Second, the relevance between agricultural policies and military/defense policies were identified. Third, based on these findings, the phrase "洋醜之漁獵頻泊汊 港, 峩人之耕牧恒據沿䐉" was throughly examined within its historical context. Methods : First, the time of publication of the writing Jinjeong(陳情), was identified with consideration of current affairs at the time in Hamgyeongdo. Second, the relevance between agricultural policies and military/defense policies were identified. Third, based on these findings, the phrase "洋醜之漁獵頻泊汊 港, 峩人之耕牧恒據沿䐉" was throughly examined within its historical context. Results & Conclusions : 1. The Jinjeong(陳情) of the Dongmuyugo(東武遺稿) is a writing on crossing borders into the Maritime Province of Siberia, which was written between the end of September and December of 1870. 2. The phrase "洋醜之漁獵頻泊汊港" is related to the incident when a handover line was at anchor in the Unggi harbor three times in 1869. 3. • This study explores diffusion of information on Covid-19 relating to China on You Tube. For this, information on Covid-19 relating to China was divided into factual information and disinformation, with factual information being categorized into positive and negative information. According to network analysis, there are lots of negative information and disinformation. On the contrary positive information is rare. There are lots of videos about rumor on the leak of Wuhan institute among disinformation. Rumor on the manipulation of genes has the highest average value of view count and betweenness centrality. Main stream youtube channel has only role of messenger which delivers messages as it is instead of fact-checking on disinformation. The fact which there are much more negative information or disinformation among videos about Covid-19 relating with China shows that Youtube users skewed toward negative information and disinformation than positive ones. In summary, disinformation on youtube brings spreadable effect by making user watch similar contents.

  • SNS has been recognized as a means of expanding social capital by promoting interaction and efficient communication among users. On the other hand, there are serious concerns on negative side of social network which is often called epidemics. Trust plays a critical role in controlling the spread of distorted information and vicious rumor as well as reducing uncertainties and risk from unreliable users in social network. This study focuses on what the antecedents of interpersonal trust are in social network. We performed online survey from 252 Twitter users and tested candidate antecedents which are chosen from previous literature. As a result, propensity to trust of trustor, ability and sincerity of trustee, intimacy between trustor and trustee significantly affected to the interpersonal trust in Twitter.

  • In this paper, we analyze the information asymmetry among investors in online trading environment using rumors which are collected in the Korean stock market for the eleven-year period between January 2004 and December 2014. We find that cumulative abnormal return of sample firms is negative and statistically significant, indicating that a significant fall of the stock price starts before the online disclosure, suggesting that the rumors were reflected in the stock price to a significant extent. Furthermore, individual investors show net purchases on firms prior to disclosure while institutional investors show net sales, showing that individual investors trade unfavorably vis-$\grave{a}$-vis institutional investors. This phenomenon is more evident for the KOSDAQ. This result confirms that the information asymmetry exists between individual and institutional investors in online trading environment.

  • This paper proposes a modified version of Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) called Information Diffusion PSO (ID-PSO). In PSO algorithms, premature convergence of particles could be prevented by defining proper population topology. In this paper, we propose a variant of PSO algorithm using a new population topology. We draw inspiration from the theory of information diffusion which models the transmission of information or a rumor as one-to-one interactions between people. In ID-PSO, a particle interacts with only one particle at each iteration and they share their personal best solutions and recognized best solutions. Each particle recognizes the best solution that it has experienced or has learned from another particle as the recognized best. Computational experiments on the benchmark functions show the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm compared with the existing methods which use different population topologies.

  • 2,3,7,8-Tetrachlorodibenzo-p-dioxin (TCDD), a prototype of many halogenated aromatic hydrocarbons, is a ubiquitous, persistent environmental contaminant and the most powerful carcinogen categorized by IARC. It is display high toxicity in animals and is associated with several cancers in human. Although the mechanism of carcinogenesis by TCDD is unclear, it is considered to be a non-genotoxic and rumor promoter.(omitted)

  • In China, Weibo is one of the social platforms with more users. It has the characteristics of fast information transmission and wide coverage. People can comment on a certain event on Weibo to express their emotions and attitudes. Judging the emotional tendency of users' comments is not only beneficial to the monitoring of the management department, but also has very high application value for rumor suppression, public opinion guidance, and marketing. This paper proposes a two-input Adaboost model based on TextCNN and BiLSTM. Use the TextCNN model that can perform local feature extraction and the BiLSTM model that can perform global feature extraction to process comment data in parallel. Finally, the classification results of the two models are fused through the improved Adaboost algorithm to improve the accuracy of text classification.

  • Malicious rumors often emerge online. However, few studies have examined why people spread online rumors. Recognizing that spreading online rumors is not only rational, but also emotional, this paper provides insights into the behavior of online rumor spreading using the cognitive emotion theory. The results show that perceived credibility of online rumors enhances both positive and negative emotions. However, positive emotions affect neither attitude nor behavior, whereas negative emotions affect both aspects of the spreading of online rumors. The results also indicate that prior positive attitude toward object influences negative emotions. Issues involvement moderates the relationship between attitude and behavior.

  • The purpose of this study was to offer the importance on factors of selecting dental institution according to general characteristics targeting general dental patients, and the information of having important influence upon choosing dental clinic and dental hospital. The survey was carried out from August 2009 to September. As a result of analyzing SAS(ver 9.1), the following conclusions were obtained. In the importance on factors of selecting dental institution according to general characteristics, it was thought to be important in convenience of movement or mobility such as distance, transportation, and parking convenience according to age level. According to final academic background, the importance in a factor of rumor in dental clinic was high(p < 0.05). According to job, the significant difference was shown in rumor of dentistry and parking convenience(p < 0.05). According to income, the factor in the appearance of training a medical specialist was indicated to be statistically higher in the group with over 5 million won than the group with under 2 million won(p < 0.05). Given seeing the distribution of opinion about dental hospitals (comparison with dental clinics), the excellence in the medical staff's ability was indicated to be the highest in all of the factor of influencing the use satisfaction(${\beta}=0.18$), the factor of influencing the recommendation level(${\beta}=0.21$), and the factor of influencing the re-use intention(OR=2.09).
