Life cycle assessment(LCA) has been developed from the concept of life cycle thinking. Life cycle thinking implies that everyone in the whole chain of a product's life cycle, from cradle to grave, has a responsibility and a role to play, taking into account all the relevant external effects. LCA is an analytical tool for identifying environmental loads and assessing the environmental impact in the whole chain of a product's life cycle. In Europe and Japan, LCA and ecodesign study for railway industry have been actively carried out recently. However, LCA for railway industry in domestic is still infant. LCA is standardized in International Organization of Standardization(ISO), base on the ISO 14040 standards, 307 life cycle inventory(LCI) database for infrastructure and base materials have been established in total since 1999. Some of LCI database can use in performing LCA for trains and railway infrastructure, but still not enough to derive accurate LCA result. Therefore, railway oriented LCA methodology and LCI DB are needed to be developed.

With widespread use of smart phones, SNS has been growing rapidly. Companies are required to do its utilization and a preemptive response. However, taking advantage of SNS is still insignificant in the companies. Compared with traditional marketing, people still consider the SNS marketing unfamiliar. This study is aimed at widening the breadth of understanding of marketing activity using SNS and inquiring into its effective applications. In an effort to achieve this research objective, first, this study analyzed the aspect of real applications by reviewing diverse practical business cases. Second, this study provided the momentum of the understanding of SNS marketing-based knowledge. The effective method of producing consumer-intimate products and services lies in customers' participation in development and production. SNS marketing is the very communication and gives ear to a customer's voice. Earnest and creative SNS marketing will play a role as a stepping-stone for businesses to move much closer to a customer.

This study explores building process of innovative capability through overseas direct investment (ODI) by taking the camera business of Samsung Aerospace Industry (SAI) as a case. SAI with less than 20 years history has pursued an aggressive ODI and developed its own camera models. It acquired Rollei in Germany and Union in Japan in 1995, for acquiring advanced technology. Several factors leading to the success of SAI's innovative cability building were taken into consideration. First, SAI effectively absorbed technological knowledge by exchanging technical personnel with foreign partners. Second, it chose right partners with the complementary knowledge required for advancing its technological capability. Third, it strengthened its competrnce to satisfy the technical standards of the partner dompanies in OEM trade relations. Fourth, it successfully formed a global marketing network in which subsidiary companies plays a central role in each region. Finally, SAI successfully addressed the factors of mutual respect between partners in order to let its partners to be confident in their ventures.

The city of Dalian has been developed under varied geo-political situation since the later part of nineteenth century up to now where a considerable mutation is taking place. In this study we tried to trace the historical evolution process of Dalien as second important port of China playing the role as center of North-Eastern Region in the field of Industry, foreign exchange, finance and tourist industry. The result reveals possibility of the city to excelerate its development under present circumstances toward the opened system of economical policy.

Synectics is one of several techniques used to enhance brainstorming by taking a more active role and introducing metaphor and structure into the process. It is unclear at what level of specificity this should be formulated as a pattern. This thesis reviews recent computational as well as experimental work on analogical reasoning based on synectics. New results regarding information processing of analogical reasoning stages, major computational models and recent attempts to compare these models are reviewed. Computational models are also discussed in the computational as well as cognitive psychology perspectives. Future directions in analogical reasoning research are proposed. The following import is the need to accommodate the typology and normal assessment in the concrete circumstances where actual reasoning and problem solving take place. In order to get to this end, we used computational models by Thagard who take the stand of ‘Computational Philosophy of Science’, which assumes ‘Weak AI’ to explicate what constitute the very pecularity of Analogical Reasoning.

In order to efficiently improve teaching and learning methods of the department of Early Childhood Education in cyber universities, this research analysed and assessed the problems of the current situation of lectures of the department of early childhood education. Firstly, this research examined the characteristics of cyber-education and the lecturer's role in it. Secondly, the types and status of management of online-lectures were investigated. Finally, the student management and the variety of interaction taking place online were examined. The plan to vitalize the cyber-education of early childhood education that was suggested in this study was mainly focused on developing excellent educational contents and continual research of cyber-education's method of teaching and learning. Then for the activation of online interaction, technological support and teaching strategies are needed to activate online interaction.

In this paper we apply the Exp-function method to obtain traveling wave solutions of three nonlinear partial differential equations, namely, generalized sinh-Gordon equation, generalized form of the famous sinh-Gordon equation, and double combined sinh-cosh-Gordon equation. These equations play a very important role in mathematical physics and engineering sciences. The Exp-Function method changes the problem from solving nonlinear partial differential equations to solving a ordinary differential equation. Mainly we try to present an application of Exp-function method taking to consideration rectifying a commonly occurring errors during some of recent works.

This paper proposes an efficient beam-shell modeling technique for the free vibration analysis of a T-joint thin-walled beam structure. Except a small portion of a T-joint which is modeled by shell elements, the structure is modeled by thin-walled beam elements that can describe warping and distortion. In order to match the shell and thin-walled beam elements at the interface of the dissimilar elements, a technique based on a pseudo inverse matrix is formulated. This paper also examines the role of the thin-walled element taking into account the distortion and warping deformation degrees of freedom in predicting accurately the dynamic characteristics of a T-joint thin-walled structure.

Organisms living in the Arctic and Antarctic regions are exposed to strong constraints, of which temperature is a driving factor. Evolution has led to special adaptations, some with important implications at the biochemical, physiological, and molecular levels. The northern and southern polar oceans have very different characteristics. Tectonic and oceanographic events have played a key role in delimiting the two polar ecosystems and influencing evolution. Antarctica has been isolated and cold longer than the Arctic; its ice sheet developed at least 10 million years earlier. As an intermediate system, the Arctic is a connection between the more extreme, simpler Antarctic system and the very complex temperate and tropical systems. By studying the molecular bases of cold adaptation in polar fish, and taking advantage of the information available on hemoglobin structure and function, we analysed the evolutionary history of the ${\alpha}\;and\;{\beta}globins$ of Antarctic and Arctic hemoglobin using the molecular clock hypothesis as a basis for reconstructing the phylogenetic relationships among species.

The purpose of this study was to explore the health concept of college women and their pattern of health behavior, The research was a descriptive method using a self-report questionaire which include open-ended questions. The subjects were 195 college women ages from 19 to 25 years. The results of this study were as follows : 1. Perceived health concepts by college women were physical well-being, powerfulness, ability of role performance, ability of social adaptation. emotional stability, satisfactory life, harmony. 2. Health behaviors cleanliness by college women were : taking food selectively, maintaining cleanliness, making an effort to be healthy, avoiding stimulents. living positively, relaxing physically, endeavoring to maintain physical function.
