유료도로 연계이용에 있어서 요금할인이 이용수요에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on Effect in Demand by a Discounted Charge for Continuous Use on Toll Roads)

  • 우리나라의 대도시는 차량의 증가에 따른 교통혼잡의 발생으로 엄청난 비용을 교통혼잡비용으로 지불하고 있다. 교통혼잡비용의 손실을 줄이고, 도시 내의 소통의 원활화를 위하여 도로시설의 공급에 노력하고 있으나, 도시의 지형 구조상의 특징으로 인하여 터널, 교량 등의 유료도로시설이 많아질 수밖에 없다. 도시 내에 유료도로의 수가 많아지면 도로 이용자의 요금부담은 커지게 되고, 유료도로의 이용을 꺼리게 된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이를 해결하기 위한 한 가지 방법으로 유료도로의 연계이용시 할인요금 적용에 대하여 검토해 보고자 한다. 본 연구는 유료도로 연계이용에 따른 할인 요금제가 이용수요에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 유료도로의 연계이용에 대한 적정 할인율을 추정하고자 한다. 이는 향후 유료도로의 연계이용에 따른 할인 요금 제도를 실제 도입할 때 기초자료로 활용될 것으로 판단된다.

耕地整理事業의 推進 基本方向에 관한 調査硏究 -農村整備를 中心으로- (Study on the Basic Ways for Propulsion of Land Consolidation Project -Laying Stress on Rural Integral Development)

  • Many problems were found out the remarkable unbalance between paddy fields and up-land areas, or between plain and mountainous areas, unreasonable establishing of land consolidaton boundaries without consideration of rural development, lower leverl of construction technology of the roads and canals for agricultral use ad operation and maintenance of them by human power far apart from the ages of high technology, high information and free internationalisation, and too slow progress to overcome the weak agricultural circumstances etc. through the survey in the past executed land consolidation projects. The basic ways for solution of these problems for propulsion of land consolidation project through investigation are summarized as follows : 1. Land consolidation project should be executed to the direction of balanced regional development, laying stress on the upland and mountainous areas in order to carry out the agriculture effectively. 2. the acreage of land consolidation project to be conducted anually should be increased to overcome the serious underdeveloped agricultural development. 3. It should be developed to the way in accordance with the order of land use from the view point of rural integral development including the rural readjustment. 4. The level of the structures of road and canal, the size of standard lot and the grouping of land substitution should be to incraese the productivity of land and labour more than ever and reached to a degree in cope with the age of industrialization, information and free internationalisation. 5. The level of the management of agricultural water use and the maintenace of the various facilities should be developed to be automatization, remote control, central control and information processing instead human work. 6. Land substitution should take a measure of grouping method in accordance with the agricultural plan and farming organization, which can overcome high industrialized society in place of the substition by origin land. 7. Land consolidation project should be planned in order to fulfil a conservative function of ecosystem and resources together with improvement of land and labour productivity.

한국(韓國) 위도(蝟島)와 일본(日本) 리도(離島)의 현황(現況)과 비교(比較) (The Status of and Comparision between Ui-do Island of Korea and Ri-do Island of Japan)

  • It is the developing policy of fishing village of korea that the fishermen are not to leave their fishing village by the construction of abandant and rich fishing village in the social, cultural and economic side of view. The government has promoted the project to improve the fishing and agrarian village from 1992 year, but it is not so helpful to solve the problem of the island and fishing village. Therefore, it has to improve the structure of fishing village and to develope the vital and lively fishing village, Japan had enacted the special law for the promotion of out-island which was called the law for the promotion of Ri-do isalnd, and commenced to develop the Ri-do island. The law for the promotion of Ri-do island is limited to 10 years, but it was amended 10 times and Japanese government has invested as many as budget to Ri-do isalnd during 30 years. Korean government also had enacted and enforced the special law for the promotion of out-isalnd developement referring to Japanese system. However, it is neccessary at first to improve the system that the fishing village is able to develope the fishing port in order to make higher the efficiency of investment. Moverover, the earning differentials bewteen the city and the fishing village has to decrease by the developement of transport convenience and pavement of the road of the out-isalnd and remote fishing village. Otherwise, it is requested rapidily to set up the welfare policy for the aged people because the inhabitants of fishing village become to great age, and inhabitants could be at least diagnose one time every week in the good medical facilities. The ministry of marine and fisheries has to permit the sports fishing business by the small fishing vessel in order to increase the income of inhabitants of fishing village and put a lot of the fishing reefs which are constructed to 2-3 story into the sea. And then the sports fishing business will be flourish by the small fishing vessel.

고속·시외버스 터미널 및 고속도로 휴게소의 통폐합 운영에 따른 편익가치 산정에 대한 연구 (Integration of Express·Intercity Bus Terminal and Highway Service Area: A Study of the Estimated Tangible Value Addition)

  • PURPOSES : This study intends to estimate the tangible benefits derived from the integration of operations of an Express Intercity Bus Terminal and a Highway Service Area. METHODS: For the study, a highway service area was chosen to function as a bus terminal, integrating its services with that of a nearby bus terminal plagued by operating losses. The exercise also helped improve mobility owing to the introduction of local buses between the terminals and utilization of the existing infrastructure such as rest areas. Thus, a terminal that was not being utilized for its intended functionality was integrated with an existing facility to improve the utilization of both and subsequently aid local development. The impact of the exercise was then measured by evaluating the variation in utilization efficiency, operating costs, travel time between two regions (Seoul-Jeomchon and Seoul-Geumsan), and the social costs before and after the integration of the two facilities. RESULTS :The impact of the integration was an increase in utilization efficiency, a decrease in operating cost, a decrease in travel time, and a decrease in social cost in both the regions. The benefits of improved utilization and cost saving can be passed on to the citizens in the form of discounts. A local power generation facility will eventually replace the bus terminal, which can revitalize the local economy. CONCLUSIONS :The integration of the highway service area with the bus terminal is expected to have a win-win effect on the passengers as well as the operators. The study also proposes a sustainable strategic plan for existing terminals and rest areas to implement a method to compete with KTX transportation.

농촌마을 공간특성과 어메니티자원의 입지분석 (The Spatial Location Analysis of Rural Village and Amenity Resources)

  • The aim of the research was to analyze a correlation between rural villages and a space of amenity resources in order to provide objective basic data for rural renewal planning in the future. 15 villages were selected to analyze amenity resources. A Space Syntax Method(SSM) was used to analyze a spacial structure of each village and location characteristics of amenity resources. Finally, Statistical Package for the Social Sciences(SPSS) was used for a cluster analysis. The results of spacial analysis showed that the MeanDepth of rural villages was 4.482 and Global Integration Value(GInteg) was 0.956. Relatively, a depth was lower and GInteg was higher, compared to other villages. Rural villages were easily recognized and accessible by outsiders, compared to mountain and fishing villages. In the case of rural villages, the MeanDepth of amenity resources was low and GInteg was high in the results of cluster analysis using a nonhierachical method. Results indicated that an access was easy and amenity resources were closely located each other. However, the deviation of each village was great in mountain villages. This research suggests that an effective maintenance of road network for improving accessibility would be given priority in an undeveloped farming and fishing villages' renewal. Especially, using a spacial analysis in village renewal planning process can improve accessibility and maximize an utilization of public facilities and amenity resources.

버스 교통사고 감소를 위한 대중교통 HUD 기술 개발과 성과 (Development and Achievement of Head-Up Display in Public Transit for Reducing Accidents)

  • 우리나라의 교통혼잡비용은 매년 급격히 증가하고 있으며, 이를 해결하기 위한 방안으로 정부는 대중교통 이용활성화 를 적극 장려하고 있는 실정이다. 대중교통은 혼잡비용 절감에 중요한 사회적 역할을 담당하고 있으나, 많은 승객을 수송하는 수단이므로 교통사고 발생시 그 심각도가 매우 높다. 이러한 대중교통의 사고 주 원인으로는 버스운전자의 업무부담 과중으로 인한 전방 및 측방 주시태만이 대표적이다. 이러한 사고요인을 제거하기 위해 대중교통 HUD를 개발하였다. 버스에 활용이 가능하도록 수직면에 가까운 자동차 윈드실드에 정보표출이 가능한 광학 및 광원 기술을 개발하였으며, 버스 운전자가 필요로 하는 표출 콘텐츠를 선정하였다. 또한 뇌파분석 등을 통해 표출정보의 시인성 향상을 위한 색상을 도출하였다. 본 연구를 통해 개발된 대중교통 HUD는 버스 등 대중교통의 운전자 업무부담을 감소시키고, 전방으로 시야를 집중시킴으로써 교통사고 감소에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

AHP분석을 통한 공공공간의 공공성 제고방안 (Publicness of Public Space through the Analysis of AHP Enhancing)

  • 본 연구는 공공공간의 물리적 측면, 사용자 측면, 맥락적인 측면에서 공공성 제고를 위하여 반드시 고려되어야 하는 계획항목 및 지표들을 도출하고 공무원과 실무자측면에서 그 중요도를 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 공공공간별 계획항목 및 지표들을 FGI(Focus Group Interview)를 통하여 도출하고, 전문가 설문을 통한 계층적 의사결정법(AHP:Analytic Hierachy Process)을 실시하여 중요도를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 공공공간의 우선순위는 공원으로 나타났으며 계획지표의 경우 공개공지, 공공보행통로, 공공공지, 공공시설부지, 공원은 위치 인지성이 가장 중요하고, 도로의 경우 대중교통수단연계가 가장 중요한 것으로 도출되었다. 이는 공공성 제고를 위해서는 공공공간은 접근이 용이하고 위치에 대한 인지성을 고려하여 계획해야 됨을 시사하는 것이다. 본 연구에서 도출된 결과는 향후 사적 공공공간의 공공성 제고 관련 정책 수립에 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

난지도에 인접한 한강변에서의 쌍극자-쌍극자 전기탐사 (Dipole-Dipole Resistivity Survey on the Side of Han River near Nanjido Landfill)

  • The dipole-dipol electrical resistivity survey was conducted to investigate the probable contamination of the Han river by leachate from the near-by Nanjido Landfill. The survey line of 3 km was set along the unpaved road toward the Han river. For the convenience of the field work, the survey line was divided into four segments. The complete two-dimensional resistivity section was constructed by connecting the inversion result of each segment. Gravity survey was also carried out along the profile parallel to the resistivity line. Near surface resistivity generally appeared to be of very low value in most part of the survey area and the boundary between the alluvium layer and underlying basement rocks is well discriminated on the resistivity section. These results agree well with those of the preceding Schlumberger depth sounding made at adjacent area by Lee and fun (1995). The variation of thickness of the alluvium layer delineated by gravity anomaly profile also correlates well with the result of the resistivity survey on the qualitative basis. The problem of contamination by leachate from the Nanjido Landfill, where various waste materials have been dumped without any proper treatment facilities, has been remains unsolved yet. Therefore, we present the most probable passages of leachate flow based on the survey results and have briefly discussed about measure for contamination control. Considering the thickness of alluvium and the possible existence of fractured zone, the middle point between 1st and 2nd landfill and the midst of 1st landfill are the most hazardous regions to make leachates flow into the Han river. Since large amounts of leachates are observed from the test wells located on the lines extending from the border between the 1st and 2nd landfill and the middle of the lst landfill, contamination protection barriers are strongly recommended near these regions.

전자뇌관을 이용한 터널발파의 근거리 지반진동 특성 (Characteristics of Near-field Ground Vibration in Tunnel Blasting using Electronic Detonators)

  • 전자뇌관을 사용하여 근접 보안물건에 대한 터널발파 진동제어를 위해서는 근거리 발파진동 특성에 대한 이해가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 터널발파 진동의 결정에 있어서, 심발부와 확대부의 영향을 분석하였다. 분석을 위한 계측자료는 "원주~강릉 복선전철 제${\bigcirc}{\bigcirc}$공구 노반건설공사" ${\bigcirc}{\bigcirc}{\bigcirc}$ 터널 현장의 기존 도로 하부통과 구간에서 획득하였다. 이에, 0.01%의 높은 시차 정밀도를 가진 터널용 전자발파시스템을 활용하여, 최대 지발당 장약량을 정밀하게 유지함으로써 뇌관 오차에 의한 진동 증폭현상을 제거하고, 진동제어에 유리한 심빼기 발파방법으로 번 컷(Burn-Cut)을 채택하였다. 그 결과, 심발부의 진동수준이 가장 높다는 일반적인 발파 상식과 달리 확대부의 진동수준이 상대적으로 더욱 높은 것으로 나타났다. 결과적으로, 근접 거리의 터널 발파진동은 전자뇌관을 심발부에 적용함으로서 저감시킬 수 있으며, 전체 영역에 전자뇌관을 사용할 경우 더욱 효과적으로 발파진동을 감소시킬 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

Building Integrated Vegetation Systems into the New Sainsbury's Building Based on BIM

  • Today, there is a growing need of environment-friendly buildings, so-called 'green', facilities, and energy saving buildings to decrease environmental pollutants released into cities by construction activities. Green-Building Information Modeling (Green-BIM) is a purpose-built solution which supports to forecast energy consumption of 3-D model of a building by augmenting its primary 3-D measurements (width, height and depth) with many more dimensions (e.g. time, costs, social impacts and environmental consequences) throughout a series of sequential phases in the lifecycle of a building. The current study was carried out in order to integrate vegetation systems (particularly green roof and green wall systems) and investigate thermal performance of the new Sainsbury's building which will be built on Melton road, Leicester, United Kingdom. Within this scope, a 3-D building model of the news Sainsbury's building was first developed in $Autodesk^{(R)}$ $Revit^{(R)}$ and this model was then simulated in $Autodesk^{(R)}$ $Ecotect^{(R)}$once weather data of the construction site was obtained from $Autodesk^{(R)}$ Green Building $Studio^{(R)}$. This study primarily analyzed data from (1) solar radiation, (2) heat gains and losses, and (3) heating and cooling loads simulation to evaluate thermal performance of the building integrated with vegetation system or conventionally available envelops. The results showed that building integrated vegetation system can potentially reduce internal solar gains on the building rooftops by creating a 'bioshade'. Heat gains and losses through roofs and walls were markedly diminished by offering greater insulation on the building. Annual energy loads for heating and cooling were significantly reduced by vegetation more significantly through the green roof system in comparison to green wall system.
