Just in time backup of the essential materials at industry and military is very important. Especially in case of military essential materials at wartime is so important as it controls victory and/or defeat. This paper presents the new approach for just in time suppling the essential materials at the beginning wartime - security step of materials, reservation priority and quantity requirement degree. In order to build the new approach, we introduced the concepts of cost and effect analysis for each essential item. First of all, the developed model will be useful to maximize combat sustaning power under constraint of budget.

For research data to be shared without legal, financial and technical barriers in the Open Science era, data repositories must have the functional requirements asked by DMP and CoreTrustSeal. In order to derive functional requirements for the data repository, this study analyzed the Data Management Plan (DMP) and CoreTrustSeal, the criteria for certification of research data repositories. Deposit, Ethics, License, Discovery, Identification, Reuse, Security, Preservation, Accessibility, Availability, and (Meta) Data Quality, commonly required by DMP and CoreTrustSeal, were derived as functional requirements that should be implemented first in implementing data repositories. Confidentiality, Integrity, Reliability, Archiving, Technical Infrastructure, Documented Storage Procedure, Organizational Infrastructure, (Meta) Data Evaluation, and Policy functions were further derived from CoreTrustSeal. The functional requirements of the data repository derived from this study may be required as a key function when developing the repository. It is also believed that it could be used as a key item to introduce repository functions to researchers for depositing data.

The counter-fire operation system performs its mission exchanging information with other related systems such as command & control systems and military information systems. In the process of exchanging information, the counter-fire operation system uses a type of data message which contains exchange data information in the format of KMTF. The requirement of data exchange of count-fire operation will continue to evolve. But the EDX(External Data eXchange) configuration item of the current counter-fire operation system can not effectively cope with the variation of data exchange requirements due to its fixed software structure. In the paper, a solution for improving flexibility of external data exchange in counter-fire operation system is proposed.

1- Buildup PCB technology is utilized to a bare chip attach substrate technology for packaging of semiconductor chip 2- Requirement for the substrate design rule is described in SIA International Technology Roadmap for Semiconductor. 3- There are seven fabrication methods of build-up technology. 4- Coating and lamination for resin and photo, and laser for micro via hope processes are available. Below $50\mu\textrm{m}$ in diameter is possible. 5- Fine pitch lines down to $30\mu\textrm{m}$ can be achieved by pattern plating with better electrical property. 6- Dielectric loss reduction is a key material improvement item for next generation build-up technology. 7- High band width up to 512 GB/s is possible with current wiring groundrule.

This paper proposes a technical requirements analysis of implementation of multi-trade prefabrication. Recently, there has been a rise in the use of prefabrication to minimize on-site work for time reduction to increase productivity. Prefabrication technique is evolved into multi-trade prefabrication combining other trades from single-trade prefabrication. For implementation of new technique, not only itself but complementary techniques have to be prepared. In this paper, MEP corridor rack, a major item of multi-trade prefabrication, was implemented in the test bed and its process was analyzed to find out technical requirements. As a result, comparatively high level of IT technique was required for efficient use of multi-trade prefabrication in design, lifting and construction phase. In design phase, component level of BIM library was needed for manufacturing; and in lifting phase, BIM-based site logistics process was required. Also in construction phase, laser scanning was implemented for gathering shape and geometry of the wall and slab that were attached to multi-trade prefabrication module.

Configuration Management (CM) is a process of identifying and documenting the characteristics of a Structures, Systems and Components (SSCs), and of ensuring that changes to these characteristics are properly assessed, approved, issued, implemented and verified. There are requirement management, change control, facility configuration information management for CM activities. In order to improve safety of Nuclear Power Plant(NPP), it is necessary to manage change item systematically. Existing CM concept is focused on the NPP in operation. On the other hand, NPP under construction is difficult to efficiently manage the change because of different change process from varoius stake-holders. This research considers method of consolidation change process for NPP to ensure that approved changes are accurately reflected in the design requirements, facility configuration information, and the physical configuration.

복잡해져가고 있는 현재의 교통상황에서 최근 개발되고 있는 HUD(Head-up Display)의 경우는 기능이 다양하므로 운전중 많은 정보가 운전자에게 제시되어야 한다. 이러한 많은 정보를 제공하고 디스플레이하기에는 HUD의 크기에 한계가 있으며, 운전중 운전자에게 부하를 가중시켜 안전에 큰 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 따라서 HUD에 제공될 정보에 대하여 인간공학적 접근과 사용자들의 선호에 맞추는 HMI(Human Machine Interface)연구를 통하여 제시아이템에 대한 중요도 및 우선순위를 파악하고 제시아이템의 아이콘의 형태 및 색채를 결정하는 것은 운전중 안전사고에 대한 발생확률을 감소시킬 수 있을 것이다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 제시 아이템과 제시 아이콘에 대한 중요도를 파악하였다. 그리고 제시 아이콘의 형태와 색채에 대한 주관적 평가를 통해 그에 대한 아이콘의 형태 및 색채에 대한 새로운 평가 방법에 의한 가이드라인을 제시하고자 한다. 또한 이러한 연구를 통하여 ITS내의 인간요소적인 측면을 고려하여 인간친화적인 ITS구축이 가능할 것이다.

It is very important for performance of information system that we make an effort to raise user's satisfaction by continuously grasping user's requirement by evaluation of PMIS based on ASP service quality and reflecting this to information system. However, It is lack that developments of suitable evaluation index of PMIS based on ASP service quality. Hereupon, In this study, we propose the evaluation indicators. First, The evaluation area is classified by form the foundation of D & M IS Success Model (2003); system quality, information quality, service quality. Second, The detail evaluation item which include considerations which are gotten through investigation of the construction industry and PMIS based on ASP is grouping by form the foundation SERVQUAL which is a service quality evaluation tool proposed PZB(1988). It is suitable to evaluate PMIS based on ASP service quality in construction industry and able to evaluate various aspects.

Thus, I studied Health services supplied by local health centers and the requirements of the inhabitants visiting the health care facilities. The purpose of this study was to provide basic material for the establishment of Health care policy and the development of health care businesses. The target places for this study were 4 health centers; Chungrang-Gu, Nowon-Gu, Eunpyung-Gu, Songpa-Gu, with 509 mothers who were visiting the Centers. The question items of this study concerned a total of 124 health-related services provided by the Health Centers. The data was collected for a total of 92 days; July 1st~September 30th, 1999. 800 questionaries were distributed and 559 answered, 509 were analyzed finally. The collected data were processed using the SAS program to get mean, standard deviation, percentage. Open questions were made to reveal the opinions of mothers using the health care center. The results were as follows : 1. Among the participants of the study, 49.7% were 25~29 years of age, 84.3% were house wives by current occupation, 56.2% were from 4~6 person households. 52.1 were educated at a high school level, and 43.6% were educated at a collage level. 2. The highest percentage(53.6%) of the users were spontaneous in their utilization of health care center. The major reason for using the Health care center is that it is free to 65.8% of those covered and of low cost to 19.3% of those covered. 3. The satisfaction level of those using the health care center appeared to be generally high. The general average value showed up as $3.027{\pm}0.519$. 4. The level of recognition of the value of the heath care center services was high, particularly in the basic item of diagnoses of pregnancy, particularly in the basic item of diagnoses of pregnancy. However, the satisfaction level of health care education In pregnancy is low at 20~40%. In the meantime, the level of recognition in breast- feeding benefits is high at 76.8%. 5. The rate of realizing health care center's service campaign was generally low at 10~20%. 41.3 of the people knew the advertizing material of the health care centers. 32.4% of the people knew the advertizing material of the health care centers. 32.4% of the people knew the campaign of health care center for importance of breast-feeding benefits. 30.1% of the people knew the campaign for testing congenital mechanism disease. In the meantime about 50% was recognised the health care centers campaign for the importance and time of infants vaccination. 6. The need for enhancement of health care center services was shown to be high as $3.266{\pm}0.676$ as an average, chicken pox vaccination being the most highly requested at $3.565{\pm}0.587.$. 7. Among the open questions, the additional service to be provided were as follows ; increase of campaign of health care center services, furnishing advertizing books in public locations, providing shuttle bus service to the health care centers, extension of desire for preventative injections, rest and play areas for the children of the families serviced, consultation rooms, etc.

RFID 기술의 발전으로 태그 가격이 급속도로 낮아짐에 따라, 더 세밀하게 제품을 관리하기 위해 각 태그가 포장상자에만 부착되는 것이 아니라 개별 제품에 부착된다. 그러나 RFID 데이터를 처리하는 판독기와 미들웨어가 한정된 하드웨어 자원을 가지고 있기 때문에, 초대용량의 태그 데이터를 신속하게 처리하기 위한 방법들이 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 요구조건을 효율적으로 충족시키는 새로운 이동 에이전트 기반 분산형 소프트웨어 도구를 설계하고 구현한다. 이 도구는 명시된 데이터 수집 정책을 포함한 이동 에이전트를 다수의 이동식 판독기들로 전송함으로써, 필요한 데이터가 제품의 운송 중 반복적으로 전 처리 될 수 있도록 하는 편리한 환경을 제공한다. 이러한 수행 형태는 목적지에 도착한 후 매우 많은 양의 태그 데이터를 고정식 판독기에서 처리하는 기존 방식에 비해, 판독기와 미들웨어에서 매우 높은 인식률로 태그 데이터를 처리하기 위해 요구되는 소요시간을 상당히 줄일 수 있다.
