개흉술에 의한 수술적 폐쇄방법 및 경도관 동맥관 폐쇄술은 동맥관 개존중의 치료방법으로 발전되어 왔으나, 이러한 술식은 개흉술에 의한 합병증, 지속적인 단락 및 용혈의 가능성, 기구의 이동이나 색전증의 발생, 지속적인 단락시 세균성 심내막염 방지를 위한 지속적인 항생제 사용등의 단점이 있어 저자들은 흉강경을 이용한 수술을 시행하였다. 총 6례의 환자에서 흉강경을 이용한 동맥관 개존증 수술을 시행하였으며. 이중 대동맥 외막(adventitia) 박리중 지형이 잘 되지 않았던 1례에서는 소개흉술(minithoracotomy)로 전환하였다. 술 후 이시행한 이학적 검사상에서 모든 환아에 심잡음이 소실되었음을 확인할 수 있었으며, 흉부 방사선 검사상 점진적인 폐혈관음영의 감소를 관찰할 수 있었으며 수술중 동맥관 파열이나 불완전한 동맥관 폐쇄, 기흉, 애성(hoarseness) 등의 합병증은 발생되지 않았다. 환아들은 술후 평균 3.4일째 퇴원하였으며, 퇴원후 외래추적 관찰검사시 시행한 심초음파 검사상 동맥관의 재개통이나, 잔류단락은 관찰되지 않았다. 본원에서는 개흉술 및 경도관 동맥관 폐쇄술의 단점을 방지할수 있으며, 성공적인 동맥관 폐쇄, 작은 피부절개 반흔에 의한 미용적 효과, 짧은 재원기간등의 장점을 가진 흉강경을 이용항 동맥관 결찰술을 시해앟여 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

전자가속기는 대표적인 방사선 발생장치 중의 하나로서, 오랜 세월 동안 연구개발 되어왔으며 의료 및 산업현장에서 활용되어 왔고 그 이용분야도 매우 폭넓다. 전자가속기는 최근 들어 기술이 확산되고 성능이 고도화되면서 그 활용과 함께 전자가속기 개발 및 연구가 많이 진행되고 있다. 이러한 연구개발에 있어 전자가속기의 가속관 제작은 가장 기본이 되는 중요한 부분 중에 하나이다. 가속관제작에 있어서 RF parameter들인 resonance frequency, bandwidth, 10 GHz 범위의 higher order modes와 quality factor는 가속관에서 중요한 특성이다. 본 연구에서는 9, 6 MeV 에너지를 가지는 2856 MHz의 고주파 전자가속기의 가속관 설계, 제작 및 튜닝에 있어서 network analyzer를 이용하여 RF parameter를 측정하여 가속관의 특성을 분석한다.

보나 댐에 설치된 배수관이나 지하에 매설된 상하수도관과 같이 물을 운반하기 위한 관로 뿐만 아니라 유류를 운송하는 관, LPG와 같은 기체를 운송하는 관처럼 유체를 운송할 때 다양한 관로를 사용한다. 그 중 사용범위나 제작에 대한 용이성 등에 의해서 원형관이 주로 사용된다. 따라서 위와 같은 원형관 내의 관수로 흐름분포에 대한 연구는 아주 중요하며 필요하다. 원형관 내 흐름분포는 관에 연결된 펌프 혹은 수조나 저수지의 수위에 의한 관내 압력에 의해 지배되어지며, 관 내부 표면의 거칠기나 관의 꺾인 정도 등 다양한 요인에 영향을 받는다. 본 연구에서는 일반적인 실험결과를 도출하기 위하여 직선의 원형관을 대상으로 실험과 수치모의를 동시에 수행한다. 실험은 높이 3m, 길이 4.5m, 폭 1.5m 수조의 바닥에서부터 0.45m 위에 위치한 1.8m 길이의 아크릴 재질의 원형관이 설치된 수조에서 진행되었으며, 수치모의 또한 동일한 규모에서 수행되었다. 수조의 수위를 변화시켜 여러가지 레이놀즈 수에 따른 관 내 흐름의 변화에 대하여 분석하는 것이 목적이며, 실험결과와 수치모의 계산결과 간의 비교검증을 통해 분석한다. 이 연구에서는 난류의 영향을 RANS(Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes)와 LES(large eddy simulation)을 혼합한 형태인 Hybrid RANS/LES 모형 중 하나인 DES(detacged-eddy simulation)기법을 이용하여 해석함으로써, 빠른 유속으로 인한 관 내의 강한 와(eddy)에 대한 효과를 예측하는데 한계가 있는 RANS 모형과 벽면근처에서의 흐름 해석을 위해 굉장히 높은 격자해상도가 요구되어 계산적 비용 측면에서 효율이 떨어지는 LES 모형의 한계를 극복하고자 한다. DES 모형은 벽에서 떨어진 와에 대하여 LES로 직접해석하고, 벽 근처에서의 흐름에 대해선 난류모형을 통해 모델링함으로써 벽 근처 계산격자와 계산량을 줄이면서 LES와 비슷한 결과를 얻을 수 있다. 실험결과와 수치모의 계산결과 사이의 비교검증을 통하여 관 내 흐름에 대한 수치모의의 적용성을 평가하고 실험에서 측정하기 어려운 난류강도와 압력변동의 상세한 특성을 수치모의를 통해 분석함으로서 관 내 흐름특성에 대하여 자세히 분석하였다.

This study is aimed at developing a tool to measuring school police's job performance, and verifying its credibility and validity. This study collected the sample to 250 subjects using a significance collection method to parents of elementary schools school police work. But excluding dishonestly responding data, this used total 210 people for the final analysis. This study executed experts' meeting, exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, and item analysis to verify reliability, and verification of internal consistency and reliability. This study extracted and confirmed 7 factors for specialization, attitude, program, prevention activity of school violence, effect, basic duty, teaching for school time and home time, and correlation with related people. Through the above research approach and procedure, this study arrived at the following conclusion. First, validity to school police's job performance and measurement tool to job performance is very high. That is, school police's job performance was explored and confirmed through correlation with specialization, attitude, program, prevention activity of school violence, effect, basic job, teaching for school time and home time, and related people, and of them, explanation of attitude is the highest. Second, reliability to the measurement scale for school police's job performance is very high. That is, school police's job performance has high correlation between items, sub-factors, and total scores, and reliability of internal consistency, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ value, is over .708. Putting them together, measurement scale for school police's job performance is a questionnaire sheet with very high level of validity and reliability.

하수관거는 장기간 사용에 의해 오염물질 퇴적 현상이 발생하여 관거 유하능력의 기능을 상실하게 되는 문제점이 발생한다. 관내 오염물질 제거 방법 중 관거 Flushing 방법을 적용하였을 경우, 유입유량, 유입시간, 관경사 변화에 따른 유속 및 수위 변화를 분석하여 하수관거 내 부유물질의 퇴적을 방지하기 위한 최소유속기준을 만족하는 관거 유하 길이를 분석하고자 한다. 관거 내의 수리학적 거동을 분석하기 위해서 SWMM 및 FLOW-3D 모형을 이용하여 관거 내 수리학적 거동 현상을 분석하였다. 또한 모형의 적용성을 검증하기 위해서 수리모형실험 자료를 이용하였다. $5\;{\textperthousand}$ 관경사에 대하여 유입유량 $0.16\;m^3/min$을 3 분 동안 Flushing 하였을 경우 최대유속은 0.58 m/s로 최소유속 0.6 m/s를 만족하는 관의 누가거리는 확보할 수 없는 것으로 모의되었다. 또한 관경사가 증가함에 따라서 최대유속 및 최대유량도 증가함을 보여주고 있다. 이와 같은 분석을 통해 관 내 부유물질의 퇴적을 방지하기 위해 Flushing 방법을 수행하였을 경우, 보다 효과적이며 경제적으로 Flushing 방법을 수행할 수는 설계 자료를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Since the opening of the Nara Archives in 2008, we have been operating the Archival Culture Programs. Before the Presidential Archive's relocation to Sejong, the Presidential Archives and the Nara Archives jointly operated the Archival Culture Programs. The Archival Culture Programs is operated not only by the National Archives, but also by Administration Archives, History Archives, and Presidential Archives. The operation frequency, planning, and composition are slightly different depending on the institution. Here, I would like to find out the current status of Programs composition and contents operated by Seongnam Nara Archives, and suggest the direction of the Archival Cultural Programs of the archive that should be pursued in the future based on the analysis of the existing operation status.

The purpose of this study was to identify the impact of gender equality consciousness on view of marriage and children in university students. Research tools used questionnaires to understand the level of gender equality consciousness, view on marriage and children. Participants were 205 university students in S city and analysis by frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, multiple regression using SPSS 28.0 program. The gender equality consciousness appeared as an average of 4.23 points and female students were higher than male students. Gender equality consciousness was negatively correlated with view on marriage and children. Gender equality consciousness in home living life area affected the views on marriage and children. This means that the higher than the higher the sense of gender equality in home living life area, the view on marriage and children was more liberal. To form a positive view of marriage and children of university students, balanced education programs between men and women for gender equality are needed.

A church's archives aims to preserve the history of the church and inherit the spiritual legacy of Christianity. It also plays critical roles in strengthening the identities of the church members. As such, this study focuses the role of a church archive and, in particular, its acquisition policies. An acquisition policy is the foundation of archival records management, which is achieved by balancing the scope of the collection and collecting various record types. For this, the authors analyzed the acquisition process of Young-nak Church's archives and also conducted in-depth interviews with the archivists.

Adoration for nature constitutes one of the primary subjects that literature has tackled since the origin of human history. Nature expressed through a poet's subjective imagination is the internalized and reorganized nature. This study examines the view on nature enacted in Ch'o-Jung's three-verse poems (sijo) in light of the traditional views on nature implicated in the ancient three-verse poems (koshijo), which is in line with the long-established Oriental view on nature. To dignitaris(sadaebu) in the Chosun Dynasty, nature appeared as the idealistic subject for moral culture ($shims{\breve{o}}ngsuyang$), which also becomes the literary space where the purity and justice of the world view of Neo-Confucianism(Sungrihak) is contained in the form of the three-verse poem, the lyrical poetic space where the "I" is united with nature by way of "enjoying of wind and moon"($umpungnongw{\breve{o}}i$) and "living in quiet retiremen"($yuyuchaj{\breve{o}}k$), and the object for the poetical perception of the surrounding world. Ch'o-Jung' s three-verse odes are found in Reed pipe ($Ch'oj{\breve{o}}k$), Sixty Five Pieces of Three-Verse Odes (Samhaengshi-$yukshipopy{\breve{o}}n$), Autumn Fragrance ($Hyangginam{\check{u}}n-ga{\check{u}}l$), and The Words of Zelko va Tree ($N{\check{u}}tinamu{\check{u}}i-mal$). This study analyzes 212 pieces of Ch'o-Jung' s three-verse poems chosen from theses books. In Ch'o-Jung's poems, the traditional view on nature expressed in the ancient three-verse poems is rendered in such a way that metaphysical understanding of nature is indirectly transmitted through the objective correlatives found nature. Nature is no longer the object of straightforward utterance, but transformed, displaced, and removed: that way, nature gets objectified to form a complicated and multi-layered structure. In conclusion, the view on nature manifested in Ch'o-Jung's three-verse poems is based on traditional metaphysics. Second, nature is the object of lyrical nostalgia and adoration. Third, nature is imbued with the fundamental affection for parents. Fourth, nature is associated with organic life. Fifth, the nature in Ch'o-Jung's poems reveals the beauty of stillness endorsed in Lao-tse's and Chung-tze's philosophy. And last, nature is the agent for self-realization and meditation.
