Including technical device and general information system, the information-technical(IT) system is defined as the technical system for acquiring, processing, storing and transferring information to a person. This paper presents Knowledge-based Heuristic Evolution Model for creating the advanced information-technical system. This Evolution Model is derived from the historical review on definition of evolution, the research on the architecture of the general IT system, history of IT system, technology innovation theory and multi-case study research. The evolution model is applicable to the conceptual creation of the advanced product in R&D organization requiring development methodologies like rapid-prototyping to develop next generation product. For the detailed theoretical construction and practical application of Evolution Model, the case study research based on action research is performed. the object of the case study is mobile device, especially mobile hand-held phone. Thus, we obtain the Evolution Model for creating the advanced information-technical system.

IT 기술의 발달과 평균 수명의 연장 등의 이유로 모바일 헬스케어 시장이 주목받고 있다. 대학병원 등 의료기관들도 모바일 기기를 이용한 환자 교육 및 설명서비스를 통해 편의성과 치료효율성이라는 목적을 동시에 달성하기 위해 노력하고 있다. 본 연구는 삼성서울병원이 출시한 모바일 기반의 환자교육 서비스인 '스마트설명서비스' 앱 구축 및 사용 사례를 비즈니스 모델 분석 방법로인 린 캔버스를 적용하여 분석하였다. 아울러 환자 및 의료진과의 인터뷰를 통해 모바일 환자 교육 서비스의 필요성과 효과성에 대한 의견을 수집하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 모바일 기반의 환자 교육 서비스를 준비 중인 의료기관과 관련 업계에 유의미한 시사점을 제공할 것으로 기대한다.

Purpose: This study aimed to design user interfaces of a mobile application for managing pressure injury patients in a long-term care hospital based on the user's needs. Methods: To reflect users' needs in the mobile application, the user interfaces in this study were designed in five steps: brainstorming and mind mapping, persona and scenario, needs list and priority, a draft version of flow chart and user interfaces and expert review. These steps were conducted with a step nurse at a long-term care hospital, a professor who majored in nursing informatics, a professor who had lots of research experiences about pressure injury and a wound ostomy continence nurse. Results: Two personas, scenarios and needs' lists were derived. Listed Needs included the followings; Accurate staging of pressure injury; Appropriate management by staging; Acquisition of professional knowledge about pressure injury; Acquisition of easy pressure injury information through text, picture and video; and Sharing pressure injury information in unit. The structure, menus and features of the pressure injury mobile application were visualized with user flow based on two personas' scenarios and needs' lists. Conclusion: Our study suggests and visualizes the key features of the 'Pressure Injury Guide', a pressure injury management mobile application for nurses in a long-term care hospital, which can be utilized by nurses, application developers, and related researchers.

As Information society evolves, there is a growing need that substitutes agents for users to do the given Jobs in distributed computing environments. Agents can retrieve and browse the diverse information via Internet, as the users request, and can deal with the complicated routine jobs on behalf of users with timeliness and efficiency. Especially, mobile agent can support the paradigm for distributed application programs in Internet environments. This is suitable to jump-to-jump model without any hesitations because agent moves. Agents can be applied to various applications, but we restrict it to market information retrieval in this paper. On recognizing a query about merchandise information by an user, agent by itself retrieves the corresponding information by navigating the Internet and informs the result to the user. In this paper, we review the mobile agent configuration to do this kind of work, propose the system architecture based on this review. By using this system, users can be free from complicated routine jobs and pursue his/her wishes to promote ones welfare.

This study investigates the effects of O2O-based mobile shopping application (O2O MSA)'s information and service quality on the user's perceived privacy protection, satisfaction and loyalty. In this study, 969 questionnaire reponses were collected, out of which 555 were used to estimate the structural paths using PLS-SEM (partial least square structural equation model) for the hypothesis test. Our empirical findings are drawn from Chinese respondents that live in a 1-line city in China and use O2O MSAs serviced by China's leading companies. This study examines and confirms that qualified information and service of O2O MSA positively affect both perceived privacy protection and customer satisfaction, which finally leads to customer behavioral loyalty through the perceived privacy protection. Further, this study presents effective practical implications for application development strategy suitable for users in the O2O-based mobile shopping industry.

The digitization of traditional medical knowledge in Tanzania will greatly enhance its preservation and dissemination. This is especially important given the challenges facing the current methods of preserving and managing such knowledge. This study presents the requirements engineering approaches and requirements for a web-mobile application that would successfully digitize indigenous knowledge of phytomedicine and relevant practitioners licensing and registration processes. To establish the requirements of such a digital system application, the study sought the opinion of 224 stakeholders whose suggestions were used to analyze and model the requirements for designing such a web-mobile tool. The study was carried out in Arusha, Kagera and Dar es Salaam regions of Tanzania which involved ethnobotanical researchers, herb practitioners, curators from herbaria and registrar officers from Traditional and Alternatives Health Practice Council. Structured interview, survey, observation and document review were employed to find out the basic functional and non-functional requirements for possible designing and implementation a web-mobile application that would digitize indigenous knowledge of medicinal plants. The requirements were modelled using the use case and context diagrams. Finally, the study came up with a list of items for both functional and non-functional requirements that can be used as guidelines to develop a web-mobile application that will capture and document traditional medical knowledge of medicinal plants in Tanzania and, enabling relevant authorities to regulate and manage stakeholders.

M-learning is one of the most important modern learning environments in developed countries, especially in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. According to the Ministry of Education policies in Saudi Arabia, gender segregation in education reflects the country's religious values, which are a part of the national policy. Thus, it will help many in the target audience to accept online learning more easily in Saudi society. The literature review indicates the importance to use the UTAUT conceptual framework to study the level of acceptance through adding a new construct to the model which is Mobile Application Quality. The study focuses on the end user's requirements to use M-learning applications. It is conducted with a qualitative method to find out the students' and companies' opinions who working in the M-learning field to determine the requirements for the development of M-learning applications that are compatible with the aspirations of conservative societies.

Consumers who use mobile applications for their skin care are increasing due to increasing interest in skin care and smart phone use. A survey was conducted to select popular skin care mobile applications to be installed in the smart phone targeting 1,000 men and women in South Korea who are interested in their skin care. Questioned items included skin care awareness and recognition, skin care type, and the intention of using skin health care mobile services. The respondents thought the best skin as 'Flawless skin (52.3%)'. Also, 'Skin trouble' and 'Skin aging' were their major concerns. 47.1% of the respondents used mobile skin care applications, and 56.6% intended to try new mobile skin care services. The results on interesting field of skin care showed significant difference depending on gender, marital status, and annual average household income. Moreover, the results on effort made for skin care showed significant difference depending on age, gender, and marital status. They wanted the functions such as 'Review on cosmetic products by brand (23.8%)', 'Self skincare method (16.8%)', 'Continuous monitoring service (16.2%)', 'Information on cosmetic products (13.4%)'. The result of this study would be reliable as basic material for skincare mobile service area. Further studies could be focused on developing application in accordance with needs and how it should be applied.

본 연구는 국내 모바일 뱅킹 애플리케이션에 대한 이용자 리뷰 데이터에 텍스트 마이닝 기법을 적용하여 중요도-만족도 분석을 시도하고, 개선의 우선순위를 도출하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 분석에는 구글 플레이스토어에서 국내 시중은행(국민은행, 신한은행, 우리은행, 하나은행), 지역은행(경남은행, 부산은행), 인터넷 은행(카카오뱅크, 케이뱅크, 토스)의 모바일 뱅킹 애플리케이션에 대한 이용자 리뷰 데이터를 활용하였으며, 주요 속성 도출 및 각 속성에 대한 중요도와 만족도 측정을 위해 토픽 모델링, 빈도분석 및 감성분석을 진행하였다. 분석 결과 '인증서비스', '기능 개선', '로그인', '속도/연결성', '시스템/업데이트' 그리고 '뱅킹서비스'가 이용자들이 모바일 뱅킹 애플리케이션을 사용할 때 느끼는 중요도가 상대적으로 높은 속성임에도 불구하고 그 만족도가 평균 수준에 미치지 못해 개선이 시급한 속성으로 나타났다.
