전국 한의과 대학의 의료윤리교육 현황 및 발전방향 (Study of the Current State and Future Directions of Medical Ethics Education on the Colleges of Korean Medicine in Korea)

  • In this research, we examined the courses of the colleges of Korean medicine in Korea to find out how well the education on medical ethics is being conducted so that we could make good use of our findings as basic material to make arrangements to develop ethics education in Korean medicine. In the same research, we conducted a survey to find detailed information on the current state of ethics education and its actual application at 12 colleges of Korean medicine in Korea. As a result, 8 colleges out of 12 included medical ethics in their courses. They were among the subjects in the first year or second year of a preparatory program. Most of them were classified as requirements while some of them were classified as electives in humanities or liberal arts. As ethical issues in the medical community become more diversified and important, it is imperative that health care providers maintain firm ethics. As the need for medical ethics and ethics education is getting larger, ethics education at colleges of oriental medicine is becoming a more important focus. Therefore, it is necessary to expand ethics education at the colleges of Korean medicine in Korea and set a precedent for studying ethics in Korean medicine based on that.

간호대학생의 생명의료윤리에 관한 문헌연구 (A review of research on biomedical ethics of nursing college students)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 생명의료윤리에 대하여 분석한 국내연구의 동향을 파악하고자 하였다. 문헌조사에 사용된 검색엔진은 KISS, NDSL, RISS이었으며, '간호대학생'과 '생명의료윤리'를 주요어로 선정기준에 적합한 26편의 논문을 분석하였다. 생명의료윤리를 분석한 주요개념은 생명의료윤리의식이었으며, 태아생명권, 인공수정, 장기이식 등의 내용을 포함하였다. 또한 생명의료윤리의식은 대상자의 윤리교육경험(유무), 학년, 임상실습경험, 윤리교육 참여의사에 따라 차이가 있었으며, 생명의료윤리의식과 함께 분석된 주요 개념으로는 연명치료중단, 윤리적 가치관, 비판적사고, 성태도, 간호전문직관, 죽음에 대한 인식 등으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 향후 간호윤리교육 마련을 위한 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

  • In this research, looking into the educational situation concered with vocational ethics of department of physical therapy, tried to get materials which will be educated for the physical therapists who have right conception of ethics. This study examined 12 junior colleges and 2 colleges, The contents are as follows. 1. The course of the vocational ethics. 2. Charging professor and lesson hours. 3. The education of the ethical general principles for the physical therapist. 4. The necessity of the education of vocational ethics. 5. Teaching method in vocational ethics training. 6. Extra opinions. 7. Curriculum. The results of this research In spite of admitting the necessity of theeducation of the vocational ethics, we found, there wasn't systamatical and concrete The education of the vocational ethics which would be based upon our fudamental philosophical, ethical thought should be required for the next physical thera-pist as a medical specialist, suitable for the medical ethics in this age. Now, the field of research development for educational contents, matericals for concerning with vocational ethics of department of physical therapy have not been suficient yet, and theis research should be developed continuosly.

간호대학생의 임상실습, 윤리적 가치관 및 생명의료윤리교육에 따른 간호사 윤리강령인식, 윤리강령 적용정도 및 생명의료윤리의식의 차이 (The Differences of Nurses' Perception of the Code of Ethics, Degree of Application of Nursing Ethics and Biomedical Ethical Consciousness according to Nursing Students' Clinical Practice Experience, Ethical Values and Biomedical Ethics Education)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate the differences of the Code of Ethics, level of application of the Code of Ethics and consciousness of biomedical ethics of nurses about clinical practice experience, ethical values and biomedical ethics education experience of nursing students. Methods: A descriptive research design, t-test and one-way ANOVA were used. The data were collected 1st June to 31st August 2016 from two large cities. The participants were 246 nursing students with a mean age of 22.57 years. Among them, 209 (84.6%) were female, 94 (38.2%) had clinical practice experience, 155 (63.0%) listed their ethical value as different depending on the situation, and 127 (51.6%) had biomedical ethics education experience. Results: The scores were: awareness of the Code of Ethics of Nurses $4.29{\pm}0.60$; application of the Code of Ethics of Nurses $4.24{\pm}0.6$4; and consciousness of biomedical ethics $2.91{\pm}0.19$. There were significant differences in application of the Code of Ethics of Nurses (t=-1.97, p=.050); consciousness of biomedical ethics (t=-2.25, p=.025) related to clinical practice experience; and consciousness of biomedical ethics related to biomedical education experience (t=2.67, p=.007). Conclusion: Clinical practice and biomedical ethics education experience contributed to enhance the level of application of the Code of Ethics of Nurses and consciousness of biomedical ethics of nursing students.

웹기반 연구윤리교육의 유효성에 대한 실증적 연구 (A Study on the Effect of Web-based Research Ethics Education)

  • 본 연구는 국가연구개발과제를 수행하는 연구책임자를 대상으로 웹기반 연구윤리 교육의 유효성을 실험연구를 통해 실증적으로 분석하고자 하는 목적을 지니고 있다. 연구책임자를 연구분야별로 분류하여 연구윤리교육 콘텐츠를 개발하고 웹상에서 교육을 실시한 후에 교육만족도, 교육이해도, 도덕판단력 등의 교육 유효성을 측정하였다. 연구 분석결과 교육 사후의 교육만족도와 연구윤리에 대한 교육이해도는 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 연구윤리교육 후 도덕판단력에는 큰 변화가 없음을 확인하였다. 이는 단기적인 연구윤리교육이 교육판단력을 높여주지는 못한다는 선행연구들의 결과와 부합하는 것이다. 끝으로 연구윤리교육의 유효성을 높이기 위해서는 연구자에 대한 장기적인 웹기반 연구윤리교육이 필요하며, 쌍방향 의사소통이 가능한 학습방식의 보완이 필요하다는 점을 시사해주고 있다.

유아 정보통신윤리교육 프로그램 개발 및 적용 (The Development and Application of Early Childhood Information Communication Ethics Education Program)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop proper early childhood information communication ethics education program and apply it to children based on previous researches and demands of early childhood teacher in order to protect children who remain defenseless in the information society. The draft was developed after analyzing previous research and survey of early childhood teachers' perception and demands on early childhood information communication ethics education. On the basis of the draft and the survey, the early childhood information communication ethics education program was developed after examining the adequacy of each item and subordinate areas which was conducted by early childhood professionals and applied 17 children. Moreover, early childhood information communication ethics attitude surveys were carried out before and after the program to obtain effects of the early childhood information communication ethics education program. The early childhood information communication ethics education program was effective. There was significant difference (t=-2.27, p<.05) of mean score between experiment group and control group.

일본의 기술자 윤리 교육 현황 분석 (An Analysis of the Engineering Ethics Education in Japan)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 현재 일본에서 공학 윤리, 기술자 윤리로 대변되는 공학 윤리의 원리에 대한 교육의 상황과 실태에 대한 조사연구로서 여러 가지 출판 자료와 관련된 중요 이슈에 대한 상황을 조사하여 나타낸 것이다. 미국 대학의 경우에는 정규 교과 과정으로 공학 윤리, 혹은 기술자 윤리 교육은 1980년대에 등장하여 현재까지 계속되고 있다. 그러나 일본의 경우 최근 JABEE(일본 기술자 인정기구)의 출현과 더불어 공학 윤리, 기술자 윤리에 대한 교육과 연구가 매우 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 현재 공학 윤리, 기술자 윤리 교육의 목적은 공학을 하는 사람이라면 누구나 갖추어야할 기본 소양으로써 매우 강조하여도 지나치지 않을 만큼 중요한 공학관련 학문의 범주에 들게 되었다. 공학 분야의 윤리교육에 있어서 시작 단계에 있는 우리나라에서는 일본의 기술자 윤리 교육 현황 분석은 좋은 참고가 될 수 있을 것이다.

간호대학 1학년 학생을 위한 생명의료윤리 교육 프로그램의 효과 (The Effect of Biomedical Ethics Education Program for Nursing Students Freshman)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to exam the effect of a biomedical ethics education program on the consciousness of biomedical ethics, moral sensitivity and critical thinking disposition in nursing students. Method: A quasi-experimental research design and repeated measured ANOVA were used. The participants were divided into an experimental group (n=148) and a control group (n=169). Each group underwent freshman university nursing training in two major cities. The mean age was 21.3 years and the time of providing the biomedical ethics education program was 15 hours for 15 weeks. The experimental group was provided biomedical ethics education during the semester; the control group was not provided any biomedical ethics education. Results: The consciousness of biomedical ethics was increased significantly in the experimental group (t=-4.724, p<.001). Moral sensitivity was increased significantly in the experimental group (t=-2.021, p<.004). Critical thinking disposition was increased significantly in the experimental group (t=-5.775, p<.001). Conclusion: The results of the study show that providing biomedical ethics education to nursing students is an effective method to increase the consciousness of biomedical ethics, moral sensitivity and critical thinking disposition.

기업윤리의 제고방안에 관한 연구 (A Study of Uplift Plan of Business Ethics)

  • The results and suggestions for this study is as follows: First, as the education for business ethics is instructed, the level of recognition for business ethics is intensified. Second, the result after verifying the hypothesis shows a meaningful difference between utilitarianism and the principle of justice. Third, it is necessary for us to teach the business ethics using a systematic education program over a long period. Fourth, business ethics education should be taught in colleges as well as in the home and community. The limitations of this study and the directions of following studies is as follows: Frist, in spite of establishing a research model concerning business ethics, the researcher could not develop a systematic education program for business ethics. Second, it is necessary to develop a systematic education program for business ethics in order to utilize it for producing practical study. Finally, it is necessary to develop some evaluation tools for relativism.

대학교육에서의 연구윤리현황과 개선방안에 관한 탐색적 연구 - DEVAC 과제표절탐색 시스템을 중심으로 - (An Exploratory Study on the Current Status of Research Ethics in Higher Education and Its Improvement Methods -With a focus on DEVAC Paper Plagiarism Detection System-)

  • 본 연구는 연구윤리 사례분석 모형을 기반으로 대학교육에서 학생들의 과제표절현황을 탐색하였다. 본 연구에서는 대학교육에서의 연구윤리현황과 인식도 조사, 그리고 과제표절탐색 시스템인 DEVAC 시스템 적용을 통하여 연구윤리교육에 대한 개선방안을 탐색하였다. 이를 통해 대학교육에서의 연구윤리의식 함양을 위한 기반 조성을 본 연구의 근본적인 목적으로 설정하였다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 첫째, 대학생들의 과제표절에 대한 현황과 인식도를 조사하였으며, 둘째, DEVAC 과제표절탐색 시스템의 적용을 통해 연구윤리교육에 대한 개선방안을 탐색하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 결과, 첫째, 과제표절현황에 대한 조사 연구에서 참여한 학생들의 65.43%(424명)가 과제표절 경험이 있었으며, 학기당 3회 이상 표절하는 경우도 과제표절 경험학생의 49.3%로 나타났다. 뿐만 아니라 대학에서의 과제표절탐색 시스템의 사용에 대해 34.1%가 긍정적인 반응을 보였으며, 연구윤리교육 강화방법으로 창의성교육(39.0%)이 가장 높게 나타났다. 둘째, DEVAC 시스템을 적용하여 과제표절을 탐색한 결과, 시스템 사용이 과제표절을 방지할 수 있는 대안 중의 하나가 될 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통하여 개인적으로 과제표절은 범죄행위라는 인식을 제고할 수 있는 기반조성이 다양한 측면에서 필요함을 알 수 있었다.
