  • Recently, Cooling tower are used the necessary element in a residential area and living space on the viewpoint of indoor temperature control. The purpose of this study is to assistance the comfortable environment and economical measures of noise transmission mechanism on tile cooling tower. The results show that noise evaluation interact the main factor of distance reduction and diffraction reduction. Noise criterion apply to the NC level and equivalent transmission loss about already the design of noise reduction.

  • 본 연구는 부산지역 영구임대주택의 주거환경 수준 평가 분석을 목적으로 수행한다. 영구임대주택 정책은 무주택자, 특히 도시지역의 저소득 거주자들을 위한 특별한 방법 중 하나이다. 주거환경에는 그것을 구성하는 여러 요인이 있음에도 불구하고, 정부에서는 단지 물리적인 공간만을 제공하는 한계에 봉착했다. 그래서 영구임대주택의 불만족 등을 개선하기 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 하고자, 부산도시공사에서 관리하는 영구임대주택 거주자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 이 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 영구임대주택 만족도에 월임대료, 관리비등의 관리적 특성들은 거의 영향을 미치지 못 하였고, 거실 방 등의 위치 및 화장실 시설, 통근거리, 조망권, 놀이터 등이 영향을 미쳤다. 주민생활 특성 중에는 청소상태, 고성방가 발생 정도, 주민들과의 친밀도, 방법시설 등이 유의하게 나타났다. 따라서 앞으로 정부는 최신 기술을 최대한 활용하여 영구임대주택 거주자의 편의를 도모하되, 경제적으로 부담이 되지 않을 수준으로 적용하는 것이 중요하다는 것을 인식해야 할 것이다.

공동주택 주거환경의 어메니티 중요인자에 관한 연구 (The Study on the Important Factors of the Amenity in Multi-Family Housing Estates)

  • The residents, living in multi-family housing, prefer to have healthy and natural outdoor environmental for better human and environment quality. Thus, providing the high qulity of amenity has become a popular word in site planning and housing developments field. However, the scope and definition of amenity have not yet clearly identified and it becomes and issue in planning and development field. The purpose of this study isto examine and to evaluate the amenity and its implicationi for site planning so that analysis methods such as to interview and survey with residents were carried out. The results of this study are summarized below; The amenity of residential environment means total environmental quality to the residents in a broad sense. Abundent green environment would be very important factor to increase the amenity of residential environment so that the expansion of green field would improve the quality of multifamily housing. The expansion of green environment and biotope was the most important factor to increase the symbiosis system between residents and outdoor environment. And the amenity should be conformed to the certain standand of environmental quality and the high quality of amenity would be increased significantly in the future for residental developments. Thus, it should be accomplished by preparing practical methods in means of discriminative strategy products planning principle.

거주자의 만족도에 근거한 농촌 문화마을의 계획방향 (The Planning Directions corresponding to Satisfaction of Residents on Housing Environment in Rural Munhwa-Mauel)

  • The objective of this dissertation is to provide appropriate planning guidelines making on Munwha-Mauel. This study carries out the investigation on rural housing environment conditions and conducts the subjective evaluation by residents about the conditions. Both a field survey and a questionnaire survey are used for the study. The evaluation of housing environment are based on safety, health, efficiency, amenity, and local community. The concepts suggested by WHO are adjusted for the study. Eight villages were selected comprising of two newly built, four expanded, and two renovated. As a results of this study, residents´ satisfaction about the housing environment is categorized by the village type, whether a resident works on agriculture, and the residential backgrounds The results show evident differences. Important variables which affect the overall satisfaction are the interactions among the residents, the living convenience. Planning guidelines on Munwha-Mauel are suggested to based on the results.

  • In this paper, the architecture for the residential gateway is designed for the traffic statistics of home environment. The suitability of 10 Mbps power line communication is investigated for the control and the video data distribution through simulation. The design issues are discussed for a residential gateway and the network design that is based on the power line communication is presented. Traffic models are established from the actual traffic traces. They are used for performance evaluation of residential networks.

  • The purposes of this study are to serve s$ the bsaic data for the guidance and the dffective preparation of children's room and the children's residing environment in addition, by grasping generally the residential consciousness of children and the consciousness of children's room. For these purposes, the data were collected by using questionnare distributed to 214 5th grade elemantary school children living in Taegu. The data were analyzed using frequency, perecntile, anova, duncan's test, regression analysis. The major findings of this research are as follow: 1. It was found that many children wanted to have their own room because they are quiently able to study without being disturbed in their study. And it is shown that they were generally satisfied with the their own room. 2. There were significant differences in the consciousness of their own room according to the independent variables such as mother's age, father's job, the numbers of room. 3. The residential consciousness of children was variable according to father's age, mother's employment, the order of birth, income, the conditions of housing possession, parent's educational level, housing style, the numbers of room. 4. The mother's employment, father's educational level, the conditions of housing possession, the numbers of room, family numbers were significantly related to the evaluation of their own room. 5. Among the domains of the evaluation of their own room. the degree of width and the degree of convenience were variable to have influence on the satisfaction of their own room

공동주택단지 사례분석을 통한 외부보행로 평가 연구 (A Study on the exterior pedestrian passages evaluation through case studies of multi-family housing complex)

  • This paper is focused on studying a pedestrian passage that forms exterior space of the housing unit on diverse prerequisites and convenience of residential environment regards to plans for Multi-family Housing Complex. The paper explores the actual usage of a pedestrian passage installed in Multi-family Housing Complex and examine whether the nature-friendly space that includes the exterior pedestrian passage of the housing unit is being applied variously on a pedestrian passage. In order to obtain an analysis of the current status on case study unit, the study has prepared an analyzing tool for the environment in use for the exterior pedestrian passage and was able to construction problematic points by applying the obtained data. Thanks for the analysis, a comprehensive evaluation on the plans for the pedestrian passage was implemented through correlation with a green tract of land, living space and the exterior pedestrian passage installed in Multi-family Housing Complex.

도시재생사업의 평가요인 선정 및 적용 (Selection and Application of Evaluation Factors for Urban Regeneration Project)

  • 본 연구는 도시재생사업을 평가하기 위한 지표 선정 및 개선방안을 제시하기 위해 연구를 진행하였다. 먼저 도시재생 관련 전문가를 대상으로 설문조사 및 분석을 수행하여 평가지표를 선정하였으며, 선정된 지표를 활용하여 도시재생사업이 시행 중인 원고개 마을의 주민의견을 수렴·분석하였다. 이를 바탕으로 해당지역의 개선방안을 제시하였다. 연구결과를 살펴보면, 도시재생 평가지표를 그 특성에 따라 '물리적 환경', '사회적 환경', '경제적 환경' 부문으로 구분하고, 1차 전문가 설문 및 MCB 분석을 통해 도시재생 평가요인을 선정하였다. 그 결과, '물리적 환경' 부문은 '교통 및 보행환경', '주거(주택) 환경', '안전 및 보안환경', '녹지 공간', '경관 개선', '공공 공간' 등 6개 요인이 선정되었으며, '사회적 환경' 부문은 '주민 참여', '공동체 활성화', '지자체 및 지원센터 역할', '주민 교육' 등 4개의 요인, '경제적 환경'부문은 '지역경제 활성화', '경제기반 환경조성', '일자리 창출' 등 3개의 평가요인이 선정되었다. 다음으로 선정된 평가요인을 2차 전문가 설문 및 AHP 분석을 수행하여 종합가중치를 도출하였다. 도시재생 평가요인 가운데 '주거(주택) 환경'이 0.108로 가장 높은 가중치 값을 가지며, 다음으로 '지역경제 활성화', '주민참여' 가 높은 값을 가지는 것으로 분석되었다. 마지막으로 도시재생 평가요인을 활용하여 원고개 마을의 주민의식을 분석한 결과, '주차환경', '노후주택 및 생활환경 정비', '마을 및 사회적 기업을 조성할 수 있는 환경조성', '상가 및 업무환경 개선', '기존 상권 유지 및 활성화', '가내수공업, 부업 등 소규모 지역경제 활성화' 등이 종합중요도는 높지만 만족도는 낮아 중점 개선이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 원고개 마을의 도시재생사업을 개선하기 위해선 공가 및 폐가, 유휴지 등을 활용하여 공용주차장을 조성하거나, 마을 내 위치한 학교운동장을 주민들에게 개방하는 등의 주차환경 개선이 필요할 것으로 판단된다. 또한 협동조합과 연계하여 마을기업, 사회적 기업을 육성하고, 주민활동을 통해 생산된 제품을 주변시장에 판매하는 등의 경제적 활동을 장려시켜야 할 것으로 사료된다.

중학교 기술·가정 '주거와 거주환경' 단원에 인성교육 요소와 STAD 협동학습 전략을 적용한 교수·학습 과정안 개발 (Development of teaching-learning plans applying character education components and STAD cooperative learning strategy focusing on 'Housing and residential environment' unit of middle school Technology·Home Economics)

  • 본 연구는 중학교 2009년 개정 기술·가정교육과정 내용에서 가정생활 영역에 속하는 '주거와 거주환경' 단원을 중심으로 하여 인성 교육 요소와 STAD 협동학습을 적용한 교수 ·학습 과정안을 개발하는 데 목적을 두고 있다. 연구목적을 이루기 위해 분석, 설계, 개발, 평가의 단계로 수행하였다. 먼저, 분석 단계에서는 선행 연구 고찰, 기술·가정교육과정 및 12종 교과서의 '주거와 거주환경' 내용을 분석하였다. 설계 단계에서는 선정한 인성교육 요소를 활용하여 교수·학습 과정안의 목표와 내용 구성, 차시별 활동내용, 학생평가자료, 학생용 활동 자료 및 교사용 자료 등을 설계하였다. 개발 단계에서는 '주거와 거주환경' 단원에 적용할 수 있는 총 8차시의 교수·학습 과정안, 학생 활동지, 개인학습지(형성평가지) 등을 개발하였다. 평가 단계에서는 개발한 교수·학습 과정안과 학습 활동지의 1차 타당도 평가를 가정교육학 전공 교수 1인과 가정 교육학 박사학위 소지자인 현장 중등교사 2인에게 받고, 2차 타당도 평가는 현직 가정과교사 7인으로부터 검토 받아 이를 바탕으로 교수·학습 과정안과 학습 활동지를 수정하여 최종적인 교수·학습 과정안을 완성하였다. 타당도 평가 결과, 개발된 교수·학습 과정안과 학습 활동지에 대한 타당도가 대체로 높은 수준에서 확보되었으며, 중학생을 대상으로 인성교육을 향상시키는데 적합하다고 볼 수 있다. 본 연구에서 인성교육 요소와 STAD 협동학습을 적용하여 개발된 교수·학습 과정안이 현장 교사들 및 교육과정 개발자에게 유용한 자료로 활용되기를 기대한다.

반월.시화공단 주변 주거지역의 악취현황 및 황화합물의 체감도 (The Concentrations of Sulfur Compounds and Sensation of Odor in the Residential Area Around Banwol-Sihwa Industrial Complex)

  • This study was carried out to investigate the characteristics of fourteen odor compounds from a total of 10 sampling sites in residential areas around Banwol-Sihwa industrial complex. The measurement data are analyzed and compared with sensation of odor unit. Only a hydrogen sulfide out of four sulfur compounds was quantified above the detection limit (0.06 ppb) in the residential area around Banwol industrial complex with leather companies and a sewage treatment plant. The concentrations of VOCs were higher than those measured from a big city, and styrene showed the relatively high concentration from all sampling sites ($2.1{\sim}37.8\;ppb$). In the case of carbonyl compounds, acetaldehyde was found most frequently with the mean of 3.97 ppb, and its concentration difference was not significant between Banwol and Sihwa industrial complex. Of the nitrogen compounds, ammonia was measured at the relatively high concentration from all the sampling sites ($12{\sim}707\;ppb$), and a trimethylamine was found at the odor threshold level (0.1 ppb). The concentrations of styrene and ammonia showed relatively seasonal variation, the concentration of styrene in summer was five times higher than that in autumn, the concentration of ammonia in autumn was two times higher than that in summer. However other odorous compounds did not show such strong seasonal variation. Odor-concentration relationship between odor unit and $H_{2}S$ concentrations from industrial sources was examined and used as odor sensation evaluation, and thus the neighbourhood odor complaints maybe caused during the four seasons from the results.
