  • The microstructures and properties of pure molybdenum wire and $Mo-La_2O_3$ alloy wire annealed at different temperatures are investigated systematically in this paper. It is shown that the recrystallization temperature, toughness and strength at room temperature of this wire was increased greatly by addition of $La_2O_3$. The room temperature embrittlement of this wire annealed at high temperature is improved remarkably.

도시부 도로에서 주행차량의 횡방향 이격량 분석을 통한 곡선부 차로폭 연구 (A Study on Lane Width of Curved Section by Sway Distance Analysis of Running Vehicle on Urban Roads)

  • 본 연구에서는 도시부도로의 곡선구간에서 주행차량의 횡방향 이격량을 분석하여 차량 주행에 필요한 최소 소요차로폭을 산정하였으며 본 연구결과와 선행연구에서 제시된 직선구간에서의 최소 소요차로폭을 비교 분석하였다. 이를 바탕으로 도로의 선형과 차종에 따라 곡선구간에서의 최소 소요차로폭을 제시하였다. 조사대상 곡선구간 도로의 차로폭은 2.79m~3.40m이다. 주행차량의 횡방향 이격량의 분포 및 조사대상 차량의 85%를 기준으로 누적분포를 분석하였다. 분석결과 곡선구간에서의 최소 소요차로폭이 소형차량의 경우 2.31m~2.58m, 대형차량의 경우 2.80m~3.27m로 산정되었다. 본 연구결과는 녹색교통 도입을 위한 공간, 도로공사 중, 소형차 전용도로의 건설 등에 활용될 수 있을 것이다. 또한 설계자의 목적에 따라 유연한 차로폭 설계기준의 적용에 필요한 기초적인 연구로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

상습 지체구간 선정을 위한 Percentile 속도의 활용 (Application of Percentile Speed for Appraisal of Road Section with Recurring Congestion)

  • PURPOSES : The objective of this study is to find Percentile Speed($V_p$) for Appraisal of Road Section with Recurring Congestion. METHODS : Percentile Speed($V_p$) is determined by correlation analysis of CSI that proposed existing literature. and CSI(Consistency Service Index) is a index that subtract service fail frequency from 100 points, and service fail is defined as traffic situation is driving less than 80kph speed. In this study, We analyzed the highest correlation percentile speed associated with CSI. This speed is chosen as a delay decision speed. In order to verifying reliability, it performed a comparison with the previous method. RESULTS : As a result, 30 percentile speed($V_{30}$) was decided as index speed for judgement of recurring congestion section, and through comparison with existing methods, we demonstrated that 30 percentile speed can be useful for judgement of recurring congestion section. CONCLUSIONS : This method to Determine recurring congestion section using the percentile speed($V_{30}$) was proposed for the first time in this paper. This method can be applicated more quickly and easily than existing method for determining of recurring delay section.

상습지체구간 결정을 위한 일관성 서비스지수(CSI) 개발 (Development of Consistency Service Index for Deciding Habitual Congestion Section)

  • PURPOSES : In order to do an improving countermeasures for congestion on the highway with a limited budget, it is very important to select a habitual congestion section effectively. This study is develop CSI(Consitency Service Index) which contained the service for drivers on the highway to select a habitual congestion section. METHODS : By applying the concept of service for the users paying a fee, proposed CSI(Consistency Service Index) to determine habitual delay. CSI is mean that users using the highway road must be provided an environment which can driving more than 80kph, anytime, anywhere. RESULTS : The result applying developed method in this study included most of congestion sections selected by conventional method. but, in some section of existing non-congestion section were included by CSI. The annual average speed and CSI correlation analysis result was high correlation. This result proved that CSI was reflecting road traffic condition well. CONCLUSIONS : It was verified practicality from the delay section of gyeonggi-do area highway. we can judge whether or not to be a habitual congestion in the specific highway and do the traffic improving countermeasures accordingly.

GIS를 이용한 도로의 노면결빙구간 추출 (Extraction of Road Surface Freezing Section using GIS)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 GIS를 이용하여 도로의 노선계획시 예상되는 노면결빙구간을 추출함으로써 도로 안정성 확보에 대한 방안을 제시하는데 있다. 산악지역 도로계획의 경우 겨울철에는 결빙구간이 발생될 우려가 있다. 또한 도로의 신설 및 확장공사 턴키심의시 노면결빙율 평가자료가 요구되고 있다. 따라서 도로의 노선 계획시 기본설계에서부터 도로 각 구간에서의 일조 환경 및 노면결빙우려구간을 정량적으로 예측할 수 있는 분석방법이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 동해고속도로 중 약 29km 구간에 대하여 3차원 모델링, 일조 시뮬레이션, 지오데이터베이스 구축, GIS 중첩 기능에 의한 공간분석을 통해 노면결빙 예상구간을 추출할 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통하여 음영에 따른 노면결빙이 우려되는 구간을 예측하고, 노면결빙위험 구간을 효과적으로 파악함으로써 최종적으로 정책결정자가 판단을 내리고 기본 설계시 반영하는 사전 안정성 평가 방안으로 사용할 수 있을 것이다.

2차로도로 효율성 제고를 위한 횡단면 설계 방안 (A New Cross Section Design Concept for Better Efficiency in Two-Lane Highways)

  • 현재 우리나라 2차로도로 횡단면 설계기준은 설계속도별 최소 차로폭과 길어깨 기준은 있으나, 다양한 횡단면 구성안이 없어 전국이 획일적인 도로구조 형태를 보이고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 2차로도로의 사고유형별 원인을 규명하고 그에 따른 교통운영 및 안전성 측면에서 횡단면 개선 방안을 수립하고, 평가척도를 선정하였으며, 평가과정을 통해 새로운 횡단면 설계기준을 제시하고 이를 검증하였다. 연구결과 같은 2차로도 도로폭 $9{\sim}12.9m$ 보다 $6{\sim}8.9m$ 도로가 사고율이 매우 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 대표적 사고유형들의 개선점은 차로 및 길어깨 확장으로 나타났다. 시뮬레이션 결과 도로폭 6$\sim$7m 는 교통량 1,000vph에서 급격한 지체 시간 상승을 보이고 있으나. 도로폭 10$\sim$11.5m도로는 1.200vph에서 약간의 변화를 보였다. 이 결과(pcu/일)를 국도와 지방도 일평균교통량(대/일)분포와 비교분석 하여 다양한 횡단면 기준을 제시하였다.

도로 기하구조에 따른 차량 Microphone 위치별 소음 영향 분석 (Analysis of Vehicle Noise Effect by Microphone Position and Road Geometry)

  • PURPOSES: The purpose of study is to understand the characteristic of driving noise from the front and rear tire for effective active noise cancellation application. METHODS : As literature review, noise measurement methods were reviewed. Noise measurement conducted at three kind of section by road slope using CPX(Close Proximity Method). Noise data was compared by total sound pressure level and 1/3 octave band frequency sound pressure level. Also, each section was compared by T-test using SPSS. RESULTS : In the case of the uphill section, it was shown that the sound pressure level of the front tire at Sugwang-Ri and Sinchon-RI sections was higher than that of the rear tire in low and high frequency band. In the case of high slope section of Sangsaek-Ri, the sound pressure level of the front tire was higher than that of the rear tire in high frequency. Also, in the case of the downhill section, it was shown that the sound pressure level of the front tire at Sugwang-Ri and Sinchon-RI sections was higher than that of the rear tire in low frequency band. However, the sound pressure levels of both the front and rear tires were approximately the same in the high slope section of Sangsaek-Ri. The result of T-test showed that total sound pressures of the front and rear tires were not different from each other in the case of high slope and high speed. CONCLUSIONS: Road slope was not an important variable for effective active noise cancellation.

AHP분석을 활용한 일방통행 선정기준 정립에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Criteria Establishment for One-way road using AHP)

  • 도시계획상 도로로 지정되지 못한 구도심의 이면도로에 있어서 교통혼잡 해소 등의 교통문제 해결을 위해서는 국내에 맞는 일방통행 선정기준의 정립이 절실히 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 일방통행제의 효율적인 운영을 위해 교통체계관리기법 중 가장 효과가 큰 일방통행의 선정기준을 재정립하고, 이면도로를 대상으로 이용효율 및 일방통행 지정 확대를 위한 선정기준을 제시하고자 한다. 일방통행제 선정요인을 도출하기 위해 교통관련 전문가 집단을 대상으로 계층분석법(AHP)을 수행한 결과, 보행량 및 보행교통 사고요인의 중요도가 높게 분석되었다. 세부 평가항목과 평가척도를 조합한 발생가능한 모든 시나리오 중 10,000개를 임의 추출하여 시나리오별 분석 결과를 그래프화 한 결과, 변곡점을 갖는 3개 구간($1{\leq}$A구간<1.91, 1.9$1{\leq}B$구간 <2.08, $2.08{\leq}C$구간<3)으로 분석되었다. 본 연구 수행을 통해 제시된 이면도로 일방통행 선정기준은 향후 일방통행 지정 및 재정비 시 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

Construction of Management System of Road Position Information Using GPS Surveying Data

  • This study aims to construct a management system of road position information as part of the build-up to a maintenance and management system of highways. First, information on the positions of the roads were obtained by a real-time kinematic satellite surveying, and then the degree of accuracy was analyzed in comparison with the data of the existing design drawings. The linear coordinates of road center line obtained by using RTK GPS showed about 7.6-13.2cm errors in X and Y directions in the case of the national road No.2 section, and about 8.4-9.2cm errors in the case of local road No.1045 section. These errors were within the tolerance scope regulated by the TS survey, and could be practically used. In the case of vertical alignment, there were about 6.2cm errors in the Z direction in local road No.1045 section. Aerial photographs are normally used in producing numerical maps, and it can be practically used because the tolerance scope of the elevation control point is l0cm when the scale of aerial photographs is 1/1000. The management system of road position information, utilizing Object-Oriented Programming(OOP), was built having the data acquired in this way as the attribute data. The system developed in this way can enable us to spot the positions of road facilities, the target of management with ease, to easily update the data in case of changes in the positions of roads and road facilities, and to manage the positions of roads and road facilities more effectively.

도로 설계 지역 구분 (Area Identification for Road Design)

  • PURPOSES : Ambiguous decision on whether rural or urban area for road design can increase the construction cost and restrict the land use of surrounding area. However, administrative classification on rural and urban area is not directly related to road design because of this classification is not based on the engineering viewpoint, so method which can explain the road design context is required. METHODS : Method which enables to identify the area for road design is suggested based on the deceleration expected to be experienced by drivers who use the road section concerned. Deceleration rate corresponding to the area such as rural or urban suggested in Road Design Guideline is used as the criteria to identify the area by comparing this value with the estimated deceleration rate at the road section concerned. Speed profile method is utilized to derive the deceleration rate, and speed estimation way for reflecting both road geometry and intersection is suggested using stopping sight distance concept. RESULTS : The procedure of the method application is suggested, and the design example utilizing the method is provided. CONCLUSIONS : The method is expected to be used to identify the area for road design with engineering viewpoint, and design consistency among the roads with similar driving environment can be made.
