In recent years, the Photovoltaic(PV) industries have been increasing steadily by an average of 30$\%$ per you. However, it is necessary to reduce PV module cost and to improve conversion efficiency to be promoted distribution of PV Japan, USA and Europe have been researching cost and efficiency of that. In this paper, we try to review diffusion perspective of PV in these countries. From the results of this paper, we will intend to suggest a suitable future course for domestic PV distribution.

The reproductive activity in male mammals is well known to be regulated by the hypothalamus-pituitary-gonad axis. The hypothalamic neurons secreting gonadotropin releasing hormone (GnRH) govern the reproductive neuroendocrine system by integrating all the exogenous information impinging on themselves. The GnRH synthesized and released from the hypothalamus arrives at the anterior pituitary through the portal vessels, provoking the production of the gonadotropins(follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH)) at the same time. The gonadotropins affect the gonads to promote spermatogenesis and to secret testosterone. Testosterone acts on the GnRH neurons by a feedback loop through the circulatory system, resulting in the balance of all the hormones by regulating reproductive activities. These hormones exert their effects by acting on their own receptors, which are included in the signal transduction pathways as well. Unexpected aberrants are arised during this course of action of each hormone. This review summarizes these abnormal phenomena, including various mutations of molecules and their actions related to the reproductive function.

Small cell carcinoma is mainly found in the lungs and extrapulmonary origins of small cell carcinoma in GI tract, head and neck, genitourinary system consists only 4% of the tumor. Thus, small cell carcinoma of the parotid gland is an extremely rare disease. Extrapulmonary small cell carcinoma is characterized by an aggressive clinical course with early metastasis. We report a case of small cell carcinoma of parotid gland in a 82-year-old woman with painless neck mass, who was managed with radiation therapy after surgery and review of relevant literatures.

Unroofed coronary sinus syndrome is an uncommon anomaly which is caused by incomplete formation of the left atriovenous fold and it is usually associated with persistent left superior vena cava. It may be diagnosed by cardiac catheterization and cineangiography but, if it is not diagnosed, it can bring out significant complications due to right to left shunt, such as brain abscess, cerebral embolism, transient ischemic attack, arterial desaturation and there will reduced patient`s life expectancy. Therefore corrective operation was needed. A case of unroofed coronary sinus syndrome which combines with valvular heart disease was experienced at the department of thoracic & cardiovascular surgery of Kosin medical college. The patient was 49 years old female and she complained dyspnea on exertion for 2 yrs. Cardiac catheterization with cineangiography and both superior venacavogram were performed for diagnosis and she was diagnosed as unroofed coronary sinus syndrome combined with mitral and tricuspid regurgitation. Surgical correction was accomplished by reroofing of coronary sinus with pericardial patch, closure of atrial septal defect and annuloplasty of both atrioventricular valves. Postoperative results were satisfactory and course of recovery was uneventful. We report a case of unroofed coronary sinus syndrome with review.

Six cases of broncho-pleural fistula due to complicated liver abscess were experienced at the department of chest surgery, Seoul National University Hospital from October 1967 to March 1970. Amebic liver abscess was the primary cause in the 5 cases and the remaining one case was due to pyogenic liver abscess. Involved lung was right side in all case. The clinical manifestation was fever,chill,cough, sputum, dyspnea, chest pain, hemoptysis and shoulder pain. The methods of the treatment employed were closed thoracotomy [1], thoracotomy & drainage [2],decortication [1],and right lower lobectomy[3]. The average duration of the post-operative course was 19.6 days. There was no operative mortality.

Successful correction of the partial form of atrioventricular[AV] canal is now readily achievable. The most challenging technical features of this anomaly are the associated mitral valvular deformity and the frequent inability to obtain mitral competence. Residual mitral incompetence after repair of mitral cleft figures importantly in the causes of early and late failure. So, accurate and complete repair of the mitral valve cleft might be important. Determination of residual severe mitral regurgitation after repair is desirable to permit mitral valve replacement at the time. We have experienced one case of severe mitral regurgitation which was occurred 6 months after repair of partial form of A-V canal [ASD primum] in 22 years old virgin. Pre-op. left ventriculogram revealed severe mitral regurgitation in this patient. We preferred to perform mitral valve replacement with St. Jude valve in this patient at March 1984. Post-op. course was uneventful to now for 5 months and we report this case, review and discuss the literatures.

The MIA 1906, s.78(4) provides that it is the duty of the assured and his agents, in all cases, to take such measures as may be reasonable for the purpose of averting or minimising a loss. In many cases the statutory duty will be unimportant, since rights, duties and liabilities declared by the Act or implied into marine insurance contracts by law may be modified by agreement, and many contracts contains a sue and labour clause which effectively reproduces and/or to modifies the statutory duty. The effect of such contractual provisions will, of course, be a matter of construction, though modern sue and labour clauses tend to reflect the principles contains in section 78. However, it must not be assumed that the terms of all contractual sue and labour clauses are, or will remain, identical, either with each other or with the statutory duty. The purpose of this study is to clarify the ambit of sue and labour.

Apatient with multiple dissecting aneurysms of a posterior inferior cerebellar artery trunk who presented with SAH is reported. A 58-year-old woman presented with sudden occipital headache, dizziness and vomiting. The intial vertebral angiography revealed a suspicious pearl and string sign at the proximal posterior inferior cerebellar artery(PICA) segment. After 2 weeks, follow up angiography showed a progression of the proximal PICA dissection and newly developed dissecting aneurysm of the distal PICA segment. A far lateral suboccipital transcondylar appoach confirmed two dissecting aneurysms at distant sites of the PICA trunk. The dissection segments were wrapped with muslin wrap, which preserved the flow through the PICA and brain stem perforators. The angiographys at 3 weeks and 6 months after operation revealed serial disappearance of the dissecting aneurysms which is distal to proximal. The diagnosis, course and treatment of the dissecting aneurysms of the PICA are discussed with literature review.

In case of neoplasm claims, it is important to make a decision of differentiating malignant and benign. In Korean insurance market, there are many insurance products that cover cancer. In the insurance claims adjustment, differentiation between malignant and benign is according to histologic findings. However there are many neoplasms of bad clinical course in spite of benign histopathologic classification. In this article; astrocytoma, thymoma, gastrointestinal stromal tumor, colonic intramucosal carcinoma, gastric high grade adenoma/dysplasia, carcinoid tumor, MALT lymphoma, revision of Korean Classification of Disease-6th edition, and bladder tumors are reviewed in terms of differentiation between malignant and benign in the insurance claims. It may be helpful for claims staff to review important neoplasms in terms of differentiation between malignant and benign.
