교통도로 TUNNEL 조명의 이해 (II) (The Understanding of Road TUNNEL Lighting(II))

  • Until the first stage of the 1990's years, Korean are not concern so much the facilities of traffic tunnel, because of them are the short length and also the quantity of them are not over the several tens in Korea. But, in latest many tunnels has been constructed and are designed in expressway and local national roads. The government office concerned forecast the numbers of tunnel are increased about 300 until the 2003 years, and then we need more interesting about the facilities of tunnel . In the tunnel, the first above of all important facilities is lighting installations which are required much electric energy and continuing maintenance.

도시고가도로 입지구간 가로환경 설계 -능동로 '걷고싶은 거리'의 구간을 대상으로- (Designing the Space under the Urban Elevated Road -A Case Study for Nengdong-Ro Street-)

  • Although the urban elevated road is welcomed in modern society to deal with urban traffic problems, its negative influence on both the pedestrian environment and urban landscape has been frequently observed. Furthermore, the space under elevated structures has been ignored, being the lost space. Recently, several efforts have been devoted into bringing back the lostspace. However, any specific design guidelines shown in the street design of Japan and Singapore have not been suggested in Korea, yet. This study proposes a case of the Nengdong-Ro street design where the two-story urban elevated road is being constructed and negative effects of the elevated road are largely expected. One of the purposes of Nengdong-Ro street design proposed in this study is to relieve the negative effect os the two-story elevated road, and to provide a better pedestrian environment in Nengdong-Ro. The other purpose is to suggest general guidelines that can be applied to the similar context as Nengdong-Ro. It is considered that the space under the elevated road generally consist of three sections: 1) main section where the elevated road runs parallel with the ground, 2) landing section where elevated road goes down to the ground, and 3) facility section where facilities such as the platform and the ticketing booth are located. The design guidelines are suggested for each section, because each section has a different situation. Plans, section and elevations and the details of the street furniture are also incorporated to support the design guidelines.

도로교통에 있어서 운전자 주시특성분석 (Study on Analysis of Driver's Visual Characteristics in Road Traffic)

  • In road traffic, road circumstances, vehicle, and driver are closely related each other. When road facilities are established in road planning, only road structure has been considered. However, relatively little work has been done regarding the relation between road circumstances and human with respect to a driver. This dissertation focuses on analysis of driver's visual characteristics to improve road circumstances. In this study, driver's visual characteristics are measured with eye-mark recorder and analyzed statistically. This study includes that visual characteristics, visual range, visual time, distribution of fixation duration, and visual moving angle with respect to road circumstances are established qualitatively and quantitatively by driving testing vehicle on streets, roads and high-ways. The main features of this study are : The driver's visual ranges are different over 10% depending on lane in multi-lanes. The visual range on two-lanes is more than twice as big as that on multi-lanes at 85% of whole vision. The right and left visual ranges by as big as that on multi-lanes at 85% of whole vision. The right and left visual ranges by as big as that on multi-lanes at 85% of whole vision. The right and left visual ranges by as big as that on multi-lanes at 85% of whole vision. The right and left visual ranges by speed are $34^{\circ}$ for 30-50km/hr, $28^{\circ}$ for 50-70km/hr, $22^{\circ}$ for 70-90km/hr and 16^{\circ} for over 90km/hr at 95% of visual rate. Accordingly, increasing speed results in narrow visual range.

교통시설개선을 위한 위험도 도출에 관한 연구 (The Study of Danger Rate for Improvement of Traffic Facilities)

  • A traffic accident is occurred by unbalance of reciprocal action of driver, vehicle and road conditions. To prevent the traffic accident, rapid and perfect road improvement is needed. But most of road improvement plans have insufficient budget. So decision maker has to determine the priority to invest. A model in this study, analyzing the effect of road conditions to the traffic accident, helps to decide the priority in road improvement. This study considered five danger indices ; 1) traffic volume, 2) speed variance, 3) vehicle mixing rate, 4) curved line radius, and 5) difference between design speed and running speed. Danger rate composed by five indices can be a scale of priority of improvement. The model in this study didn't consider all of factors about traffic accident. But this study can propose the methodology for traffic safety policy. For deriving the model, this study used data from highways in Korea and United States. Therefore the model has to apply the highways only.

  • 현재 국내에서 내진성능관리 실무에 사용되고 있는 내진성능관리-의사결정 지원기술은 개별시설물의 내진성능을 정성적인 지수 값에 근거한 내진보강 우선순위만을 결정하고 있어 내진보강이 되었음에도 불구하고 지진 시 도로가 정상적인 교통통행기능을 수행하지 못하는 상황이 발생하고 있다. 이러한 단점을 극복하고 도로망관점에서 내진성능관리를 수행할 수 있도록 의사결정에 필요한 다양한 판단자료를 제공할 수 있는 새로운 내진성능관리 의사결정지원 기술이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 교량, 터널, 사면, 옹벽으로 구성된 포항시 도로망을 대상으로 "지진위험도평가"를 적용하여 정량적인 지진 전·후 직·간접 피해규모 산출, 내진보강 전후의 직·간접 피해규모 비교에 의한 내진보강효과 검토, 이를 통해 수행 할 수 있는 내진보강 우선순위 선정, 필요예산 계획, 방재도로선정 등의 다양한 의사결정 사항들을 제시하였다. 또한 지진 위험도평가 방법을 이용한 내진성능평가를 시각적으로 구현하여 의사결정자들이 직관적으로 의사결정을 수행할 수 있도록 지원하기위해 개발된 의사결정지원 소프트웨어를 소개하였다.

사물주소 부여대상 확대 방안 연구 (A Study on Extending of the Addressable Object of Address of Things)

  • 사물주소는 공법 상 주소가 아니라는 점에서 행정력 측면의 차이는 분명히 존재하지만 위치표현이라는 측면에서는 오히려 도로명주소와 동일 또는 그 이상으로 더 유연하고 세밀하게 위치표현이 가능하므로 도로명주소와 함께 전 국토의 위치를 표현할 수 있도록 적절한 위치에 부여되고 관리될 수 있도록 개선되어야 한다. 기존 도로명주소법, 건축법, 주소정보기본도작성·관리규정 등의 관련 법령에 대한 분석결과를 토대로 도로명주소와 사물주소를 비교한 결과 사물주소체계가 가진 근원적인 한계가 존재함을 확인할 수 있었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 크게 제도척 측면과 부여대상 측면으로 구분하여 사물주소 체계에 대한 개선 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 제도적 측면으로는, 첫째 주소부여대상이라는 용어에 대한 명확한 정의와 함께 통일을 통해 상하위 법령의 개선이 필요하고, 둘째 건축법 상건물 중 거주에 사용되지 않는 시설물에는 사물주소로 통일하여 부여하며, 셋째 사물주소 부여대상을 지형지물의 유형별로 주소정보기본도의 등록사항을 구분함으로써 이종의 공공데이터와 연계 활용이 용이하도록 해야 한다. 부여대상 측면에서는, 첫째 특정 시설물에는 모두 사물주소가 부여되어 있다는 인식을 줄 수 있도록 해당 범주의 모든 시설물에 부여해야 하고, 둘째 아무런 시설물이 없어도 다수가 이용하는 장소에는 사물주소를 부여할 수 있도록 할 필요가 있다.

도로교통안전점검차량을 이용한 도로의 자동도면화 생성 연구 (The Study on an Automated Generation Method of Road Drawings using Road Survey Vehicle)

  • PURPOSES : This study is to develop a automate road mapping system using ARASEO(Automated Road Analysis and Safety Evaluation TOol) for road management. METHODS : The road survey van named ARASEO(Automated Road Analysis and Safety Evaluation TOol) was used to generate highway drawings for Korea National Road number 37 automatically. In order to generate the highway drawings for purpose of road management, it is required to acquired the information for highway alignment, road width and road facilities such as safety barrier and road sign. Therefore the survey van acquired and analyzed the road width, median and guardrail data using rear side laser sensor of ARASEO and recognized the traffic control sign and chevron sign using foreside camera images. Also the highway alignment which is the basic information for highway drawing can be analyzed by acquisition the every 1m positional and attitude data using GPU and IMU sensor and developed algorithm. Finally, in this research the CAD based drawing software was developed to draw highway drawing using the analysis result from ARASEO. RESULTS : This study showed the comparison result of the surveyed road width and drawing data. To make the drawing of the road, we made the Autocad ARX program witch run in CAD menu interface. CONCLUSIONS : Using this program we can create the road center line, every 500m horizontal and vertical ground plan drawing automatically.

한국의 도로분야 기술수준 분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Technology Level Assessment of Road Construction in Korea)

  • 본 연구에서는 건설산업에 있어서 파급효과가 높은 도로시설물을 선정하여, 세부적인 기술수준 분석을 실시하고, 향후 해외 진출을 위한 중점추진분야를 도출하였다. 분석결과, 한국의 도로시설물에 대한 기술수준은 도로 운영 및 관리기술 부문에 대한 기술수준이 높은 반면, 도로포장기술 부문은 상대적으로 낮은 기술수준을 보유한 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 본 연구에서는 경제적, 사회적, 기술적 중요도를 분석하여 투자효율이 높을 것으로 판단되는 중점 추진 분야를 도출하였으며, 도출된 항목으로는 "무보수 모듈러 도로포장 기술"과 "도시 온도저감형 도로 기술"로 나타났다.

肢體障碍人 便宜施設 設置에 관한 實態 分析- 영주시 공공건축물을 중심으로 - (The Analysis on the Actual Condition of Convenient Facilities for the Handicapped)

  • The disabled peoples increase in number by disasters from the industrialization and urbanization. The physically handicapped people experience many difficulties in using the facilities in the public buildings. So, this survey proposed the necessary conditions for the handicapped peoples to use without any trouble in public buildings. The objects of investigation were public buildings, village offices, a public library, synthesis hospitals banks, an express bus station, a wedding building, a railroad station etc.. Conclusions were as follow \circled1 The most of buildings were established access road in regulations but parking area was established inappropriately in regulations \circled2 The most of convenience facilities were concentrated on first floor but were established barely in more than second floor. \circled3 The most of convenient facilities were established in appropriately in regulations. \circled4 The other convenient facilities(reception desk, ticket agency, work desk etc.) were not established nearly in the buildings of investigation.

북한지역 기반시설의 군사적 활용방안에 관한 연구(도로, 철도, 전력을 중심으로) (A Study on Military Use of Infrastructure in North Korea (Focused on Road, Railroad, and Electricity))

  • The infrastructure of North Korea has serious problems such as stability, usability, and durability because the facilities were built a long time ago. In recent years, the infrastructure improvement of North Korea has emerged as the important issue to preparing for reunification. However, there are no research institutions about the infrastructure in South Korea as well as the experts for operating or constructing the infrastructure. Therefore, the objective of this study is to propose the military use of infrastructure in North Korea by analyzing various data. The facilities such as road, railroad and electricity has been focused in this study. In the future, if the more specific data regarding condition and problems in each facility are collected, the more detailed military use of the infrastructure of North Korea can be suggested.
