최근 S-100 표준을 기반으로 웹 상에서 표준화된 전자해도 및 항행정보의 융합 서비스를 제공하기 위한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 그러나, S-101의 전자해도, S-102의 해저지형 등과 같은 데이터 표준들은 어느 정도 완성이 되어 제시되고 있으나, 선박과 선박, 선박과 항만, 또는 선박/항만과 대국민 사이에 항행정보의 웹 서비스 또는 클라우드 서비스를 가능하게 하는 서비스 표준들은 매우 부족한 상황이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 ISO 19100과 OGC의 공간정보 표준을 참고하여 개발되고 있는 S-100 표준의 상황을 고려하여 S-101의 전자해도 표준과 공간정보의 WMS, WMTS 등의 웹 서비스 표준을 수용하는 On-Shore 항행정보 서비스 플랫폼에 대하여 제시하고자 한다. 제안된 On-Shore 항행정보 서비스 플랫폼은 전자해도, 공간정보, 날씨, AIS 정보 등의 융합 서비스가 가능하며, WebApp 서비스 또는 앱 지원을 통하여 스마트 폰 등의 모바일 기기에서도 손쉽게 항행정보 서비스를 제공받을 수 있다.

국제해사기구의 e-Navigation 전략은 선박에 새로운 기술을 도입하여 더욱 편리하고 안전한 항해를 지원하는 것이다. e-Navigation 전략 이행을 위해 다양한 해양 정보 서비스에서 발생 가능한 요구사항을 수용할 수 있는 공통 데이터 모델이 필요하게 되었고, 최종적으로 국제수로기구의 S-100 표준이 선정되었다. 이 중 해양기상정보를 차세대 전자해도정보시스템에서 표출하기 위한 S-41X 제품표준은 현재 개발이 미완료된 의 논의가 시작되고 있는 상황이다. 본 논문은 S-41X 제품표준 중 격자 데이터 기반의 S-413 제품에 대한 데이터 모델을 설계하였다. 또한 격자 데이터 형식을 지원하는 타 S-100 데이터 제품을 참고하여 국내 원시자료인 기상청 수치예보모델 결과를 활용한 제품 인코딩 테스트 단계의 연구를 수행하였다.

This study was carried out to investigate the effect of irrigation methods for reducing a drainage on the growth and yield in rockwool (Grodan co.) and cocopeat (chip : dust = 50 : 50 included fiber) culture. The nutrient solution was irrigated by $100J{\cdot}cm^{-2}$-100 mL, $50J{\cdot}cm^{-2}$-45 mL, $50J{\cdot}cm^{-2}$-40 mL, $50J{\cdot}cm^{-2}$-35 mL ($100{\sim}50J{\cdot}cm^{-2}$-100~35 mL, Nutrient solution 100~35 mL was irrigated per plant when the accumulated radiation was $100{\sim}50J{\cdot}cm^{-2}$). The drain rates per plant of 100-100, 50-45, 50-40, 50-35 were 26.3%, 8.8%, 6% 4.4% and 23.1%, 7.5%, 5% 3.4% in rockwool and cocopeat slabs. The water contents and EC of 100-100 and 50-45 were managed by the 55~70%, $3.0{\sim}5.0dS{\cdot}m^{-1}$ which were good condition for paprika culture in rockwool and cocopeat slabs, while those of 50-40 and 50-35 were managed by beyond 50%, $4.5{\sim}9.5dS{\cdot}m^{-1}$. The plant height, number of branches and leaf size of 100-100 and 50-45 were similarly increased while those of 50-40 and 50-35 were decreased. The fruit size and weight of 50-40 and 50-35 were small and light, while those of 100-100 and 50-45 were similarly big and heavy. The marketable fruits of 100-100 and 50-45 treatments were similarly more by 9.7~9.8 in rockwool and 8.8~8.9 in cocopeat, while the unmarketable fruits, the small and blossom end rot fruits were increased in 50-40 and 50-35 treatments. The yield of 100-100 and 50-45 treatments were similarly high.

This study presents basic knitted fabric data on the use of ply yarn with rayon yarn and eco-friendly/high-valued Hanji yarn. Physical properties (gauge, thickness, burst strength, air permeability, stiffness, Qmax, dimensional stability and surface image) of Hanji 100%, rayon 100% and Hanji/rayon 50:50 knitted fabrics are investigated. The results are as follows. Course direction of gauge decrease in the following order: rayon 100% > Hanji/rayon 50/50 > Hanji 100%. In addition wale direction of gauge decrease in the following order: Hanji 100% > Hanji/rayon 50/50 > rayon 50/50. Thickness and air permeability decrease in the following order: Hanji 100% > Hanji/rayon 50/50 > rayon 100%. Burst strength decrease in the following order: rayon 100% > Hanji 100% > Hanji/rayon 50/50. Stiffness and Qmax decrease in the following order: rayon 100% > Hanji/rayon 50/50 > Hanji 100%. Laundry for dimensional stability is knitted fabric with Hanji/rayon 50/50 than rayon 100% and Hanji 100% improved using neutral detergent and stable at $20^{\circ}C$. From surface image observation, the cracks of Hanji 100% and fibrils of rayon 100% decrease when using knitted fabric with Hanji/rayon 50/50.

To obtain the basic information for the utilization of Salicornia herbacea L. as a raw material in food and chinese herbs, chemical components of it were investigated. Leaves and stems of S. herbacea L. from the western coast of Korea were used after dry and grinding with powder. Dietary fiber, total sugar and uronic acid contents of S. herbacea L. were 60.7, 15.2 and 2.6% , respectively. This result suggest that dietary fiber content of S. herbacea L. is so higher than others. Choline and betaine which are important as bioactive compound in body were detected with the value of 29mg/100g and 888mg/100g, respectively. Mineral components of S. herbacea L. were rich in Na (2880mg/100g), Ca (440mg/100g), K (930mg/100g) and Mg (356mg/100g).

This work proposes a 12b 100MS/s 0.13um CMOS pipeline ADC for battery-powered mobile video applications such as DVB-Handheld (DVB-H), DVB-Terrestrial (DVB-T), Satellite DMB (SDMB), and Terrestrial DMB (TDMB) requiring high resolution, low power, and small size at high speed. The proposed ADC employs a three-step pipeline architecture to optimize power consumption and chip area at the target resolution and sampling rate. A single shared and switched op-amp for two MDACs removes a memory effect and a switching time delay, resulting in a fast signal settling. A two-step reference selection scheme for the last-stage 6b FLASH ADC reduces power consumption and chip area by 50%. The prototype ADC in a 0.13um 1P7M CMOS technology demonstrates a measured DNL and INL within 0.40LSB and 1.79LSB, respectively. The ADC shows a maximum SNDR of 60.0dB and a maximum SFDR of 72.4dB at 100MS/s, respectively. The ADC with an active die area of 0.92 $mm^2$ consumes 24mW at 1.0V and 100MS/s. The FOM, power/($f_s{\times}2^{ENOB}$), of 0.29pJ/conv. is the lowest of ever reported 12b 100MS/s ADCs.

This study investigated the effects of the mixing ratio of tofu paste and normal corn starch on the characteristics of gluten-free (GF) muffins. Soft wheat flour for wheat flour-based muffins (control) was replaced with the mixture of tofu paste and normal corn starch (NCS). The mixing ratios of tofu paste and NCS were 1:6.4 (S100), 1:5.1 (S80), 1:3.8 (S60), 1:2.6 (S40), 1:1.3 (S20), and 1:0 (S00), based on their total solid contents. GF muffins of S40-S100 developed the porous, sponge-like structure without crumb collapse. The weight and baking loss did not significantly differ in the control and GF muffins. By decreasing NCS in GF muffin batters, the moisture content, firmness, and crumb redness/yellowness of GF muffins increased, while their volume, specific volume, and crumb lightness decreased. Nevertheless, these characteristics (except for firmness) of S100 were much closer to those of the control. In the preference test, however, S60 (possessing lower attributes than S100 and S80) was most favored among GF muffins, and was very similar in all evaluations (except for appearance) to the control. Overall, the mixture of tofu paste and NCS would be a potential material to replace soft wheat flour in muffins.

We first confirm the tautomerization of 2-thiazoline-2-thiol on Ge (100) surface using CLPES and DFT calculation. We clearly confirmed that there exist two different molecular structures (we well show in our poster) in C 1s, N 1s, and S 2p CLPES spectra. Moreover, we obtained two plausible adsorption structures using DFT calculation which are that one is s-dative bonded structure and the other is SH dissociated-N-dative bonded structure although their stabilities are different on Ge (100) surface. We will investigate this interesting result for the confirmation of tautomerization of 2-thiazoline-2-thiol molecule adsorbed on Ge (100) surface.

The preventive effect of Sosiho-Tang extract administered concurrently with methionine on hepatotoxicity induced by carbon tetrachoride (20% $CCl_4$ in olive oil, 5 ml/kg) in rats was studied. S-GOT values were decreased significantly by the concurrent administration of Sosiho-Tang extract 100 mg/kg with methionine 100 mg/kg and also Sosiho-Tang 200 mg/kg with methionine 100 mg/kg. S-GPT values were decreased remarkably by the concurrent administration of Sosiho-Tang extract 200 mg/kg with methionine 100 mg/kg. In histological observations, the pattern of the contrast group indicated the marked necrosis of the parenchymatous cells around the centrilobular area and the fatty changes of the hepatic cells around the midzonal area, but the concurrent administration of Sosiho-Tang extract 200 mg/kg and methionine 100 mg/kg revealed better improvements than their respective single administration in all pathological aspects.
