The purpose of this study is presented playground space for early childhood facilities. Describes whether any development of children, and how to respond in accordance with each of the activities. The infants and toddlers life cycle is a continuation of play. Toddlers to play is the essence of life itself, through play, the world embracing and digestive, raising ideas and emotions expressed through play. It is time that paves the growth of infants age children. And equipped with personality, values, emotions, attitudes, play a very important role in this process. Play it delivers, it can not learning education. Sympathetic and experience through play, and be equipped to allow the personality, social, physical. So, we have an obligation required to provide adequate facilities and play so that children can grow properly. In this paper, from the limited play space and is listed on the importance alive to give the children a sense of space to get the sympathetic. And, analysis shown about affect for children each play, and space. In this paper, we performed a study is Performed a case studies of and domestic kindergarten and foreign kindergarten where the differences between the various lists and how to derive a plan for solving the problem by comparison and analysis were performed.
This study investigated the proceeding patterns of constructive play with lego blocks, and the differences on the quality of constructive play and symbolic play's pretending elements. The subjects were 132 children at child care centers and kindergarten: 64 three-year-olds (36 boy, 28 girl) and 68 five-year-olds (32 boy, 36 girl). The study found three proceeding patterns in the constructive lego play. First, children engaged in constructive and symbolic play simultaneously, or they switched back and forth between symbolic and constructive play. This pattern was termed as "constructive and symbolic play simultaneously or alternatively"(type 3), and it was occurred most frequently. Secondly, children focused only on constructing structures. This pattern was termed as "constructive play only"(type 1), Thirdly, children engaged in symbolic play only after they completed building some structures. This pattern was named "symbolic play after constructive play"(type 2). The findings also indicated that children who were categorized as type 1 and 2 showed higher quality of constructive play and longer duration in play than children as type 3. Five-year-old children sustained play longer and showed higher quality in terms of elaboration, imagination, and variety (number of blocks, shape of blocks). Furthermore, children as type 3 showed a higher level of imaginative play than children as type 1 and 2, especially in terms of role, objet, and context of projection.
Neurofilament-L (NF-L) is a major element of neuronal cytoskeletons and known to be important for neuronal survival in vivo. Since oxidative stress might play a critical role in the pathogenesis of neurodegenerative diseases, we investigated the role of copper and peroxide in the modification of NF-L. When disassembled NF-L was incubated with copper ion and hydrogen peroxide, then the aggregation of protein was proportional to copper and hydrogen peroxide concentrations. Dityrosine crosslink formation was obtained in copper-mediated NF-L aggregates. The copper-mediated modification of NF-L was significantly inhibited by thiol antioxidants, N-acetylcysteine, glutathione, and thiourea. A thioflavin-T binding assay was performed to determine whether the copper/$H_2O_2$ system-induced in vitro aggregation of NF-L displays amyloid-like characteristics. The aggregate of NF-L displayed thioflavin T reactivity, which was reminiscent of amyloid. This study suggests that copper-mediated NF-L modification might be closely related to oxidative reactions which may play a critical role in neurodegenerative diseases.
It has been established that the role played by complete graphs in graph theory is similar to the role Dowling group geometries and Projective geometries play in matroid theory. In this paper, we introduce a notion of H-tree, a class of representable matroids which play a similar role to trees in graph theory. Then we give some properties of H-trees such that when q = 0, then the results reduce to the known properties of trees in graph theory. Finally we give explicit expressions of the characteristic polynomials of H-trees, H-cycles, H-fans and H-wheels.
Transient forebrain ischemia results in delayed neuronal death in the CA1 region of the hippocampus after injury, which is, at least in part, a consequence of excessive generation of reactive oxygen species. Previous in vitro studies using cell cultures or brain slices have demonstrated that phospholipase D (PLD) in the nervous system is involved in the signaling mechanism in response to a variety of agonists. Several recent studies have shown that reactive oxygen species stimulate phospholipase D (PLD) activity in several kinds of cells. Therefore, this raises the possibility that PLD activity is enhanced in the ischemic brain. Meanwhile, osteopontin (OPN) was initially identified as a sialoglycoprotein in bone, but has since been found in various tissues. Although not much is known about its function, OPN seems to play an important role in inflammation and tissue repair. Recently, it was reported that OPN was upregulated in the activated microglia after focal brain ischemia, suggesting that OPN might play a role in wound healing after a focal stroke.
Objectives: TMJ is the joint that connects the mandible to the skull, and it balances the body by holding the skull in the right position. The Meridian flows through the whole body. The objective of this study is to examine and clarify the relationship between the Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) and the Meridian flow, especially around the TMJ. Methods: We reviewed the literature on the 8 Extra Meridians and the 12 Main Meridians around the TMJ. Results & Conclusion: Eight Extra Meridians keep the balance and harmony of the TMJ, and also play an important role in maintaining equilibrium of Yin and Yang of the whole body. The 12 Main Meridians, twelve Meridian Divergence (12經別) and Meridian Sinew also play an important role in the balance and harmony of the whole body based on the function of the Vicera and Bowels (臟腑). So it is conceivable that the role of TMJ is important in terms of health care.
There is evidence that brain norepinephrine may play a role in experimentally induced seizures in animals. Thus the present experiments were undertaken in an attempt to explore the role of brain norepinephrine in anticonvulsant activity of clonazepam. 6-Hydroxydopamine was given to newborn rats and PTZ-induced seizures were tested $70{\sim}90$ days after birth and the rats were killed for determination of brain norepinephrine 8 days after the seizure test. Depletion of norepinephrine in the rat brain significantly potentiated the PTZ-induced convulsions and antagonized the effect of clonazepam on clonic seizures, tonic seizures and the number of seizures, but the latency to the seizure and the mortality has not been altered. However the 6-hydroxydopamine-induced antagonism of anticonvulsant action was surmountable by increasing the dose of clonazepam. These results show that brain norepinephrine may play an important role in seizure susceptability as well as in the anticonvulsant activity of clonazepam in rats.

The ADAM and ADAMTS families, also called adamalysins belong to an important group of extracellular matrix proteins. The ADAMs family belong to both the transmembrane and secreted proteins, while ADAMTS family only contains secreted forms. Adamalysins play an important role in the cell phenotype regulation via their activities in signaling pathways, cell adhesion and migration. The human proteome contains 21 ADAM, and 19 ADAMTS proteins, which are involved in extracellular matrix remodeling, shedding of various substrates such as: adhesion ligands, growth factors, their receptors and diverse cytokines. Recent studies provide evidence that adamalysins play a crucial role in colorectal cancer (CRC) etiopathogenesis. It seems possible that adamalysins might be used as CRC prediction markers or potential pharmaceutical targets.
Recognition of the role of radio galaxies in the universe has been increasing in recent years. Their colossal energy output over huge volumes is now widely believed to play a key role not only in the formation of galaxies and their supermassive black holes, but also in the evolution of clusters of galaxies and, possibly, the cosmic web itself. In this regard, we need to understand the inflation of radio bubbles in the hot gas atmospheres of clusters and the importance of the role that radio galaxies play in the overall energy budget of the intracluster medium. Here, we present results from X-ray and radio band observations of the hot gas atmospheres of powerful, nearby radio galaxies in poor clusters.
