본고에서는 최근에 IMO에서 시행될 VDR(Voyage Data Recorder)에 대해 분석하고 특히 통신설비와 결합된 부양형 S-VDR(Simplified -Voyage Data Recoder)에 대한 통신 기술적 측면에 대해서 기술하였다. 이 장비에 결합된 통신 기술은 기존 EPIRB(Emergency Position Indicating Radio Beacon) 기술을 S-VDR과 결합한 것으로 통신적인 측면에서 기술적인 변화는 없다. VDR의 경우에도 기능을 단순화하여 경제적인 항행장비인 S-VDR로 변화되었으나 기술적인 측면의 변화는 없다. 부양형 S-VDR은 통신 기능을 포함하고 있으므로 통신설비이며 기존익 조난 구조를 위한 EPIRB를 대신할 수 없다. 그러므로 본고에서는 부양형 S-VDR에 대한 국제 표준화기구(IMO, IEC, ITU, COSPAS-SARSAT 등)의 관련 자료를 분석하고 사용 범위 및 용도 등을 명확히 정리했으며 이 결과가 해상통신 관련 규정에 반영되도록 제안하였다.

Salmonella spp. is among the most important water-borne and food-borne pathogens and is one of the most common causes of human gastroenteritis and diarrheal diseases globally. In this study, Salmonella spp. isolated from food, environmental samples, and patients with food poisoning or diarrhea were investigated Salmonella serovars, antibiotic resistance using Vitek2, and genetic characteristics through pulsed-field gel electrophoresis (PFGE). Salmonella spp. of 339 strains, including 26 strains from food or environmental samples and 313 strains from patients, were isolated from Jeju Island of South Korea between 2020 and 2023. The monthly number of isolated Salmonella spp. gradually increased from March, with the highest number being in August. No significant differences in Salmonella spp. isolated from patients according to gender was observed. However, Salmonella spp. was most frequently isolated from people aged 70 years or older and least frequently isolated from those between ages 10 and 19 years. Salmonella spp. isolated from food or environmental samples were distributed among eight different serovars and the main serovars were identified in the order of S. Bareilly (26.9%), S. Rissen (23.1%), and S. Thompson (19.3%). Salmonella spp. isolated from patients were distributed among 27 different serovars and the main serovars were identified in the order of S. Bareilly (31.0%), S. Typhimurium (24.6%), and S. Enteritidis (11.5%). The main cause serovars of Salmonella spp. outbreaks are S. Bareilly, S. Enteritidis, S. Thompson. Antibiotic resistance tests indicated resistance to various antibiotics and some Salmonella spp. exhibited multidrug resistance. Salmonella spp. showed various genetic correlations among the 17 serovars. These results indicate that they can be used as basic data for epidemiological investigations by predicting the appearance of Salmonella spp. and providing a scientific basis.

The chromosomes of thirteen wild forms of Drosophila obtained from Kwangnung in Kyunggi Province, Korea were investigated with the ganglion cells of both male and female larvae using the aceto-lactic orcein squashed method. 전자화폐는 금전적 가치 저장매체의 종류에 따라 네트워크형과 IC 카드형으로 구분되며, 네트워크형 전자화폐는 인터넷 소액지불수단으로, IC 카드형 전자화폐는 오프라인 소액지불수단으로 주로 사용된다. IC 카드형 전자화폐는 기존 금융 사업자 주도 하에 연구 및 마케팅을 지속적으로 진행하여 왔고 사용금액 및 이용 건수도 증가하고 있는 추세여서, 이에 대한 동향 및 연구 사례가 꾸준히 발표되어 왔다. 이에 반해, 비 금융 사업자 주도로 서비스를 시작했던 네트워크형 전자화폐는 관심과 투자, 사용률 측면에서 IC 카드형 전자화폐에 비해 적었던 것이 사실이다. 그러나 최근 다양화된 인터넷 서비스와 콘텐츠 유료화 정책에 힘입어 네트워크형 전자화폐의 사용률이 크게 증가하고 있는 추세이고 그에 따른 문제점들이 속속 나타나고 있다. 이에 본 고에서는 네트워크형 전자화폐에 대한 국내 동향을 살펴보고 그 시사하는 바에 대해 논하고자 한다.

내장형 시스템에서 XML 데이터의 역할과 데이터베이스의 지원이 중요해지면서, 내장형 XML DBMS에 대한 연구가 활발해지고 있다. 버클리 DB는 SleepyCat에서 개발한 것으로 내장형 데이터베이스를 구현하는데 적합한 데이터베이스 시스템이다. XML은 메모리에서 DOM 트리로 구성되어, DOM API를 통해서 조작될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 내장형 시스템의 부족한 리소스를 고려하여DOM 트리를 메모리가 아닌 데이터베이스에 구성하는 시스템을 구현하고, 이를 확장하여 내장형 XML DBMS로 발전시킬 수 있는 방안을 검토해 보고자 한다.

현재의 인터넷상에서 QoS 의 재공능력에 대한 필요성이 새롭게 인식되기 시작하여 많은 노력 및 연구결과가 나타나고 있다. 이 결과 IETF에서는 QoS를 제공하는 서비스로 보장형 서비스 및 부하 제어형 서비스를 표준으로 채택하였으며, 이런 서비스들을 인터넷에서 제공하기 위해서는 L3계층 및 L2계층에서의 제공 방법도 고려해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 여러 가지 L2계층의 구현 기술중에서 현재 가장 많이 쓰이고 있는 공유 미디어 방식의 CSMA/Cd 랜(이더넷)으로 구성된 서브넷에서 기존의 최선형 서비스 및 부하 제어형 서비스 제공을 위한 대역폭 관리 방법에 대해서 기술하였다.

최근 사용자의 취향에 맞는 콘텐츠를 필터링하여 자동으로 추천하는 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 참여형, 개방형, 공유형 서비스들의 증가와 함께 웹 3.0 시대에는 더욱 지능화되고 개인화된 서비스가 중요시되고, 이를 위한 맞춤형 정보 제공 연구가 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 사용자 맞춤형 추천 방법의 대표적인 기술인 협업 필터링(Collaborative Filtering) 방안 분석에 대해 설명하고, 협업 필터링 방법의 적용 연구를 설명한다.

This paper attempted to verify that Investigative Enterprising(IE) axis in the Holland hexagonal model can measure the internal and external job value. This study analyzed internal and external job values of 19 subjects who participated in the 150 Job cards classification test. The results of this study are as follows: First, the study group with Holland hexagonal model centered on the Investigative Enterprising type(IE) axis and artistic type(A) and social type(S) showed internal job value and supported the hypothesis. Second, the hypothesis that the group with the hexagonal model centered on the Investigative Enterprising(IE) axis and the bias toward the realistic type(R) and the conventional type(C) would pursue external job value was rejected. This is due to the Korean cultural context that pursues psycho-cultural value in Confucian culture. There is also a Holland hexagonal model that is not exactly distributed to the left of the Investigative Enterprising(IE) axis. Third, the group of amphibolic job value based on the Investigative Enterprising(IE) axis, and the Holland hexagonal model is expressed in artisic type(A), social type(S), realistic type(R), and conventional type(C) supported some hypotheses. This paper is the first to suggest that the Investigative Enterprising(IE) axis of the Holland hexagonal model can be used to measure job value, and the Holland hexagonal model can predict job value as well as career choice. This paper is intended to expand the foundation of the Holland theories, and to provide meaningful contribution to the basis for vocational studies.

본 연구에서는 나선형과 판형의 핀을 가진 원자력 발전소용 직교류 핀-관 열교환기의 열량을 ARI Standard-410에 따라 실험적으로 측정하여 풍속과 냉수속에 따른 열저항 및 압력 손실을 도출하는 것을 목적으로 하였으며, 이러한 시도를 통해서 실제 열교환기의 성능 평가시 필요한 기술적 자료를 축적하고자 하였다. 실험에서는 나선형 6fin/in, 8fin/1n, 10fin/in 열교환기와 판형 8fin/in 열교환기를 사용하였으며, 풍속을 0.486m/s와 2.214m/s로, 수속을 1m/s～4m/s로 하여 실험을 행하였다. 실험 결과를 통하여, 원자력 발전소의 격납 용기내의 공기조화를 위하여 사용되어 지는 열교환기의 성능 평가 방법 및 실증 능력을 확보하였으며, 풍속 증가에 따라 총괄 열전달 계수는 전체적으로 비례 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 판형이 나선형 보다 열전달 계수가 작게 나타났으며, 나선형 열교환기의 경우 fin수에 따른 변화는 크지 않았으나, 열전달 면적을 고려한 경우에는 나선형 10fin/in 열교환기가 가장 뛰어난 열교환 성능을 발휘함을 알 수 있었다. 또한, 공기측의 압력 손실은 전체적으로 전연 풍속 증가에 따라서 속도 제곱에 비례하여 증가하는 경향을 보였다.

최근 박막 태양전지에 대한 관심이 증대되면서 이를 이용한 태양광 PCS에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 박막 태양전지는 모듈의 특성상, 기존의 비절연형 PCS를 사용하여 시스템을 구성하기에 적합하지 않다. 본 논문에서는 승압형 컨버터, 계통 연계형 단상 인버터 2단으로 구성된 비절연형 PCS에 고주파 절연형 컨버터가 추가되어 3단으로 구성된 박막모듈용 3kW급 고주파 절연 PCS를 소개한다. 또한 각종 시험 결과를 통해 적합성 및 성능을 검증하였다.
