Background: Chicken anemia virus (CAV) causes chicken infectious anemia, which results in immunosuppression; the virus has spread widely in chicken flocks in China. Objectives: The aim of this study was to understand recent CAV genetic evolution in chicken flocks in Guangxi Province, southern China. Methods: In total, 350 liver samples were collected from eight commercial broiler chicken farms in Guangxi Province in southern China from 2018 to 2020. CAV was detected by conventional PCR, and twenty CAV complete genomes were amplified and used for the phylogenetic analysis and recombination analysis. Results: The overall CAV-positive rate was 17.1%. The genetic analysis revealed that 84 CAVs were distributed in groups A, B, C (subgroups C1-C3) and D. In total, 30 of 47 Chinese CAV sequences from 2005-2020 belong to subgroup C3, including 15 CAVs from this study. There were some specific mutation sites among the intergenotypes in the VP1 protein. The amino acids at position 394Q in the VP1 protein of 20 CAV strains were consistent with the characteristics of a highly pathogenic strain. GX1904B was a putative recombinant. Conclusions: Subgroup C3 was the dominant genotype in Guangxi Province from 2018-2020. The 20 CAV strains in this study might be virulent according to the amino acid residue analysis. These data help improve our understanding of the epidemiological trends of CAV in southern China.

본 논문은 정보검색, 정보추출, 번역, 자연어처리 등의 작업을 위한 통계적 방법론에서 필요한 학습 데이터 구축을 효율적으로 하기 위한 학습 데이터 반자동 구축 장치 및 그 방법에 대하여 기술한다. 본 논문에서는 학습 데이터 구축양을 줄이기 위해서 능동 학습을 이용한다. 또한 최근 각광 받고 있는 Conditional Random Fields(CRF)를 능동학습에 이용하기 위해서 CRF를 이용한 Confidence measure를 정의한다.

We have developed a 2 inch LTPS-TFT AMOLED display with a top emission structure on a $50-{\mu}m-thick$ metal foil. The Active matrix back planes were fabricated with the p-channel LTPS TFT with a conventional pixel circuit consisting of 2 transistors and 1 capacitance. The p-channel TFTs on the metal foil exhibited the field-effect mobility of $22cm^2/Vs$. Finally, a images from prototype monochrome AMOLED displays are successfully presented, with $64{\times}88$ pixels and 56-ppi resolution.

Using $Cr_2O_3$ thin film, we developed a novel etch-stop technique for the protection of silicon surface morphology during deep ion coupled plasma etching of silica layers. With this technique we were able to etch a silica trench with a depth of over 20 ${\mu}m$ without any damage to the exposed silicon terrace surface. This technique should be well applicable to fabricating silica planar lightwave circuit platforms for opto-electronic hybrid integration.

In this paper, we propose a novel equalization on-channel repeater (OCR) with a feedback interference canceller (FIC) to relay terrestrial digital multimedia broadcasting signals in single frequency networks. The proposed OCR not only has high output power by cancelling the feedback signals caused by insufficient antenna isolation through the FIC, but also shows better output signal quality than the conventional OCR by removing multipath signals existing between the main transmitter and the OCR through an equalizer. In addition, computer simulations and laboratory test results demonstrate that the proposed OCR successfully cancels feedback signals and compensates channel distortions and provides a higher quality transmitting signal with higher output power than conventional OCRs.
