본 연구는 기술집약적 중소기업인 벤처기업이 외부주체와 수행하는 R&D협력에서 협력성과 강화요인을 규명하기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 벤처기업의 기업가적 지향성과 협력주체 간 사회적 자본의 역할을 고찰하고, 각 요인이 협력성과에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 협력성과는 R&D협력을 통해 개발된 기술이 기업의 경쟁우위에 기여하는 정도를 의미하는 기술경쟁력과, 해당 기술을 상업적으로 활용하여 달성한 기업성과로 구분하였다. 설문조사를 통해 R&D협력을 수행한 벤처기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 하여 총 218개 표본기업의 응답데이터를 분석하였다. 그 결과, R&D협력에서 벤처기업의 기업가적 지향성과 협력주체 간 사회적 자본은 협력성과 창출에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 사회적 자본은 기업가적 지향성의 형성에 기여하며, 기업가적 지향성은 사회적 자본과 협력성과의 영향관계에서 완전매개의 역할을 담당하는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 분석을 통해 [사회적 자본-기업가적 지향성-협력성과]의 R&D협력성과 창출구조가 작동한다는 사실을 확인하였다. 본 결과가 내포한 학문적 및 실무적 의의는 결론에서 상세히 기술하였다.

This research aims to analyze the trend of subhealth and meebyung(未病) research as a method of network analysis from 2007 to 2011 in China. A total of 3,933 papers were involved in analysis from 5,465 searched papers, which title have '未病', '亞健康' in CNKI (China National Knowledge Infrastructure). It is carried out that counts annual paper number, authors' publicized papers, and journals paper number related to subhealth. Network analysis was performed to reveal collaboration research trend and relations between Authors, Affiliations, and Regions. As a result, Number of related studies have increased for the last 5 years. East and south regions of China, which include Beijing, Guangxi, and Zhejiang have participated most in their studies, and also as collaborated researches. As affiliations, Researches done by College of Traditional Chinese medicine and their hospital's collaborations are most counted. Because of distance limit, many colleges or institutes seem to make contacts with nearby affiliations. This study is the first attempt to perform network analysis on subhealth research trend in CNKI. This study would contribute to related studies in case of network analysis method.

Previous studies have found that the use or development of theory in library and information science (LIS) research is comparatively low and may be trending downward. LIS has also been criticized for relying on theories imported from other disciplines rather than applying or developing theories from within. The theory of information worlds, a social information behavior theory originally introduced in 2008, represents a newer LIS theory whose level of adoption is understudied. This study features a systematic literature review of peer-reviewed research articles which cited or used the theory of information worlds from 2008 to early 2022 to identify trends related to levels of theory use, publication venues, author affiliations, countries, and collaborations, as well as research methods, topics, and populations. Findings suggest that both awareness and use of the theory of information worlds are positively trending, though at slower rates for higher levels of theory use, such as full applications of the theory to guide the collection and analysis of empirical data. The theory has also been used by researchers from around the world and across disciplines, most often with mixed and qualitative methods. While the growth of a new LIS theory is promising, the authors echo calls for increased use and development of the theory of information worlds, and other LIS theories more broadly, and as more interdisciplinary collaboration.

As the communication technology and mobile devices develop, the need for the efficient and secure remote storage is required. And recently, many companies support cloud storages to meet the requirements of the customers. Especially in the business field where various companies collaborate, data sharing is an essential functionality to enhance their work performance. However, existing researches have not fully satisfied the requirement either efficiency and security. This paper suggests efficient and secure data sharing scheme for cloud storage by using secret sharing scheme. Proposed scheme can be applied to business collaborations and team projects.

Universities are now operating in a post-globalized world. They need to be locally engaged while globally visible for continued success. Specific strategies include 1) unbundling education using fractal modules approach to facilitate more flexible and customized learning expectations of net generation of students; 2) open-source software and hardware platforms to facilitate collaborations around a short or multi-year, multidisciplinary brain stretching projects motivated by the real world challenges; 3) new courses on innovation and entrepreneurship to nurture experience seeking and enterprising mindset of students; 4) cross-border university- public- private partnerships for developing solutions specific to the local needs and can be scalable for the world; and 5) encouraging faculty members with glocal mindset.

Alliances, collaborations and partnerships are essential practices in today's business. The purpose of this study was to understand the trends in retail alliances by analyzing the patterns of alliances in the Korean retail market. Retail alliance cases were collected from the published news article database in a major internet portal. A total of 1,061 retail alliance cases for the first decade of the 2000s were categorized into the alliances: 1) within the same retail format and 2) across different formats within the retail industry; and 3) with service industries and 4) with manufacturing industries outside the retail industry. The study described the patterns on the characteristics of participating retailers and partners, industries involved, and alliance types for each of the four categories.

One of the roles of the Semantic Web services is to execute dynamic intra-organizational services including the integration and interoperation of business processes. Since different organizations design their processes differently, the retrieval of similar semantic business processes is necessary in order to support inter-organizational collaborations. Most approaches for finding services that have certain features and support certain business processes have relied on some type of logical reasoning and exact matching. This paper presents our approach of using imprecise matching fur expanding results from an exact matching engine to query the OWL MIT Process Handbook. In order to use the MIT Process Handbook for process retrieval experiments, we had to export it into an OWL-based format. We model the Process Handbook meta-model in OWL and export the processes in the Handbook as instances of the meta-model. Next, we need to find a sizable number of queries and their corresponding correct answers in the Process Handbook. We devise diverse similarity algorithms based on values of process attributes and structures of business processes. We perform retrieval experiments to compare the performance of the devised similarity algorithms.

UNESCO is an international specialized agency based on the United Nations (UN) located in the Paris. The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization abbreviated as UNESCO. The mission and goal of UNESCO are to maintain the peace and security throughout the globe by encouraging international collaborations through educational, scientific, and cultural heritage in order to increase respect for principals of justice, international rules of law, and international human rights. Recently, the UNESCO published a new set of 17 goals for the nation's sustainable society. The Organization ensures to actively participate in UN activities to improve harmony and planning within the United Nations system. The 2030 agenda is primarily about shifting the world on to a sustainable and most in-depth. Currently, UNESCO launched broad goals and objectives for the international community including the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs). Among these sustainable goals, climate change, water security is more significant. In this paper, we briefly reviewed the seventeen goals by UNESCO.

To cope with the rapid changes in the corporate environment, the creation of innovative output through various forms of collaboration have been discussed. For open collaborations, contributors who distribute to various countries and cultures are able to share knowledge via the internet without physical rewards or responsibilities. In this study, we focused on the open source software project, which is a representative open collaboration. We investigated the factors that affect the knowledge contribution of developers of various countries within the open collaboration platform. Specifically, we investigated the open collaborative nature of multi-culture developers by dividing cultures according to collectivism and individualism. We collected data on 26,604 developers using a python based web crawler for GitHub which is an open source software development platform, and conducted cross-cultural study. This paper contributes to the field of knowledge management by suggesting various impacts of antecedents such as hireability, and information exposure on knowledge sharing according to culture.

This study examines the technical level of North Korea's S&T and identifies areas for potential North-South cooperation. First, North Korean media is analyzed for situations and trends from 2010 to 2015. Despite some commendable achievements, North Korean S&T remains lacking in basic science and commercialization potential. Despite an awareness of the importance of international cooperation, North Korea is hampered by international sanctions and their own caution, consequently concentrating their efforts on China. Details of their cooperation reflect their interests and needs to a certain extent, although their collaborations were mainly in the form of meetings and conferences rather than active joint research. To assess the potential areas of cooperation with South Korea, this study also draws on interviews with NGOs and professionals working with North Korea. The country's present situation is analyzed and some practical examples of possible cooperation is suggested. North Korea has the potential to expand its cooperation not only with South Korea but with many other countries. North Korea also promisingly expresses interest in cooperation.
