연구목적: 우리나라는 1990년대 이후 중대 산업사고 예방을 위해 유해 위험방지계획서 시행, 공정 안전관리 제도 시행 등 여러모로 노력해 오고 있으나 최근의 일련의 중대 산업사고는 그 한계를 보여주고 있다. 그래서 본 연구는 PSM 대상사업장의 안전관리 개선을 위한 대책을 제시하고자 한다. 연구방법: 산업재해 현황, 선행연구조사, PSM 대상사업장 재해 현황과 사고 발생 현황, PSM 대상사업장 안전관리 개선에 관한 선행연구와 사례를 조사하여 기존의 안전관리를 기반으로 PSM 대상사업장 안전관리에 대한 개선방안을 수립하였다. 연구결과: PSM대상사업장의 안전관리 개선을 위한 조직문화구축, 재난발생시 대응시스템, 체계적 안전관리, 노후설비교체 및 점검강화, 안전에 대한 경영자의 확고한 의지등의 대책을 제시하였다. 결론: 본 연구를 통하여 소중한 생명과 피해를 줄이기위한 안전확보 체계화방안을 제시한 것으로 의미를 가지며 각 사업장별로 PSM개선방향을 고찰하는데 활용성을 가질것으로 기대한다.

Quality assurance in high level education is one of the most important problems in Korea, and around the world. Many studies have examined means of assuring the quality of education, mostly focusing on what type of graduate we should launch into the real world. However, it has been realized only in technical fields, such as Engineering, Medicine, etc. Here, we discuss the problems of Korean high level education in scientific fields, and present some answers from American innovation policies. The USA has changed the idea about how to innovate, and in recent years has developed the Professional Science Master's(PSM) degree, which is now awarded by over 100 American universities. PSM programs have produced graduates who can innovate in scientific fields, e.g., in biology, environmental science, and statistics. The degree is highly praised by the Council On Competitiveness, which consists of CEOs of major corporations, university presidents, and heads of labor organizations. The PSM seems to meet their expectations. Interestingly, many research universities have established PSM programs. We examined the reasons why many American universities have accepted the PSM despite their daily duties for research and doctoral education. Finally, we discuss the possibility that programs such as the PSM can succeed in Korean universities.

The purpose of this study was to assess the correlation between attitude of Patient Safety Management(PSM) and practice of PSM and clinical practice satisfaction of nursing students, also identified how these factors attitude and practice of PSM influence on clinical practice satisfaction, eventually aimed to develop education programs to strengthen practice of PSM in nursing students. A descriptive design was used in the study. The multiple regression was used for the study to prove the factors how the attitude and practice of PSM were affected to the clinical practice satisfaction. The study subjects were 226 nursing students. The results show that attitude of PSM mean was 3.71, practice of PSM mean 3.97, the clinical practice satisfaction mean 3.31. Among the general characteristics, clinical practice satisfaction showed significant differences in satisfaction of major(F=5.10, p=.001), the existence of role model(t=2.64, p=.009). Significant positive correlation was found between attitude of PSM, practice of PSM and the clinical practice satisfaction. Practice of PSM(${\beta}=.39$) was shown as the most important factor to affect on the Satisfaction on clinical practice, also the explanation power of value for this study was found 41.1%. Consequently, this study indicates to develop the education program to strengthen practice of PSM. Also process the additional study for the nursing students in other areas.

본 연구는 임상실습을 경험한 간호학생들의 환자안전관리 실천에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하기 위해 수행하였다. 연구대상자는 국내 5개 도시의 5개 대학에 재학 중인 간호학생 232명이었다. 자료수집은 2019년 6월 17일부터 7월 30일까지 시행되었고, 구조화된 자가보고식 설문지 작성을 통해 수집하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 22.0 windows program을 이용하여, T-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, multiple regression을 이용하였다. 상관분석 결과, 환자안전관리 실천은 환자안전관리 중요성 인식(r= .42, p<.001), 지식(r= .29, p<.001), 태도(r= .35, p<.001)와 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있었다. 다중회귀분석 결과, 환자안전관리 중요성 인식은 환자안전관리 실천에 유의한 영향(β=.19, p<.001)을 미치는 것으로 확인되었으며, 모형의 설명력은 36.2%였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 간호학생들의 환자안전관리 역량을 개선시킬 수 있는 대학단위의 교육이 꾸준하게 이루어질 필요가 있음을 강조한다.

모델 기반 개발 방법은 모바일 어플리케이션 개발의 특성을 잘 수용할 수 있으므로 모바일 어플리케이션 개발에 적용하기 위한 다양한 연구가 진행 중이다. 그러나 모델 기반 개발 수행 시 PIM과 PSM 설계에 필요한 UML 프로파일의 체계적인 개발 관련 연구는 부족한 상황이며, 프로파일을 활용한 모델 변환 기법 관련 연구도 요구되고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 모바일 어플리케이션의 PIM과 PSM 설계에 적용할 UML 프로파일 구성 기법과 이를 활용한 모델 변환 기법을 제안한다. 제안한 기법은 모바일 어플리케이션의 특성을 반영하여 스테레오타입을 분류한 후 프로파일 구성 지침에 따라 각 모델에 적용할 프로파일을 구성한다. 프로파일을 적용하여 구성한 PIM은 모델 변환 절차에 따라 프로파일 간 대응 규칙에 의하여 초기 PSM으로 변환되며, 모바일 플랫폼의 세부정보를 반영하여 구성한 PSM 템플릿을 적용하여 정제한 PSM으로 변환 생성된다. 제안한 기법의 유용성을 확인하기 위하여 안드로이드 기반 위치 기록 어플리케이션을 대상으로 제안 기법을 적용하여 개발하고, 기존의 기법들과 비교를 수행하였다.

국민경제에 상당한 비중을 차지하는 건설산업에 대하여 적정수준의 경기 유지와 산업의 효율성 개선 및 경제 활성화를 위한 방편으로 민간투자사업이 활성화되고 있다. 최근 민간투자산업이 활성화되면서 민간사업자측에서는 건설사업관리(CM)의 도입을 통한 사업의 성공적 수행을 도모하고 있는 반면, 민간투자사업을 관장하는 주무관청은 민간사업자측에 비해 경험 및 역량이 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 주무관청의 업무역량을 강화하기 위한 방안으로서 기존의 발주자지원형 CM의 업무확장의 개념으로 기존의 CM의 업무체계를 유지하면서 주무관청을 적극적으로 지원하기 위한 파트너쉽지원관리 (Partnership Support Management; PSM) 방식을 도입하기 위하여 민간투자사업의 추진단계를 사업개발단계, 사업고시단계, 사업평가단계, 사업협약단계 및 변경협약단계의 5단계로 분류하여 PSM 참여가능시점 및 유형과 이해관계자의 상관성을 고려한 PSM 업무수행구조와 업무프로세스를 제안하였다. 본 연구에서 제안된 PSM 업무모델은 주무관청의 업무이해도를 향상하여 업무역량 강화 및 업무 부담을 경감시켜, 민간투자사업의 추진을 효율적으로 수행할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Process Safety Management (PSM) system was introduced since 1996 and it makes voluntarily organizing and managing chemical accident prevention system by company itself that contributes to reduce the chemical accidents. However, large or small scaled chemical accidents had occurred frequently in these days. This trend is brought up the necessity to analyze and improve PSM system. In this study, it was conducted by the questionnaire survey and workshop for prevention of major industrial accidents in PSM sites in order to collect extensive opinions from all walks of life and identify overall operation condition. It was proposed to establish improvement plan of implementing condition assessment in PSM system. By results of the study, company's voluntary safety management will be induced by improved PSM system and management plan and it expects to prevent the major industrial accidents.

정부지원사업을 평가할 때 단지 수혜집단의 수혜 전 후의 성과를 단순 비교하거나, 혹은 수혜집단과 비수혜집단의 수혜 전 후의 성과차이를 비교하는 경향이 있다. 한편, 이러한 성과평가의 방법은 수혜대상 주변의 환경변화나 수혜집단과 비수혜집단 간의 차이로 인한 영향을 통제하지 못하는 단점이 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 단점을 극복하는 한 가지 방법으로 PSM과 DID의 순차적 적용을 제안한다. 제안한 방법론을 클린사업장 조성 지원 사업의 성과평가에 적용한 결과 자기선택편의를 제거할 수 있어 보다 정교한 성과평가가 가능하였다.

The floor slip test method using O-Y·PSM was developed based on the risk assessment and sense of slip by the users implementing actions such as changing walking direction on a floor. This test method is regulated under the Korea Industrial Standard KS M 3510, and in the Korea Industrial Standard KS F 3230, the article of KS M 3510 is cited. Yet, in the standard, the surface condition of test or slip adjustment method is merely mentioned or difficult to be found, and thus it creates confusion in floor slip test using O-Y·PSM. Therefore, this study is to provide the useful data to revise the relative standard through the standardization study including various surface conditions of sample and slip adjustment method used in floor slip test method using O-Y·PSM.
