Purpose: The purpose of the study was to establish an education curriculum subject program design for the department of emergency medical technology based on National Competency Standards (NCS) key competencies. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was completed by 180 level 1 emergency medical technicians in K area from June 15 to 20, 2016. Except for 14 incomplete questionnaires, 141 data were analyzed. The study instrument included general characteristics of the subjects (7 items) and importance and satisfaction levels for 10 key competencies including 34 items of subfactors by a Likert 5-point scale using Borich Needs Assessment Model. A locus for focus model (LF model) was used to derive the top priority key competencies for the education curriculum. Data were analyzed by SPSS v. 20.0. Results: The order of education needs of the program included interpersonal competency (1.442), communication competency (1.384), problem solving competency (1.185) and professional ethics competency (1.149). In the LF model, the required jey competencies included interpersonal competency, communication competency, professional ethics competency, and problem solving competency. Conclusion: The study results coincided with standard education curriculum guidelines. Our resluts can provide a valid reference for the department of emergency medical technology.

Recently, countries in the South-east Asia are making efforts to enhance the construction industry system and introduce the construction management system. However, it is challenging to apply construction management in site due to lack of technology and professionals for CM. This can result in frequent safety accidents, cost overrun, schedule delay, etc. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out a clear evaluation of the overall situation regarding the level of technology and required competency. The objective of this research is to investigate on which management skills and items for CM are required to improve the construction management skills in South-east Asian construction industry. As a result of the questionnaire, most of the officials selected that the design phase and the construction phase are important works, and the engineers evaluated activities during the bidding phase, the design phase and the construction phase as important works for construction management. However, in most of the results, it was observed that the current competency of Vietnam construction is insufficient compared to the evaluated importance of the skills. This can be explained by the fact that they are not capable of managing construction projects effectively as compared to the importance. The results can help to realize the inadequate aspects of local construction industry, which will be the basis of improvements. Also, it is expected to be supportive to improve construction management in the countries and also provide indicators related to work stage or technology that should be acknowledged when establishing the advancing strategy for Southeast Asian countries in the future.

The National Competency Standards(NCS) has been developed a good curriculum to reflect the demand in the industry. NCS is defined as systemizing the knowledge, skill, and attitude required to perform a task in the industry. It is an effort to reduce the gap between educational requirements and occupational requirements. However, when NCS is applied, the task level is changed to the title of qualification according to the policy outcomes for the government project. And, the NCS has been emphasizing the purpose of license acquisition, rather than using the standard for tasks in the industry. It means that the misuse of NSC hinders utilizing it as the original purpose of standardizing a task. It requires the customer to study the required competency unit with a no-choice option. Moreover, it makes it hard for companies or industry autonomically run the NCS. Therefore, we define the operational range in terms of the education field, the qualification field, and the career field to diffuse and apply NCS, and suggest the effective utilization method.

National Competency Standard(NCS) is a national organization that organizes the knowledge, skills, and quality required to perform duties at industrial sites by industry sector and level. As NCS was developed and adopted as part of the government's implementation of capability-oriented society, the construction industry is also fully applying NCS to the curriculum and training. This study investigated and analyzed the problems of NCS development in construction work field through prior research analysis and experts interview and derived problems such as discrepancies in classification system, lack of connectivity with curriculum, and lack of effectiveness in revising NCS in construction work field. Further research is thought to be necessary for the establishment of the development system reflecting the construction characteristics in the future and for the presentation of practical improvement directions.

우리나라의 전자정부는 명실공히 세계 최고를 자랑하고 있고, 공공정보화 개방에 대해서도 2015년 UN 평가지표에 의해 OECD국가에서 1위를 하는 등 ICT (Information Communication Technology) 분야에서 자타공인 세계일등국이다. 그러나 국가정보화역량측면에서 보면 구체적인 역량이나 교육과정에 대한 정의보다는 단순 교과목의 나열에 의한 교육이 수행되는 경향이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 국가정보화 모델에 대한 연구분석을 통해 국가정보화역량을 세부적으로 정의하고 관련 교육과정을 정의하고자 한다. 이는 세계적으로 우리나라의 전자정부를 모델로 하여 우리나라로부터 ICT와 전자정부를 배우고자 하는 나라들이 많이 있기 때문에 개발 뿐 아니라 국가정보화역량을 어떻게 함양시킬 것인가가 매우 중요한 이슈로 떠오르고 있기 때문이다. 이 논문에서는 먼저 국가정보화역량모델을 연구하고, 이 모델로부터 국가정보화역량에 필요한 교육과정을 도출할 것이다.

최근 교육훈련기관과 산업체의 수요에 필요한 지식이 불일치하는 인력 미스매치(miss match)의 현상은 신입 직원의 재교육과 취업을 위한 사교육 비용 증가로 전이되어 결과적으로는 개인의 직무수행 능력 저하와 취업 역량 저조는 물론 국가 차원에서도 경제적, 물질적 낭비의 원인이 되고 있다. 이러한 문제점을 보완하기 위해 실무에서 바로 활용이 가능하고 산업체에서 추구하는 인재양성을 목표로 국가에서 지정하는 직무 능력의 표준점을 구한 국가직무능력표준(NCS: National Competency Standards)이 개발되었으며, 이러한 시대적 흐름과 맞물려 NCS를 기반 한 자격제도까지 등장하게 되었다. 따라서 본 연구는 교육기관에서 NCS와 NCS기반 자격에서 제시하고 있는 수준에 맞춰 학교급별로 교육과정을 편성 운영하고 있는 현 시점에서 NCS기반 자격에서 제시하고 있는 수준의 전반적인 점검을 위하여 피부미용 분야 NCS기반 자격 중 피부관리 L3수준의 능력단위와 능력단위 요소의 중요도 및 우선순위를 도출하였으며, 이를 통해 산업계에서 요구하는 직무 수준별 전문인력 양성에 필요한 교육과정 개발의 기초자료로 제공하고자 시도되었다. 본 연구는 현장 전문가집단, 교육 전문가집단으로 구성하였으며, L3수준의 능력단위와 능력단위 요소에 대한 요구분석을 위해 AHP 설문 기법을 실시하였다. 또한 AHP 분석을 위한 통계처리는 데이터 코딩(data coding)과 데이터 크리닝(data cleaning) 과정을 거쳐, SPSS(Statistical Package for Social Science) ver. 21.0 통계 패키지 프로그램과 AHP전용 솔루션인 Expert Choice 2000을 활용하였다. 그 결과 현장 전문가집단, 교육 전문가집단의 의견이 부분적으로 차이를 보였다. 이는 전문적인 능력을 갖춘 현장맞춤형 인재 양성을 목표로 변화하고 있는 현 시점에서, 교육훈련기관과 산업현장의 불일치를 해소해야함을 시사하고 있으며, 해결 방안으로는 산업현장에서 요구하는 인재상과 접목시켜 산업현장의 직무와 교육기관의 표준화된 교육이라 할 수 있다.

본 연구는 ISO 심사원이 현장중심의 심사역량 제고를 위해서 개인적 특성과 함께 직무를 수행하기 위해 필요한 전문지식 및 전문기술 역량의 우선순위를 규명하는 데에 목적을 두었다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해, 심사원이 필요로 하는 심사역량을 ISO 19011 기반의 전문지식영역, 직무기술영역에 개인적 특성 영역을 더하여 총 50개의 역량요소로 설문지를 구성하였고, 현재 활동 중인 ISO심사원을 대상으로, 리커트 5점 척도를 통해 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문조사 결과를 바탕으로, ISO 심사원의 역량영역별 중요도와 보유도를 대응표본 t검정을 통해 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 확인하였고, 전체역량과 각 역량영역별 최우선 순위와 차기우선 순위의 역량요소를 Borich 계수와 Locus for Focus Model을 통해 도출하였다. 본 연구결과로 확인된 각 역량영역별 최우선순위의 역량요소들을 고려하여, 심사원의 심사역량 개선을 위해 관련 교육과정 등을 개발하는데 도움을 줄 수 있고, 나아가 기업의 품질, 환경, 안전보건, 사업연속성 등 ISO 경영시스템의 강화에 도움을 줄 것으로 기대한다.

For the continuous growth of firms, the contributions of effective risk management system are required. This research analyzes the impact on the firm's performance related to risk management structure which includes the risk management system, risk management activity and risk management competency. In this research, the structural equation model considering the variable which contains enterprise risk management system, risk management activity and risk management competency was suggested. Also risk management organization and management procedures are identified as in enterprise risk management system. The implementation activity and control activity were the factors related in risk management activity. And risk management competency can be described as the response level of managing risk in outside and inside the firms' environment. Finally this model was analysed empirically for 112 firms in Korea using SPSS 18.0 and Amos 16.0. As the results, the suggested hypothesis were adopted. So as to manage risk performance for their firms, the development of systematic Risk Management Framework is important for their risk management activity and risk management competency. Ultimately, we can conclude that the focusing to the systematic risk management approach could be effective on the firm's risk management performance.

4차 산업혁명에 따라 AI, 데이터 분석가 등 AI·데이터 사이언스 분야의 일자리에 대한 수요와 관심이 증가하고 있다. 그에 발맞춰 효과적으로 해당 분야의 직무를 수행할 수 있는 인력을 적시에 공급하기 위해서 구직자는 회사가 요구하는 역량을 개발하고, 대학은 양성 교육을 담당하여야 한다. 하지만, 적절한 역량을 갖춘 인력 공급의 이해 당사자인 구직자, 회사 그리고 대학 차원에서 적절한 대응 전략 마련에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구는 필요충분한 직무 역량을 가진 인재 양성 및 공급을 위해 실무에서 요구되는 역량이 무엇인지 알아보고, 대학 차원에서의 역량 개발 방안을 제안하는 것을 목적으로 한다. AI·데이터 사이언스 분야에서의 필요 역량을 파악하고자 채용 플랫폼 링크드인(LinkedIn) 사이트의 채용공고 데이터를 텍스트 마이닝 기법을 활용하여 분석하였다. 이후, 국제적인 AI·데이터 사이언스 분야 대학원 교육과정과 채용 담당자와의 인터뷰 결과를 각각 토픽 모델의 결과와 비교 및 검증하는 절차를 통해, 대학 차원에서의 활용할 수 있는 커리큘럼을 제안하는 것으로 연구를 진행하였다.

최근 CMR 시장이 성장함에 따라 그동안 ACM 서비스를 제공해 왔던 기존의 설계사들과 CM사들도 CMR 프로젝트에 참여할 의지를 보이고 있으며 시공 부문을 도입하려는 움직임을 보이고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 건설 사업 관리 분야에서 많은 경험과 노하우를 가지고 있는 ACM사들이 CMR 시장에 진입할 여건이 만들어졌다는 가정 하에, 문헌 조사를 통해 CMR 프로젝트 수행을 위한 역량들을 도출하였고 이를 바탕으로 한 설문 조사를 통해, ACM사가 CMR 프로젝트를 수행하기 위해서 보완해야 할 역량을 도출하였다. 그 결과, 협력 업체, 금융 및 보증, 리스크 및 클레임, 사업비와 관련된 역량의 보완 수준이 타 역량에 비해 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 전체 역량의 보유 수준이 요구 수준 대비 평균 76% 정도로서 확보해야 할 역량의 보완 수준이 높음을 고려하였을 때, 초기에는 리스크가 비교적 작은 소규모 CMR 프로젝트 위주로 수행하면서 역량을 강화한 후 수행 규모를 키워 나가는 것이 유리할 것으로 판단된다.
