$O $e^{-2}$ , 7.4*$10^{-4}$ , 1.6*$10^{-7}$ Oe/.root.Hz로 측정되었고, 2826MB재질의 경우 양끝 본딩구조에서의 유효자왜상수 $C_{eff}$, saturation magnetostriction .lambda.$_{s}$ 는 각각 7.6*$10^{-6}$ O $e^{-2}$ , 3.4*$10^{-4}$ 로 측정되었다.되었다.

The microstructural changes of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy containing Sc during hot extrusion and post heat treatment were investigated. Two kinds of Al-Sc alloys with different alloying elements (B1, B2) were hot extruded to make T-shape bars at extrusion temperature of $380^{\circ}C$, then the bars were solution treated at $480^{\circ}C$ for 2hrs followed by artificial aging at $120^{\circ}C$ for 24hrs. The interior microstructure of as extruded bar consisted of elongated grains, however, fine equiaxed grains were also observed around surface. The microstructural gradient suggested that different restoration process could proceed during the hot extrusion. For B1 and B2, different grain growth behaviors were found around the surface during the post heat treatment. Rapid grain growth behavior was observed for B1 around the surface, however, it was not observed for B2. Orientation pinning, which was related with the evolution of preferred orientation, and precipitation were thought to be responsible for the rapid grain growth.

This paper presents the design of a low-voltage wide-band switched-capacitor (SC) filter for wireless communication receiver applications. The filter is the 5th-order Elliptic lowpass filter. With the clock frequency of 50MHz implying that an effective sampling frequency is 100MHz with double sampling scheme, the cut-off frequency of the filter is programmable to be 1.25MHz, 2.5MHz, 5MHz and 10MHz. For low-power systems powered by a single-cell battery, the SC filter was elaborately designed to operate at 1.2V power supply. Simulation result shows that the 3rd-order input intercept point (IIP3) can be up to 27dBm. The filter was fabricated in a $0.25-{\mu}m$ 1P5M standard CMOS technology and measured frequency responses show good agreement with the simulation ones. The current consumption is 34mA at a 1.2V power supply.

본 논문은 저 전압 및 저 왜곡 스위치형 커패시터 (switched-capacitor, SC)를 적용한 새로운 형태의 몸체효과 보상형 스위치 구조를 제안한다 제안된 회로는 저 전압 SC 회로를 위해서 rail-to-rail 스위칭을 허용하며 기존의 부트스트랩된 회로 (19dB) 보다 더 우수한 총 고조파 왜곡을 가진다. 설계된 2-1 캐스케이드 시그마 델타 변조기는 통신 송수신시스템내의 오디오 코덱을 위한 고해상도 아날로그-디지털변환을 수행한다. 1단 폴드형 캐스코드 연산증폭기 및 2-1 캐스케이드 시그마 델타 변조기는 0.25 마이크론 이중 폴리 3-금속 표준 CMOS 공정으로 제작되었으며, 2.7V에서 동작한다.

Electrically-induced strain(S) and polarization(P) for Pb(Sc1/2Nb1/2)O3-PbTiO3(1-x)PSN-xPT) crystalline solutions were studied. From the compositional dependence of S and P we could observe two maximum values at x=0.10 and x=0.425. It is considered that PSNT10(x=0.10) composition is the structural phase boundary to indicate the variable order-disorder[VOD] region. PSNT(x=0.425) composition is the morphotropic phase boundary[MPB] to indicate the rhombohedral to tetragonal phase transition. Higher S (0.437%) and P (0.3974$\mu$C/$\textrm{cm}^2$) values were attained by the La substitution (5 wt%) at Pb site in the MPB composition of 57.5PSN-42.5PT.

ISO/IEC JTC1/SC27 WG2의 역사 및 개요를 간단히 소개하고, 각 표준 별로 어떠한 내용인지, 어떤 기법들이 표준화되었는지를 살펴 본 후, 앞으로 WG2에서 표준화가 될 가능성이 있는 topic들을 살펴보고, 마지막으로 현재 가장 중요한 issue가 되고 있는 국제표준 암호알고리즘 선정기준에 대해 소개한다.

데이터 관리 및 교환 분야의 국제 표준화를 추진하고 있는 JTC1/SC32의 총회 및 작업반 회의가 5월24일부터 28일까지 일본 마츠에에서 개최되었다. 이번 총회는 9개국에서 52명의 전문가가 참가하였으며, 텍스트 및 수치 데이터를 포함하여 그래픽 데이터를 처리할 수 있는 새로운 데이터베이스 언어인 SQL3의 국제 표준이 채택되었다.
