The inside and outside of the country utilities considered that they focused energy and economic aspect for short-term in new environment change of restructure. but it need service reliability preservation and improvement countermeasure, that is no to use existent estimation method for reliability preservation. therefore, analyze the equipment failure rate for suitable reliability preservation through equipment failure rate analysis of power distribution r system and evaluated equipment that is composing power distribution system by the failure rate. This paper estimated failure causes and the TVFR(Time Varying Failure Rate) for main equipment that is composing power distribution system using Weibull distribution.

Automation tools for program analysis are needed in order to program understand and maintain, extract the characteristics of object-oriented program such as class name, member function and data member. In this paper, we carried out design and implementation of the automation tool for effective maintenance of object-oriented software. Being based on Reverse Engineering, this approach extracts class relationship information from C++ source code and generates object-oriented model of class diagram using UML as the standard object-oriented methodology. Therefore, this paper provides developers visualized including class information, definitions of classes, inheritance relationships, set relationships, and simple reference relationships. Finally in this paper, we propose a method that construct class relationship information to table in analysis state and make form of table construction to link form so tat developers can perform understanding and maintaining program efficiently. And this method enable to restructure and reuse in object-oriented model.

The purpose of this study is to restructure the 10th grade mathematics curriculum for teaching the function area under the computer environment using ‘Mathview’, which is a computer algebra system designed for exploring algebra dynamically. The instructional sequence of the function area was redesigned to highlight the functions and properties of the computer software. And, based on the newly designed sequence, this study develops the sample ‘teaching unit’ using Mathview. The basic principle of the materials is to encourage students to investigate mathematics by manipulate various experimental tasks by themselves or through group study. And, the draft of the sequence and teaching unit was reviewed by some mathematics teachers and revised through the feedback.

Live line work is well known for mending and maintenance of electrical power equipment. Nowadays needs of electric power supply quality require live line work In Korea, live line work is needed since 765kV transmission operation and restructure of electric power industry has changed. In other words, in case of suspension of power supply on the transmission is getting hard to keep up with efficiency of transmission operation, customer's confidence and generation-limited cost. Therefore live line work is very meaningful. As the condition of 765kV Transmission both bare hand and Helicopter live line technique must be used in moderation because of economic, geographical, environmental circumstances around steel tower.

This study is executed to find out necessities of park & open space management, its policy, its administrational structure, and personnel management. To get objective and basic materials for this study, conscious structure of practical level members in Seoul is analyzed by means of questionnaire sheet and ANOVA analysis. It is important to consider various related factors ; quality upgrading of management of park & open space, improvement of productivity, intensification of user service, and orientation of self administration. As a result, we should restructure the park system and policy in order to enhance recognition toward the necessities of park & open space. And we could suggest regional specialization of district autonomy area as an alternative strategy.

For last century, our country fast changed by development of industry but we justly looked away that cultural and natural environment that must preserve inside the change, and we sought quantitative growth. But consciousness about culture is rising now; thereby social request becomes strong that is improved cultural environment; and viewpoint is appearing which is thought heftily cultural environment of city. Important thing of them is the modern age architecture, but serious discord is happening in the current society that allows conservation and destruction of the modern age architecture. But, visible cultural asset such as the modern age architecture is value when it protected as the first time, When it was broken! , restoration or age architecture really necessary to us.

For restructure of korean power system, we needs research and development concerning RTP and Revenue Reconciliation. In these Implementations the real-time prices are updated at half-hourly or hourly intervals and in no case are the prices spatially differentiated. The implemented rates are based upon marginal generating costs with markups to account for system transmission and distribution costs or other revenue reconciliation needs. This paper analyzes how great is the impact of alternative price markup methods on measures of social welfare and customer responses. A case study and energy sales are also presented.

In this paper, we propose query restructure method which realizes not only to present the result from database in Web page but also to adapt user's browsing environments. Recently, wireless PDA (Personal Digital Assistant) and portable phone and terminals equipped with Web browser become very popular. Various browsers would be required to create the HTML which adapt to the user's browsing environment. We propose an adaptive data presentation system which is an extension of SQL which creates HTML pages dynamically adapting to the size of screen. In our proposed method, the three basic rules for the layout conversion are provided and applying these rules, an efficient layout conversion technique optimized to user environment is proposed. Moreover, we propose a standard for converting layouts and a layout optimization for adaptive conversion of layouts.

After Asian financial crisis hit the Korea, Korean government and Korean firms need to restructure their system. Specially financial sector has to renew its system. One way renew its system was adjust company's labor system. The forms of labor adjustment are external numerical flexibility, externalization, internal numerical flexibility, functional flexibility and wage flexibility. These five forms based on two big categories which are wage flexibility and employment flexibility. This study only focus on th effect of employment flexibility in financial sector in Korea. Employment flexibilities can be practice as employment adjustment. Also we concentrate on separation and re-accessors to other financial institute after the separation. The result shows that Korean financial sector are in the range of 10.78% and the job destruction rates are about 11.26%. During the period from year 1998 to year 2002, the numbers of accession has down about 30%. The logit statistical analysis for separation shows that demographical variables and the reasons of separation affected separation and reemployment.

Present monetary system is based on fallacies. The purpose of this article is to highlight the pitfalls in economic thinking. The article shows that this way of thinking leads to the creation of inflation which is the root of all evil. The analysis proceeds in different approach to the contemporary theory of money. An inflation- free monetary system is introduced. Monetary system is the set of mechanisms that controls money. In this broad sense, monetary system can be divided into three different systems. Each of them has different goal; National monetary system which aims to raise sufficient funds in order to reach an optimal level of output growth that maintains full employment and satisfies the economic requirements of the community. National redistribution system which aims to redistribute funds in order to sustain individuals at or above a specified material standard of living, and enable government to provide public services. International monetary system which aims to preserve rights of parties in foreign exchange transactions.
