유우에 oxytetracycline 및 sulfadimethoxine sodium 투여 후 혈청내 잔류함량 변화추이 (Changes of residual concentration in serum of the dairy cattle after administration of oxytetracycline and sulfadimethoxine sodium)

  • In order to know the depletive changes of sulfadimethoxine and oxytetracycline residues in se겨m of dairy cattle intramusculally administered with sulfadimethoxine sodium(SDS) and oxytetracycline(OTC), the concentration of sulfadimethoxine and oxyteracycline was measured in serum of dairy cattle with using high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). SDS and OTC was intramuscularlly administrated to dairy cattle at the rate of 10mg/kg(SDS) and 10mg/kg(OTC) body weight(recommended therapeutic dose) once to four dairy cattle. There were investigated the depletive changes of the sulfadimethoxine and oxytetracycline in serum of dairy cattle at the time 2, 4, 8 hours, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th day after administration SMS and OTC, respectively. The results obtained were summarized as follows; 1. After intramuscularlly administration of the SMS, the mean concentrations of sulfamethazine in serum according to the time lapsed were showed 33.964 $\pm$ 4.435ppm at the 4 hours after withdrawal of medicated sulfadimethoxine sodium. And gradually according to the time lapsed, the concentrations of sulfadimethoxine residues in serum were significantly (p<.05) decreased 6.596 $\pm$ 3.402 ppm at 1st day, 0.217 $\pm$ 0.119 ppm at 3rd day and 0.057 $\pm$ 0.032 ppm at 4th day, respectively. 2. The mean residual concentration of OTC in serum according to the time lapsed after intramuscularly administration OTC were showed 0.743 $\pm$ 0.368ppm at the 8 hours. And gradually according to the time lapsed, the mean concentrations of OTC residues in serum of dairy cattle were significantly(p<.05) decreased such as 0.057 $\pm$ 0.047ppm at 3rd day and 0.039 $\pm$ 0.016ppm at the 5th day, respectively. In conclusion, this study could be suggested the relationship between administrated period, sulfonamides and tetracycline residual aspects in serum, and the importance of observing ceasing period of antibiotic drugs before forwarding livestocks to slaughter, Thus, this results would be able to be used the basic index for prevention of sulfonamides and tetracycline residues in dairy breedings.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analysis pattern of nonconforming farmers who is one of the factors of unconformity in residual pesticides. Methods: Pattern analysis of nonconforming farmers were analyzed through convergence of safety data and farmer's DB data. Exploratory data analysis and association rule analysis were used for extracting factors related to unconformity. Results: The results of this study are as follows; regarding the exploratory data analysis, it was found that factors of farmers influencing unconformity in residual pesticides by total 9 factors; sampling time, gender, age, cultivation region, farming career, agricultural start form, type of agriculture, cultivation area, classification of agricultural products. Regarding the association rule analysis, non-conformity association rules were found over the past three years. There was a difference in the pattern of nonconforming farmers depending on the cultivation period. Conclusion: Exploratory data analysis and association rule analysis will be useful tools to establish more efficient and economical safety management plan for agricultural products.

Performance Analysis of GNSS Residual Error Bounding for QZSS CLAS

  • The State Space Representation (SSR) method provides individual corrections for each Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) error components. This method can lead to less bandwidth for transmission and allows selective use of each correction. Precise Point Positioning (PPP) - Real-Time Kinematic (RTK) is one of the carrier-based precise positioning techniques using SSR correction. This technique enables high-precision positioning with a fast convergence time by providing atmospheric correction as well as satellite orbit and clock correction. Currently, the positioning service that supports PPP-RTK technology is the Quazi-Zenith Satellite System Centimeter Level Augmentation System (QZSS CLAS) in Japan. A system that provides correction for each GNSS error component, such as QZSS CLAS, requires monitoring of each error component to provide reliable correction and integrity information to the user. In this study, we conducted an analysis of the performance of residual error bounding for each error component. To assess this performance, we utilized the correction and quality indicators provided by QZSS CLAS. Performance analyses included the range domain, dispersive part, non-dispersive part, and satellite orbit/clock part. The residual root mean square (RMS) of CLAS correction for the range domain approximated 0.0369 m, and the residual RMS for both dispersive and non-dispersive components is around 0.0363 m. It has also been confirmed that the residual errors are properly bounded by the integrity parameters. However, the satellite orbit and clock part have a larger residual of about 0.6508 m, and it was confirmed that this residual was not bounded by the integrity parameters. Users who rely solely on satellite orbit and clock correction, particularly maritime users, thus should exercise caution when utilizing QZSS CLAS.

Risk-based optimum repair planning of corroded reinforced concrete structures

  • Civil engineering infrastructure is aging and requires cost-effective maintenance strategies to enable infrastructure systems operate reliably and sustainably. This paper presents an approach for determining risk-cost balanced repair strategy of corrosion damaged reinforced concrete structures with consideration of uncertainty in structural resistance deterioration. On the basis of analytical models of cover concrete cracking evolution and bond strength degradation due to reinforcement corrosion, the effect of reinforcement corrosion on residual load carrying capacity of corroded reinforced concrete structures is investigated. A stochastic deterioration model based on gamma process is adopted to evaluate the probability of failure of structural bearing capacity over the lifetime. Optimal repair planning and maintenance strategies during the service life are determined by balancing the cost for maintenance and the risk of structural failure. The method proposed in this study is then demonstrated by numerical investigations for a concrete structure subjected to reinforcement corrosion. The obtained results show that the proposed method can provide a risk cost optimised repair schedule during the service life of corroded concrete structures.

Analytical model of corrosion-induced cracking of concrete considering the stiffness of reinforcement

  • The structural deterioration of concrete structures due to reinforcement corrosion is a major worldwide problem. Service life of the age-degraded concrete structures is governed by the protective action provided by the cover concrete against the susceptibility of the reinforcement to the corrosive environment. The corrosion of steel would result in the various corrosion products, which depending on the level of the oxidation may have much greater volume than the original iron that gets consumed by the process of corrosion. This volume expansion would be responsible for exerting the expansive radial pressure at the steel-concrete interface resulting in the development of hoop tensile stresses in the surrounding cover concrete. Once the maximum hoop tensile stress exceeds the tensile strength of the concrete, cracking of cover concrete would take place. The cracking begins at the steel-concrete interface and propagates outwards and eventually resulting in the through cracking of the cover concrete. The cover cracking would indicate the loss of the service life for the corrosion-affected structures. In the present paper, analytical models have been developed considering the residual strength of the cracked concrete and the stiffness provided by the combination of the reinforcement and expansive corrosion products. The problem is modeled as a boundary value problem and the governing equations are expressed in terms of the radial displacement. The analytical solutions are presented considering a simple 2-zone model for the cover concrete viz. cracked or uncracked. A sensitivity analysis has also been carried out to show the influence of the various parameters of the proposed models. The time to cover cracking is found to be function of initial material properties of the cover concrete and reinforcement plus corrosion products combine, type of rust products, rate of corrosion and the residual strength of the cover concrete. The calculated cracking times are correlated against the published experimental and analytical reference data.

HDRE: Coverage Hole Detection with Residual Energy in Wireless Sensor Networks

  • Coverage completeness is an important indicator for quality of service in wireless sensor networks (WSN). Due to limited energy and diverse working conditions, the sensor nodes have different lifetimes which often cause network holes. Most of the existing methods expose large limitation and one-sidedness because they generally consider only one aspect, either coverage rate or energy issue. This paper presents a novel method for coverage hole detection with residual energy in randomly deployed wireless sensor networks. By calculating the life expectancy of working nodes through residual energy, we make a trade-off between network repair cost and energy waste. The working nodes with short lifetime are screened out according to a proper ratio. After that, the locations of coverage holes can be determined by calculating the joint coverage probability and the evaluation criteria. Simulation result shows that compared to those traditional algorithms without consideration of energy problem, our method can effectively maintain the coverage quality of repaired WSN while enhancing the life span of WSN at the same time.

  • 현재 ATM Forum과 ITU 등에서는 전체 링크 대역폭을 활용하기 위해서 ABR 트래픽을 정의하고, 이를 서비스하기 위한 2 패스 서비스 정책을 제안하고 있다. 2 패스 서비스 정책은 사용 대역폭을 실시간적으로 측정할 수 있어야 효과적이며, 잔여 대역폭 정보를 이용하여 동적으로 rate를 할당하므로 다중화 이득의 극대화와 동시에 효과적인 ABR 트래픽 제어를 수행할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 ATM 네트워크에서 가용 대역폭 정보를 이용하여 동적으로 rate를 할당하는 트래픽 제어 알고리즘으로 ABR 트래픽 제어에 있어서 실시간적으로 대역폭을 예측할 수 있는 방법을 제안한다. 또한 계수기를 사용하여 단위 시간동안 전송되는 셀 수를 계수하여 가용 대역폭 정보를 예측하지 않고, 전체 링크 대역폭과 현재 backlogged 상태에 있는 접속의 전송 속도 총합을 계산하여 가용 대역폭을 예측하므로서 하드웨어적인 구조를 간단화 시킬 수 있다.

광어에서 Cephalexin의 잔류 소실에 관한 연구 (Residue Depletion of Cephalexin in the Flounder (Paralichthys olivaceus))

  • The objective of this study was to investigate the residue depletion of cephaalexin in the flounder (Paralichthys olivaceus) after multiple oral administrations and to establish the appropriate withdrawal time for edible tissues. A highly sensitive and specific method for the determination of cephalexin in the serum of flounder by LC/MS was developed and validated. Mean recoveries from serum were 87.2% (ranged from 81.2% to 94.5%) for cepalexin. Recovery and precision met the criteria for the guideline of residual analysis of veterinary drugs by the National Veterinary Research and Quarantine Service (NVRQS) in Korea. The limit of detection and limit of quantitation of cephalexin were 10 ng/ml and 50 ng/ml, respectively. Residual levels of cephalexin in muscle samples were estimated with 95% tolerance limit and 95% confidence to fall below the MRL after a withdrawal time of 4 days and 5 days for the 40 and 160 mg/kg/day, respectively.

차세대 컨버전스서비스 핵심불확실성요인 도출에 관한 분석 (Deduction for Key Uncertainty Factors for the Next-generation Convergence Service)

  • 본 연구는 차세대 컨버전스서비스를 대상으로 고객, 기술, 사업자, 규제의 4대 이슈별로 환경 불확실성요인을 규명하고, 이들 환경 불확실성요인 중 특히 핵심이 되는 불확실성 요인을 도출하였다. 이어 도출된 핵심불확실성요인(KUF: Key Uncertainty Factor)을 중심으로 환경의 잔여불확실성 수준에 대한 평가를 시나리오 플래닝에 의해 실시하고, 이를 기반으로 차세대 컨버전스서비스의 진입전략 수립을 위한 방향을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 차세대 컨버전스서비스 사업의 불확실성 평가 및 진입 시나리오 구성에 대한 연구결과를 종합하면 다음과 같다. 2가지 잔여 불확실성 수준(선택 가능한 미래 수준, 예측 범위의 미래 수준)의 6개 시나리오를 대상으로 각각의 전략적 속성을 평가한 결과 시장 진입의 성공 요소로 2가지 핵심성공요인(KSF: Key Success Factor)을 도출하였다. 즉, 고객수요추세, 광고규제 완화를 핵심성공요인(KSF: Key Success Factor)으로 도출하였으며, 이를 토대로 4가지 전략적 시나리오 유형 및 각 시나리오 별 요구되는 사업자 대응역량에 대한 방향성을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 컨버전스 시장의 활성화는 물론 관련 사업자의 자원의 효율적 배분, 진입형태, 진입 적정시기 등 진입전략 수립에 많은 시사점을 제공할 것이다.
