음성합성을 위한 분절음 길이예측 모델링

  • 음성합성을 위한 운율연구는 실험음성학과 음성공학 분야에서 활발히 이루어져 왔고, 가시적인 성과도 거두어 왔다. 최근 운율의 자연성을 향상시키기 위한 노력은 corpus-based unit selection에서와 같이, 대단위 음성자료에 의존하게 되면서 급격한 자연성의 향상을 가져온 것이 사실이지만, 여전히 새로 주어진 자료에 대해서 부자연스러운 운율을 극복해야 한다는 과제를 안고 있다. 이 논문은 길이, 억양, 에너지 등의 운율요소 가운데, 우선적으로 분절음의 길이에 초점을 두고, 대규모 음성자료를 바탕으로 한 자료기반형 길이예측모델을 지양하고 언어학적 지식과 언어자질을 이용한 지식기반형 길이예측모델을 제시하고자 한다. 모델링을 위한 방법으로는, 기본적으로 자료기반형 모델링 기법이지만 언어자질을 이용한 길이예측이 가능한 Classification and Regression Tree (CART) 모델링과 전통적인 지식기반형 모델링인 sequential rule systems을 확대시킨 Sums-of-Products 모델링을 사용한다.   • Automatic document classification may differ significantly according to the characteristics of documents that are subject to classification, as well as classifier's performance. This research identifies e-mail document's characteristics to apply a three-step preprocessing algorithm that can minimize e-mail document's atypical characteristics. In the first 5go, uncertain based sampling algorithm that used Mean Absolute Deviation(MAD), is used to address the question of selection learning document for the rule generation at the time of classification. In the subsequent stage, Weighted vlaue assigning method by attribute is applied to increase the discriminating capability of the terms that appear on the title on the e-mail document characteristic level. in the third and last stage, accuracy level during classification by each category is increased by using Naive Bayesian Presumptive Algorithm's Dynamic Threshold. And, we implemented an E-Mail Recommendtion System using a three-step preprocessing algorithm the enable users for direct and optimal classification with the recommendation of the applicable category when a mail arrives.

  • Design of fuzzy logic controllers encounters difficulties in the selection of optimized membership function and fuzzy rule base, which is traditionally achieved by tedious trial-and-error process. In this paper We proposed a new method to generate fuzzy logic controllers throught genetic algorithm(GA). The controller design space is coded in base-7 strings chromosomes, where each bit gene matches the 7 discrete fuzzy value. The developed approach is subsequently applied to the design of proportional plus integral type fuzzy controller for a do-servo motor control system. It was presented in discrete fuzzy linguistic value, and used a membership function with Gaussian curve. The performance of this control system is demonstrated higher than that of a conventional PID controller and fuzzy logic controller(FLC).

  • The aim of this studies was to elucidate the derivation, meaning and use of the special points of MADANYANG. The results obtained were as follows : The remedial cases of special points of MADANYANG came within the category in that of literature cited. So, it was considerable that a method of selection of remedial points in MADANYANG was not creative but universal at that time. The special points of MADANYANG did not have a fixed organizing rule against it's medrian, visera and bowel in contrast to source points, connecting points, five element points etc. And it was only organized on the basis of remedial value.

  • As the condition evaluation of the active rules is performed whenever an event occurs, the performance of the system is influenced greatly depending on the conditions Processing method. Therefore, a study on evaluating the conditions of active rules becomes a very important element for enhancing the performance of active database. and the processing time of the calculation generated from the conditions must be minimized in order to improve the Performance. In this paper, the tree processing system which can effectively Process the join and selection operations is proposed. The experimental results show that tree processing system has the lower evaluation cost for the conditions processing of the active rules than the existing methods.

  • 본 논문에서는 연관 규칙 마이닝 알고리즘인 Apriori을 이용하여 컨트롤러를 선택하는 모델을 제안하였다. 제안 모델은 모든 컨트롤러 정보를 수집한 다음 발생 지지도(Transaction support)를 이용하여 컨트롤러의 실행 빈도를 측정한다. 이를 통해 연관된 컨트롤러를 동시에 실행함으로써 효율적인 컨트롤러 선택을 기대한다.

  • This paper deals with development of expert process planning system which automatically generates process plan for manufacturing parts of injection mold. The specific domain of study is two-plate injection mold without support plate. Decision making rules for selection of machining processes machine tools, cutting tools and for determination of sequence of machining operations are acquired by interview of skilled process planner. The developed expert process planning system is programmed by using expert system shell CLIPS on the IBM PC/AT. The proposed system works well to real problems.

An Expert System of Moulding Working for Air Intake Hose Products using 3-Dimensional Parametric Modeling Technique

  • This paper deals with an application on the mould machining of air intake hose product by using 3-dimensional parametric modeling techniques. The detailed domain is the 3-dimensional product with similar shapes and different sizes which needs too much working time for preparation of modeling or machining due to making a trial and errors repeatedly. Decision making rules for selection of modeling order and technique, and for calculation of cutting conditions, and for determination of sequence and method concerning machining operations are required by interview of expert engineers in the field. The developed expert system of modeling and machining is programmed by using a user programming language under the CAD/CAM software of the Personal Designer. The developed system that aids a mould engineer who is working in the modeling and machining section which deal with air intake hose product provides strong and useful capabilities.

pH-Dependent Surface-enhanced Raman Scattering Analysis of Maleimide and Succinimide on Ag Nanocolloidal Surfaces

  • The adsorption structure and binding of maleimide (MI) and succinimide (SI) on silver nanocolloidal surfaces have been comparatively investigated by means of pH-varied surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS). The two molecules appeared not to adsorb onto Ag surfaces at pH values below 5. The appearance of a ring ν (CH) band at ~3100 $cm^{-1}$ denoted the standing geometry of MI’s aromatic ring on Ag. The absence or weakness of in-plane vibrational modes of MI and SI also supported a perpendicular orientation of MI and SI on Ag from the electromagnetic selection rule. Density functional theory (DFT) calculations were employed to examine the vibrational frequencies of MI’s and SI’s neutral and anionic states.

  • A new directed product graph(DPG) is proposed from the product graph for electrical networks. By introducing the direction of an dege and the concept of a loop to product graph, it is more easy and rapid to obtain topologically the denominator of Mason's formula without relation of the sign rule and without arising terms cancelled. Also the constraints of tree selection at a given network-graph can be removed.
