숙성 기간에 따른 대두콩과 검은콩간장의 특성 비교연구 (Comparison of Characteristics between Soy Sauce and Black Soy Sauce according to the Ripening Period)

  • This study was conducted to develop functional black soy sauce with (S2) and without (S3) an outer skin and then compare these products to a control soy sauce (S1). In addition, the effects of different fermentation periods on the pH, buffering power, titratable acidity, total acidity, salt content, and browning and Lab value were evaluated. Furthermore, the antioxidative activities of the black soy sauce were compared to those of the control soy sauce based on the total phenolic compounds and free radical scavenging activity, including the 1,1-diphenyl-2-picryl-hydrazil (DPPH) scavenging activity and the thiobarbituric acid value (TBA value). The pH and buffering power of S2 were lower than of S1 and S3, while the titratable acidity and total acidity were higher. The salt content of all samples decreased after 60 days of fermentation, after which it increased slightly for up to 180 days. Additionally, the browning intensity of all samples increased as the fermentation periods increased, with the browning intensity at 420 nm of S1 being the highest followed by S3 and S2. After 150 days of fermentation, the L value of S1 was higher than that of S2 and S3, but the while a value of S2 was higher than those of S1 and S3 and was increased as the fermentation periods. Moreover, the b value of S1 was the highest at the end of the fermentation period, followed by the b values of S3 and S2. The amount of total phenolics in S1 was greatest, followed by S2 and S1. Conversely, the DPPH radical scavenging activity of S2 was the highest, followed by S3 and S1. Finally, the TBA value increased rapidly from day 30 to day 180 of the fermentation period, and the TBA value of S2 was lower than those of S1 and S3.

소비가치와 경험적 제품평가가 희소성 메시지 효과에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of the Consumers Value and Experience Quality on the Effects of Scarcity Message Types)

  • The major aim of this study was to find out that the relation between consumers value and experience quality toward purchase intention in addition to the influence of the consumers value and experience quality on the effects of scarcity message types collaboration using limited edition in global SPA brand. As a result of an empirical analysis, it shows that consumers value and experience quality are co-related to the intention of purchase, especially, brand familiarity and reputation influenced scarcity valuation in the affirmative and both emotional value and epistemic value influenced the intention of purchase under scarcity message. The moderating effect of consumers value and experience quality however, turns out to be not significant although its effect is directionally supported that is purchase intention was high when scarcity message is shown. Moreover, emotional epistemic group was influenced by scarcity message so we found that consumers value is changed to emotional with subjective. This result indicates that we need the scarcity message type reflecting the characteristics of consumers value and experience quality to increase customer's purchase intention.

The Effects of Shareholders' Rights, Disclosures, and Transparency on Firm Value

  • This study investigates the effect of shareholders' rights, disclosure, and transparency on firm value. This study also investigates whether corporate social responsibility (CSR) is pure moderation or quasi moderation in the effect of shareholders' rights, disclosure, and transparency on firm value. This study's novelty is building a model framework to increase firm value and the role of CSR in increasing firm value. This study used secondary data provided by Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand Stock Exchanges. The sample of this study is 142 companies with four years of observations from 2012-2015. Firm value is measured by Tobin's Q. While shareholder's rights, disclosure, and transparency are measured using the ASEAN scorecard. The analysis method used in this study is a fixed effect model using a panel data approach. The result of this study shows that shareholders' rights have a significant positive effect on firm value. However, disclosure and transparency do not affect firm value significantly. In comparison, the CSR disclosure has a moderation effect on the relationship between shareholders' rights and firm value. The CSR disclosure does not have a moderation effect on the relationship between disclosure and transparency and firm value.

  • 세계역사의 커다란 물줄기인 세계화 또는 개방화의 가속화는 문화부문에서도 예외일수가 없다. 한국사회도 급속한 변화의 한 가운데 있으며, 광고시장의 경우 1990년대 초부터 빗장을 풀기 시작하여 오늘날에는 완전 시장개방이 이루어졌다. 이러한 시기에 다국적 기업들의 국내광고활동에 주목하여 보았다. 광고는 단순한 마케팅의 도구가 아니라 인간을 둘러싸고 있는 문화장치, 자본주의 사회의 중요한 이념적 국가장치로 불리며, 인간의 이념이나 꿈, 동기, 가치관, 태도 등을 다루는 하나의 사회제도이기도 하다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 광고가 끼치는 문화적 영향에 대한 현상을 개괄하였고, 실제적으로 국내에 진출해 있는 다국적 기업들이 국내에서 행하는 광고활동을 추적해 본 결과, 다국적 기업의 광고는 그 가치 표현에서 서구적인 가치를 국내기업들보다 상대적으로 더 적게 구사하고 있는 것이 발견되었다. 이는 국내기업들이 오히려 더 서구적인 가치표현을 구사하고 있으며, 다국적 기업들은 문화적 충돌을 의식하여 광고에서 주의 깊게 대처하고 있는 것으로 파악되었다.

정보통신산업(ICT)의 글로벌 가치사슬구조분석 (Global Value Chain Structure Analysis for ICT Industry)

  • This study describes the accounting approach of separating the value chain components that occur between the origin and destination of a country's total exports, and applied this analysis to the nation's information and communication industry. As a result of this study, the analysis results of ICT's global value chain for the United States and China, focusing on Korea, are as follows: First of all, the value added standard was relatively lower than the export amount standard for the information and communication industry. In particular, the gap was starkly visible in the information and communication manufacturing sector, where global vertical specialization was developed relatively. As a representative sector, the computer-related equipment sector exported to China became more specialized vertically than other information and communication industries. Next, the method of participating in vertical specialization of Korea's information and communication sector and its relative position in the global value chain came from domestic products (0.25/35.16) whose total exports, which were double calculated in the case of the U.S. market, returned home. On the other hand, about 32.68 percent returned to the Chinese market. Finally, in the global value chain level, the SW sector occupied a medium vertical culture location for the information and communication equipment sector and the information and communication service sector.

항공사 서비스 경영전략에 대한 인식이 고객가치 실현에 미치는 영향 연구 (A Study on the Effects of Perception of Airline's Service Management Strategies to Realize Customer's Expected Value)

  • The more advanced IT and mobile technologies get, the smarter customers become in the use of airline services. Using an airline, passengers are expecting more value than what airline're willing to provide them. Therefore this paper tries to find out the effect of airline staff's perception of airline's service management strategies to realize passengers' value based on previous oversea's research results. First of all, this paper provides t-test analysis results between passengers and airline staff regarding the perception of airline's service management strategy and customer orientation. Moreover, it was analyzed how the staff's understanding of the upper management's decision on service strategies would results in meeting customer's expecting values through such mediating variables as job satisfaction and customer orientation. It was proven the perception of service management strategies by staff played a very important role to realize customer's value.

  • This paper presents a method for the estimation and analysis of the economic value of weather forecasts for CRM decision-making problems in the leisure industry. Value is calculated in terms of the customer's satisfaction returned from the user's decision under the specific payoff structure, which is itself represented by a customer's satisfaction ratio model. The decision is assessed by a modified cost-loss model to consider the customer's satisfaction instead of the loss or cost. Site-specific probability and deterministic forecasts, each of which is provided in Korea and China, are applied to generate and analyze the optimal decisions. The application results demonstrate that probability forecasts have greater value than deterministic forecasts, provided that the users can locate the optimal decision threshold. This paper also presents the optimal decision strategy for specific customers with a variety of satisfaction patterns.

농촌여성 노동의 화폐적 가치평가를 위한 일 연구 (A Study on the Estimation of the Money Value of Korean Rural Women's Labor)

  • The farm housewive's labor has not been properly evaluated, although it has traditionally shared and devoted a substantial portion of the farm household economy. The objective of this study is to estimate the money value of rural women's labor. The data were got from the result of time analysis of farm housewives in 1988. Among the four estimation methods used in this study, the mixed approach of houskeeper replacement cost with individual function cost showed the greatest value in the decision criteria of different farming region, farming size, housewive's age, family size and children number. The opportunity cost approach showed the lowest value, however, is considered as the most appropriate estimation approach in rural situation in this study. It is expected that the appropriate estimation approach should be estimate the money value of rural housewive's labor and their economic position.

  • Today's environment of enterprise is changing, They have to face customer' demands with the right product, the right service and supply them at the right time. And also cut down logistics and inventory cost and bring up the profit as much as they can. This means the change of putting enterprise first in importance to putting customer first importance. therefore to correspond to customer's demand, shorting lead time is becoming a essential condition. The answer to this changes of environment is supply chain management. In this paper, It consolidates the necessity on a LTV(Life Time Value) and analyzes data which is concerned of Customer Value. Under the these environments, defines the LTV(Life Time Value) rule that can improve the customer value. We solved this problems using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) for consistency at relationship matrix, AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) is based on Saaty's consistency rate. If consistency rate is under 0.1 point, preference rate's weights are acceptable. This study develop a program for AHP weights and support Satty's consistency rate.

The Effects of Consumption Value and Consumer Trust on Crowdfunding Participation Intention

  • Purpose: While crowdfunding functions as a purchasing behavior, it is different from other purchasing behavior. It derives from non-existed idea and leads to production and purchase through continuous idea development with participants and participants' support is a proxy for future sales. This study researches on consumption value, customer's trust and consumer's innovativeness to reveal which constructs of consumption value and customer's trust should be considered. Research design, data, and methodology: Crowdfunding participation intentions were examined using consumer's consumption value and trust of platforms as independent variables, and consumer innovation as a control variable. A total of 175 surveys were used for analysis. The hypothesis was tested using hierarchical regression analysis. Results: The results showed economic, epistemic value and ability, benevolence consumer trust to have a significant effect in crowdfunding participation intentions. The moderating effect of innovation was shown to be significant in only economic value and benevolence. Conclusions: The economic and hedonic value of consumers should be emphasized, as well as the evaluation level of the project itself. Moreover, technology or system safety, competency, and product specific information, as well as user benefits for their ideas are core elements in attracting new participants.
