  • In this paper, we explore a new class of cutting planes by extending the concept of fractional S-K (S-K) cuts. This class of cuts is derived by applying a suitable surrogate constraint analysis that incorporates a special multiplier adjustment method to the generalized Gomory's fractional cut. We present computational results to provide insights into the performance of these cuts in comparison with other well known classes of cuts.

  • Recently, the area of ubiquitous computing has gained a great attention both in academics and in industry. However previous research on this area attempts the categorization in part of context and the critical success factors (CSFs) and services ubiquitous computing unsuccesfully. The purpose of this paper is to propose a framework on ubiquitous computing, including its context, roadmap, CSFs, and services.

  • This paper addresses a performance evaluation model for ERP system's implementation using Analytic Network Process (ANP) technique. In this study, the performance variables are identified as the perspectives of cost, business process, systems operation, and change management, respectively. The empirical study also investigated factors that affect the performance variables to find out the causal relationship between them using the ANP approach. The data for the empirical analysis were collected from manufacturing companies that have implemented ERP systems. The research findings indicate the proposed model is powerful in proposing that the indirect relationship between influencing factors and managerial effectiveness, mediated by employee satisfaction, is an important one.

  • The objective of this paper is to develop an evaluation model for pilot informatization projects. There are relatively many researches on evaluation models for information systems. These previous researches, however, lack of comprehensive view of informatization Projects and pilot systems. We apply and test a hybrid evaluation model for to measure the success of pilot informatization projects. A user satisfaction model has been used and hypotheses are developed to find relationships of evaluation factors. The hypotheses have been tested with 51 user surveys. The result of this research can give an insight for the evaluation of pilot informatization projects.

  • Based on superimposed training methods, a novel time-varying multipath channel estimation scheme is proposed for orthogonal frequency division multiplexing systems. We first develop a linear least square channel estimator, and meanwhile find the optimal superimposed sequences with respect to the channel estimates' mean square error. Next, a low-rank approximated channel estimator is obtained by using the singular value decomposition. As demonstrated in simulations, the proposed scheme achieves not only better performance but also higher bandwidth efficiency than the conventional pilot-aided approach.

  • The rapidly changing business environment has required cooperation and coorduiation among functional units n organizations which should Involve group decision-making processes Although many group derision-making support tools and methods have provided the collaborative capabilities for organizational members, they often lack features supporting the dynamic complexity issue frequently occurring at group decision-making processes This study proposes system dynamics modeling as a group decision-making support tool to deal with the group derision-making tasks having properties of dynamic complexity in terms of cognitive fit theory.

  • In this paper, we present new application for the auction method which has been based on one-chip microprocessors. We develop the portable wired terminal for market blocker. And, using that, the recommended price of products is able to push into and show the information of action status. Through our research, using EAS(Electronic Auction System), we can prevent supplier from blocker's rigging the market, because anyone who have a qualification for the action blocker is able to participate in action.

We introduce some core technology required for developing thee systems and explain how it works. Moreover, some items related with ehicle information system and the intelligent vehicles will be introduced. Since the vehicle is very complex system, there are many problems in developing these systems, especially in developing intelligent vehicle. The main purpose of this is to dscuss these problems and find good solution.

  • Colleges are faced with crises. The nature of colleges lies in those of college's identity. The purpose of this research is to clarify college's identity and then to establish college's identity. An organizational identity reflects its central and distinguishing attributes, including core values, mission. The role & function, values and mission can be used to clarify college's identity. Colleges need to establish their own identity as follows. 1. Solidifing core forces 2. Making mission statement 3. Creating vision 4. Creating cultic culture 5. Appointing CEO who was grown up inner
