In this paper, we proposed the SCM logistics roadmap in other that the 'Northeast Asian Distribution Hub' policy of the government can be realized more effectively. First, we analysed the requirements of SCM roadmap by examining the situation of Northeast Asian Distribution Hub roadmap, and developed 3 key dimensions of SCM roadmap-national, industrial, and technological dimensions. Second, we suggested integrated SCM on the 4-stage evolution axis, and suggested 9 strategies for realizing the roadmap. Finally, we discussed a cyclical improvement system for the suggested SCM roadmap to keep pace with the change of technical and industrial environment. We expect that the suggested SCM roadmap would be refined by the reaction of logistics groups and various opinions of experts, and become the foundation of execution strategies.

The purpose of this study is to remind the necessity of reengineering establishment of future-oriented fashion industry and to research the devices for the devices for the system establishment at this present time when the consumer\`s demands level is extremely high. This research has been done by the literature review of the relative articles, books and the case study. First, through the analysis of the important changes and movements of fashion industry environment by the environmental interpretation model of Draft and Weick, the strategic development, corresponding the environment change of fashion industry, has been attempted. Second, this study examined QR integration management method according to the Kunz\`s behavior theory of the apparel firms. Third, as the prior occupation strategy regarding the things can be done very well from now on the things are needed, the necessity and establishment of SCM, based on companionship and beyond the boundary between the companies has been studied through the exchange of the data of manufacture and sales which has been regarded as the secret of the companies. Finally, to become a company to lead the market, in addition to the re-organization of the internal process of a company with the leadership which has the clear vision for the consumer\`s satisfaction, the process have ti be integrated under the cooperation with its business partners and the cost have to be reduces, and the which takes to correspond to the consumer\`s requirements have to be reduced.

In this paper we identity the hazard using HAZOP study for ATSRX which is a subsystem of the ATP system, and we study a safety management method for the mitigation of the risk to the acceptable level. ATSRX is a device that make a train which has a ATP system operate in ATS line. For this ATSRX send a induction signal with ATS system to vehicle controller. Thus ATSRX can be said a safety equipment that makes a train operate safely. In order to identify the hazard for the internal faults in ATSRX system, we employ HAZOP study method which is recommended as hazard identification in IEC 62278, RAMS requirements in railway signal, and also it provide the detail activity in IEC 61882. Thus, in this paper we perform HAZOP study based on ATSRX related standards and using the assessment of the identified hazard we study a method to guarantee the system safety through the change of the design to mitigate the risk to the acceptable level.

This study focuses on the phenomenon that K-POP has become spotlight as killer contents which can be spread over the world beyond Asia. In order to identify critical factors of successful impact of K-POP on other cultures, the influence of the change in media on the globalization of popular culture was explored and the related requirements were analyzed. Furthermore, the potential markers for K-POP, a core field of the Korean Wave, were also analyzed and specific factors such as effective infrastructure of among producer of contents, platform subscriber, network provider, terminal enterprise and retailers for building new businesses model were investigated in detail.

In manufacturing industry, machining technology for metal cutting processes has been considered traditional and economic dimensions such as production cost, production time and quality of a final product. However, owing to governmental regulations and the change of owner's cognizance, the safety of the workers becomes important in those fields. In this paper, the operation planning system developed as a key component of CAPP(Computer Aided Process Planning) system is introduced for milling operations. The main issue in the system is to determine the cutting conditions in achieving a balanced consideration of productivity and worker's safety. For this reason, the system performs the modification process of standard cutting conditions to satisfy those requirements. Related to machining safety in metal cutting, representative and habitual mistakes that operators perform without considering carefully the characteristic of machine or work piece are described and then the detailed algorithm and functions of the developed system is introduced and discussed.

This paper considers effective timetable modules in order to easily satisfy various user requirements during scheduling timetables in universities. Noticing that the methods for allocating time blocks change according to the timetable modules, we suggest six models of symmetric timetable modules composed of 4 blocks, and show that our models have more benefits without any loss from the viewpoint of customers, if the suppliers consider the decreasing upper bound of ratio utilizing space resources. By adapting a concept of potentially determined blocks and suggesting their management strategies, finally, we accomplish a method for supporting flexibility and controllability when the universities timetables are scheduled.

Recently, residents' community center is trying to combine with various program and facilities as the residents self-government program's development. This is due to the reduction of administrative tasks, the computerization of programs, the importance of community participation activities, the activation of community, and the increase of welfare projects. Therefore, previous studies on program complexity have been actively carried out. Nevertheless, spaces and programs studies of considering regional characteristics are lacking. Therefore, the community centers' program and spaces need to change. Therefore, this study propose an improvement direction through analyzing the situation of the residents' community center. For this study, the precedent research and institutional limitations are examined. In addition, this study selected and analyzed the 15 local community center. Thirdly, interviews were conducted with users and officials of the 5 residents' community centers on major changes. Finally, This study suggests direction of program improvement and architectural design direction. As a result of this study, integrated management measures with overlapping agencies should be sought. Surplus space will have to be rearranged into a new program through prior examination. Above all, the proposed remodeling guidelines require user requirements to be reflected and designed with the residents.

As our whole society has become increasingly aware of safety and emphasizes the importance of preventing safety accidents, the airline cabin service sector is also facing a strong demand to improve practical system for aviation safety education. In this regard, the development of appropriate safety education programs and the getting of human resources who can develop and operate such programs are becoming key issues. This study aims to provide academic and practical implications for safety education and training in airline cabins by reconfirming the importance and direction of safety education in the context of airline cabin services, and by specifying and establishing qualification requirements for personnel who develop and operate such safety programs. To this end, we review the content that should be included in safety training programs, the qualifications required of developers, managers, instructors, and examiners who develop or operate such programs, and how safety training programs can be continually improved as relevant conditions change in the future. In addition, we have also suggested ways to train appropriate managers, instructors, and examiners, including improving the compensation system for them, and how to effectively manage trainees. In order to secure a higher level of aviation safety in the future, it will be necessary to continue research on the development of more diverse and high-quality aviation safety education programs and the training of related personnel.

A growing gap between market needs and the capabilities of the enterprise prompts repositioning (Corstjens and Dolye 1989). This article examines the strategic repositioning of 'Korando Sports' undertaken by SYMC throughout the period from Jan. 2012 to Jun. 2012, to boost sales volume and market share by entering market of active-lifestyle consumers currently occupied by SUVs. SYMC's experience indicates that it is essential to close the gap between the market needs and the ability of the enterprise to make a shift to new consumer segment with a new positioning. The successful repositioning framework(Ryan et al. 2007) were employed in this paper. This framework is comprised of six elements: core strategic values, strategic flexibility/learning capabilities, customer awareness and sensitivity, external orientation, management commitment, and belief in the product and brand. The evaluation based on the successful framework also confirms that 'Korando Sports' case meets all the requirements of the successful strategic repositioning. This paper provides some of the managerial implications with aim of assisting executives in identifying strategic repositioning opportunities. Primarily, the 'Korando Sports' case affirms the repositioning as a viable strategy and indicates that repositioning is a feasible means for strategic change. Second, this case shows the influence of a target consumer and SYMC's repositioning to follow consumer preference for a particular attribute. Moreover, we can understand how a product formerly considered weak in attributes can enjoy benefits in other segments with the same attributes.

While discussions on ESG are actively taking place in Europe and other countries, the number of countries pushing for mandatory ESG information disclosure related to non-financial information of listed companies is rapidly increasing. However, as companies respond to mandatory global ESG information disclosure, problems are emerging such as the stringent requirements of global ESG disclosure standards, the complexity of data management, and a lack of understanding and preparation of the ESG system itself. In addition, it requires a reasonable analysis of how business management opportunities and risk factors due to climate change affect the company's financial impact, so it is expected to be quite difficult to analyze the results that meet the disclosure standards. In order to perform tasks such as ESG management activities and information disclosure, data of various types and sources is required and management through an information system is necessary to measure this transparently, collect it without error, and manage it without omission. Therefore, in this study, we designed an ESG data integrated management model to integrate and manage various related indicators and data in order to transparently and efficiently convey the company's ESG activities to various stakeholders through ESG information disclosure. A framework for implementing an information system to handle management was developed. These research results can help companies facing difficulties in ESG disclosure at a practical level to efficiently manage ESG information disclosure. In addition, the presentation of an integrated data management model through analysis of the ESG disclosure work process and the development of an information system to support ESG information disclosure were significant in the academic aspects needed to study ESG in the future.
