이 연구의 목적은 간호사의 DISC성격유형, 자기효능감, 임상수행능력사이의 관계를 규명하기 위함이다. 자료는 K시의 5개 병원에 근무하는 302명의 간호사로부터 수집하였다. 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, 피어슨 상관관계 분석을 이용하여 분석하였다. 자기효능감과 임상수행능력은 D형이 I형과 S형보다 더 높음을 나타냈다. 임상수행능력의 하위 영역에서는 간호과정, 간호기술, 전문직발전에서 D유형이 S유형보다 높았고, 자기효능감에서도 D유형이 I유형과 S유형보다 높았다. DISC 유형별 자기효능감과 임상수행능력은 I 유형 (r = .66, p<.01), S 유형 (r = .60, p<. 01), D유형(r =.56, p<.01), C 유형 (r = .52, p<.01)으로 양의 상관관계를 나타냈다. D유형에서 대인관계/의사소통이 가장 낮은 상관관계를 보였으며, I유형과 S유형에서는 교육/협력관계가 가장 낮았다. C유형에서는 간호기술이 가장 높고, 간호과정이 가장 낮았다. 본 연구결과를 특성별 교육 프로그램이나 간호사 부서 배치에 활용한다면 효과적인 업무수행 결과를 가져올 수 있으리라 사료된다.

Based on a n-regular polygon $P_n$, we show that $r_n = 1/(2 \sum^{[(n-4)/4]+1}_{j=0}{cos 2j\pi/n)}$ is the ratio of contractions $f_i(1 \leq i \leq n)$ at each vertex of $P_n$ yielding a symmetric gasket $G_n$ associated with the just-touching I.F.S. $g_n = {f_i $\mid$ 1 \leq i \leq n}$. Moreover we see that for any odd n, the ratio $r_n$ is still valid for just-touching I.F.S $H_n = {f_i \circ R $\mid$ 1 \leq i \leq n}$ yielding another symmetric gasket $H_n$ where R is the $\pi/n$-rotation with respect to the center of $P_n$.

In this paper we construct a natural filtration associated to the plethysm $S_{r}(\wedge^2 \varphi)$ over arbitrary commutative ring R. Let $\phi$ : G longrightarrow F be a morphism of finite free R-modules. We construct the natural filtration of $S_{r}(\wedge^2 \varphi)$ as a $GL(F){\times}GL(G)$- complex such that its associated graded complex is ${\Sigma}_{{\lambda}{\in}{\Omega}_{\gamma}}=L_{2{\lambda}{\varphi}$, where ${{\Omega}_{\gamma}}^{-}$ is a set of partitions such that $│\wedge│\;=;{\gamma}\;and\;2{\wedge}$ is a partition of which i-th term is $2{\wedge}_{i}$. Specializing our result, we obtain the filtrations of $S_{r}(\wedge^2 F)\;and\;D_{r}(D_2G).

Recently, El-Naschie has shown that the notion of fuzzy topology may be relevant to quantum paretical physics in connection with string theory and E-infinity space time theory. In this paper, we study the concepts of r-fuzzy semi-I-open, r-fuzzy pre-I-open, r-fuzzy $\alpha$-I-open and r-fuzzy $\beta$-I-open sets, which is properly placed between r-fuzzy openness and r-fuzzy $\alpha$-I-openness (r-fuzzy pre-I-openness) sets regardless the fuzzy ideal topological space in Sostak sense. Moreover, we give a decomposition of fuzzy continuity, fuzzy ideal continuity and fuzzy ideal $\alpha$-continuity, and obtain several characterization and some properties of these functions. Also, we investigate their relationship with other types of function.

To evaluate the phylogenetic and taxonomic status of the phytoplasmas associated with water dropwort (Oenanthe javanica DC) disease in Korea and Japan, their 16S rDNA was analyzed. DNAs extracted from water dropworts collected in Korea (Kyongnam province) and Japan (Chiba prefecture) affected by witches' broom and yellows were subjected to PCR using phytoplasma-specific primers, which amplified a 1.4-kbp fragment that included the 16S rDNA. Phytoplasmas were characterized by RFLP analysis using AluI, HaeIII, HhaI, KpnI, MseI, and RsaI restriction enzymes and by sequence analysis of the PCR products. The mater dropwort witches'broom (WDWB) and water dropwort yellows (WDY) 16S rDNA sequences were identical and closely related to onion yellows (OY, 99.9% identity), which belong to the aster yellows (AY) 16S-subgroup. However, the KpnI RFLP analyses clearly distinguished the WDY and WDWB phytoplasmas from the OY phytoplasma. The phylogenetic analysis based on 16S rDNA showed that WDWE and WDY phytoplasmas are members of a relatively homogeneous group that evolved from a common ancestor.

A parallel flats faraction for the $3^n$ factorial experiment is symbolically written as $At = C(r\timesf)$ where $A(r\timesn)$ is of rank r. The A-matrix partitions the nonnegligible effects into $(3^{n-r}-1)/2+1$ alias sets. The $U_i$ effects in the i-th alias set are related pairwise by elements from $S_3$, the symmetric group on three symbols. For each alias set the f flats produce an $f \times u_i$ alias componet permutation matrices (ACPM) with elements from $S_3$. All the information concerning the relationships among levels of the effects is contained in the ACPM.

A sequence ${X_j : j \geq 1}$ of random variables is said to be pairwise positive quadrant dependent (pairwise PQD) if for any real $r-i,r_j$ and $i \neq j$ $$ P{X_i > r_i,X_j > r_j} \geq P{X_i > r_i}P{X_j > r_j} $$ (see [8]) and a sequence ${X_j : j \geq 1}$ of random variables is said to be associated if for any finite collection ${X_{i(1)},...,X_{j(n)}}$ and any real coordinatewise nondecreasing functions f,g on $R^n$ $$ Cov(f(X_{i(1)},...,X_{j(n)}),g(X_{j(1)},...,X_{j(n)})) \geq 0, $$ whenever the covariance is defined (see [6]). Instead of association Cox and Grimmett's [4] original central limit theorem requires only that positively linear combination of random variables are PQD (cf. Theorem $A^*$).

In the study, PPTMDSO(plasma-polymerized tetramethyldisiloxane) films were deposited on on glass substrate in a paralled plate reactor. As the function of RF power increased from 20 W to 110 W, and the substrate temperature increased from $25^{\circ}C$ to $100^{\circ}C$, the deposit ion rate, increased. When oxygen was intentionally added in monomer vapor, the concentration of Si-O-Si bonds increased while C-H, Si-H, -CH3, Si(CH3)x, -CH3, and Si-C bonds decreased in IR spectra. Thermal stability of PPTMSDO film were investigated and weight loss at $800^{\circ}C$ was 7.3 %.

토양 시료와 Coli-spot 한천평판 배지를 이용하여 myxobacteria를 분리하였다. 용균 현상이 관찰되는 Coli-spot 한천평판에서 myxobacteria의 swarm및 자실체 형성 여부를 확인하고, 확인된 자실체를 분리하여 VY/2 한천평판 배지에서 순수배양을 실시하였다. 분리 균주의 동정을 위하여 myxobacteria표준 균주 및 토양에서 분리한 균주들의 16S리보좀 DNA를 중합효소 연쇄 반응을 통해 증폭시킨 다음, 제한효소(HaeIII, EcoRI 및 EcoRV)로 절단하여 RFLP 양상을 비교하였다. 그 결과, 토양에서 분리한 균주들이 Family I, II, III의 myxobacteria에 속하는 것을 확인하였다.
