Blue Print와 신뢰성 기법을 혼합한 고객만족도 향상에 관한 연구: 교육서비스 사례 (Customer Satisfaction Improvement by Combining the Blue Print and Reliability Technique: Education Service Case Study)

  • This paper applied the Blue Print and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) to education service in order to raise the education service satisfaction. First, the Blue Print is deployed to come up with strategies to overcome the fail possibility point and waiting point. Next, in order to analyze the fail factors and alternative strategies, the Blue Print of education service is applied to FMEA. The results are as follows; first, the ommission from information document by web-mail or e-mail, Second, thing that selected in spite of company uneducated, thing that omitted despite the company is target, and the unsatisfaction of attendee about training contents. Third, the delay of counsel at the telephone reply, erroneous list of course name and attendee at HRD (Human Resource Development), omission of check whether attends or not. Except for unsatisfaction of attendee, all appears at the process that service delivered. And the unsatisfaction of attendee is about education contents. Both is the factor which have influence on the education service quality. The strategies to remove the failure mode are training and manual development on service and work, a thorough management and check of information system like as ERP (Enterprise Resoure Planning), HRD, education institution list DB (Data Base), on-line application system, a development of education program to offer best education that reflect the user needs and continuously changing environment.

드림스타트 사업 평가지표의 신뢰도와 변별력 측정 (An Analysis of Reliability and Discrimination Power on Evaluation Criteria of Dream Start Services)

  • 본 논문은 드림스타트 사업평가에 사용된 평가지표가 '평가분야 및 영역별 신뢰도가 있는지'와 '평가지표별 변별력이 있는지'를 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 살펴보기 위하여 2018년 드림스타트 사업운영 평가를 받은 126개 시군구의 평가 자료를 바탕으로 실증적인 분석을 하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 평가영역별 신뢰도를 살펴본 결과, 기본구성, 통합사례관리, 서비스 운영의 평가지표에 대한 신뢰도가 .6 이상으로 하위 평가지표들이 상위 평가분야와 같은 개념으로 볼 수 있는 최소기준을 충족하였다. 그러나 자원 개발 및 연계 분야는 신뢰도가 낮게 파악되었다. 평가영역별로 보면, 통합사례관리 분야에서 사례관리 과정에 대한 하위 평가지표의 신뢰도는 높았으나 기본구성 분야에서 사업운영 체계, 전담조직 및 인력을 확인하는 평가지표간의 신뢰도가 낮았고, 사례회의, 서비스 운영을 확인할 수 있는 하위 지표 간의 신뢰도가 낮게 나타났다. 둘째, 평가지표별 변별력을 측정한 결과, 28개 지표 중 18개 지표는 변별력이 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 반면 10개 지표는 변별력이 낮은 것으로 나타났다.

생물자원 전통지식 추출을 위한 델파이조사의 신뢰성 연구 (Reliability of Delphi survey for traditional knowledge on agricultural resources)

  • 본 연구는 문헌 및 현장에서 얻은 생물자원지식들의 가치를 평가하기 위해 전문가들을 대상으로 실시한 델파이 조사 (Delphi method)의 신뢰성을 평가하였다. 델파이조사는 전문가들이 다른 사람의 의견과 관계없이 독립적으로 전문성 있는 평가를 내린 다음에 다음 단계에서 다른 전문가들의 의견을 참고하며 자신의 의견을 수정하는 절차를 갖는다. 본 연구에서는 문헌에서 얻은 전통지식 100건, 현장에서 취득한 지식 100건 등, 모두 200건을 우선 선정한 후 전문가 6인을 선정하여 각 지식의 가치에 대하여 두 차례 평가하도록 하였다. 그 결과 두 차례의 평가점수는 연관성이 매우 높으면서 2차에서는 다른 전문가들의 의견을 수용해 어느 정도 자체수정이 발생하여 각 문항에 대한 평가점수의 표준편차가 줄어들었다. 본 조사의 신뢰성 (reliability)을 파악하기 위해 일반적인 신뢰도 계수인 크론바하 알파와 함께 일반화가능도 (generalizability) 계수를 구하였다. 이 두 신뢰도 분석을 통해 2차 평가 후 평가의 신뢰도가 상승하여 전문가에 의한 델파이 조사의 신뢰도가 매우 높다는 사실을 지지하였으나 일반화 가능도 분석 결과를 해석하는 과정에서 다른 결과를 유추할 수 있었다. 신뢰도계수가 증가하였음에도 불구하고 평가자간의 편차는 증가하여 신뢰도가 높아진 것은 평가가 상향되고 평균에 회귀하는 경향으로 잔차변동이 줄어서이지 평가자간의 의견수렴이 이루어진 결과로 볼 수는 없다는 사실이었다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 신뢰도 계수와 함께 평가자 간의 분산을 파악하여 델파이조사의 추가적인 단계 (round)가 필요함을 제시하였다.

프랜차이즈 모기업 핵심역량 자원이 가맹점 관계결속과 재계약의도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Core Competence and Resource Sharing on the Relational Bond among Franchisees and on Re-contract Intention in the Franchising Parent Companies)

  • Purpose - The domestic franchise industry has made significant contributions to industry such as investment, employment, and community economy development, facilitating growth potential. The franchise industry provides management knowhow transfer between parent companies and franchisees as per contracts addressing use of business signs, franchisees' independent position, franchisor support, and royalties to be paid to the franchisors. However, many franchisors lack management knowhow and provide insufficient support because of poor control of franchisees and not having a systematic approach to support. This results in dissatisfied franchisees and failure to establish long-term relationships. Few studies have examined relational commitment and/or re-contract intention by support resources between franchisors and franchisees, despite a considerable output of theories and studies of the growth of the franchise industry. The purpose of this study, therefore, was to examine the effects of the ability to provide resources on relational commitments and re-contract intention, and to suggest causal relationships and implications. Research design, data, and methodology - The subject was domestic franchisors registered with the Association of Franchise with more than 50 franchisees. Franchisees under contract for 2 years and considering re-contract of their franchise 2 years later were used. The subjects totaled 300 franchisees in Seoul. A questionnaire survey was used to investigate the subject of franchisees' concessions during the 10 days from November 21, 2013 to November 30, 2013. After excluding 16 surveys with poor answers, 284 responses were finally used. Four areas and 44 questions were used. A nominal scale was used for four common characteristics questions including gender, ages, educational background, and franchise managing time. Questions regarding ability, relational commitment, and re-contract intention made use of a Likert 5-point scale. Data coding and data cleaning were used. SPSS 18.0 was used as follows. First, frequency analysis was done to investigate demographic characteristics. Second, exploratory factor analysis was done to verify validity of testing tools, and Cronbach's α coefficient was used to verify reliability. Third, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were done. An exploratory factor analysis was done to verify validity of concepts. A correlation analysis was done to test relationships between the variables, and multiple regression analysis was done to verify franchisor's ability, franchisees' relational commitment, and re-contract intention. Results - The following were the outcomes. First, store operation management, finance operation management, and human resource management affected the calculated bond. Second, store operation management and finance operation management affected the emotional bond. Third, store operation management, finance operation management, human resource management, and marketing management affected the prescriptive bond. Fourth, calculated bond and prescriptive bond had an effect on re-contract intention. Conclusions - As stated above, in franchise management, parent companies' offer and instruction of core competence to their franchisees as an information resource could improve the relational bond by helping them grow together through the resource sharing. Consequently, core competence factors were promoting factors that could improve franchisees' re-contract intention for a long time.

The Effects of Environment-conscious Consumer Attitudes towards Eco-friendly Product and Artificial Leather Fashion Product Purchase Intentions

  • This research examines the environmental consciousness of fashion consumer attitudes towards eco-friendly products and artificial leather purchase intentions. The survey was conducted from March 11 to March 15 2012 and all respondents had at least once experience of purchasing fashion items made of artificial leather. A total of 426 subjects were used in the dataset; the statistical analysis methods were frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis and multiple analysis. The results are as follows. The study finds that environmental consciousness has three dimensions of public participation, resource conservation, and recycling. Public participation, recycling, and resource conservation influenced eco-friendly product attitudes. Eco-friendly product attitudes influenced artificial leather purchase intentions. The research results show that appropriate plans in fashion business such as usefulness of design and business value will need to be provided to fashion consumers. Detailed information on materials related to fashion products as the content of environment-friendly techniques and recycling methods will help consumers to evaluate environmental-friendly attitude products.

내부브랜딩 수행수준 평가 도구 개발 및 국내 자생 호텔과 다국적 호텔의 내부브랜딩 수행수준 차이 분석 (Development of Internal Branding Performance Measure and Analysis on the Difference of Internal Branding Performances between Local and International Hotels)

  • The purposes of this study were to develop a tool for assessing internal branding performance and to identify the difference of internal branding performance between local and international hotels. The internal branding performance measure was developed through literature studies and face-to-face in-depth interviews with managers in various departments of 5 deluxe hotels. The questionnaires were distributed to 460 employees in food and beverage departments of 11 deluxe hotels in Seoul, and a total of 398 questionnaires were used for analysis ($86.5\%$). The statistical analyses were completed using SPSS Win (12.0) for descriptive analysis, reliability analysis and t-test, and AMOS (5.0) for confirmatory factor analysis. The results of this study showed that the measure developed in this study was reliable and valid for assessing internal branding performances of hotels. In addition, the internal branding performances of hotels were high at understanding of brand dimensions and relatively low at work and organizational culture and human resource management dimensions, and local hotels showed lower levels of performance than international hotels at the dimensions of work and organizational culture (t = -3.801, P < 0.001) and human resource management(t = -5.397, p < 0.001). In conclusion, it is considered that a strong internal branding strategy should be established for successful brand management, and the practical measure for internal branding performance would be a key factor.

정보시스템 평가지표 개발에 관한 실증적 연구 : 공공부문을 중심으로 (An Empirical Study on Development of IS Evaluation Indices : In Case of Public Sectors)

  • In this research, the comprehensive evaluation model of IS(information systems) for public sectors is theoretically constructed through reviewing and integrating previous IS evaluation-related research. This model is hypothesized to consist of five sectors(System Sector, User Sector, Organization and Management Sector, Resource Management Sector and Strategic Contribution Sector), ten evaluation items belonging to these five evaluation sectors, and sixty two evaluation indices for these ten evaluation items. The results of empirical analyses to test the validity of the research model show that the evaluation sectors turn out to be the same ones as proposed in the hypothetical model. The evaluation items(System Quality, Information Quality, Service Quality) in System Sector proves to be consistent with the hypothetical model. However, in case of User Sector, two evaluation items(Perceived Usefulness and User Satisfaction) which are included in the hypothetical model are found to be merged into one item(User Satisfaction). And, it is shown that four evaluation items such as the Efficiency of Internal Process, Customer Satisfaction, Organizational Innovation, and the Degree of Informatization competence improvement are included in Organization and Management Sector, differently from the research model in which the items, Organizational innovation and the Degree of Informatization competence improvement, are not divided. As a final result, sixty two evaluation indices that comprise all the evaluation items belonging to five sectors are found to be reduced to fifty seven ones through factor analyses, criterion-related validity tests and reliability analyses.

  • 어구용 폐스티로폼을 자원으로 활용할 수 있도록 하기 위하여 세정과 건조공정을 도입하여 감용하는 장치를 자체 개발하였으며, 시스템을 폐스티로폼 발생 지자체에 설치하여 설비의 운전 신뢰성을 확인하였다. 굴피 및 홍합피 등의 이물질을 완벽하게 제거하고 해수에 포함된 염분을 육상에서 발생되는 스티로폼 수준까지 낮춤으로써 어구용 폐스티로폼은 플라스틱의 원료로 탈바꿈할 수 있었으며, 종래의 처리 방법에 비해 1/10수준에 불과한 비용으로 어구용 폐스티로폼의 처리가 가능하도록 함으로써 설비의 설치나 운영에 따르는 경제성 문제를 해결하고자 하였다.

  • 인터넷 정보량의 과잉 문제는 이용자에게 많은 제약을 야기 시키고 있다. 이용자들은 정보탐색 및 검색도구로써 인터넷을 사용할 때에 정보 요구, 기술 수준 또는 교육적 배경과 관계없이 정보량, 탐색, 품질, 그리고 신뢰의 문제들에 직면하고 있다. 고품질의 웹정보자원을 이용자에게 제공하는 웹학술정보 주제게이트웨이는 이러한 문제점들에 대한 해결책의 하나이다. 본 연구는 국외 웹학술정보 주제게이트웨이 서비스들의 설립 및 운영상에 나타난 특징들을 살펴보고, 웹학술정보 주제게이트웨이 서비스를 설립 운영하는데 고려해야할 사항들을 파악한다.

유자녀 맞벌이 부부의 다차원적 일-가족 전이 척도 개발 (Development a multidimensional assessment scale for work-family spillover in working couples with children)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop and validate a scale for the multidimensional assessment of work-family spillover in working couples with children. The subjects of this study were working wives and husbands with children in Daegu. Two surveys were administered, eliciting 243 respondents and 227 respondents, respectively. Then a series of tests were run to analyze the data, including item-to-total correlation, Cramer's V coefficients, item discrimination, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, and exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis. The results yielded that, first, a preliminary 102 items were developed on the basis of the literature review, and this was narrowed down to 72 items selected with the help of experts. Through preliminary, primary and secondary survey analysis, the scale for the multidimensional assessment of work-family spillover was developed and validated, with a 36 items scale, 18 items for work to family spillover and 18 items for family to work spillover. Furthermore, the scale constructed three spillover processes - time interference, energy depletion, and psychological distraction - and consisted of four different domains of family life into which spillover occurs - namely marital relationship, parent-child relationship, leisure, and housework. The internal reliability was evaluated to show a confidence range of .85 ~.92 for each factor.
