스마트 시대로 접어들면서 정보통신기술의 발달이 성숙기에 이르고 우리의 삶과 사회에 ICT가 미치는 영향이 점차 심화되고 있다. 이러한 맥락에서 경영정보학(MIS) 교수들이 중심이 된 국제정보시스템학회(Association of Information Systems: AIS)에서 2014년 12월에는 "ICT-enabled Bright Society Initiative(약칭 Bright ICT)"를 미래 비전 아젠다로 채택하였다. 본 연구에서는 Bright ICT Initiative에서 수행할 연구 아젠다 아이템들을 찾아내어 전략적 우선순위를 정하고 세부 프로그램을 논의하기 위한 기초 작업으로 brainstorming, clustering, ranking 의 단계를 거치는 델파이 스터디를 진행하였다. 연구 결과 11개의 주요 이슈를 발굴하였고 이어지는 설문조사를 통해 각 이슈들의 중요도 순위를 분석하였다. 나아가 각 이슈가 개인, 기업, 사회/국가에 미치는 영향의 중요도에 있어 연령과 성별에 따른 차이를 분석하였다.

WTO 뉴라운드인 도하 개발 아젠다 ( Doha Development Agenda)에서 자유무역과 환경보호의 연계 논의가 주요 주제로 되면서 환경기술이 각국간, 제품별 경쟁력의 뜨거운 이슈로 등장하고 있다. 수입국의‘공정 및 생산방식(Processes and Production M e t h o d s ) ’기준을 수출국이 준수하지 않을 경우 환경보조금으로 간주하여 소위 환경덤핑(Eco-Dumping) 관세를 부과하려고 하거나 환경친화제품에 대해서는 상대적으로 관세를 인하시키려고 하고 있다. (중략)

This study tried to suggest a new direction of rail freight pricing in Korea. Determinant factors of rail freight fare are collected and pricing principles are introduced. Marginal social costs are to be fare of rail freight in theory and those costs should be estimated in the near future. From the market pricing of North American rail freight carriers we can find a direction of future pricing and from the EU efforts to estimate social marginal costs we can also find research agenda.

This paper reviews issues and methodological status of system dynamics and suggest some research agenda for its development in Korea. After reviewing some characteristics of system dynamics approach, including dynamic feedback perspective and endogenous point of view, the paper pointed out methodological characteristics of system dynamics. It seems to be the most notable characteristics of System Dynamics that it use both quantitative and qualitative approach in explaining and modelling reality. Besides, System Dynamicists rely more heavily on refutationism than instrumentalism and this allows System Dynamicists follow more strict way of scientific inquiry. For the development of System Dynamics in Korean academic circle, developing training program and curriculum, networking scattered System Dynamicist all over the country, would be the most important task.

In this technical information, the springtime TSP measurement data between 1993 and 1996 at Kosan are presented. Based on the data, it was found that the concentrations of crustal species increase when Yellow Dust phenomenon occurs. Among anthropogenic species, the concentration of Pb and NO$_3$$^{[-10]}$ increase when Yellow Dust phenomenon occurs. Further research agenda are discussed to study the effects of Yellow Dust.

Today, knowledge is considered the most strategically important resource. As research in knowledge management advances, it ought to review and categorize the already published literatures on knowledge management in the area of business strategy, accounting/finance, human resource management and management information technology. To identify the knowledge management research trend, we analyze 168 articles published in prominent academic journal during last two decades. This paper develops three stages model for knowledge management research: observation, initiation and evolution stage. Also, we classify the given researches according to the three criteria of contents, related academic area and applied research method.

The number of studies on social media has increased rapidly worldwide. There has been, however, little effort to assess the achievements and limitations of social media studies up to present. The purpose of this study is to provide a systematical viewpoint on social media research published by scholarly business-related journals. Our analysis focus on research topic, functionality, targeted media types, methodology, and characteristics. User research receives the most attention, followed by effect research in terms of developmental models of media research agenda. The major methodological trend is online survey. Facebook and twitter are the two most popular mediums studied in literature, and social media is mainly characterized as information sharing as well as relationship building. Two recommendations are suggested in ways to strengthen social media research: more various topics and application areas, and the rigor and diversity of research methods.

본 연구는 1980년 이후부터 국제이주의 현상이 세계화, 다변화로 외국인 근로자들의 노동시장의 유입과 여성결혼이민자 증가로 인해 '다문화가족지원법'을 탄생시키게 된다. 다문화가족이라는 사회문제가 공공의제로 부각하여 '다문화가족지원법'의 제정으로 연결될 때 참여자들은 누구인가?를 알아보고자 한다. 또한 사회문제 중에서 정부의 공식의제로 확정하여 추진하는 과정에는 동원형, 외부주도형, 내부접근형의 3유형에서 동원형을 선택하여 설명할 것이다. 사례의 특성을 염두에 두고 기존 이론과 모형을 바탕으로 분석할 것이며, 연구논문과 서적, 신문, 일간지, 선거공약, 시민단체, 인터넷, 세미나자료 등을 사용하는 사례분석방법을 택하여 연구할 것이며, 시간적범위는 2003년 11월 21일 "이주노동자 추방반대 재외동포법 개정하라" 한 시점에서 '다문화가족지원법안(대안)'을 제271회 임시국회 제7차 본회의에서 재석 165인 중 165인 찬성으로 입법되는 2008년 2월 19일까지로 한정짓는다.
