The fatigue life is estimated while determining the reliability of aircraft structures. In this study, the estimation of fatigue life was carried out on the basis of a cumulative damage theory; the working S-N curve and the equivalent stress on the engine support structure significantly affect the safety of the aircraft. The maximum stress observed was 1,080 MPa in the case of scissors link under crash load condition, and there was a 5% margin for the allowable stress corresponding to the temperature reduction factor. The maximum stress was 876 MPa, and the stress equation coefficient had a maximum value of 0.019 MPa/N in the case of scissors link under fatigue loads. In the results of the fatigue life analysis, the safety life in a fretting area of scissors link upper part was 416,667 flight hour, and other parts showed to infinite life. Therefore, it was demonstrated that the fatigue life requirement of aircraft engine support structure (scissors link, straight link) could be satisfied.

Among the various security threats in online games, the use of game bots is the most serious problem. In this paper, we propose a framework for user behavior analysis for bot detection in online games. Specifically, we focus on party play that reflects the social activities of gamers: In a Massively Multi-user Online Role Playing Game (MMORPG), party play log includes a distinguished information that can classify game users under normal-user and abnormal-user. That is because the bot users' main activities target on the acquisition of cyber assets. Through a statistical analysis of user behaviors in game activity logs, we establish the threshold levels of the activities that allow us to identify game bots. Also, we build a knowledge base of detection rules based on this statistical analysis. We apply these rule reasoner to the sixth most popular online game in the world. As a result, we can detect game bot users with a high accuracy rate of 95.92%.
In general, personally collected archives, manuscripts, are physically badly conditioned and also contextual of the archives and information on the history of production is mostly collected partly in the manuscripts. Therefore they need to control the name of the producers on the archives collected in various ways effectively and accumulate provenance information which is the key element when understanding the production background in the collecting repository. Here, the authority control and provenance information management must be organized from the beginning of acquisition and this means to collect necessary information considering control process of acquisition as well. This thesis is for verifying the necessity of the authority control in collecting repository and accumulation of the provenance information and for suggesting the things to be considered as collecting Archival authority system. For all these, this thesis shows that it has checked out the necessity of the authority control in archival management and archival authority control and researched the standard of archival authority control, work process and accumulation process. Archival provenance information management and authority control in the archival authority control system are organized through the whole steps of the archival management starting from the lead file to the name of the producers at archival registration and archival description at acquisition. And a lot of information is registered and described at the proper point of time and finally all the information including authority control which controls the Heading in the authority management must be organized to use them as an intellectual management of archives and Finding Aids. The features of the Archival authority system are as follows; first of all, Authority file type which is necessary at the archival authority control of democracy movement is made up of the name of the group, person, affair and terminology(subject name). Second of all, basic record structures and description elements in authority collection of Korea Democracy Foundation Archives apply in the paragraph 1 of ISAAR(CPF) adding some necessary elements and details of description rule such as spacing words and using the periods apply in the paragraph 4 of KCR coping with the features of the archival management system. And also the way of input on the authority record is based on EAC(Encoded Archival Context). Third of all, it made users approach to the sources which they want more easily by connecting the authority terms systemically making it possible to connect the relative terms with up and down words, before and after words variously and concretely expanding the term relations rather than earlier traditional authority system which is usually expressed only with relative words (see also). So the authority control of archival management system can effectively collect and manage the function of various and multiple groups and information on main activities as well as its own function which is controlling the Heading and express the multiple and intermediary relationship between archives and producers or between producers and it also provides them with expanded Record information service which satisfies user's various requests through Indexing service. Finally applying in this international standard ISAAR(CPF) through the instance of the authority management like this, it can be referred to making Archival authority system in Collecting repository hereafter by reorganizing the description elements into appropriate formations and setting up the authority file type which is to be managed properly for every service.
A location tracking sensor such as GPS, INS, Radar, and optical equipments is used in tracking Maneuvering Targets with a multi-sensor, and such systems are used to track, detect, and control UAV, guided missile, and spaceship. Until now, Most of the studies related to tracking Maneuvering Targets are on fusing multiple Radars, or adding a supplementary sensor to INS and GPS. However, A study is required to change the degree of application in fusions since the system property and error property are different from sensors. In this paper, we perform the error analysis of the sensor properties by adding a ground radar to GPS and INS for improving the tracking performance by multi-sensor fusion, and suggest the tracking algorithm that improves the precision and stability by changing the sensor probability of each sensor according to the error. For evaluation, we extract the altitude values in a simulation for the trajectory of UAV and apply the suggested algorithm to carry out the performance analysis. In this study, we change the weight of the evaluated values according to the degree of error between the navigation information of each sensor to improve the precision of navigation information, and made it possible to have a strong tracking which is not affected by external purposed environmental change and disturbance.
From the beginning of the construction stage, the fire protection regulation for the nuclear power plants conforms to the design requirements for the acquisition of the license permit. This regulation is based on the plant status of the normal operation, but it is not enough to be used as an application standard for fire protection at the transient mode of the plant and the outage time for refueling as well as for the plant decommissioning. While the advanced fire protection requirement that has been developed in America recently suggests the performance-based requirement and management rule applicable to the overall life time of the plant, it simply represents the conceptual application. It means that it can not be treated as appropriate standards because it does not deal with the qualitative and quantitative approach in specific ways. By the way, with the use of the performance-based fire risk analysis, the dynamic behavior of the heat and smoke at the fire compartment of the nuclear power plants can be analyzed and the thermal effect to the safety-related equipment and cables can be evaluated as well. At this paper, it suggests the ways to change the applicable fire protection regulations and the required evaluation items for the fire risk resulted from the plant configuration change with an intent to introduce the state-of-the-art quantitative fire risk analysis technology at the domestic nuclear power plants.

Knowledge acquisition is one of the most difficult problems in designing fuzzy systems. As application domains of fuzzy systems become larger and more complex, it is more difficult to find the relations among the system's input- outpiit variables. Moreover, it takes a lot of efforts to formulate expert's knowledge about complex systems' control actions by linguistic variables. Another difficulty is to define and adjust membership functions properly. Soin conventional fuzzy systems, the membership functions should be adjusted to improve the system performance. This is time-consuming process. In this paper, we suggest a new approach to design a fuzzy system. We design a fuzzy system using two neural networks, Kohonen neural network and backpropagation neural network, which generate fuzzy rules automatically and construct inference network. Since fuzzy inference is performed based on fuzzy relation in this approach, we don't need the membership functions of each variable. Therefore it is unnecessary to define and adjust membership functions and we can get fuzzy rules automatically. The design process of fuzzy system becomes simple. The proposed approach is applied to a simulated automatic car speed control system. We can be sure that this approach not only makes the design process of fuzzy systems simple but also produces appropriate inference results.

Lately, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles(UAV), Unmanned Aerial Systems(UAS) or also often known as drones, as a data acquisition platform and as a measurement instrument are becoming attractive for many photogrammetric surveying applications, especially generation of the high density point clouds(HDPC). This paper presents the performance evaluation of a low-cost rotary wing quadrocopter UAS for generation of the HDPC in a test bed environment. Its performance was assessed by comparing the coordinates of UAS based HDPC to the results of Network RTK GNSS surveying with 62 ground check points. The results indicate that the position RMSE of the check points are ${\sigma}_H={\pm}0.102m$ in Horizonatal plane, and ${\sigma}_V={\pm}0.209m$ in vertical, and the maxium deviation of Elevation was 0.570m within block area of ortho-photo mosaic. Therefore the required level of accuracy at NGII for production of ortho-images mosaic at a scale of 1:1000 was reached, UAS based imagery was found to make use of it to update scale 1:1000 map. And also, since this results are less than or equal to the required level in working rule agreement for airborne laser scanning surveying of NGII for Digital Elevation Model generation of grids $1m{\times}1m$ and 1:1000 scale, could be applied with production of topographic map and ortho-image mosaic at a scale of 1:1000~1:2500 over small-scale areas.

In burst OFDM system, the frame synchronization should be performed first for the acquisition of received frame and the estimation of the correct FFT-window position. The conventional frame synchronization algorithms using design features of the preamble symbol, the repetition pattern of the OFDM symbol by pilot sub-carrier allocation rule and Cyclic Prefix(CP), has difficulty in the detection of precise frame timing because its correlation characteristics would increase and decrease gradually. Also, the algorithm based on the correlation between the reference signal and the received signal has performance degradation due to frequency offset. Therefore, we adopt a differential correlation method that is robust to frequency offset and has the clear peak value at the correct frame timing for frame synchronization. However, performance improvement is essential for differential correlation methods, since it usually shows multiple peak values due to the repetition pattern. In this paper, we propose an enhanced frame synchronization algorithm based on the differential correlation method that shows a clear single peak value by using differential correlation between samples of identical repeating pattern. We also introduce a normalization scheme which normalizes the result of differential correlation with signal power to reduce the frame timing error in the high speed mobile channel environments.

The purpose of the study is the acquisitions of knowledge related in job searching from local companies and job seekers using data mining techniques. At the first step, for the study, we had selected the local companies their headquarters are located in Jeonbuk province. Then we had picked the graduating students out from the high schools, colleges, and universities in the same area as the job seekers. After the targeting of the sample, we had surveyed 560 local companies and 14 schools for the collecting of the preliminary data. As the result of the survey, we could collect 173 responses from the companies and 551 responses from the job seekers. At the second step using data mining, we had adapted the C5.0 algorithm to extract the inference rules. Then we had used the Visual Basic (VB) programming language to visualize the rules at the third step. At the fourth step, we transformed the inference rules into DB tables. At the final step, we had executed the rule inferences to support the development of the long-term human resources development (HRD) strategies. As the result of the study, we could suggest the helpful information to the HRD directors and job seekers in designing their strategies in managing their jobs and career development.
In this research I investigate different firm characteristics between environment-friendly companies which are awarded by the Government and companies which violate environmental regulations. I set up three hypotheses in terms of managers' environmental attitude and firms' characteristic in technical, financial and structural aspects, considering environmental experts' opinions and findings of previous papers. Main research findings are as follows. First, both acquisition of the ISO 14001 certificate and ownership structure are used as proxy of top management attitude towards environmental decision-making. It is hypothesized that it is found that the certificates of ISO 14001 is a good proxy to represent top management environmental attitude and a firm with the certificate would have less likelihood of violation. Second, it is hypothesized that technical ability affects violation tendency of environmental regulations. It is found that as R&D investment increases, violation likelihood of environmetal regulations decrease. It can be conjectured that R&D investment may improve technical abilities of observing environment regulations. Third, it is investigated whether a firm's financial capability affects violation tendency of environmental regulations. Fourth structural aspects of a firm such as capital intensity, the number of employees and export ratio are investigated. It is found that a firm with more employees per sale amount tends to violate environmental regulations. It is not found any effects of expert ratio nor capital intensity on violation tendency of environmental regulation.
