An interspecific fusant strain, MS1, was obtained by protoplast fusion between S. peucetius subsp. caesius and S. platensis. We studied on the microbiological and cultural characteristics of the fusant MS1. In liquid culture, the viscosity of culture broth of S. peucetius increased during incubation However the fusant MS1 formed pellet like S. platensis without viscosity change. On agar medium the colony morphology of MSI resembled S. platensis but the color was similar to S. peucetius. The fermentation products of the fusant MS1 was identical with S. peucetius.

Sixty-three Salmonella Cultures were isolated from 600 msenteric lymphnodes and 600 rectal contents of apprently healthy pigs slaughtered at abattoris in Hapchun, changnyong, Keochang. The result observed were summaried as follows ; 1. Fifty-nine out of sixty-three cultures were serotyped and Salmonella enteritis(20 cultures) 2. Was found to be the most predominant serotpye. The remainder comprised of 15 serotypes were ; S. typhimuriu, S. derby, S. wagenia, S. infantis, S. thompson, S. tennessee, S. mission, S. anatum, S. give, S. nuwlands, S. newingtion, S. newhaw, S. neumuenstes, S. senftenberg, S. gbana 3. The antibiotic susceptibility of 9 were ; Baytril, Streptomycin, Cephalothin, Ampicillin, Tetracycline, Sulfadimethoxine, Rifampicin, Gentamicin, Kanamycln.

This study investigated the relationship between mother's verbal confrol modes and children's emotional anxiety. The subjects of this study were 157boys and 144 girls attending elementary schools in Busan. Lee Kyung-Hee's(1993) questionnaire on mother's verval control modes, and Kang's(1986) questionnaire on emotional anxiety were used. The results were as follows: 1) There were significant differences in boys and girls about mother's imperative control mode. and children's emotional anxiety. Boys got the higher scores than the girls in mother's imperative control modes. But Girls got the higher score than the boys in children's emotional anxiety. 2) Only for boys, There were significant correlations between mother's imperative control mode and children's emotional anxiety. 3) Sex variabl and mother's imperative control mode variables were the predictor influencing on children's emotional anxiety. That is, girls shown higher emotional anxiety than boys. And children shown higher imperative control get higher emotional anxiety score.

To evaluate the anti-diarrheal potential of the leaves of Bauhinia purpurea Linn., investigations were performed on different animal models e.g. castor oil induced diarrhea in rats and gastrointestinal motility test by using charcoal meal. In both the models the ethanolic extract of the leaves showed significant activity when compared to control group. The group treated with standard anti-diarrheal agent also showed significant activity comparing with control. Thus this study establishes the efficacy of Bauhinia purpurea Linn. Leaves as an anti-diarrheal as claimed in folklore.

We report here that under strong attacksof external $CH_4$ guest molecules the sII and sH methane hydrates are structurally transformed to the crystalline me framework of sI, leading to favorable change of the lattice dimension of the host-guest networks. The High Power Decoupling $^{13}C$ NMR and Raman spectroscopies were used to identify structure transitions of the mixed $CH_4+C_2H_6$ hydrates (sIIl) and hydrocarbons (methylcyclohexane, isopentane) + $CH_4$ hydrates (sH). The resulting spectra indicate that most of the synthesized sII and sH hydrates were transformed to methane hydrate of sl under 110 bar and particularly the coexistence of sl with sII or sH appear according to the surrounding methane-rich gas conditions. The present findings might be expected to Provide rational evidences regarding the preponderant occurrence of naturally-occurring sI methane hydrates in marine sediments.

S/W product line is a S/W product or a set of S/W system, which has common functions. We can develop a specific S/W product, which satisfiesrequirements of a particular market segment and a mission in a specific domain by reusing the core asset such as the developed S/W architecture through the S/W product line. S/W development methodology based on the S/W product line can develop a S/W more easily and fast by reusing the developed S/W core asset. An advanced country of S/W technology selects S/W product line as a core field of S/W production technology, and support technology development. In case of USA, CMU/SEI (Carnegie Mellon University / Software Engineering Institute) developed product-line framework 4.0 together with the industry and the Ministry of National Defense. Europe is supporting the development of product line technology through ITEA(IT for European Advancement) program. In this paper, we aim to construct reference architecture of S/W product line for production of the S/W product line.

해상에서의 데이터는 디지털 수로데이터 교환 표준인 국제수로기구(IHO, International Hydrographic Organization)의 S-57을 기반으로 제작된다. 그러나 S-57은 지리정보 외의 정보를 표현하는데 한계를 나타내었다. S-57의 한계를 극복하기 위하여 다양한 해양데이터를 활용할 수 있는 시스템 체계로 수로 데이터를 위한 데이터 모델과 규격을 정의하는 S-100을 제정하였다. S-100을 기반으로 하여 수로데이터를 위한 표준으로 S-101을 제정하고 있으며, 데이터 검색 및 활용을 위한 메타데이터도 포함하여 구성하였다. S-101의 개발에 따라 S-57전자해도를 S-101전자해도로 변환이 요구되고 있으며, 이와 함께 메타데이터에 대한 변환도 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 S-57의 메타데이터 요소와 S-101의 메타데이터 요소를 비교 분석하여 메타데이터 변환모델을 제시하였다.

This study was intented to understand the insects diversity and forest in DMZ, and provide data and information required to preserve living creatures and geological management, and basic information for the management and preservation policies. This study has surveyed insects diversity by habitat types in Middle Inland of DMZ, Korea from 15 to 19 September, 2009. Totally there were 128 species belonging to 53 families of 10 orders, among them, 7 endermic species, 3 management of exotic species and 25 designated species were showed. The highest was 26 species of Hemiptera(20.31%) and then next turn are 22 species of Coleoptera(17.19%) and 20 species of Hymenoptera(15.63%) respectively. Dominant species are Ceracris nigricornislaeta (Bolivar)(0.152) in S1, Menida violacea Motschulsky(0.218) in S2, Stomorhina obsoleta (Wiedemann)(0.171) in S3, Ducetia japonica (Thunberg)(0.212) in S4, Oedaleus infernalis Saussure(0.178) in S5, Sepedon aenescens Wiedemann(0.268) in S6, Adelphocoris triannulatus (Stal)(0.257) in S7 and Ricania taeniata Stal(0.150) in S8 site. The diversity(H') and richness(RI) of insects at survey area as S2(H'=3.461, RI=9.64), S3(H'=3.457, RI=9.18) and S1(H'=3.447, RI=8.88) were higher than in the others and the lowest in S8(H'=2.790, RI=5.341). But the highest species evenness index(EI) occurred in S8(0.985).
