신뢰가 학생침묵과 이탈의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Trust on Student Silence and Exit Intention)

  • Purpose - Many studies show that dissatisfied customers are silent rather than expressing complaints directly to firms. Although silent voices are pervasive in service failure, they have received little attention from researchers. Silence implies a multidimensional nature, not just the opposite of voice. This study focuses on two types of silent students in higher education: acquiescent silence and defensive silence. This study also proposes cognitive trust and affective trust as variables affecting student silence. The objective of this study is to analyse the effects of trust types on student silence and exit intention. Research design, data, and methodology - To test the proposed model, this study conducted a survey with undergraduate students who selected silence in a dissatisfied relationship with a professor. Respondents were asked to respond to the questionnaire, recalling the dissatisfaction at that time. A total of 300 students was surveyed from whom 275 completed questionnaires was obtained. The structural equation model analysis was used for the hypothesis test. Results - First, cognitive trust was negatively related to acquiescent and defensive silence. Second, affective trust was negatively related to acquiescent and defensive silence. Third, cognitive trust was negatively exit intention, but affective trust didn't significantly reduce exit intention. Forth, acquiescent silence was positively related to exit intention, but defensive silence didn't have a significant positive impact on exit intention. Thus, a key result of this analysis was that acquiescent silence enhances exit intention. Conclusions - The findings of the study provide a better understanding of the types of silence, and the role of trust, thus furthering the implication of student reactions to dissatisfaction. In particular, this study is meaningful in that it confirms the value of student silence in the context of complaint management. Acquiescent silence should be more importantly managed because it has stronger negative motive than defensive silence. Acquiescent silence is reduced through various channels(mail, telephone, counseling) that can express complaints. Cognitive trust and affective trust are a essential factors in reducing silence. Also, in explaining exit intention, cognitive trust plays a more important role than affective trust.

기업의 그린마케팅이 소비자 구전의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Corporate Green Marketing on Consumer Word of Mouth Intention)

  • 본 연구는 기업의 친환경 활동에 책임이 강화되고 있는 현재 기업의 그린마케팅이 경영성과 창출에 어떤 영향을 주는지 확인해 보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 기업의 그린마케팅이 소비자 구전의도에 미치는 영향, 브랜드 신뢰도의 매개효과와 소비자의 환경친화적 행동의 조절효과를 검증하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기업의 그린마케팅은 소비자들의 구전의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 브랜드신뢰도는 기업의 그린마케팅과 소비자의 구전의도 관계에서 정(+)의 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 소비자의 환경친화적 행동은 브랜드신뢰도와 그들의 구전의도 사이에 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 기업의 친환경 전략과 실천은 브랜드신뢰를 강화하고, 소비자들의 구전의도를 높이는 데 도움이 될 것이다. 본 연구를 통해 기업의 친환경 전략과 이의 실천이 실제 브랜드신뢰 구축과 소비자 구전의도에 미치는 영향을 밝힘으로써 그린마케팅과 소비자의 자발적 구전 가능성 간의 인과관계를 분석했으며 기업의 지속성장을 위해 친환경 마케팅 전략을 구축하는 것이 필요함을 시사하고 있다.

전문대학생의 프로티언 경력태도가 창업의도에 미치는 영향: 고용가능성과 기업가정신의 매개 및 실습경험의 조절효과 (The Effects of the Protean Career Attitude on Entrepreneurial Intention: Mediating Role Employability and Entrepreneurship & Moderating Role of Mentoring Experience)

  • 본 연구는 전문대학생의 프로티언 경력태도가 고용가능성과 기업가정신을 매개로 하여 창업의도에 미치는 영향과 실습경험 유무에 따라 영향력에 차이가 있는지를 실증분석 하였다. 이를 위해 서울 및 수도권 전문대학교에 재학 중인 학생 240여명을 대상으로 2018년 6월 1일부터 1개월에 걸쳐 설문조사를 실시하였다. 회수된 설문지 220부 가운데 결측치가 있거나 불성실한 응답지 6부를 제외하고 총 214부를 최종 분석대상으로 선정하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 프로티언 경력태도는 고용가능성과 기업가정신에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있으나 창업의도에는 직접적으로 영향을 미치지 못하고 있음이 확인되었다. 둘째, 고용가능성과 기업가정신은 창업의도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있음이 확인되었다. 셋째, 고용가능성과 기업가정신이 프로티언 경력태도와 창업의도 간의 관계에서 완전매개역할을 하고 있음이 확인되었다. 넷째, 취업전문기관인 전문대의 특성을 고려하여 실습경험 유무의 조절효과를 분석한 결과, 고용가능성과 기업가정신이 창업의도에 미치는 영향력에는 차이가 없으나 프로티언 경력태도가 고용가능성과 기업가정신에 미치는 영향력에는 실습경험 유무에 따라 차이가 있음이 확인되었다. 본 연구는 직장인만을 대상으로 프로티언 경력태도를 다루었던 기존 연구와는 달리 청년층의 취업 및 창업 활성화 측면에서 대학생의 프로티언 경력태도와 창업의도 간의 관련성을 분석함으로써 연구대상과 범위를 확장하였다.

기술제품에 대한 사용자 지각이 사용의도에 미치는 영향 : 수용적 태도와 저항의 매개적 역할을 중심으로 (The Impact of User Perception on Usage Intention : Focusing on the Moderating Role of Attitude of Acceptance and Resistance)

  • This study explores the major factors that are likely to affect the acceptance and resistance of innovative products and services. The TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) has been widely used for understanding consumer acceptance of new technology. This model displays perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use as antecedents of intention to adopt and use. However, research has reported a variety of preceding variables for technology acceptance. In addition, considering paradoxes of technology, research regarding both acceptance and resistance in an integrated model can explain consumer perception and behavior in detail. The results of this study states that relative benefits, degree of innovation in technology, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use have had positive influence on the intention to adopt but negative impact on that of resistance. However, alterations of usage and perceived risk positively affects resistance, but also have negative effects on the intention to adopt. Finally, intention to adopt has comparatively greater influence than that of resistance on intention to use. Theoretical and managerial implications of the results are also discussed.

병원 내 1급 응급구조사의 이직의도 영향 요인 (Influencing factors of the turnover intention in hospital paramedics)

  • Purpose: The purpose of the study is to investigate the influencing factors of turnover intention in hospital paramedics. The factors included the job condition, job stress, and turnover intention. Methods: The subjects were 200 paramedics in hospital. Data were analyzed using frequency, t-test or one way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, and multiple regression analysis with SPSS WIN 20.0 program. Results: Job stress was 3.59 points; job condition, 2.96 points; turnover intention 3.64 points. When the job stress was high, the satisfaction with job condition was very low and the turnover intention increased. When the job satisfaction was high, turnover intention decreased. factors affecting the turnover intention were annual income, turnover frequency, workload, and working department, role conflict, and personal relationship. Conclusion: It is necessary to establish the job description of paramedics and improve the working condition in the hospitals.

보육교사의 자아탄력성과 이직의도간의 관계에서 직무스트레스의 매개효과 (The Mediating Effect of Job Stress on Child Care Teacher's Resilience and Turnover Intention)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between ego-resilience, job stress, and turnover intention of child care teachers. Methods: The collected data was analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation, and structural equation models using SPSS 23 and AMOS 22. The effects of a child care teacher's resilience on turnover intention as a result of job stress was indirectly evaluated by bootstrapping. Results: First, all sub-factors of a child care teacher's resilience were negatively correlated with job stress and turnover intention. Job stress was positively correlated with turnover intention. Second, job stress levels of child care teachers showed a full mediating role in the relationship between resilience and turnover intention. Conclusion/Implications: High job stress levels of child care teachers had a negative effect on the daycare field, with significant effects of job stress on resilience and turnover intention.

Factors Influencing College Students' HPV Vaccination Intention: Focusing on Gender Differences and The Role of Subjective Norms

  • This study intends to examine gender differences in predictors of Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) vaccination intention based on the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). Specifically, this study investigated whether the variables constituting TPB might show differential effects on college men and women's HPV vaccination intention. The current study also examined which specific subjective norms are more influential in explaining HPV vaccination intention of men and women. The results of an online survey revealed that females showed significantly higher intention to get the HPV vaccine and perceived behavioral control than male students. Female students' vaccination intention was best predicted by perceived behavioral control whereas friend norm was the most influential predictor of male students' intention to get the HPV vaccine. The results of this study provide implications for persuasive strategies required to appeal to college men and women to increase HPV vaccination rate.

How Brand Equity Factors Shapes Smartphone Purchase Intentions Among Millennials in Nepal

  • Purpose: This study explores the factors affecting purchase intention of smartphones among millennials. The study incorporates factors of brand equity, specifically brand awareness, brand loyalty, perceived quality and their mediation effect in purchase intention. Research design, data, and methodology: This study evaluates the role of brand equity factors in influencing purchase intentions by using structural equation modeling to analyze 197 respondents. Results: The findings indicate that brand loyalty, followed by brand awareness, and perceived quality are significant factors in determining customer purchase intention. Further, brand loyalty mediates the relationship between perceived quality and purchase intention, as well as between brand awareness and purchase intention significantly. Additionally, perceived quality mediates the relationship between brand awareness and purchase intention significantly. Finally, the serial mediation of perceived quality and brand loyalty significantly affects the relationship between brand awareness and purchase intention. Conclusions: This research has provided valuable insights into the relationship between brand equity and purchase intention among millennials supporting the Aaker's Model. Useful theoretical and managerial implications also have been provided.

ChatGPT의 유용성, 용이성, 만족도가 수용 의도에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Usefulness, Ease of Use, and Satisfaction with ChatGPT on the Intention to Use)

  • This study aimed to analyze the impact of perceived usefulness, ease of use, and satisfaction with ChatGPT on the intention to use it. Data were collected through an online survey, and the results showed differences in perceived usefulness, ease of use, and intention to use according to the demographic characteristics of the research subjects. Furthermore, a multiple regression analysis was conducted to examine the impact of ChatGPT's usability, ease of use, and satisfaction on the intention to use. The results indicated statistically significant differences in perceived usefulness, ease of use, and intention to use ChatGPT between students in different academic years. In addition, perceived usefulness, ease of use, and satisfaction with ChatGPT showed a significant positive influence on the intention to use it. This study is significant as it analyzes the intention to use ChatGPT, considering the role of generative AI in digital education and innovative teaching methods in the educational context.
