패션쇼 연출을 위한 패션모델들의 몰입 체험 (The Flow Experience of Fashion Models' for Fashion Show Production)

  • This study identified the characteristic and meaning of flow experience through the experiences related to fashion models' role performance; subsequently, the following findings were obtained. First, fashion models' flow experience could be divided into characteristics such as temporality, spatiality, relationality, physicalness and pleasure. Second, the process of this flow experience ultimately led to the complete moment. The complete moment can be said to be the aesthetic experience that provides both the meaningful experience and the aesthetic pleasure; it is the experiential knowledge at the dimension of mysterious integration that their body and mind are integrated into one. The beauty that fashion models exercise at the aspect of this aesthetic experience is that of performance and is an individual physical movement where they perceive their role and exercise their inner ability to express their costume most beautifully. Accordingly, the beauty of performance can be said to mean that the fashion show was successfully held by inducing both the performer and the audience into an aesthetic response. The process of specialized planning and preparation is required for fashion models to exercise the beauty of performance at the complete movement reached through flow experience and a successful fashion show. Diverse elements of the fashion show should be more organically constituted through such a process. Fashion models should exert efforts to embody acts such as walking, posing and turning through the performance of their excellent role as well as develop a training program to complete it.

대학생의 외향성, 경험에의 개방성과 창의성이 학교생활적응에 미치는 영향 -창의성의 매개효과를 중심으로- (Undergraduate Student's Extraversion, Openness to Experience, Creativity and School Adjustment: The Mediating Role of Creativity)

  • This study investigated the manner in which extraversion, openness to experience and creativity related to school adjustment and explored the mediating role of creativity in extraversion-school adjustment and openness to experience-school adjustment relationships. The participants of this study were 258 undergraduate students from around the capital city and Pusan Greater Metropolitan area. The results revealed that extraversion related positively to openness to experience, creativity and school adjustment. Openness to experience related positively to creativity and school adjustment and creativity related positively to school adjustment. Furthermore, creativity was found to mediate the effects of openness to experience on school adjustment. The influence of openness to experience on school adjustment occurred indirectly through the facilitation of creativity. The importance of extraversion, openness to experience and creativity to predict undergraduate student's school adjustment is also discussed.

간호대학 임상실습강사의 역할 경험 (Clinical Instructors' Role Experience in College of Nursing)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to understand the clinical instructors' role experience in college of nursing. Method: Two focus group interviews were held with a total of 12 clinical instructors. All interviews were recorded and transcribed as they were spoken, and the collected data were analyzed using content analysis of Downe-Wamboldt(1992). Results: Three themes and six subthemes were extracted from the analysis: 1) Getting recognition of special roles as a clinical instructor: 'Recognizing the role of clinical instructor for guiding student's individual practice goals', 'Recognizing helping and supporting roles for student's successful clinical practice', 2) Having difficulty in performing the role of clinical practice instructor: 'Difficulty from the lack of knowledge and experience as a clinical practice instructor', 'Difficulty from the gap between current clinical practice and purpose of clinical nursing practice', 3) Making efforts to overcome the difficulties as a clinical instructor and accomplishing personal development: 'Making efforts to acquire personal knowledge and experience', 'Making a chance to reflect on and grow up oneself'. Conclusion: Clinical instructors take an important part of clinical nursing education. To improve the quality of clinical nursing education, it is needed role reestablishment and institutional support for clinical instructors on the basis of the understanding of instructors' experience.

초산모의 산전교육이 분만경험 지각, 어머니 역할 수행에 대한 자신감, 만족도에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of Prenatal Education on Primiparas' Perception of Delivery Experience, Self-Confidence and Satisfaction in Maternal Role Performance)

  • A comparative study was conducted to identify the effects of prenatal education on primiparas' self-confidence, satisfaction in maternal role performance and perception of delivery experience. Data were collected from 91 primiparas from August 1 to 30, 2001 using structured questionnaires. The subjects were selected from 2 OB & GY hospitals which operate the same prenatal education programs in M city. One group of subjects was primiparas who did receive prenatal education (n= 44) and another group of subjects was primiparas who did not receive prenatal education (n= 47). This study hypothesized that primiparas in education group would have higher self- confidence, satisfaction in maternal role performance and perception of delivery experience than those of non-education group. Descriptive statistics, $x^2$-test, t-test, and correlation were used for data analyses. The results of this study were as follows: 1. Primiparas in prenatal education group would not have better perception of delivery experience than those of non-education group (t=1.405, p = 0.163). 2. Primiparas in prenatal education group would have higher self-confidence in maternal role performance than those of non-education group (t=7.669, p=0.000). 3. Primiparas in prenatal education group would have higher satisfaction in maternal role performance than those of non- education group (t=4.115, p = 0.000). 4. There was significant correlations between self-confidence and satisfaction (r=0.489, p=0.000). Moreover, there was significant correlation between self-confidence and perception of delivery experience (r = 0.284, p = 0.006). The results of this study indicated that prenatal education needs to be developed and applied to nursing practice to increase self-confidence and satisfaction in maternal role performance. Experimental studies are needed to identify the effect of prenatal education.

고등학생의 성폭력 경험, 성폭력 인식 및 성역할 태도 (Experience of Sexual Assault, Recognition of Sexual Assault and Attitude of Sexual Role in High School Students)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to identify relations among experience of sexual assaults, recognition of sexual assaults and sex role attitude in urban and rural high school students. Method: The subjects were a 575 volunteer students sampled in Daegu City and Gyungbuk. Data were collected from March 19th to 31st, 2007 using structured questionnaires. Collected data were analyzed with the SPSS program using descriptive statistics. Chi-square test, t-test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression. Results: The mean score of the rural students was significantly higher than that of the urban students in experience of sexual assaults. The mean score of the urban students was significantly higher than that of the rural students in sex role attitude. Gender, experience of sexual education and recognition of sexual assaults accounted for 29.8% of the variance of sex role attitude in the urban students. Conclusion: It is necessary to develop discriminative sexual education programs by regional group in order to prevent sexual assaults among adolescents.

  • 국내에 대규모 거점 공공 체험시설이 건립된 이래로 최근 공공 체험시설 건설사업은 지방자치단체 또는 지방교육청이 단독 발주하거나, 협약하여 공동 발주하는 형태로 변화하고 있다. 특히, 발주 빈도가 적고, 건설사업관리 전문조직을 보유하지 못한 발주기관의 특성상 특화된 발주 프레임워크 개발과 함께 강화된 공공 발주자의 역할이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내의 공공 체험시설 건설사업 발주현황 및 운영실태를 조사하여 현행 공공 발주자 역할의 문제점과 개선방향을 도출하였다. 또한, 사업특성의 영향요인 및 속성정보를 반영한 추진단계와 기능별로 구성된 공공 체험시설 공공 발주자 역할 개선안을 제안하였다.

기혼남성의 아버지 역할행동에 관한 연구 (A Study on Paternal Role-Behavior of Married Men)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the paternal role-behavior. Data were collected from questionnares with 270 fathers at the thirties-forties residing in Seoul. The data were analyzed with the SPSS WIN 7.0 package. The major findings were as follows: (1) The general trends of paternal role-behavior showed relatively high(mean=3.60) (2) Paternal role-behavior differed significantly according to their age education level occupation among the demograpic variables (3) Paternal role-behavior differed significantly according to age of oldest child number of sons number of daughters among the family-environmental variables. (4) Paternal role-behavior was correlated with the perceptions on this own father's ways of rearing marital satisfaction job satisfaction experience of bringing up child (5) The result of the regression analysis for the paternal role-behavior the seven variables most affected were as follows; father's role perception(β=3.6) age of oldest child (β= -1.9) experience of bringing up child(β=.19) perception on his own father's nurturance(β=.16) number of child(β=-.16) number of sons(β=-.13) level of income(β=.12)

  • Museums have conducted the role of conserving, collecting, and displaying cultural property generally but main museum function transforms the role of social educational place accomplishing various instruction programs .recently through social perception's changing. Educational function of museum having experience program is more effect than before that. Museums need exhibition for preservation of property in regional community and history, as well as certainly require the concept to importing experience program. Through analysing experience program patterns and varieties in domestic museum. I will propose basic dater to supply preliminary and intermediate study.

대학생의 성역할 고정관념과 성폭력피해경험과의 관계에서 성폭력 허용도의 매개효과 : 제주지역 중심으로 (The Mediating Effect of permissiveness of Sexual violence on Correlation between College students' stereotypes of Gender role and Experience of Sexual Violence Ability : Surveying residing in Jeju)

  • 본 연구는 대학생의 성역할 고정관념 및 성폭력 피해경험과의 관계에서 성폭력 허용도의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 제주에 위치한 대학교에 재학중인 남녀 대학생 600명 중 408명((남, 127명, 여, 281명)이었으며, 성역할 고정관념, 성폭력 허용도, 성폭력 피해경험 척도를 사용하여 설문을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째 상관분석 결과 성역할 고정관념과 성폭력 피해경험은 성폭력 허용도와 유의한 정적 상관을 보였다. 둘째 성역할 고정관념과 성폭력 피해경험의 관계에서 성폭력 허용도의 매개효과가 어떠한지 알아본 결과, 성폭력 허용도가 성역할 고정관념과 성폭력 피해경험의 관계를 완전 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 데이트 성폭력 피해경험에 가장 큰 영향을 준 요인은 성폭력 허용도였다. 구조방정식 경로계수와 매개효과를 살펴보면, 본연구의 표준화 경로계수는 성역할 고정관념에서 성폭력 허용도(29, p=.000)로, 성폭력 허용도에서 성폭력 피해경험(42, p=.000)으로 가는 영향력을 보여줬다. 매개의 효과성에서 간접효과는 성역할 고정관념과 성폭력 피해경험(11, p=.01)에서 나타났고, 직접효과는 성역할 고정관념에서 성폭력 허용도(28, p=.000)로, 성폭력 허용도에서 성폭력 피해경험(40, p=.000)으로 나타났다. 결과적으로 성역할 고정관념이 성폭력 피해경험에 직접적으로 영향을 미치기보다는 성폭력 허용도를 통해 간접적으로 영향을 미친다는 것을 의미한다. 따라서 본 연구의 시사점은 성역할 고정관념과 성폭력 허용도를 낮추어 성폭력 피해를 감소하게 해야 된다는 것이다. 따라서 양성평등적 인식이 높을수록 성폭력 허용도가 낮아져 성폭력 피해가 예방될 것이다.

자기효능감이 주관적 안녕감과 추천의도에 미치는 영향: 체험형태의 조절효과를 중심으로 (A Study on The Impacts of Self-Efficacy on Subjective Well-Being and Recommendation Intention: Focusing on Moderating Role of Experience Type)

  • 본 연구는 스키리조트를 바탕으로 체험형태를 스키형과 비스키형으로 구분하고, 자기 자신에 대한 신념과 기대감의 반영인 자기효능감을 독립변인으로 적용하고 체험형태와의 조절효과 규명과 두 변인들 사이의 상호작용효과를 고찰하고자 하였다. 또한 체험을 통해 형성된 주관적 안녕감이 서비스에 대한 고객만족의 표현인 추천의도에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 하였다. 연구결과, 자기효능감은 주관적 안녕감(여가의 만족, 긍정적 정서)에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 스키형 체험의 경우 자기효능감이 높은 사람들은 상대적으로 자기효능감이 낮은 사람들보다 주관적 안녕감(여가의 만족, 긍정적 정서)을 높게 느끼는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 비스키형 체험의 경우 자기효능감이 낮은 사람들이 상대적으로 자기효능감이 높은 사람들보다 주관적 안녕감(여가의 만족, 긍정적 정서)을 높게 느끼는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 주관적 안녕감(여가의 만족, 긍정적 정서)은 자기효능감과 추천의도 사이에 매개역할로 작용하였다.
