Good storytelling is at the heart of BTS as both a brand and a band. Modern brands know that story is no longer an option, but a requirement for keeping audiences engaged. With their consistent and creative reliance on story, BTS has transformed the K-Pop landscape, providing a framework for others in the industry that relies on open-structure narratives, sincerity, and active audience engagement, among other components. To investigate BTS's storytelling strategies, this article breaks down how stories permeate BTS's content, from music and videos to the Bangtan Universe and documentary films. The importance of transmedia storytelling and participatory audiences is also examined. The analysis resulted in a proposed framework that suggests the following components: 1) story as central to the brand; 2) authenticity and sincerity; 3) idol participation in creative output; 4) use of transmedia storytelling and story gaps; 5) intertextuality and cohesion; 6) opportunities for audience engagement; and 7) dedicated creative staff. Utilizing this framework can help K-Pop groups elevate their brands, better use storytelling elements, and gain larger, more engaged audiences.

Since the economic reform 1991, Indian has been implementing policies to promote trade and foreign direct investment (FDI). In particular, since the inauguration of the Modi government in 2014, India has created an economic environment in which more FDI can be launched and more jobs created in manufacturing sector. This study aims to analyze between FDI outflows and export from Korea to India. Using the quarter data from 2000 to 2021, this study examines panel regression. From the panel regression result, Korea's FDI outflows to India has a significantly positive impact on the Korea's export into India. Therefore, the relationship between FDI outflows and export from Korea to India is complementary. It is due that Korea's companies invest into India directly for the purpose of construction of production factors, and export capital goods and intermediate goods for producing in the factors. Therefore, for promoting FDI and export between Korea and India, Korean government should do continuous economic cooperation and discussion for the cooperation with Indian government.

Web 3.0 enables people and machines to connect, evolve, share, and use knowledge on an unprecedented scale and in new ways, drastically improving our Internet experience. The metaverse is a collective, virtual shared space supporting all digital activities. Prompted by the rapid growth of digital art and digital fashion, this theoretical analysis explores using Jean Baudrillard's simulation concept to create unique digital art non-fungible tokens (NFTs), allowing them to express and communicate ideas like real-world art. Specifically, this study analyzes 120 digital fashion portraits of humans and animals and classifies them under three types of simulacra covering four stages of Baudrillard's simulation process. The result shows that NFT fashion artworks reflect the core features of a digital reality by connecting and transcending the boundaries of cultures, genders, and nationalities. However, in the final simulation stage (the fourth step), the simulacrum can only coexist in the virtual world as a hyperreal object (the Type III of simulacrum): an object more real than reality.

The defining feature of Parkinson's disease is a progressive and selective demise of dopaminergic neurons. A recent report on Parkinson's disease animal model demonstrates that poly (ADP-ribose) (PAR) dependent cell death, also named parthanatos, is accountable for selective dopaminergic neuronal loss. Parthanatos is a programmed necrotic cell death, characterized by PARP1 activation, apoptosis inducing factor (AIF) nuclear translocation, and large scale DNA fragmentation. Besides cell death regulation via interaction with AIF, PAR molecule mediates diverse cellular processes including genomic stability, cell division, transcription, epigenetic regulation, and stress granule formation. In this review, we will discuss the roles of PARP1 activation and PAR molecules in the pathological processes of Parkinson's disease. Potential interaction between PAR molecule and Parkinson's disease protein interactome are briefly introduced. Finally, we suggest promising points of therapeutic intervention in the pathological PAR signaling cascade to halt progression in Parkinson's disease.

In this study, the major tendencies of divorce as represented in articles of Korea's daily newspapers in the 1920's and 1930's were explored. The method used for this study was content analysis, and 432 articles related to divorce were selected for analysis from Choseun and Donga ilbo. The main categories and subcategories were classified as attitude toward divorce(negative, acceptive, neutral), present condition of divorce(statistics, suvey, analysis), cause of divorce(marital conflict, conflict with family, health-related troubles, financial troubles, and the others), and information offered about divorce(related-laws, prevention & adaptation, and the others). The major findings of this study were as follows. 1) The most frequently found category was the cause of divorce(given in 47.5% of the total articles), and especially noticeable was an increase of marital conflict. 2) In the case of attitude toward divorce(12.5%), percentiles of negative, acceptive, and neutral attitudes appeared nearly similarly, which is a representation of the transitional tendency of those times. 3) In the 1930's, information offering articles(25.2%) increased quantitatively as well as qualitatively compared with the 1920's.

Loeys-Dietz syndrome (LDS) is an autosomal dominant disorder caused by heterozygous mutations in the genes encoding transforming growth factor-${\beta}$ receptor type 1 or 2. It is typically characterized by a triad of hypertelorism, cleft palate or bifid uvula, and arterial tortuosity with aneurysm or dissection. Characteristic vascular abnormalities such as tortuosity, aneurysms, dissections, and stenosis are the most severe complications of LDS and can occur in the neurovascular system. We report a 5-year-old boy who presented with headaches and neurovascular abnormalities and was diagnosed with LDS with a novel mutation of the TGFBR1 gene. It is the first Korean report of neurovascular abnormalities in LDS.
