며느리배꼽추출물을 함유하는 페이스 크림의 보습 및 건조함 감소 효과 (Moisturizing and Dryness Reduction Effect of Face Cream Containing Persicaria Perfoliata (L.) Extract)

  • Purpose : This study was aimed to analyze the effects of cosmetics containing Persicaria perfoliata water extract (PPWE) on the skin moisturizing and improvement of skin condition in clinical trials. Methods : Clinical trial was conducted for five weeks after IRB approval at Dong-Eui University. Out of a total of 64 people, 15 people each were assigned to four groups as follows; control group A, B, C and the experimental group A that using cosmetic containing PPWE. Skin condition was measured two times, before and after clinical trial, by a professional skin analyzer, SDM (skin diagnosis system). Moisture and oil value of participants was analyzed twice, each morning and evening, using a portable device on their cheeks. In addition, the survey was investigated subjective satisfaction on change in skin condition and the satisfaction on the use of cosmetics. Result : The experimental group exhibited subjectively significant changes before and after clinical trials on skin its dryness (p=.039), blush (p=.017), and redness (p<.001). In addition, subjective evaluation was also the highest satisfaction in aspects of number of application (p=.003), amount of application (p=.002), moisture maintenance, and skin scratching frequency. The satisfaction on the use of cosmetics was the highest in the intention to repurchase (p=.045), recommendation willingness to others (p=.020), and intention to use various products (p=.001). Skin moisture of the clinical trial participants using the SDM, moisture level and elasticity of the experimental group increased by 12.94 and 10.28. Moisture level, which was measured by a portable device, was the most potently increased in the experimental group. Conclusion : Consequently, PPWE containg cosmetics exhibited the effects of moisturization and attenuated skin dryness in clinical trials, which might be utilized as a fundamental data to develop numerous lines of cosmetics.

의료서비스에서 물리적 환경, 공정성, 지각된 대기시간이 재이용의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Physical Environment, Perceived Justice and Perceived Waiting-Time on Repurchase Intension)

  • 본 연구는 의료서비스이용자의 편의성을 증대시키기 위하여 의료서비스접점에서 물리적 환경과 공정성, 그리고 지각된 대기시간이 매개변수인 서비스품질평가와 부정적 감정을 통하여 재이용의도에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 조사 분석하였다. 특히 의료서비스에서 물리적환경과 공정성이 부정적 감정에 어떠한 영향이 미치는지를 처음으로 확인하고자 시도하였다. 연구결과 의료서비스접점에서 첫째, 물리적환경요인은 서비스품질평가에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고, 부정적인 감정은 낮추는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 공정성은 서비스품질평가나 부정적인 감정에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 확인되었으며, 셋째, 지각된 대기시간은 서비스품질을 낮추고 부정적 감정은 증가시키는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 서비스품질은 재이용의도에 긍정적 영흥를 미치고 있으나, 부정적 감정은 재이용 의도에 영향을 미치지 않고 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 따라서 의료서비스도 물리적환경의 중요성이 증가 하고, 대기시간의 단축노력이 필요하다. 또한 부정적 감정은 재이용의도에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났으나 의료서비스의 특수성에 따른 전환장벽이 해결될 경우 이탈가능성이 존재하고 있으므로 부정적 감정의 최소화를 위한 노력이 요구된다.

외식 프랜차이즈 기업의 SNS 마케팅 활동이 소비자 행동의도에 미치는 영향 (Impacts of Food-Service Franchise's SNS Marketing Activities on Customer Behavior Intention)

  • Purpose - Many companies use the Internet to conduct their business to maintain and acquire their customers. SNS is used as a site where users can create profiles, build personal networks, and then share and exchange information with others. Not only do people use SNS for their self-promotion, but they also promote their services by creating SNS pages. SNS is recognized as a medium for implementing effective advertising strategies and is being used as an important means of promoting the company. Therefore, in this study, we investigate the effect of SNS marketing characteristics of restaurant franchise firms on utilitarian value and hedonic value and examine their effects on purchase intention. Research design, data, and methodology - The data were collected from 20s-60s respondents who have used SNS for restaurant visit using Google survey. A total of 159 responses were collected and used for final analysis. Smart PLS 3.0 was used for the hypothesis test. Results - As a result of an analysis, it was shown that the influence of the playfulness and affordability of information on the utilitarian value had a significant positive effect. Interaction and up-to-date did not have a positive effect on utilitarian value. Interaction, affordability, and up-to-date have no significant positive effects on hedonic value. The playfulness of information has a positive effect on the hedonic value. Both utilitarian value and hedonic value had positive effects on purchase intention. Conclusions - The findings of this study suggest that the SNS marketers of restaurant franchisors should focus on the playfulness, affordability, and up-to-date rather than the interactivity of SNS. In marketing through SNS, the act of presenting the basis of information and enhancing the provision of information through objective criteria makes it possible to experience the practical value of information. It is necessary to develop differentiated contents which cause customers interest and fun and to induce many customers' purchase intent by providing objective and realistic information. In order to increase the customers' repurchase intentions toward the food service business, customers should maximize the hedonic value and practical value felt through information. It should also focus on providing information that customers are receptive to, rather than providing prompt information.

렌탈 서비스 이용고객의 위험지각 및 서비스품질이 재이용의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Using Consumers' Risk Perception and Service Quality on the Intention of Repurchase in the Rental Service)

  • 본 연구는 렌탈 서비스 이용고객의 위험지각 및 서비스의 품질이 고객의 재이용 의도에 영향 주는 영향을 분석하고, 인구 특성에 따른 차이를 밝힘으로써 공급자 입장의 전사적인 마케팅전략 구축 및 수립에 도움이 될 수 있는 유효한 결과를 제공하고자 하였다. 총 218개 데이터를 분석 자료로 사용하였으며. SPSS프로그램(통계)을 통한 빈도, 요인, 평균, 신뢰성 및 회귀분석, ANOVA, t-test 등을 수행하였다. 연구 결과로서 첫째, 위험지각이 렌탈 서비스품질에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 기능적, 심리적 위험이 서비스품질에 마이너스(-)의 영향을 미치며. 둘째, 서비스품질과 재이용 의도와의 관계는 공감성 요인이 높은 플러스(+)의 영향을 미치고 있고, 위험지각이 재이용 의도에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 기능적, 심리적 위험이 가장 큰 영향력을 미치며 금전적 위험지각도 높은 영향을 미치는 것이었다. 결론적으로 단기간 이용고객과 주부에 대한 위험지각과 관련된 마이너스(-)의 영향을 줄이고 서비스품질에 대한 신뢰성과 공감성을 제고시켜 마케팅 전략 집중도를 높이는 것이 공급자의 매출을 극대화할 수 있을 것이라는 연구 결과를 도출해 내었다.

e-Learning컨텐츠의 특징이 재구매 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 - 신뢰, 관계몰입의 매개효과를 중심으로 (A Study on the Effects of the Characteristics of e-Learning Contents on the Repurchase Intention mediated by Trust and Relationship Commitment)

  • 본 연구에서는 사이버 교육(e-Learning)에서 컨텐츠 정보특성, 인터페이스 특성, 브랜드인지도, 부가서비스 제공 여부, 강사의 능력, 기술인프라 정도, 놀이성, 지각위험 등이 전반적인 만족도, 신뢰, 몰입 및 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향에 관하여 연구하고자 한다. 연구의 대상은 세 가지로 나누어 기업의 사내교육대상자, 학원 등 사교육대상자 및 대학교육대상자 등의 사이버 교육의 피교육자 유형에 따라 어떠한 e-Learning의 특성이 전반적인 만족도, 신뢰, 몰입 및 재구매 의도에 영향을 미치는가를 조사하기 위한 것이다. 연구모형에 포함된 변수는 기존의 연구에 근거하되 e-Learning의 특성적 요인을 포함하여 선정하였다. 사이버 공간에서 구매행위에 관한 연구는 다수의 연구자들(Jarvenpaa 등, 1997; Eugene 등, 1995; Parasuraman 등 1996; Spiller 등, 1998; O'keefs 등, 1998, Li, 등, 1999; Donthu 등, 1999; Macintosh 등, 1997; Garbarino 등, 1999)에 의해 다양한 방법으로 연구가 진행되었지만 본 연구에서는 e-Loaming의 환경적 특성에서 종합적 연구를 하고자 한다. 따라서 기존의 인터넷 환경 하에서 행해진 인터넷 컨텐츠의 특성에 관한 연구를 기반으로 사이버 교육(e-Loaming)의 특성과 부합하는 변수들을 연구 모형에 포함하였으며, 또한 사이버 교육에서 새롭게 부각되는 요인들을 부가하여(이승희, 2001; 박광태 등, 2002; Bonk, 2002; Learning Decisions, 2001) 연구모형을 설정하고 이를 근거로 실증연구를 수행 중에 있다.

인터넷 의류쇼핑몰 상품 사진의 표현형식과 배경이 소비자의 지각에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Product Presentation and Background of Photos in Internet Shopping Malls on Consumer Perceptions)

  • This study examined consumer responses of photos used in Internet shopping malls. The content analysis conducted a preliminary study of the top 100 online shopping malls to investigate current website practices. Stimuli based on the preliminary study. The present study was a $2{\times}2$ factorial design that evaluated two independent variables of product presentation and background. We analyzed 410 responses derived from the descriptive analysis, factor analysis, and covariance analysis through SPSS 20.0. The results showed that a product presentation was significantly different in attractiveness, informativeness, satisfaction, and repurchase intention after controlling apparel items and model. This product presentation in everyday life had greater mean values than product presentation with the posing model. The background had a significant mean difference in all consumer responses expect for attractiveness. Overall product presentation in everyday life and indoor cases were evaluated as most positive by the respondents. The findings provide practical implications for online shopping malls integrating product presentation.

The Factors Affecting on the User's Repurchase Intention in Chinese Internet Shopping Malls

  • 정보통신 인프라의 확대 및 인터넷 사용자 수의 급속한 증가에 따라 중국 인터넷 쇼핑몰 시장은 방대한 잠재수요를 가진 새로운 시장으로 급부상하고 있다. 본 연구의 주목적은 중국 인터넷 쇼핑몰 이용자들을 대상으로 한 실증분석을 통해 인터넷 쇼핑몰 이용자의 재구매의도에 영향을 미칠 것으로 예상되는 중요한 특성요인을 도출해 보고자 하였다. 연구목적의 효과적인 달성을 위한 이론적 토대로서 정보시스템성공모델 관련 선행연구에 대한 종합적 고찰 결과를 토대로 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 정보품질, 시스템품질, 서비스품질, 고객만족, 재구매의도 등의 여섯 가지 요인을 포함한 연구모델을 구축하였고, 이들 변수들간의 상호 영향관계에 관한 가설을 수립하였다. 중국 인터넷 쇼핑몰 이용자 204명을 대상으로 한 설문조사 결과를 이용하여 공분산구조모델 분석을 통한 연구가설 검정을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 실증분석 결과를 요약해 보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중국 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 정보품질과 서비스품질이 고객만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 반면 시스템품질은 별다른 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 둘째, 인터넷 쇼핑몰 고객의 만족은 재구매의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이상의 가설검정 결과를 토대로 본 연구에서는 연구의 시사점과 한계점 및 향후 연구방향에 관하여 논하였다.

구매 단계별 그리고 제품별 소비자의 합리적 구매선택행동 분석 (Analysis of Consumers' Rational Purchase Behavior by the Purchase Stage and Product)

  • This research aims to analyze rational decision behavior in different stages of purchasing for consumers buying household appliance goods and deals with differences in socio-demographic features and relevant variables among completely rational, intermediatedly rational, and irrational groups as well as variables differentiating those groups. First, one third of purchasers for Kimchi refrigerators was the rational consumer while a half of purchasers for side-by-side refrigerators and washing machines was. Second, there was no significant differences in satisfactions levels after purchase between rational and irrational groups among purchasers of side-by-side refrigerators but between completely and intermediately rational groups in the case of Kimchi refrigerators. Rational groups of consumers for Tromm washing machines rely on various places for purchase and also show the high level of intention for repurchase. Third, in studies of variables differentiating rationality in purchase behavioral patterns of consumers, rational choices turn out to prevail (1) among purchasers of married, college graduated, employers, and high income in the case of side-by-side refrigerators, (2) among buyers of male, old-aged, college graduated, non-employers, low, income, and hurrying to purchase in the case of Kimchi refrigerators, and (3) among buyers of old-aged, high income, not hurrying to purchase, and visiting numerous stores in the case of Tromm washing machines.

인터넷 의류제품 쇼핑 시 기업-소비자 간 상호작용성이 관계의 질과 관계성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Interactivity on Relationship Quality and Performance in Internet Apparel Product Shopping)

  • Relationship marketing can be one of the most efficient strategies that enable a company to achieve business success in the marketing environment of tough competition and the desire of consumers for diverse products. Using relationship marketing instead of mass marketing can help a company increase profits. For. proper research in relationship marketing, it is indispensable to study interactivity. This study investigates the effects of interactivity on relationship marketing. The results are as follow: The enterprise-consumer interactivity had a significantly positive effect on relationship quality (trust, satisfaction, and commitment). Especially enterprise-consumer interactivity appeared as the most positive effect on satisfaction and customization benefit appeared to be the most positive effect on trust. The enterprise-consumer interactivity had a significantly positive effect on relationship performance (long-term relationship orientation, repurchase intention, and word of mouth). Especially, enterprise-consumer interactivity appeared as the most positive effect on long-term relationship orientation. Internet shopping malls should enhance the interaction between the company and customers with the feedback system to share important information, and maintain a reliable technological environment. The company can deal with customer requirements by supplying proper products and content. The findings of this study provide both industry and academic researchers with a guide to increase customer satisfaction in the relationship marketing process.

대학행정서비스 품질측정에 관한 연구 -SERVQUAL을 이용한 품질측정- (A Study on the Measuring Service Quality of University Organizations by SERVQUAL)

  • Recently, administrators of Korean university are struggling to survive against rapidly changing environment. But, the customer service of university organizations are generally recognized inferior to those of business service. Thus, the measuring of service quality is the beginning of works to improve customer service in university. SERVQUAL is known the most generalized scale to measure service quality. After SERVQUAL was published as a measure of perceived service quality by PZB(1985), several arguments have been made against its validity and the other measures have been suggested by Tears(1993), Cronin and Taylor(1992). Therefore, this paper reviews about SERVQUAL controversies. Also, this paper analyzed the dimensions of service quality and its relevant concepts. For this empirical study, 288 respondents drawn from university student in Pusan area are collected and 5 hypotheses are analyzed by using regression analysis. The results of empirical study are as follows. (1) three dimensions of service quality(specialty, reliability, tangiables) are perceived from factor analysis. (2) dimensions of service quality are related to the overall service quality and customer satisfaction, especially specialty is varified as the most important dimension. (3) customer satisfaction affects repurchase intention and word-of-mouth effect positively. In conclusion, however this study have a few limitations about sampling and questionnaire, offers some strategic directions for improving the service quality of university organizations.
