This research deals with the implementation hydrodynamic (HD) lubrication system with an integration of multibodydynamics (MBD) in order to analyze bearing lubrication characteristics such as pressure distribution and oil film thickness dynamically. The HD solver developed newly will transmit force and torque data to MBD solver, and receive position and velocity data from it continuously. After an analysis, we will verify the result with existing commercial software. Moreover, other functions like adjusting size of mesh grid, setting oil hole & groove effects, and consideration of thrust force will be introduced.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of human resource development policies and practices on social capital and organizational performance. To serve the purpose, we focused on the effects of communities of practice (CoP) to social capital and suggested best practices of CoP from the aspect of social capital. Specifically, we considered new kinds of social capital such as social innovation capital and social integration capital as well as traditional social capital classified into structural, relational, and cognitive capital, Where, social innovation and social integration capital represent corporate's social capacity to innovate and corporate social responsibility (CSR). And then we conducted a multiple case study on Yuhan-Kimberly, POSCO, and HIRA. From the result, we identified that CoP activities have a positive effect on social capital and organizational performance.

For many reasons, SI(Systems Integration) projects can fail. Sometimes, they can result in considerable financial losses to the organizations that undertake them. These projects are abandoned or redirected. However, the cost of project abandonment or redirection can represent a tremendous waste of organizational resources. By managing failure factors carefully, project managers can prevent projects from failing. Types of project failure can be categorized into escalation and de-escalation. Project escalation is that, as projects progress, the project scopes keep increasing. Project de-escalation is that, as projects progress, the project scopes keep decreasing. This study examine relative importance of risk factors that cause project escalation and de-escalation.

In this paper, I tried to analyze the relationship between the market structure of teleommunicatin industry and market performance using Economides and Lehr's results considering composite goods methods. And I took three policy scenarios into account. First, government tires to implement the policy which divides the integrated monopoly into network operator and service provider, then invite competition to service part. Second, government tries to implement the policy which invite the competition to service part only. Third, government tries to implement the policy which invite the competition to integrated duopoly. I gained the best result in the third scenario. So we can conclude that Parallel vertical integration is the best market structure. I also specially checked the relationship between the market structure and service quality. I gained the best service quality in the third scenario. So we can conclude that Parallel Vertical Integration is also the best market structure with regard to the service quality.

The main intention of this paper is to develop and compare the algorithm based on finite element procedures for nonlinear transient dynamic analysis which has combined effects of material and geometric nonlinearities. Incremental equilibrium equations based on the principle of virtual work are derived by the finite element approach. For the elasto - plastic large deformation analysis of shells and the determination of the displacement-time configuration under time-varying loads, the explicit, implicit and combined explicit-implicit time integration algorithm is adopted. In the time structure is selected and the results are compared with each others. Isoparametric 8-noded quadrilateral curved elements are used for shell structure in the analysis and for geometrically nonlinear elastic behaviour, a total Lagrangian coordinate system was adopted. On the other hands, material nonlinearity is based on elasto-plastic models with Von-Mises yield criteria. Thus, the combined explicit-implicit time integration algorithm is benefit in general case of shell structure, which is the result of this paper.

[1] and [2] present an approach to diagnosing possible defects in the mechanical systems of a nuclear power plant. In this paper, by using a fault library as a database and training data, we develop a diagnostic algorithm 1) to decide whether an Air Operated Valve system is sound or not and 2) to identify the defect from which an Air-Operated Valve system suffers, if any. This algorithm is composed of three stages: a neural net stage, a non-neural net stage, and an integration stage. The neural net stage is a simple perceptron, a pattern-recognition module, using a neural net. The non-neural net stage is a simple pattern-matching algorithm, which translates the degree of matching into a corresponding number. The integration stage collects each output and makes a decision. We present a simulation result and confirm that the developed algorithm works accurately, if the input matches one in the database.

This paper examines to focus on General Strategy of e-logistics activity for SCM(Supply Chain Management) Build-up, especially the field service logistics Integration. And this research analyzes the case study (Business of Strategy Group Unit) Survey) involving effective logistics management that leads customer satisfaction, seeking to find out the key elements of competitive policy. Because problems arise from the differences between their goals and structures, which cause each sied to feel vulneralbe to opportunism or shirking of responsibilities by the other. The goal of a logistics system is to ensure that every family planning client always receives the contraceptives partner wants, and that they are in good condition and have not expired. In order to select, procure, and distribute the right Quantities of the right contraceptives, managers of the logistics system must keep informed of the rates of use of each contraceptive and of the Quantity of available supplies. As a result, We propose that a firm's e-logistics strategy is an important locus innovation and a crucial source of value creation for the firm its suppliers, partners, and customers.

Nonlinear finite element analyses of one dimensional consolidation problem were performed using an anisotropic hardening constitutive model. For the analyses, the anisotropic hardening elasto-plastic constitutive model based on the generalized isotropic hardening(GIH) rule was implemented into a nonlinear finite element analysis program, PLASTIC. In order to preserve the accuracy of the finite element solution for nonlinear problems, an implicit stress integration algorithm was employed. A consistent tangent moduli could also ensure the quadratic convergence of Newton's method. As a result, the nonlinear solution was accurately calculated and was converged to be asymptotically quadratic. In a consolidation problem, the relationship between load and settlement and between settlement and time vertical was analyzed comparing with results using the Cam-clay type model and the final consolidation settlement and the duration of primary consolidation could be evaluated rigorously using the GIH constitutive model.

In this paper, we suggest an XML Development Support(XDS) System as a good developing tool to solve the problems that related with the database integration, increased to the developing terms and costs when the developing of XML programming base on the web server. XDS System is designed for the purpose of easily coding the XML program, of simply changing the programming structure and of completely maintaining the program environment. According to the predefined policy, XDS System provides necessary informations such as tables, columns, or relational keys from Database for developer. The developer step by step selects or sets what he needs. And XDS System creates an XML Tree with the result of selected information. The XML Tree includes all information of making an XML Schema and some XML Stylesheet. XDS System creates an XML Schema for all clients and creates many XML Stylesheets for each client using the XML Tree.

The reactive ion etching (RIE) technology which enables nano-texturatization of surface is applied on monocrystalline silicon solar cell. The additional RIE process on alkalized textured surface further improves the blue response and short circuit current. Such parameter is characterized by surface reflectance and quantum efficiency measurement. By varying the RIE process time and matching the subsequent processes, the absolute efficiency gain of 0.13% is achieved. However, the result indicates potential efficiency gain could be higher due to process integration. The critical etch process time is discussed which minimizes both front surface reflectance and etching damage, considering the challenges of required system throughput in industry.
