영상 컨텐츠 불법 복제에 관한 사용자 의식 수준 (Level of User Awareness for Illegal Downloading of Movie Content)

  • 인터넷과 컴퓨터의 성능이 향상됨에 따라 수 초 내에 영화 한 편을 내려 받을 수 있을 정도로 발전했다. 이에 따라 편의성을 이유로 합법적으로 비용을 지불하지 않고 영상 컨텐츠를 불법으로 다운로드 받아 감상하는 이용자들이 늘어가고 있는 추세이다. 이에 따라 국내외 적으로 저작권법을 강화 또는 개정하여 불법복제물을 상습적으로 게시하거나 복제하는 행위에 대해 강력한 법적 제재를 시행하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 네티즌들이 영상 컨텐츠의 불법 공유에 대해 과연 어떤 수준의 의식을 가지고 있는지에 대해 탐구하였다. 컴퓨터 소프트웨어 및 음악에 대한 불법복제에 관한 연구 및 논의는 활발하게 이루어졌고 불법 복제 완화에 대한 거의 완벽한 해법이 이미 나와 있으나 영화를 비롯한 영상 컨텐츠에 대한 불법복제 의식에 대한 연구는 수행되지 않고 있는 실정이다. 가장 정평이 나있는 온라인 조사 사이트 월드 서베이를 통해 사용자의 영상 컨텐츠 불법복제에 관한 의식 조사를 시행했다. 응답 결과에서 열 명 중 아홉 명이 영상 컨텐츠를 불법 복제하여 사용하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 놀라운 사실은 그와 같은 수준인 95%의 응답자가 불법복제는 위법이라고 생각하는 것으로 밝혀졌다.

보건소 이용자의 의료서비스 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인 (The Factors Affecting on the Health Service Satisfaction of Health Center Visitors)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the nature of the patient service quality of health center, and based on that, to examine the relationship of health center visitor's perceived quality and overall satisfaction. Data were collected on the basis of 'the 3rd Regional Health Care Planning' operated by Rural Health Care Service Technology Aid Task-force Team(RHCSTAT), Ministry of Health and Welfare. Basically, the Manual of 3rd Regional Health Care Planning is composed of structure, process, and outcome measurement indicators. Of these indicators, 21 patient satisfaction questions as outcome indicators are used in this study. The samples are 3,530 patients who visited 80 health centers all of the nation. First, the reliability and validity of patient service quality items was evaluated. Second, the descriptive statistics of health service quality are calculated. Third, through the T-test and ANOVA, the differences of patient satisfaction by responder's general characteristics are compared. In final, to explore the relationship of service quality and overall satisfaction, multiple regression analysis was used. This study shows firstly, the dimension of patient service quality was categorized into 3 dimensions, that is, facilities and environment, staff kindness, and access convenience. Secondly, the reliability and validity of patient service quality items was satisfied. Thirdly, the mean score of staff kindness factors are high in contrast to the facilities and environment. And in regard to the overall satisfaction, the mean score is more higher in Daegu region, County type health center, male group, and upper 65 age group than comparison groups. Lastly, as a result of multiple regression analysis, the effect of patient's perceived service quality, especially, appropriateness of billing time(Beta=0.190) and of reservation time(Beta=0.132) are statistically significant(P<0.01). In conclusion, to satisfy the health need of community people and improve the service quality of the health center, the efforts for the access convenience might be needed. Additionally, the enlargement on health center space and supply of new medical equipment is urgent for the patient satisfaction.

제주지역 내 중국 및 일본 관광객의 선택속성의 차이분석 : 구조방정식 이용 (A Comparison Analysis of Chinese and Japanese Tourists' Motivation Factors in Jeju-do(province) : A Structural Equation Model)

  • 본 연구는 제주지역 내 중국 및 일본 관광객의 두 집단 간 비교 분석으로서 선택속성 관린 요인들 간의 구조관계를 분석하였다. 이러한 분석을 위하여 설문조사를 통해 실증분석을 하였으며 각 집단별로 서비스가치를 매개 요인으로 고려하여 그 영향 요인을 고려하였다. 즉 중국 관광객 및 일본 관광객별로 경로계수에 따른 차이검증을 통해 집단 간 비교를 가설검증으로 분석하였다. 그 결과 중국 관광객은 일본 괸광객과는 달리 관광자 편리성이 서비스 가치에, 그리고 문화체험이 만족도에 유의하게 영향을 미침을 최종 확인할 수 있었다. 반대로 일본 관광객은 중국 관광객과는 달리 관광자 편리성이 만족에, 서비스가치가 의도에 유의하게 영향을 미침을 최종 확인할 수 있다. 이 같은 결론을 통해 향후 정책적인 방향을 설정하여 분석할 필요가 있을 것이다.

무인 스터디카페 관리 시스템 (Management System for Unmanned Study Cafe)

  • 공부하는 트렌드에 변화가 일어나며 단순히 공부하는 공간이 아닌, 복합 문화 환경으로 거듭나야 새로운 수요층의 욕구를 충족할 수가 있다. 답답한 도서관이나 독서실에 비해 비교적 자유롭고 쾌적함에 주목을 받고 있는 스터디카페는 인건비 절감을 통해 보다 큰 이익을 창출할 수 있는 무인 시스템에 적합하다. 하지만 이를 체계적으로 관리해 줄 수 있는 시스템이 아직 미흡하여 보완이 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 무인 스터디카페를 통합적으로 관리해주고 부가적인 기능을 통해 사용자에게 편의성을 제공하는 안드로이드 애플리케이션을 개발하였다. 사용자와 관리자를 구분하여 사용자는 좌석 예약 및 조회 등을 통하여 해당 지역의 원하는 스터디카페를 이용할 수 있도록 구성하였다. 관리자는 좌석 및 회원을 관리하고 스터티카페의 현재 상황을 외부에서도 확인할 수 있도록 하였다. 부가적으로 커뮤니티 및 소음 측정과 회원의 이용 시간 시각화 기능 등도 추가하여 애플리케이션의 활용도를 높였다.

  • 최근 음식 문화생활은 소비자들이 직접 요리를 하는 트렌드로 변화하고 있으며 인덕션 조리기구의 사용비율이 증가하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 요리 인구 증가에 따른 요리의 편리성을 향상하도록 인덕션 조리기구의 안전성 개선을 위한 기능보조 디바이스 개발을 제안한다. 제안한 디바이스는 앱을 통해 IoT와 연동된다. 앱을 통해 디바이스는 인덕션의 화력 조절과 시간 예약을 제어할 수 있다. 또한, 조리 시 용기의 물 넘침을 방지하기 위해 초음파 센서를 사용하고, 미세먼지 측정 센서를 통해 사용자가 안전하게 인덕션을 사용할 수 있다. 제작한 디바이스를 통해 실제 조리 상황을 가정하여 연구를 진행한다. 본 연구는 디바이스를 통해 조리 시에 사용자의 피로감을 줄이고 초과 조리, 또는 물 넘침과 같은 위급상황 시에 사용자를 위한 안전성 개선을 확인하였다.

병원복을 위한 UFC(Ubiquitous Fashionable Computer) 디자인 (Ubiquitous Fashionable Computer Design for Hospital Clothing)

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest hospital clothing design which reflects ubiquitous info-communications technology as changing hospital environment in the information-oriented era of the 21st century. The methods of this study are documentary research of previous studies, observation research and deep interviews. Seoul national university hospital is selected as a target of observation for this study. Doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and patients who are the representative jobs in the hospital are interviewed from on July, 13, 2006 to on August, 1, 2006. According to observation research, the computers, OCR, and PACS are applied from registration to dosage through all courses of diagnosis. However, the most inconvenient problems to patients are the location of medical offices and confusion of reservation. Also, the needs and inconveniences of doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and patients are almost solved by using RFID technology as a result of deep interviews. They prefer wearing devices as an accessory to wearing devices as a clothing directly. In conclusion, suggested UFC design for hospital clothing with info-communications technology promotes efficiency, accuracy, convenience of work to medical personnel in changing hospital environment as the flow of the information-oriented era of the 21st century.

  • This study evaluated the efficiency and compared with different materials of loading vessels for vitrification-plastic/glass, copper grid and nylon. The loading method, vitrification, cryop-reservation and warming method of the oocytes were examined. The loading samples prepared in manual or company-made and sterilized, loaded the COCs selected on each samples and cultured for maturation during 40 hours, and then exposed sequentially to ethylene glycol solution. Thawing method was reversely treated and exposed for warmed oocytes. After oocytes were thawed, fertilized and cultured in vitro for 3-4 hours, rates of development and morphological appearance were examined. The results were as summarized: ㆍOPS from company-made or hand-made of the hematocrit micropipettes, NLS from fishing line and EMG from company-made for EM were used for loading oocytes, respectively. ㆍThe efficiency of freezing method and loading convenience were orderly higher in OPS, NLS and EMG. The optimal capacity per vessel was orderly lowered in NLS, EMG and OPS, respectively. ㆍAfter oocytes were warmed, the recovery rate, morphology and rate of development were orderly higher in OPS, NLS and EMG, respectively. ㆍIn conclusion, OPS has the advantages of achieving a little more survival and preserving results than other two loading methods.

Adopting Electronic Commerce in Dongdaemoon clothes market when the customer make a reservation and the salers provide the customer with discounting service, the customer was willing to but it. Internet service categories which affect customer's satisfaction are providing lots of product information. This thesis shows providing information made the customer to increase customers's satisfaction degree and buying intention. Also convenience of product research, and reliability in transaction process can enable the customer to increase transaction reliability. These factors are very important in Electronic Commerce. In addition, factors which show customer's suggestion and inconvenience by using best seller information and discounting service board when they buy some items in Dongdaemoon clothes market affect the customer satisfaction degree and satisfaction degree of providing information. However, this thesis is analyzed that reliability of transaction process doesn't affect all successful factors such as product quality, size, online payment system, price reliability.

교정치과 내원 환자들의 치료병원 결정요인 및 치료 만족도에 관한 연구-20대 연령층을 대상으로 (A study of hospital determinants and treatment satisfaction of patients in an orthodontic clinic, specifically targeting 20-year-old patients)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to identify factors affecting choice of treatment hospital (i.e., determinants) and satisfaction with the treatment hospital, and to provide a more satisfactory and high-quality medical service for orthodontic patients. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted for approximately 1 month beginning in August 2017, involving patients who visited orthodontic dentistry clinics in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. Multiple regression analysis was performed on the results to examine factors that affected satisfaction with orthodontic treatment. Results: The determinant of dental clinics was 3.90 points overall; hospital environment and facilities were highest at 4.05, followed by dental hygienist at 3.99, and dentist at 3.97. Factors influencing satisfaction with orthodontic treatment were positively influenced by dentists (p<0.01), medical procedures (p<0.01) and medical expenses (p<0.01). Conclusions: It is important to provide comfort and convenience to patients by simplifying hospital facility management, reception, and reservation procedures.

미용실 특성 및 인구 통계적 특성에 따른 미용실 서비스 품질에 대한 인식 차이 (A Study on the Perceived Service Quality According to the Characteristics of Beauty Salons and Customer Demographics)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the perceived service quality according to the characteristics of beauty salons and customer demographics. 343 customers were surveyed in the areas of university campuses, central district and residential areas of Cheongju. The questionnaire consisted of the characteristics of beauty salons and customer demographics, and items to evaluate the service quality. Confirmatory factor analysis, t test, ANOVA and descriptive statistical analysis were used to analyze the data. The results were as follows; First, the preference for the number of designer in the beauty salon were differed by sex, age and occupation. Women, college and graduate students preferred the salons with over seven designers. The customers over forty years old used smaller beauty salon. Second, Female perceived higher service quality in all respects such as technique, kindness and convenience of reservation than male did. There were no difference in age groups and occupations. Third, nationally franchised shop which located in downtown with more than 20 designers were highly evaluated in view of service quality.
