생산일정계획을 위한 지식 기반 모의실험 (Knowledge Based Simulation for Production Scheduling)

  • It is not easy to find a good production schedule which can be used in practice. Therefore, production scheduling simulation with a simple dispatching rule or a set of dispatching rules is used. However, a simple dispatching rule may not create a robust schedule, for the same rule is blindly applied to all internal production processes. The presumption is that there might be a specific combination of appropriate rules that can improve the efficiency of a total production system for a certain type of orders. In order to acquire a better set of dispatching rules, simulation is used to examine the performance of various combinations of dispatching rule sets. There are innumerable combination of rule sets. Hence it takes too much computer simulation time to find a robust set of dispatching rule for a specific production system. Therefore, we propose a concept of the knowledge based simulation to circumvent the problem. The knowledge based simulation consists of knowledge bases, an inference engine and a simulator. The knowledge base is made of rule sets that is extracted from both simulation and human intuition obtained by the simulation studies. For a certain type of orders, the proposed system provides several sets of dispatching rules that are expected to generate better results. Then the scheduler tries to find the best by simulating all proposed set of rules with the simulator. The knowledge-based simulator armed with the acquired knowledge has produced improved solutions in terms of time and scheduling performance.

퍼지뉴럴 시스템을 위한 초기 입력공간분할의 최적화 : Measure of Fuzziness (The Optimal Partition of Initial Input Space for Fuzzy Neural System : Measure of Fuzziness)

  • 이 논문에서는 퍼지뉴럴 시스템을 위하여 measure of fuzziness에 의한 입력공간의 분할을 최적화하는 방법을 제안한다. 이에 따라 최적화된 퍼지 부공간에 대하여 퍼지 제어규칙을 자동으로 생성하는 방법을 제안한다. 또한 시계열 예측 문제에서 입력패턴의 간격을 조정하여 그 성능을 검증한다. 이 방법은 샤논 함수와 index of fuzziness를 이용하여 입력공간을 분할하고, 분할된 부 공간에 대해 입력 데이터와 부합할 수 있는 각각의 규칙에 등급을 정하여 불필요한 제어규칙을 제거하여 최적의 규칙베이스를 구성하도록 한다. 적용되는 퍼지 신경망의 기본적인 구조는 퍼지 제어기의 규칙베이스와 추론의 과정을 신경회로망을 이용하여 구현하며 퍼지 제어규칙의 매개변수들은 최대 급경사 강하법에 의해 적응되어진다. 제안된 알고리즘을 토대로 여덟 가지의 입력패턴에 대하여 추론한 결과 입력공간의 최적분할에 의하여 수렴과정에서 초기에 오차(RMSE)가 빠르게 수렴함을 알 수 있었다.

모바일 웹을 이용한 저작권 교육에 관한 연구 : SNS를 중심으로 (A Study on the Copyright Education using Mobile Web : Focusing on SNS)

  • SNS의 발달로 인해 교육 분야에서도 SNS를 다양하게 활용하고 있으며 이를 학습에 활용하려는 학습자 및 교수자들도 많아지고 있다. SNS 환경을 활용하려는 학생들이 저작권 관련 문제를 염두에 두지않아 법적문제까지 발생하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 대학생들의 저작권에 대한 인식정도를 살펴보고 대학생들이 수업 현장이나 실생활에서 직면할 수 있는 저작권의 일반적인 사례들을 추출하였다. 추출한 사례들은 If ~ Then 규칙으로 표현하여 규칙기반 시스템의 규칙 지식베이스에 저장하고 모바일 웹으로 구현하였다. 학생들이 입력한 저작권관련 문제를 규칙지식베이스에서 유사한 규칙들을 도출하여 학생들에게 모바일 웹을 통해 언제 어디서나 저작권 관련 문제를 찾아 자기주도적으로 해결할 수 있도록 하였다.

소형 정보통신 단말기를 위한 한글 입력 방법 (Hangul Input Method for Small Electronic Networking Devices)

  • 정보통신 단말기에서 한글을 쉽고 빠르게 입력 할 수 있는 방법을 모색하기 위해 한글 자음과 모음의 표기법 및 조합 원리를 분석하여 한글 자모 집합보다 작은 크기의 기본 자모 집합으로 한글을 입력하는 방법을 제시하였다 그 결과로 자음의 경우 기본 자음과 기능키를 이용하여 자음들을 조합하고, 모음은 8개의 기본모음으로부터 모음의 조합 원리 및 가획 원리에 의해 입력키가 할당되지 않은 모음을 조합하는 방식을 제안하였다. 특히, 유사 자소간의 에러 발생시에 지움 버튼을 사용하는 불편함을 해소하기 위해 자소간의 전환이 가능한 오류 수정 방식을 도입하였을 뿐만 아니라, 사용자가 입력 방식에 쉽게 익숙해질 수 있도록 입력방식을 다양화함으로써 사용자 편의 성 을 추구하였다 기존의 천지인, 나랏글 방식과 비교했을 때 사용자 편의성과 입력의 신속성, 에러 수정의 용이성 측면에서 매우 효율적임을 확인하였다.

단면도를 이용한 3차원 파라메트릭 설계

  • Orthographic views ore traditionally used for engineering drawings. This paper presents a methodology for 3D parametric design using orthographic views. The parametric design technique, which is used to design 2D orthographic views, is based on production rules. In the production rule-base, several view interrelation rules and over 50 geometric rules are included. An efficient algorithm is also developed to expedite the reasoning process. For 3D object construction from orthographic views, the approach known as bottom-up geometrical approach is used. The approach consists of 4 steps : 1) generation of wire-frame, 2) construction of face from wire frame, 3) formation of 3D subobjects from faces, and 4) construction of final 3D objects. Curvilinear solids as well as planar solids can be constructed. A method of converting existing 2D CAD data to parametric 3D CAD data is also presented.

  • In this paper, a transformation-based English part of speech tagging system is designed and implemented. The tagging system tags raw corpus at first and the transformation rule correct the errors. Apart from traditional rule based tagging system, this system makes rules automatically. Using 60,000 words of corpus as a training corpus, the transformation rules are generated automatically by iterative training. The idea how to calculate positive effect of transformation and select transformation rules is proposed to generate more effective and correct transformations. In this paper, part of the Brown corpus and English text is used for experimental data. And the performance of transformation based tagging system is demonstrated by the calculation of accuracy.

  • This paper deals with the expert system for power system recognition of energized and deenergized system using circuit breaker information. The basic idea is isolating the system with the system matrix representing the system configuration and the states of the circuit breakers. The knowledge base is composed of these isolated systems and decision rules. The isolated system with the sources is recognized as the energized system and the system without the source as the deenergized system. The rules use the system matrix and the the inference scheme is simplified in a great deal. Above all, the overall searching labor of the rules is independent on the system size and it is possible to expand into the real system and the real time restoration can be carried out easily. The expert system is written in PROLOG.

  • This paper has been studied expert system using fuzzy theory for fault diagnosis of HDD test systems by detecting systems fault and presenting the way of repair using test history and rule base built via interview from exports. The rules of fault diagnosis of HDD test systems are classified into 2 types, fuzzy and crisp, and these have been serialized to decide whether fault diagnosis be done or not by fuzzy rules and to present the way of repair by crisp rules. And then this paper has designed expert system using fuzzy theory for fault diagnosis.

  • A Classifier System processes a discrete coded information from the environment. When the system codes the information to discontinuous data, it loses excessively the information of the environment. The Fuzzy Classifier System(FCS) makes the classifier system be able to carry out the mapping from continuous inputs to outputs. It is the FCS that applies this ability of the machine learning to the concept of fuzzy controller. It is that the antecedent and consequent of classifier is same as a fuzzy rule of the rule base. In this paper, the FCS is the Michigan style and fuzzifies the input values to create the messages. The system stores those messages in the message list and uses the implicit Bucket Brigade Algorithms. Also the FCS employs the Genetic Algorithms(GAs) to make new rules and modify rules when performance of the system needs to be improved. We will verify the effectiveness of the proposed FCS by applying it to AMR avoiding the obstacle.

A TRIPLE MIXED QUADRATURE BASED ADAPTIVE SCHEME FOR ANALYTIC FUNCTIONS

  • An efficient adaptive scheme based on a triple mixed quadrature rule of precision nine for approximate evaluation of line integral of analytic functions has been constructed. At first, a mixed quadrature rule SM1(f) has been formed using Gauss-Legendre three point transformed rule and five point Booles transformed rule. A suitable linear combination of the resulting rule and Clenshaw-Curtis seven point rule gives a new mixed quadrature rule SM10(f). This mixed rule is termed as triple mixed quadrature rule. An adaptive quadrature scheme is designed. Some test integrals having analytic function integrands have been evaluated using the triple mixed rule and its constituent rules in non-adaptive mode. The same set of test integrals have been evaluated using those rules as base rules in the adaptive scheme. The triple mixed rule based adaptive scheme is found to be the most effective.
