This review article summarizes the main research findings on the presence of anxiety disorders in individuals with bipolar disorder. It examines the prevalence of comorbid anxiety disorders in bipolar disorder, which is generally high. Moreover, it explores the variations in comorbid anxiety across different subtypes of bipolar disorder. The article also investigates the clinical features, treatment, and prognosis associated with comorbid anxiety in bipolar disorder. It reveals that bipolar patients with comorbid anxiety exhibit complex clinical features, worse treatment outcomes, and a poorer prognosis. Given the significant impact of comorbid anxiety on clinical features, treatment outcomes, and prognosis, it is crucial to address this issue when treating individuals with bipolar disorder. Therefore, further research on the treatment of co-occurring anxiety in bipolar disorder patients is warranted.

Purpose: Pycnodysostosis (PYCD), an autosomal recessive syndrome, is characterized by an imbalance in bone remodeling that produces various clinical and radiographic craniofacial manifestations. This review represents a systematic examination of these manifestations, as well as oral features associated with PYCD. Materials and Methods: A systematic review was conducted across 8 databases from February to March 2023. The search strategy focused on studies reporting cases of PYCD that examined the clinical and radiographic craniofacial and oral characteristics associated with this syndrome. Results: The review included 84 studies, encompassing a total of 179 cases of PYCD. More than half of the patients were female (55.3%), and the mean age was 14.7 years. Parental consanguinity was reported in 51.4% of the cases. The most common craniofacial clinical manifestation was a prominent nose, observed in 57.5% of cases. Radiographically, the most frequently reported craniofacial characteristics included the presence of an obtuse mandibular angle (84.3%) and frontal cranial bosses(82.1%). Clinical and radiographic examinations revealed oral alterations, with micrognathia present in 62.6% of patients and malocclusion in 59.2%. Among dental anomalies, tooth agenesis was the most commonly reported, affecting 15.6% of patients. Conclusion: Understanding the clinical and radiographic craniofacial features of PYCD is crucial for dental professionals. This knowledge enables these clinicians to devise effective treatment plans and improve patient quality of life.

As review text contains the experience and opinions of the customers, analyzing review text helps to understand the subject. Existing studies either only used sentiment analysis on online restaurant reviews to identify the customers' assessment on different features of the restaurant or network analysis to figure out the customers' preference. In this study, we conducted both sentiment analysis and network analysis on the review text of the restaurants with high star ratings and those with low star ratings. We compared the review text of the two groups to distinguish the difference of the two and identify what makes great restaurants great.
Since a movie is an experience goods, purchase can be decided upon preliminary information and evaluation. There are ongoing researches on what impact online reviews might have on movie revenues. Whereas research in the past was focused on the effect of online reviews. The influence of online reviews appears to be significant in products like a movie because it is difficult to evaluate the feature prior to "consuming" the product. Since an online review is regarded to be objective, consumers find it more trustworthy. Contrary to prior research focused on movie review ratings and volume, we focus moves on movie features related specific reviews. This research proposes a predictive model for movie revenue generation. We decided 15 criteria to classify movie features collected from online reviews through the online review mining and made up feature keyword list each criterion. In addition, we performed data preprocessing and dimensional reduction for data mining through factor analysis. We suggest the movie revenue predictive model is tested using discriminant analysis. Following the discriminant analysis, we found that online review factors can be used to predict movie popularity and revenue stream. We also expect using this predictive model, marketers and strategic decision makers can allocate their resources in more parsimonious fashion.
This review of the Korean eye anatomy suggests that there may be unsuspected links between anatomical characteristics of the eye and orbit, and optical performance.
Marfan syndrome which is complicated with spontaneous pneumothorax is a rare chance we can contact usually. There are many aspects of the clinical features in the Marfan syndrome such as ectopia lentis, cardiovascular anomalies, and skeletal anomalies. With the use of this paper, we report a rare case, Marfan syndrome complicated with spontaneous pneumothorax.

As the academic publishing environment evolves rapidly and the open science paradigm emerges, the demand for efficient and transparent peer review is growing. This study outlines efforts to actively introduce advanced concepts in scholarly communication into the submission and review system. AccessON Peer Review Management System Plus (ACOMS+), developed and operated by the Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information, is an online submission and peer review system that aims for open science. This study provides an overview of ACOMS+ and presents its four main features: open peer review, open access publishing and self-archiving, online quantitative/qualitative evaluation, and peer reviewer invitation. The directions for further developing ACOMS+ to fully support open science are also discussed. ACOMS+ is the first system in Korea to introduce the open peer review process and is distinguished as a system that supports open access publishing and digital transformation of academic journals. Furthermore, ACOMS+ is expected to contribute to the advancement of the academic publishing environment through the increasing shift toward open access publishing, transparent peer review, and open science.
The AI speaker market is growing steadily. However, the satisfaction of actual users is only 42%. Therefore, in this paper, we collected reviews on Amazon Echo Dot 3rd and 4th generation models to analyze what hinders the user experience through the topic changes and emotional changes of each generation of AI speakers. By using topic modeling analysis techniques, we found changes in topics and topics that make up reviews for each generation, and examined how user sentiment on topics changed according to generation through deep learning-based sentiment analysis. As a result of topic modeling, five topics were derived for each generation. In the case of the 3rd generation, the topic representing general features of the speaker acted as a positive factor for the product, while user convenience features acted as negative factor. Conversely, in the 4th generation, general features were negatively, and convenience features were positively derived. This analysis is significant in that it can present analysis results that take into account not only lexical features but also contextual features of the entire sentence in terms of methodology.
Although animal studies have been used most often for quantitative risk assessment, it is generally recognized that well-conducted epidemiologic studies would provide the best basis for estimating human risk. However, there are several features related to the design and analysis of epidemiologic studies that frequently limit their usefulness for quantitating risks. The lack of accurate information on exposure in epidemiologic studies is perhaps the most frequently cited limitation of these studies for risk assessment. However. other features of epidemiologic study design, such as statistical power, length of follow-up, confounding, and effect modification, may also limit the inferences that can be drawn from these studies. Furthermore, even when the aforementioned limitations are overcome, substantial uncertainty exists concerning the choice of an appropriate statistical (or biologic) model for extrapolation beyond the range of exposures observed in a particular study. This paper focuses on presenting a review and discussion of the methodologic issues involved in using epidemiologic studies for risk assessment. This review concentrates on the use of retrospective, cohort, mortality studies of occupational groups for assessing cancer risk because this is the most common application of epidemiologic data for quantitative risk assessment (QRA). Epidemiologic data should not be viewed as a panacea for the problems inherent in using animal bioassay data for QRA. Rather, information that can be derived from epidemiologic and toxicologic studies complement one another, and both data sources need to be used to provide the best characterization of human risk.
Transthyretin (TTR) is an abundant protein in blood plasma and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF), working as a homo-tetrameric complex to transport thyroxine (T4) and a holo-retinol binding protein. TTR is well-known for its amyloidogenic property; several types of systemic amyloidosis diseases are caused by aggregation of either wild-type TTR or its variants, for which more than 100 mutations were reported to increase the amyloidogenicity of TTR. The rate-limiting step of TTR aggregation is the dissociation of a monomeric subunit from a tetrameric complex. A wide range of biochemical and biophysical techniques have been employed to elucidate the TTR aggregation processes, among which nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy contributed much to characterize the structural and functional features of TTR during its aggregation processes. The present review focuses on discussing the recent advances of our understanding to the amyloidosis mechanism of TTR and to the structural features of its monomeric aggregation-prone state in solution. We expect that the present review provides novel insights to appreciate the molecular basis of TTR amyloidosis and to develop novel therapeutic strategies to treat diverse TTR-related diseases.
