For the problems in executing rural development, recent recognitions are that discovery, preservation, and utilization of area-unique resource are unsatisfactory, that participation of local residents was neglected, and that approach to gradual refurbishment of houses and common space of town in consideration of existing spatial pattern of the town was not adequate. Especially, neglect for exact investigation, analysis and evaluation on rural local resources is bringing about social problems such as mass production of uniform rural area and loss of local identity. In this study, rural resources were listed and resource evaluation items was designed in order to establish development direction of rural village. According to these results, for the efficient and reasonable drive of the resource evaluation system, following items are required; A premise of local development by participation of local people, Development of diversely appliable resource evaluation clauses, Establishment of development type in connection with resource evaluation clauses, Systematic management of local resource through spreading DB resource. This research was loused on unearthing direction development of rural village and theme. However, what should be reconsidered through continuous study is that resource evaluation clauses are somewhat general and not concretely illustrated. Therefore establishment of characterized development is expected through clarifying local identity and presenting direction of local development, with the importance of resource and systematic analysis in planning on rural village in the future.

우리나라는 절대적인 정보량의 부족, 지방대 정보 격차 등의 문제 뿐 아니라, 외국 정보원에 대한 절대적 의존 현상을 보이고 있어, 대학간 원활한 학술정보 공유가 절실한 상황이다. 정보 공유에 대한 의식을 제고하고 대학의 자발적 노력을 유도하기 위해서는 학술정보 공유 기여도에 대한 평가 체제가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 국내 대학도서관의 학술정보 공유 현황을 분석하곤 공유 사업 내용을 기반으로 한 기여도 평가 항목 및 배점을 제시하였다. 또한 학술정보 공유 기여도를 기존 대학 평가 체제에 편입시키거나 또는 독립적으로 운영하기 위한 방안을 제시하였다.

The balanced scorecard has drawn attention from many researchers in various fields since its appearance in 1992. It became a norm for performance evaluation framework in many areas, such as marketing, information system evaluation, strategic planning, etc. Centered in the large companies in Korea, the balanced scorecard has been popularly used as a performance evaluation tool for human resource management. Now we Question its applicability to performance evaluation tool even in small business. This study tried to apply the balanced scorecard in developing an information system for performance evaluation in a small business. The study showed that the balanced scorecard can be nicely used in small business as a performance evaluation tool. The process of developing an information system is described in detail. The practitioners are to obtain a lot of insights in designing their human resource management systems from the study results.

Many telecommunication operators around the world have multiple networks. The networks run by each operator are always of different generations, such as 2G and 3G or even 4G systems. Each system has unique characters and specified requirements for optimal operation. It brings about resource allocation problem among these networks for the operator, because the budget of each operator is limited. However, the evaluation of resource allocation among various networks under each operator is missing for long, not to mention resource allocation optimization. The operators are dying for an algorithm to end their blind resource allocation, and the Resource Allocation Optimization Algorithm for Multi-network Operator (RAOAMO) proposed in this paper is what the operators want. RAOAMO evaluates and optimizes resource allocation in the view of overall cost for each operator. It outputs a resource distribution target and corresponding optimization suggestion. Evaluation results show that RAOAMO helps operator save overall cost in various cases.

이 연구의 목적은 조직의 성과 향상과 개인의 성장을 추구하는 인재개발에서 사이버 기반의 교육 프로그램에 대한 개선과 계속성 여부 등 의사결정에 관련한 유용한 가치 판단을 위하여 필요한 정보를 획득, 기술, 제공하는 과정에서 활용할 수 있는 과정중심 평가준거를 개발하는 데 있었다. 이 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 문헌고찰 등 이론적 탐색과 내용분석법 적용을 통하여 인재개발 사이버 교육 프로그램의 과정중심 평가준거를 4개 차원, 13개 대영역, 29개 하위영역, 125개 평가문항으로 도출하였다. 둘째, 도출한 평가준거에 대하여 세 차례의 델파이 조사를 통하여 4개 차원, 13개 대영역, 29개 하위영역, 93개 평가문항을 최종 개발하였다. 셋째, 개발된 평가준거의 내용타당도 비율(CVR)은 .31~1.00으로 나타났으며 합의도는 .75이상, 수렴도는 .5이하로 나타나 개발한 평가문항이 타당한 것으로 확인하였다. 이러한 평가문항의 신뢰도 Cronbach's ${\alpha}$는 .980으로 나타나 내적일치도가 만족스러우며 신뢰도는 높은 것으로 나타났다.

Aiming at the problem of service reliability in resource reservation in cloud computing environments, a model of dynamic cloud resource reservation based on trust is proposed. A domain-specific cloud management architecture is designed in which resources are divided into different management domains according to the types of service for easier management. A dynamic resource reservation mechanism (DRRM) is used to test users' reservation requests and reserve resources for users. According to user preference, several resources are chosen to be candidate resources by fuzzy cluster analysis. The fuzzy evaluation method and a two-way trust evaluation mechanism are adopted to improve the availability and credibility of the model. An analysis and simulation experiments show that this model can increase the flexibility of resource reservation and improve user satisfaction.

The purpose of this study is to develop the assessment category, items, a detail standard for environmentally friendly evaluation on the school. and to analyze the plan to improve the level of certification criteria on the School's water resource and environmental pollution. The results of this study brings on promoted environmentally friendly appreciation, resource con servation, reduction of contaminant, accordance in and around building, etc. For this purpose, analysis of domestic and foreign environmental friendly architectural citation screening system-BREEAM (1991), LEED 2.0(2001) etc.-was preceded, and through interview, survey and forum with professional group, developed evaluation item was verified and reappraised. Developed evaluation item were composed of 40 schools about water resource and environmental pollution.

The purpose of this study is to find the differences between the husband's and wife's satisfaction of home life. This study is also to compare and analyze some empirical influence on life satisfaction of husband and wife according to home socio-demographic variables and subjective evaluation of economic level including their perception levels of home economics circumstance. The major results are as follows; 1. The husband's score of life satisfaction shows signifcantly more than wife's score that is his score is 3.36 and her score is 3.19. 2. The variables which affect couple's life satisfaction are the perception of resource adequacy the perception of the adequacy of household income, the evaluation level of resource contribution and the perception of level of living relative to others. The most influential variable of the husband is the perception of resource adequacy, while the most influential variable of the sife is the evaluation level of resource contribution. 3. The result of the relative contribution for the variables of life satisfaction are as follows. The explanation of husband's sociodemographic variable is 11.5% if variable of subjective evaluation of economic level is added the explain power is 34.1%(increase, 22.6% (p<0.001)) The explanation of wife's socio-demographic variable is 9.8% If variable of subjective evaluation of economic level is added the explanation is 41.2% (increase 31.4% (p<0.001)).

미래 신 성장동력이며 융합산업의 핵심 도메인인 IT 산업은 타 산업과의 융합을 통하여 국가 발전의 기반이 되는 산업이지만, IT 고급인력의 부족 현상은 지방과 수도권에 한정되지 않고 지속되고 있다. 그러나, 그간의 연구들은 포괄적인 인력양성에 대한 연구가 주를 이루고 있으며, 사업수행 지역의 특성화를 이룰 수 있는 인력양성 정책에 대한 성과분석에 대한 연구들은 미흡한 실정이다. 이에 따라, 지역의 IT 고급 인력을 양성하여 IT 융합을 기반으로 지역산업을 활성화하고 이를 통하여 지역을 발전시키기 위한 제도적 개선방안에 대한 필요성이 나타나고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 지역의 IT 인력양성 활성화를 위하여 지역 기반 인력양성사업의 IT 분야 성과분석을 통하여 제도개선방안을 설계하고자 한다.

Several studies are being carried out to develop the reliable methods for the gas hydrate resource evaluation around the world. In this study, some case studies and investigations on the resource assesment of several advanced research teams were tried and then detail information on the evaluation scheme and technology of each team and nation are explained and analyzed for the future study and development. On top of that, main concepts and major parameters which can affect the quantity of assessment are examined and arranged for applying to our Donghae gas hydrate field case. Finally, the major concepts and methodology for this evaluation are brought forth and a schematic diagram for the main steps are come up with as well.
