The primary objectives of this research is to identify (1) demographic characteristics and job needs of women with disabilities in Korea and (2) factors that predicts the degrees of their job needs. This study uses the data based on interviews with 805 disabled women selected randomly from the registered disabled women in Seoul, Kuyngki-Do, Pusan, and Kuyngsangnam-Do. In the aspect of disabilities, this study showed that more than half of disabled women in our sample have very severe disabilities (1st degree and 2nd degree of disabilities) and needs others' help in their daily lives. In the demographic aspect, this study found that disabled women's education level is very low and their monthly income is also very low. This study also found that in spite of their disabilities and functional limitations, more than 3/4 of disabled women have needs about jobs. Finally, using logistic regression analysis, this study found that disabled women's type of disabilities, dependencies in daily life, age, job experiences, job training experiences, willingness for independence, and parental attitude about disabled women's future are statistically significant in predicting the degree of their job needs. This study will contribute to developing knowledge about disabled women's characteristics and provide practical implications for intervention strategies and assistance programs related to promoting their welfare.

In this study, optimal parameters of diffusion-analogy GIUH were calculated by separating channel and hillslope from drainage structures in the basin. Parameters of the model were composed of channel and hillslope, each velocity($u_c$, $u_h$) and diffusion coefficient($D_c$, $D_h$). Tanbu subwatershed in Bocheong river basin as a target basin was classified as 4th rivers by Strahler's ordering scheme. The optimization technique was applied to the SCE-UA, the estimated optimal parameters are as follows. $u_c$ : 0.589 m/s, $u_h$ : 0.021 m/s, $D_c$ : $34.469m^2/s$, $D_h$ : $0.1333m^2/s$. As a verification for the estimated parameters, the error of average peak flow was about 11 % and the error of peaktime was 0.3 hr. By examining the variability of parameters, the channel diffusion coefficient didn't have significant effect on hydrological response function. by considering these results, the model is expected to be simplified in the future.

지금까지 의사결정나무에서 분리 변수의 선택에 관한 연구는 많았으나, 대부분 연속형 변수와 명목형 변수에 국한되어 왔다. 본 연구에서는 순서형 변수에 주목하여 CART, QUEST, CRUISE 등 기존 알고리즘과 본 연구에서 제안하는 비모수적 접근 방법인 K-S test, framer-von Misos test 방법의 변수 선택력을 비교하였다. 그 결과 본 연구에서 제안하는 framer-von Mises test 방법이 다른 알고리즘에 비하여, 변수 선택력과 안정성에 있어서 좋은 성과를 보였다.

본 연구는 IOS를 실현시키는 최근 정보기술 중 EDI를 대상으로 하여 국내 기업의조직적 특성과 기업이 보유한 정보시스템의 성숙도가 ISO의 확산에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 파악하기 위한 것이다. 그리하여 본 연구에서는 IOS확산에 영향을 미치는 변수로 조직규모, 조직 업종, 분권화, 공식화 등의 조직적 특성변수와 조직이 보유한 정보시스템의 성숙도 변수를 선장하여 각 변수가 종속변수에 미치는 영향과 독립변수간의 상호작용에 의해 종속변수에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다.

본 논문에서는 SR DEVS에서 객체간의 상속이 발생할 경우 상속 확률 변수에 대해 고려한다. 객체간 상속의 경우 상속 강도는 확률 변수에 의해 결정될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 확률 변수로 베르누이 확률 분포를 고려하여 객체 상속에 대한 상속 강도를 고려한다.

본 연구는 다문화청소년패널 6차년도 데이터를 활용하여 다문화청소년의 진로장벽과 사회적위축이 성취동기를 매개로 진로결정성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 규명하고자 한다. 분석대상은 다문화청소년 1,283명이다. 주요 분석변수는 독립변수로 진로장벽, 사회적위축, 매개변수로 성취동기, 종속변수로 진로결정성을 분석할 것이다. 이러한 자료분석을 위해 SPSS 21.0을 사용할 것이다.

Multidirectional random waves that obliquely approach the shore were found to become directionally asymmetric due to refraction. The directional asymmetry was expressed in terms of the asymmetry parameter which is related to the maximum spreading parameter ($s_{max}$). In this study, we calculate variation of both the asymmetry and maximum spreading parameters at different water depths for various cases of incident wave angles and maximum spreading parameters in deep water. These values are different from Goda and Suzuki (1975) who neglected directional asymmetry of waves. In calculating directional asymmetry and maximum spreading parameters, we use the JONSWAP spectrum (Hasselmann et al., 1973) and Lee et al.'s (2010) directional distribution function. The processes and results are nondimensionalized with significant wave height, peak frequency and peak wave length in deep water.

A new efficient method for GaAs MESFET model parameter extraction is proposed, which is based on the bias dependance of each parameter characteristics derved from the analytic model. The requiremnts of the method are only small-signal S-parameter measurements under the three bias variations. Fixation of the linear model parameter values in the optimization process is made using the sensitivity information of the model parameter obtained by the weighted Broyden update method, it is to improve the uniqueness and reliablility of the solution. The validity of the extracted values of the FET model parameters is confirmed by comparing the simulation results with the experimental data.

This study analyses the effect of a minimum wage on employment by using the government's progressiveness as an instrumental variable. The Ordinary Least Squares regression (OLS) can result in upward biased employment effect due to the endogeneity among variables. Therefore, it is necessary to analyse the casuality that removed endogeneity between variables by using proper instrumental variables. The analysis using instrumental variable shows that the growth of the increasing rate of the minimum wage reduces employment. The negative effect of employment depending on the increase of minimum wage corresponds with the predictions of Neoclassical Economics.
