건설공사 적시생산(Just-ln-Time)을 위한 조달시스템 개발 - 콘크리트 타설 공사를 중심으로 - (Development of the procurement system for Just-in-Time Building Construction)

  • 도심지의 대형 공사를 그것도 짧은 공기 내에 수행함에 있어 가장 중요한 과제로 부각되는 것은 건설 주요 자원의 효율적인 관리이다. 즉 자재, 인원, 장비 등의 적기적소 조달이 주요 관리 항목이 되고 있다. 또한, 자원의 적기적소 조달을 위한 생산 단계별 생산주체간의 효율적인 정보의 교환은 성공적인 공사 수행에 절대적인 영향을 끼치게 된다. 따라서 이러한 정보를 효율적으로 관리하여 주요 자원을 조달, 운반, 양중, 적치, 설치 각 단계별로 관리할 수 있도록 하는 주요 자원 관리 시스템의 개발이 필수적이다 본 연구에서는 자동차 제조 산업 등 타 산업분야에서 성공적으로 사용된 적시생산의 기본적인 원리와 정보전달기법, 즉 간판시스템의 기본개념을 응용하여 건설프로젝트 자원정보관리시스템을 개발하였다. 또한, 이 시스템을 콘크리트 타설 공사에 적용하였다. 현장의 콘크리트 공사 흐름을 분석한 후, 가치흐름맵핑(VSM)을 통해 정보관리 개선 후 개선모델(FSM)을 제시하고, 이를 실제 초고층주상복합 건물현장의 자원정보관리에 적용하였다. 또한 현장 적용 시 도출된 적용성 등 문제점을 보완하여, 시스템의 추후 사용성을 제고하였다.

농어촌지역 응급환자 실태조사 - 서남해안 지역을 중심으로 - (Research on Actual Condition of Emergency Patients in Farming and Fishing Villages - In southwest coast district center -)

  • Purpose: This study aims to examine characteristics and actual conditions of patients using emergency room at farming and fishing villages, solve overcrowding of emergency room at the tertiary hospital and activate local emergency clinics. Methods: It examines department of diagnosis and treatment, vehicles used, sex, age, residential area, visit hour, length of stay, presence or absence of trauma, measures after first aid and degree of severity based on medical records of 6,740 patients using emergency room at farming and fishing villages from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31, 2005. Conclusion : 1. Sex distribution of patients of emergency room was male 54.9% and female 45.1% and age distribution between over 40 and below 50 was most as 15.9%. 2. Transport means to emergency room were 91.4 of private car and others (public transport and going on foot), 7.5 of 119, 129 and police car and 1.0% of ambulance. 3. According to distribution of residential areas of emergency patients, 38.9% were Eup area, 42.1% Myeon area, 11.4% distant area and 7.5% adjacent area. 4. According to distribution of emergency patients by department of diagnosis and treatment, internal medicine was most as 35.8% and 55% of patients visited emergency room from 3:31 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.. 5. According to total hours of diagnosis and treatment of subjects, 51.2% were within 30min. and cases of non-trauma disease were 68.2%. 6. According to degree of emergency of emergency patients, non-emergency cases were 65.3%, urgent cases 27.7% and emergency cases 7.0% and 74.2% of patients returned home after first aid and 20.6% of them hospitalized. In conclusion, characteristics and diversification of patients should be examined and efforts by government and local medical institutions which must organize emergency system and facility and personnel levels suitable to regional conditions are needed in order to prevent overcrowding of emergency center of the tertiary hospital and activate local emergency center.

도시화 정도에 따른 결혼이주여성의 지역사회통합에 미치는 차별적 영향 분석: 특별·광역시 지역과 도지역 거주자의 비교 (Discriminant Factors Influencing the Community Integration of Immigrant Women on Marriage: Comparison of Regional Traits)

  • 본 연구는 결혼이주여성을 특별 광역시지역과 도지역 거주자 구분하여, 거주지의 특성이 지역사회통합에 미치는 차별적 영향 변인 분석을 목적으로 하였으며, 특별 광역시지역 거주 결혼이주여성 163명, 도지역 거주 결혼이주여성 182명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 결과를 분석하였다. 이항로짓모델(binary logit model)을 주로 이용하여 분석한 결과를 보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 모형의 적합성은 특별 광역시지역 모형과 도지역 모형 모두 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 특별 광역시지역 모형과 도지역 모형의 영향력을 비교한 결과, 개인적 특성 및 가족적 특성은 특별 광역시 지역보다 도지역에서 지역사회통합에 강한 영향을 미치는 반면, 사회적 특성은 도지역보다 특별 광역시 지역에서 지역사회통합에 강한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 향후 정책적 개입에 있어 차별화된 전략이 요구됨을 시사한다.

뉴타운사업 내 재개발구역의 주체별 개발이익 비교 분석 - 길음 뉴타운 2, 4구역을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Development Profit from the Redevelopment Area of New Town Project by Developing Agencies - In Case of the Gilreum Newtown 2, 4 District in Seoul -)

  • This New-Town Project has been proposed to improve the environments of deprived residential areas. This paper investigates the distribution levels of the participating parties' monetary surpluses from New-Town Projects through a case study and tentatively suggests political issues and measures. The methodology followed includes a thorough survey of the precedent theories, including a literature review concerning issues and tasks that have been raised since the development was initiated. A general assessment of the complete project is also provided with a broad perspective of the background settings. Secondly, the case study of Gil-Eum will be the focus for identifying the mechanism for the project's profit distribution levels, then for constructing a set of measuring procedures according to the stages of the project and the participating parties. This set of procedures that has been drawn out from recognizing the system, is applied to the target project and measures the amount of profit gained from each stage of the development. This also aids in collating information about the procedural arguments concerning the financial gains of the operations that have been provided. This project falls under the 'Urban and Residential Environment Improvement Act', and based on the results of each stage, the measurement of the profits of the participating parties is analyzed.

재개발지역의 원주민 세입자 재정착률 제고방안 (An Analysis of the improving of resettlement for original tenant in redevelopment district)

  • Housing Re-Development business is to improve the environment of old residential area and secure insufficient infrastructure facilities for the public, and to provide housing of fine quality for the individuals and it is taken as an opportunity for the individuals to be able to increase their property. However, it is true that the benefits from the redevelopment has not offered to the original dwellers who has lived there for a long time. This research studies the related systems of the Rental House Redevelopment Supply Service and is to present the schema to raise resettlement rate through the investment on the rate of tenants who chose the rental house and their specific characters. This study is to present the reform measures about the following 3 problems, on the basis of prior theoretical studies which deals with the common factors having low rate to move in the rental house of the tenants. (1) Physical side, the problem of supply structure, which is not appropriate Housing Supply Structure, (2) Psychological side, the problem of socially excluded rental house residents (3) Economical side, low re-settlement rate of tenants caused from the unreasonableness of the estimated rental value. This study presents that the compulsory rental housing supply rate should be changed to the gross area not from the number of households, and the supply of rental houses should correspond to the household size of tenants through prior demand survey. Secondly, it proposes the housing complex layout for intermixing to solve the social problems to allow a housing for sale and rental houses mixing in a building. And it proposes that the rental value should be calculated considering the neighboring value and in the long run, it should be calculated considering the tenants' income instead construction cost estimate. Also, it should be arranged to provide an opportunity to create income through resident welfare center improvement and provide self-sufficiency functions leading residents to participate in the residential area's repairing and maintenances.

Aging in Place를 위한 노인주거시설 선호에 관한 연구 (A Study of the Senior Citizens' Preferences over housing for Aging in Place)

  • The study was initially designed to look into the soon-to-be senior citizens' preferences for the life after retirement in aging society. Its outcomes are to be contributed to grading up the quality of housing culture through examining the expected changes of housing types in the future. The increasing number of the soon-to-be senior citizens becomes leading subjects in information, culture and consumption areas. Therefore it is significant to present a model of housing types for those citizens by analyzing their preferred residence after retirement. To complete those objectives, a set of questionnaires concerning sex, age, district, education and income of those subjects in 40's-50's, who are expected to be more than 20 percent of national population by 2030, were collected and analyzed to find out their preferences over housing types, residential welfare facilities, and co-housing. The results show that the preferences over the residential welfare facilities and co-housing for those who are able to move for themselves are low, while the preferences over single-unit houses in the suburbs within 2 hours from a city are very high. Preferences for apartments in the urban areas are high for those with high income and education. In contrast preferences for life in their hometowns are high for those whose income and education are relatively low. Most of those with some difficulties in moving for themselves want to get help with welfare facilities for the elderly people. And the preferences of those who want to receive help from assistants are different from those preferring to get help from their offsprings, which tells a need for further study of the convertible housing types according to their family members.

  • Planning a major change in the domestic residential complex 'complex' in the 'city' to the influx of urban space. So, considering a set of self-environmental complex of openness and connectivity between cities inflow from residential urban housing is formed. Complex-oriented development approach and apartment high-rise and high-density regions of space and social disconnection that causes a uniform methodology that can solve the problem of housing plan, however, a recent New Urbanism New Urbanism has been introduced. And intravenous forms of communal life that occurred in the United States prior to World War II, this value is based on the main form. Design reorganizes This modern lifestyle factors (such as housing, jobs, shopping, leisure space) to go back to the traditional lifestyles while Neotradiotional Planning exercise. New Urbanism in the late 20th century, some literature refers to a postmodern approach adopted in the field of urban planning, the specific case. Actually important feature of post-modernism in the New Urbanism has been expressed. Problem is very confusing, and the principles of New Urbanism, New Urbanism, even those who claim that have different social and design views. Therefore, this study explores the postmodern tendencies of the New Urbanism, and based on this, the possibilities for the development of new towns in Korea mainly affected on the theory of New Urbanism in South Korea in Eunpyeong examine.

야간사용량 측정을 통한 배급수구역 배경야간최소유량 산정 (Estimation of background minimum night flows by metering water use in water distribution areas)

  • The aim of this study is to develop a quantified water loss Index to evaluate and manage leakage scientifically for the reduction of non-revenue water in water distribution systems. For the purpose, unavoidable background leakage suggested from UK water industry and IWA, and allowable water leakage in accord with the concept of allowable water loss are proposed by analyzing the inflow into two study water districts and the short-term water use of each customer in the districts. The study distribution areas are selected among the metered districts with good maintenance of leakage after improvement activities in Nonsan, medium sized city in Korea. Estimation models of allowable leakage are developed by metering and analyzing the minimum night flow at residential and commercial areas in the city. In the results of the investigation, it is estimated that background night flow in residential area was larger than that of commercial area where the types of business shows small water use characteristics. Meanwhile, night flow and background water loss on internal plumbing systems show great differences for each district which is influenced much by the water use characteristics and facilities scale. Based on metering water use data in various districts, leakage management criteria can be established under the consideration of domestic conditions in Korea by analyzing separated real water use and background leakage and it is possible to apply into presentation of optimal leakage level and reasonable time for working activities for leakage reduction.

대구시 편의점의 공간확산과 입지적 특성 (The Spatial Diffusion and Locational Characteristics of Convenience Stores in Daegu)

  • 본 연구는 대구시에서 1990년대에 급속하게 증가한 편의점의 공간확산과 입지적 특성을 고찰하였다. 대구의 편의점은 1992년에 도심 또는 중심업무지구(CBD)에 인접한 점이지대에 처음 도입된 후, 도심과 주거지역으로 확산돼 갔지만, 일정한 구매수요가 발생하는 곳을 중심으로 확산되어 갔다. 그 결과, 대구시 편의점의 공간분포는 고등학교 밀집지역, 상업지역, 아파트지역 등에 특히 집중분포하는 매우 불균등한 분포패턴을 보이고 있다. 이러한 분포는 편의점의 주요한 두 가지 입지요인에서 비롯된 것으로 보인다. 일차적으로는 편의점의 입지가 편의점을 자주 이용하는 인구집단 즉, 그 수요인구의 분포 요인에 가장 영향을 받고, 이차적으로는 그 수요인구가 접근하기 쉬운 도로교통의 접근성 요인에 의해 입지하기 때문이다.

도시부 고가구조물에 의한 일조환경 영향분석 (Analysis on the Effects of Sunshine Environment by Overpass Structure in Urban Areas)

  • 현행 우리나라의 일조규정은 공동주택 및 일반 건축물을 중심으로 되어있기 때문에 도로 및 고가 구조물의 특성을 충분히 반영하지 못하고 있다. 또한, 공동주택간의 인동간격 및 인동간격이 미치는 다양한 영향에 대한 연구는 많이 이루어지고 있으나, 도로 및 고가 구조물과 주거지역과의 이격거리 및 구조물에 의해 발생되는 일조장애들의 환경적인 요소와 그에 따른 인자에 관한 연구는 미비하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 도로 및 고가 구조물 중 주거지역과 인접해 있는 고가구조물을 중심으로 일조환경을 검토하여, 현재 사용되는 이격거리의 적정성 여부를 검토해보고, 구조물의 방위각에 따른 방향별 특성을 분석하였다. 구조물의 특성에 따른 일영거리를 통해 높이에 따른 이격거리비율을 산정하여, 향후 건설시 발생되는 일조장애를 최소화 하기위하여 구조물에 관한 제도 정비의 필요성과 최소 이격거리산정에 필요한 기초자료를 제시하는데 주목적을 두었다.
